Really nice hotel, great room (well appointed) and really handy for the centre of town.

We had a great stay so we would definitely come back. Hotel is perfectly located to many tourist attractions. Friendly staff and breakfast included. Thanks for making our trip to Prague a great one!

This is a very small hotel, so don't expect what you might get in larger ones. They do have free breakfast (and lunch!), and that is about it for amenities. The location is the best part of this property. It's right at The Charles Bridge, which is walkable to most all of the sites we wanted to see. Great nightlife, just walking the bridge and into other sections. The ceilings were low (bump your head on beams low, on the top floor). The AC was non-existent. They list it as having a AC, but if they don't have it turned on for the whole hotel, it won't turn on (and they won't turn it on). It was 80 degrees there and we had no AC. They gave us a fan for the whole room. Horrible. And we couldn't contact the manager about this because it was the weekend and he/she isn't there on weekends. It's a cute enough place, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing room with view of the river. Hotel was very clean. Very old and charming. Excellent free breakfast and a complimentary midday soup and coffee which was very nice too. Would definitely stay there again.

The Archibald is on the other side of the river from the old town. It is a few steps from the Charles Bridge, which makes it convenient. The people working there were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They provided a small brunch of soup and bread and fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A free light lunch provided for guests, eg soup, sandwich, coffee. Big buffet range for breakfast, hot and cold dishes, cereals, yogurts, etc. Large dining area with vaulted ceiling, TVs playing BBC world news. Comfortable room with two seats at a table, wardrobe and fridge. Small bathroom in corner of the room.

The hotel is very convenient being only a couple of minutes from The Charles Bridge and central Prague. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food, however, was just ok.

Nice hotel. Surprisingly quiet area considering the proximity to the Charles Bridge. This was my third time staying here and will probably return.

My wife and I have been traveling for two consecutives weeks, hands down, Archibald hotel has been the best.

We had a super 3 night stay here. The hotel was clean and well-appointed, and in such a convenient yet quiet location. Breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold options. We appreciated having a small fridge in the room where we could keep some milk for our morning cup of tea. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting Prague.

Excellent room, and hotel iin ideal position for Old Town and Lesser Town very close to Charles Bridge Maybe could have had little more choice for cooked breakfast but not a problem, and they offered a free light lunch

Breakfast was wonderful, a table with hot food, a table for cold cuts &fruit, and one for breads. Location was quiet, with 4 restaurants on the block, and stairs to the Charles bridge down the block

Love this hotel. Second time staying here. In a quiet area yet walking distance to Charles Bridge, Old Town and all other sites. Room was spacious. Breakfast offers all options which is nice. Lovely hot show and comfy beds. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel in an excellent position right on Charles Bridge. The room and bathroom were big + really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a selection of cooked items as well as bread + pastries and cold items. Lots of bars + restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

we love the hotel and the location. We are coming back to Prague again,and we will definitely stay here. The staff was amazing! It is literally in the center of everything. Great breakfast included!

Great location

We stayed here for 4 nights during the Easter weekend of 2025. Excellent location, tucked directly under the bridge, and therefore quiet, in spite of the thousands of tourists in Prague for Easter. Breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel in Europe. Very generous offerings of fruit, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, some sliced veggies. All the basics were covered at breakfast. The coffee sucks but not a big deal. Our room was very large and spacious, it felt like a luxurious suite. The only criticism I had was the hotel's attitude toward toilet paper: the hotel is very STINGY with toilet paper. They only provide 1 roll at a time. It's so weird. We had to beg for toilet paper like peasants each time our roll ended. So bizarre. They must change this and be generous with toilet paper. The best receptionist is the guy who works at night with glasses and long brown hair. He is very kind and helpful.

What a fabulous location near the Charles Bridge. Lots of restaurants around and walkable to all major points of interest. Very nice breakfast and appreciated the after soup/sandwich snack that was available. Great choice for Prague!

Amazing location just steps from the Charles Bridge. Within walking distance to all the best Prague sights. Our room (on the fourth floor) had an amazing view of the river and the Charles Bridge. The area was in a relatively quiet location but cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice touch of a fridge in our room, so we could chill a bottle of wine bought locally. Breakfast was as expected for the price of the hotel. Nothing really fancy but enough to give us a great start to the day. An added bonus was the offer of a free “brunch” between 12 and 4pm which we had one of the days we were there. This was a bowl of soup, bread and butter, a sandwich and an apple. Perfectly lovely and there is such a thing as a free lunch! The only minor issue was that we booked an airport transfer which was confirmed by email some months before, but we were forgotten. In the end it wasn’t a big deal. We got an airport Uber which ended up being cheaper than the transfer had been quoted. The view and the large room we discovered on arrival made up for it. Would most definitely stay here again but wouldn’t worry about asking for a transfer in the future!

