Nice and quiet

Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options.

Stayed here several times, great location, because it is in a courtyard it's so quiet, whilst being close to everything. Staff are helpful everywhere is clean. The rooms are well equipped, perfect for those staying more than an night or 2, with the option of catering for yourself.

Air conditioning was turned off. TV system was not working. Room was nice size and comfortable. Gym is way too small and cramped.

Close to train station and central to old town area. Room was hot since had already turned on the heat and no ac available. Otherwise quiet and clean.

Great location and lovely rooms but most importantly the people we're lovely and very helpful. We arrived very late and the man who helped us to our room and get the baby cot set up made us feel really welcome as did all of the lovely staff over the week who came to clean our room or gave us directions etc of places to visit! Highly recommend and thank you to the lovely team!

Excellent first time we’ve used an apart hotel and would definitely recommend it. Great facilities car parking on site, always a must in cities, the staff were great very obliging and the breakfast selection set us up for the day. Toulouse is a fantastic destination most impressed.

Overall good but let down by limited internet.

Location is very good. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious. Shower is quite small and water leaks from the shower screen - not suitable for a tall person. TV channels are limited…only 1 English speaking channel. Pool and sauna were good and clean. We stayed for 4 days and for 3 days had no internet and no one knew when it would be fixed.

The rooms were both clean and fantastic. A lovely balcony. The rooms were huge, as was the kitchen. Also, the swimming pool was quite nice. The staff was incredible.

Nice and comfortable aparthotel, staff super nice. Particular mention of Claudia Moreno, who made our breakfast very special. Highly recommend!

The front desk was very helpful. My only concern was with breakfast. The person in charge was missing when I arrived and there wasn't any coffee. When the finally arrived I had to prompt to get some coffee. I didn't feel that they did an adequate job of taking care of that responsibility

Great location with off-street parking

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location with limited off-street parking (so book a parking space well in advance of your arrival). Our apartment was clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, utensils, etc. It didn’t have a sofa but had a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Modern clean bathroom. Very helpful reception staff.

Nice hotel in a good location. Easy to walk into town and restaurants. Apart-hotel style of accommodation great for families. Main issue we had was that although it says the rooms are air conditioned, it doesn’t mention this is controlled centrally and this wasn’t turned on while we were there. The temperature got up to 28C while we were there and it was particularly uncomfortable at night in the upstairs rooms of the duplex apartments as there aren’t even any windows upstairs. Could also be improved with a few amenities like conditioner, other bathroom toiletries like shower caps and kitchen accessories like wine glasses. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day but I think that was a genuine mistake, although when they then came to bring us clean towels they could have taken away the used ones!

Central location

Mostly what I needed for week+ work trip

Convenient to train station, and centre-ville sights, restaurants, etc. Room: good layout, kitchen equip OK, etc. Water temp & pressure good, bed firm but comfy. Lights all dim (difficult to work), WiFi didn’t like my work-req’d VPN, a bit of an HVAC hum that was annoying during the night. But area otherwise quiet, laundry easy (bring own detergent).

Good size room and convenient location to major part of the city center. Would be nice if their tv has more English speaking channels.

Very disappointing!

When making reservations, I made sure to book a hotel with air-conditioning. The hotel was listed as air-conditioned both on the hotels.com site and on their own website. What they don’t tell you is that they turn off the air conditioning in October. I arrived October9th to 87° weather. It was unbearably hot and I had to sleep with the windows open. Didn’t help much. . The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. If you like hard then it’s great for you. I also paid city taxes and parking when I arrived, at checkout, they tried to charge me again. I had to show them my credit card bill as they don’t give you receipts for your check in expenses. I recommend you ask for a receipt that delineates you have paid. Overall very disappointed in the service of the hotel.

The room was fine but there was no air conditioning so we had to leave the doors open but it was very noisy outside in the daytime and at night from street noise.

Great stay. The room was comfortable and set up for us. Breakfast was great (a bit pricey but my son ate free so it was fine for 2). Overall a very nice property though starting to show some wear.

Love it, can stay there again on my next trip

Thai was about as good as it gets. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room/duplex with all we needed for a week’s stay and incredibly quiet. Well located with good restaurants within 10 mins gentle stroll, local shops (butcher, fromagerie, carrefour & LIDL as well as marche Victor Hugo) literally 5 mins walk away. Very close to all public transport links as well as the canal. The main square and river are around 10 mins walk away but it’s all very accessible.

