The main light did work. It had bugs. There was only one plug. And the room was practically empty.

Sink water was very slow to use, doors were not safe or easy to close 😏

This property has damage in the rooms. Hard beds. 2 flat pillows. 2 tiny towels for kids. Weird smell. Looked like bullet homes in the tub. Popcorn ceiling. Not proper front window closing. Corners of the room were dirty. Head board was broken. A disgrace this is a place contracted with Expedia. Sheriffs room 2 doors down. Nog safe feeling there at all!

Hotel was OK....If ya need a bed and shower and no frills..Ya get what you pay :-) only real complaint would be the super sttong smell of whatever they use to clean with.. had to keep windows open to get the sell out...slept great after that :-)

Someone got shot and killed in front of me.

This was last minute so I didn't expect much but the photos are a sham cause the room was not good, the shower head was loise, hole behind toilet, tv mounted crooked on wall, pillows thin like paper towels & you only get two. It wasn't something I'd recommend to any one i care for

It's a very shady part of town. The picture on the website looked great. People walking past the door all night. Looking in the window had to hang a blanket. Will not be back.

A simple , bland hotel

The room did not have a coffee pot or tea. There was not a microwave, or refrigerator to put soft drinks in. The hotel was very basic no frills or amenities other than bar soap.

Took one look at the place and left

Booked this place last minute, but when we showed up there was a bunch of sketchy people hanging out in front of the rooms and one of the room doors beside lobby said “sheriffs office.” After seeing that, we were a little nervous to stay there with kids, didn’t seem like a safe neighbourhood and couldn’t get money back but left anyway, didn’t even check in.

Property run down, smelled, stains on walls, discolored mirror.

Would not recommend. Mold everywhere place need to be shut down and there are no fire alarms in the rooms so safety is at risk if a fire were to take place. Me and my wife also caught a cold shortly after leaving this so called place. I agree that this place needs to be shut down by the state! In effective immediately. Not safe for health.

They charged me $50 up front for breakfast I never ate, I had to fix the toilet on my own after making staff aware of the problem

They didn't return my $50 deposit.

Family oriented

I like the stay, it was okay. I don't like the fact that anyone could come on the property and ask the customers for odd and embarrassing questions. Like offering drugs and other things for showers.

They have good customer service

The front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. I liked that I was able to watch Netflix on the television. That was cool. The room had a lamp but the lamp was missing a knob and couldn't be turned on.

The housekeeping staff and the front desk staff are quite amazing as always! And as much as I've stayed there I wouldn't trade it for the world!!!

The employee at the front desk wasn't friendly at all. The blankets and sheets had burn marks in them. There wasn't even a door for the bathroom. This place isn't even worth the money and it was cheap.

The room I was in was dusty, and just needed to be refreshed, bathroom fixtures were old and stained, shower was barely hanging on and the lighting was very poor

It's outdated and bed was made but when I pulled back the sheets it was hair on the sheets long red strands ,the bathroom didn't flush they didn't have a plunger but the staff was Excellent and extremely nice and helpful and did what they could do to assist me

I been here almost a month and the staff are very friendly and helpful also very respectful. I would recommend anyone I know to stay here it has gotten better in the last 3 years or so but that's because they have new management now and they been working hard to get this hotel where it is now then you.

This hotel is horrible and should be closed. I lost money because I couldn’t stay there! Had to booked another hotel. I will stop using Hotel.com after this gateway!

Staff is amazing as always!

Paid for 7 days at 75 a Night and they only gave us credit for three out of seven nights then tried to say that we were out of the nights we paid for it was clearly in black-and-white that they were wrong and I was right so basically do not stay at this hotel. They stole a hunt $7300 from me in my family.

The room was extremely dirty. There were dead roaches in the room. The floorboards by the door were broken off. It was spider webs behind the door. They didn’t have a refrigerator.

I like the staff especially the front desk people! What I did not like was the area, I had no dresser nor a microwave nor refrigerator even though I paid for it! And I stayed for almost a month!

In a single father with 3 children and the stay has been nice

I use to like the customer service that they provided when I would stay for a day or two but just recently I stayed a week and I had to constantly ask to be accommodated with the proper essentials and housekeeping which should have been done before my check in

Where’s the appliances refrigerator and microwave!

The room was very clean! It just didn’t off refrigerator or microwave. Everything else was ok. A lot of kids that were playing around. The parents were getting along very well! It was a good experience. Just need to to bring in refrigerator and microwave. Ppl wanted to eat and put things up so they didn’t spoil.

I love the staff here they are amazing people

The place was nice and quiet but the problem came when it was time for my deposit refund. 7 to 10 days is way too long seeing how fast it was taken, it should be refunded just as quickly.

Room smelled very bad and the bug man was there to spray.The toilet kept running like crazy and i wouldn’t recommend nobody to go there.The lady Ariel that work the desk has a nasty attitude.

I was absolutely underwhelmed at the condition of the rooms and lack of services. No microwave or mini fridge in our room and only one ice machine to serve the complex and it was broke. This is a good one to avoid.

The hotel is really terrible, I don't recommend it. The room was dirty, the windows didn't even have curtains. Everything was terrible.

When I arrived at the facility there were suspicious people roaming all over the property. The room was dirty and smelled disgusting. I ended up leaving as I felt unsafe.

The showers are reallllly small. The rooms smell. It’s always people standing around smoking. It’s always music blasting and fighting. The police are there so much that when they get called they take forever to come.