Fantastic hotel! The room was possibly the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in – big shoutout to Natali for that. The location is perfect, right next to Charles Bridge. Breakfast was excellent, and the in-room amenities had everything I could need. Incredible value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again!

A lovely hotel with helpful staff

Incredibly well situated, right by the Charles bridge and Franz Kafka museum, walkable easily to every major tourist attraction, yet somehow cozy and quiet. Very happy with our stay overall.

The room we stayed in was clean and hotel is very close to landmarks. The staff was ok too but nothing remarkable so was their breakfast.

This hotel was in an excellent position for walking around the sites. I can not fault this hotel at all. Any questions or queries, they answered straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful. If there is any advise i can give, take an umbrella in winter & visit the little cafe nr the hotel (on the same side). Oh and also have a ride on the scenic tram number 42.

Been here twice. Very clean spacious rooms. Great location as it's in a quiet location yet close walks to everywhere. Friendly helpful staff. Need to up their breakfast choices, I'm ot fussy so suits me.

Great location near the Bridge and central attractions, but still nice and peaceful at night, lovely big room and friendly staff. Slept well. Good variety of breakfast food and nice bonus there was a complimentary lunch. Only slight niggles were reception area is very small, room a little warm and would have been nice if there'd been a hotel bar.

Unbeatable location, on the quiet side of the river and a quick walk over the Charles Bridge to the center of Prague. The hotel is in the Mala Strana area, with plenty of dining options nearby and close to St Nicholas cathedral. The room was spacious and well equipped. The free breakfast was a good way to start the day. Hotel also offers a free lunch - soup, sandwiches, fruit. The front desk staff provided good advice. A gem of a hotel for a great price!

We got a bottle of champagne on my wife's birthday - it was very nice.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was such a welcoming place and the room I was in was fantastic. I had a nice room with a view which was a bonus. The room was clean and well presented with the decor being tasteful. The location is near enough away to be away from the busy streets but close enough to the best spots. I would highly recommend this place and glad that I stayed here.

Great place to stay. Large room, 1minute walk from the Charles bridge. Quick access to the historical sights to be seen. Breakfast was outstanding with a lot of choices for a continental. I would stay there again.

There are stairs in this accommodations for some rooms which are not accessible via lift so do research carefully before booking if this is a concern. Other than that, this hotel is located at a good location, very close to the Charles Bridge.

Delicious, nutritious and plentiful options at the buffet breakfast. Plus, the hotel includes a daily brunch daily from 1-4 pm with soup and bread pastries. Very clean spacious rooms. Our family of 3 adults stayed at the Archibald for one week while visiting Prague. The Archibald exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had a well decorated spacious room with 3 beds (two twins and a comfortable sofa-bed). The room had a minifridge and a safe in the closet. The safe was disappointingly very small, as it could not fit a laptop computer. (that would be our only minor complaint and recommendation to management, in today's modern age, to put safes that can hold a laptop). More importantly, the hotel public areas and the room were very clean. The staff was top notch - friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, nutritious delicious and offered a large variety of cooked foods, eggs, pastries, breads, cheeses, meats, fresh fruits, yogurt, chia seeds and salads. The hotel also offers a later brunch (1 pm to 4 pm), which we ate once during our stay. It was great to have hot soup, bread, coffee available to carry us over until dinner. The location is excellent and very safe. It is few meters from John Lennon Wall. It located on a quiet street, being right next to the stairs up to the famous Charles Bridge, which made it an easy walk to Old Town Square. From the hotel, it is an easy walk to public transportation - the Metro station, the Helichova and Karlovy Lazne tram stations, which took us to all the main tourist sites. We highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, clean and very nice the staff.

Perfect location! So close to Charles Bridge but away from the crowds. Easy walking distance to all locations, so we did not bother with transport but was on the door step. Hotel staff very pleasant especially the receptionist who seemed to be there full time! Breakfast was great, with a good choice and great coffee. The afternoon soup etc was a bonus. If we were to visit Prague again we would definitely stay here again.

A fabulous hotel which we would highly recommend! The location is perfect for getting to all the sights and attractions but is on the quieter side of the bridge. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff are extremely polite and the breakfast and free brunch are perfect. If we. One back to Prague we will absolutely stay here. Only inconvenience: an hotel's employee kept screaming in his cell phone right in front of my window in the early morning.