I am an Expedia gold, at check in , no VIP access was ever mentioned, no free drinks and no upgrade. quite disappointed. the room is quite small, but the balcony is super nice. the location of the hotel is amazing, just next to the shopping area/old town, good restaurants and bars are within walking distance

Generally good: friendly staff, clean and spacious room, and very well located. Some problems: - The heated outdoor pool, which had been a factor in our choice of hotel, was closed for our entire stay (in early April, with unbroken dry, warm and sunny weather). - Our room keys initially did not work - the staff member on reception reacted professionally, but at first was not able to guarantee a fix until the next day. (Fortunately the issue resolved itself fairly quickly.) - The bathroom was set up as a separate WC and room with sink and shower over bath, which is fine. The light in the WC was extremely dim. The shower head was quite low down at maximum height, and not as hot as I would have liked, although those are both more minor quibbles and not uncommon in hotels. - There were two of us, and we left towels in the bath to indicate that we wanted these refreshed on four days, and on two of those we came back to find only one bath towel. This was quickly rectified when raised at reception, but I found it odd that it happened more than once. - The TV didn't seem to get good signal for broadcast channels. It was set up to cast from streaming apps on your personal devices, and this more or less worked, but was a bit shaky and got disconnected a few times.

Room had a shower for disabled people that wasn’t in good condition and very difficult to use. Receptionist said this was only for three of the rooms. Apart from that, everything else was great and very much recommend. Perfect location, quiet, easy to access Toulouse centre and easy to get to from the airport using the excellent tram/metro.

Deserves 4 star close to railway station

There was no decaf coffee in the room. My wife asked it. But it was caffein, so she didn't sleep. There was communication problem. However, a staff,Ethen, was so kind and showed respectful behaviour for my wife. She really appreciated it his kindness. Thanks again Ethen.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The apartment has a few design flaws: very low-intensity light in the foyer, inconvenient placement of plates and cutlery in kitchen area. Still, everything was manageable and I had a great stay.

Great stay - well outfitted little apartment

Very nice apartment just a short walk from the city. Enjoyed the small balcony but as the hotel is tucked away in a courtyard there was nothing to look at except other properties. It did make it quiet at night though. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was great to have a fridge although no wine glasses provided which was strange. Staff were lovely. Breakfast decent but perhaps a little over priced for the offerings. Overall a good stay :)

Great stay

Lovely stay here. Great apartment which worked brilliantly for our family. Sat out for breakfast on the balcony every day and the kids loved the swimming pool - this is such a great thing to have.

Property is in a great location for Toulouse city centre. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with modern vibe

Front desk was so gracious and polite. Hotel is away from the street with a nice small courtyard. Unit was spacious and very clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The location of the property is very convenient - between the city center and Matabiau railway station. The apartment style rooms are fully equipped for cooking though I did not cook. When I tried to use the electric kettle (for hot water), I found it to be greasy. So I thought I would heat water in the microwave but when I opened the door of the microwave, I was hit with a strong odor. Perhaps previous guests have not been kind to the property. The room was very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping and front desk personnel were super friendly. Did not receive the amenity of one drink per visit but that is less important than other factors. Breakfast was cold (scrambled eggs, coffee) at around 10:00 am but that can be attributed to the fact that it is an apartment style hotel where very few people have breakfast at the cafe within the hotel. Perhaps the option could be to have only those things that do not require to be kept warm? Would probably still stay at the hotel in future visits given the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff.

Family holiday

Very central within walking distance of key areas. On site parking & swimming pool was v good. Staff very helpful & friendly. Great apartment, air conditioning excellent & room v comfortable.Great little bakery across the road for morning croissants & espressos.

Great stay

I was very happy with this hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and considerate, and the housekeeping staff were quiet and adept. The room was comfortable and quiet with an ample kitchen, desk and chair, double bed, and TV. There were two large closets in the hallway, and the bathroom shower had uninterrupted hot water and a rainfall showerhead. The balcony was relaxing, with views of neighboring red-tiled buildings, and the hotel pool below - a nice place to eat dinner and wind down at the end of each day. There is also a laundry room in the basement so I could pack less clothes and just wash them every few days. The hotel is close to many restaurants, pharmacies, tobacco shops and an ATM, and you can walk to the major sites in 10-15 minutes, a Lidl and a Carrefour City supermarket in 2 minutes, and Matabiau train and bus station in 4 minutes.

Great hotel for a visit to Toulouse

A great hotel with very comfortable and stylish rooms and friendly staff. We only had a ten min walk from the station which was very easy.

Nice hotel with walking distance to town. Room in good size and staff are friendly . Toilet with good size, if shower area can be slightly bigger ( since there are so much space in toilet) and may be add toilette holder will be ideal .

Fabulous

We had a fantastic time at Clement Ader. The apartments are a short walk from the train station and so it is very convenient. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and speak English well if you need them to. They explain everything clearly. The apartment we had fit four relatively easily - 2 adults, 2 tweens. We were there for 3 nights and there was enough space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is well enough equipped for relatively simple meals- - the stove was only a 2-burner. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The location is great. There is an excellent boulangerie across the street and the Capitole and numerous restaurants were a short walk away. There are also a couple of small grocery stores nearby too. The kids made good use of the pool, which is small and basic. Not strongly chlorinated, which is a plus. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation, service, and location. We would definitely return.

Staff were all excellent and answered my email. Check in and out were efficient . Our granddaughters enjoyed the pool. Very central. The BEST towels.

Great Stay in Toulouse

Staff was friendly, all spoke English well. Breakfast was great. Really close to train station! Laundry facility could be improved.

Overall fine, don’t count on doing anything in gym

The gym is catastrophically poor. Luckily there is a real gym 150m next to the hotel.

I loved the pool, it's great for kids. The location is very convenient, close to downtown, the train station, and a wonderful boulangerie is across the street for bread and pastries.

Great staff, good communications, they did all what they could to please their customers, first they give me a room that has carpet smell all over, they immediately changed my room, and in the next few days, they brought carpet cleaning service, and cleaned all the rooms with hot pressure wash, including my room. they respond to complaints without any delays, they fixed my shower in a minute after I complained, very pleased, I will certainly go back whenever the chances permits

Great room, super comfortable bed & lovely pool

We stayed here in a family room for one night. The room was spacious, well-equipped & clean with a super comfortable bed. We used the pool, which was an added bonus. All the staff were really helpful & service great. The hotel is in the perfect area for sightseeing and there are lots of great restaurants in Place Wilson, within an easy 5-7 minute walk. All in all, a great stay.

Good choice for comfort good location

Great trip with group of friends. Lovely apartment. I used the v comfy sofa bed- no bar in your back, which was great! We had a bathroom kitchenette that was very well stocked, sitting room and bedroom. There was one set of toiletries for the room, a couple of tea bags and instant coffee sachets, milk etc. There’s a LIDLs just up the road , some great restaurants nearby , city centre with Capitole within a few minutes’ walk. Didn’t need to use public transport. Getting there from the airport using the bus was 8 euros and easy. We got off at Jeanne D’Arc and had a 5 minute walk. What could be improved? Add a Mirror in the bedroom, a few hooks esp for the bathrobes. Friend jammed fingers in the sliding doors, so be careful opening those. Set of toiletries per occupant per day would be good- save rationing them when on a trip. We went out for breakfast so cannot comment on that . Would I stay there again? Yes!! Would I recommend to friends? Yes !!

Nice, clean, modern, small apartment

Rue Bayard where the hotel is located has been upgraded. Good, smooth sidewalks for pulling luggage from the train station 3 blocks away. Follow the street right downtown. Toulouse is a vibrant city with nice architecture, nice shops to browse and people out in the streets enjoying their city. The hotel has nice small apartments with nice amenities and finishes. Good appliances that all work. The only finish that was less than high-end was the seaming of the granite countertops. The Seams were sealed, but were slightly uneven. This represented a visual flaw and not a functional obstacle to meal prep.

Modern hotel with perfectly apartment suites

This hotel is really nice with a beautiful lobby and patio space for sitting outside under an umbrella. It was a little hard to find the hotel initially but that was the theme of our trip. They allowed us to park in the underground parking lot (pretty tight spaces). Our apartment was very modern with a beautiful kitchen with excellent lighting and amenities. The bathroom was very clean and bright. We were extremely comfortable in this sleek apartment and slept very well in the big bed with high quality linens. We were within walking distance to all the major sites and really enjoyed the location.

Good quality and value for money hotel. Central

We come back every year with my three kids and husband to this hotel. Great clean rooms, staff nice and courteous, and pool and jacuzzi a bonus. I am originally from Toulouse so appreciate the location, walking distance to the Capitole. We will Côme back next year!

There was five of us the traveling through overnight and the room provided the right amount of space and privacy. The parking was conveniently located under the building and there were lots of restaurants with in a short walk.

Nice ans close to Train station which give a plus. Have all the access to to be conform. AC+ pool and laundry great hotel. I will stay again. I also recommend. Only issue the street where is located is under constratution.

Great location!

This hotel is located just steps away from the arena and old part of the city. The room was great! It features 12ft ceilings and through the huge windows you can see a beautiful square and the old arena; the old facade of the building is well maintained and it contrasts with the well renovated rooms. There are great restaurants near by and the jardines de la fountaine are pretty close too.

Comfortable stay

Despite the work being done on the road outside the hotel it was quiet and comfortable inside. I chose this place because of its proximity to the station although it is a bit of a walk to the central area. The apartment was well maintained and provided everything you would want for a short stay.
