It’s an old building but recently refurbished to a very high standard, and kept very clean and tidy by very friendly management.

Best reception of my entire trip, Mario was very helpful, met me outside, saved a parking spot for me, gave me a tour of the apartment, and communication was always quick and easy. The unit was clean and modern, had the best shower I've found in Balkan apartments so far, and it's only a five minute walk to Diocletian's palace. Would stay again.

Great place, great hosts

Hosts were professional, responsive, courteous and welcoming. The apartment is in an excellent location allowing us to explore by walking. We, with their help, got a parking space (free) right in front of the apartment. The place was clean, cared for and well equipped. Highly recommend.

This was the Perfect location for us in Croatia! Very cute little apartment with everything we needed. A local bakery just next door was very convenient. Mario and Leona are very nice hosts and contacted us to see if we needed anything. We will be back!

Was suxh a positive experience. Mario and Leona communicated with me prior to leaving for Croatia. Mario was so friendly and helpful. Picked us up from the airport. Yhe location is veru central and you can walk to moat places. The apartment is equipped with basic nessicities for cooking and cleaning up.

This was a FANTASTIC rental. Immaculate, spacious, well-equipped. Communication was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mario!

Great location. Handy to everything.

Excellent stay

Nice apartment in a great location within walking distance of the beach and Old Town. Apartment was clean and comfortable with two TV's, kitchenette, A/C etc. Mario the host was very helpful and friendly and provided plenty of information on what to do and see. Would certainly stay again.

Great property!! It’s just a 5 min walk to the old town attractions once in the walls it’s really easy !! Room was very detailed and clean!!! She left us some scrumptious cookies !!

The hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. The location of the apartment was great, within walking distance of the old town and with everything you may need around. The apartament was very clean and spacious. We recommend and will stay here again.

Excellent Hospitality

The host was so helpful in setting us in the apartment. The place is so close to the town and accessible by foot. Excellent location, clean and comfy room with wonderful couple as a host.

Great place to stay

Nice clean apartment, attentive hosts, a supermarket and a fruit/vegetable stand next door, free parking on the street (although you may have to go hunting for it), easy downhill 15-20 minute walk to the old center and cheap bus rides back if you don't feel like walking. Basic kitchen: stove without oven, microwave, minifridge. Good A/C. Couch transforms into a very comfortable bed (unlike springy mattress hide-a-beds). On a very busy boulevard so earplugs are recommended for a good night's sleep.

Comfort 😊

This apartment was nice and clean, tidy and comfortable. We were met by Mario who helped carry our luggage up the stairs. He showed us the map of town and where to go. He charged 20€ city tax (this was the only apartment we stayed at that collected a city tax). Leona his wife had made us a lovely little cake as a surprise on arrival. The location of this place was nice and close to town with a short 10 min walk to the centre. And it had free parking behind the building.

New apt in great location

Great location only 15min walk to Diocletian Palace main attraction. Spacious modern room, new and in great condition. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up!

Clean, modern apartment in great location

The apartment is modern, clean and recently done up, with a very nice bathroom. The location is great (less than 5mins to the old city, with shops and restaurants etc, and harbour, and less than 20mins to the popular beaches) although the apartment is up about 6 flights of stairs; wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some people, although the owner did carry our bags up for us, one of the many things he did to go above and beyond. So the apartment is nice, the location is very good, but the owners are even better; Mario and his wife couldn’t do more for us, helping with practical things like airport pick up, little touches like home made cookies in the apartment, regular communication in very good English. Loved our stay and would recommend to others seeking a base to explore Split

Clean modern apartment right outside downtown

The apartment was very modern and clean, black out blinds were great for sleeping. Hosts were very friendly and met us out front. They gave us a local homemade liquor and chocolate cookies as a welcome, which was so nice and delicious! They also got us an umbrella since it started raining and gave us a lot of local recommendations. Free parking is right across the street and only a 5-10min walk into old town. *(Do make sure you look at the address on the room you choose, since they have multiple locations they don't all show up on hotels.com map).

Lovely hosts

The location of the flat was perfect. Within just a couple of minutes from the main centre of Split. The flat was small but practical. Sufficient for just a short stay as a couple or with a small child. But the main reason I would recommend the place is the host's hospitality. They went above and beyond and made the stay much more enjoyable. The flat is on the third floor and there is no lift. The host will help you with the luggage but if you have mobility issues, this may be an issue.

The BEST accommodation in Split

The location of the property is central. Mario was nice to give us a free ride in the rainy day when arrival. His response to the messages was swift. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Leona was so kind to make us a welcoming pancake and some sweets when we checkout. We were so impressed to see that the hosts put a lot of effort to make every guest happy and enjoyable to stay in Split.

Great host! Went above and beyond even for a short stay. Will highly recommend to others. New interior and very clean. Next door to a small grocery. Short walk to downtown (Diocletian ‘s palace) or the beaches.

They showed us how to go an extra mile with the customer service. It started with some delicious homemade cookies from the owner on the first day. The apartment was both very clean and well decorated. The owner was very friendly and gave us all the information needed to get around the city. We were lost on our second day and the owner came to pick us up within minutes. As I had an infant, they gave us extra 2 and half hours for check out. Overall it was an amazing experience!

Mario and Leona are excellent hosts. Even reserved a parking lot for us and waited at the bus-stop to greet us. Helped to move our luggage to our groundfloor apartment. We had 2 adjoining Studio Apartments which were very well equipped and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It's about 12mins walk to the Diocletian Palace

EXCEPTIONAL!!!

In our 7 weeks of travel, this is the nicest apartment we have stayed in. The apartment appears to be newly renovated with all the conveniences. The hostes is very accommodating and helpful. She reviewed all aspects of the apartment operation, provided maps and tourist information. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. It was very much appreciated

Very nice apartment.

We booked this and did not realise we had to contact the owners to arrange check-in, so they were probably wondering what the heck we were playing at! They contacted us on the day of our arrival, and offered to pick us up at the bus station and check us into the apartment. The apartment was fresh, modern, very clean, and well equipped. A coffee machine with pods (small charge) a hob, fridge,microwave and plenty dishes ,cutlery and kitchen equipment all in good condition. Modern well equipped bathroom, with a large shower and all the essentials. Very comfy king size bed and double sofa bed met our needs very well. The owner also contacted us during our stay to ask if anything needed replenished.i.e towels, toilet paper. Close to the beach and a ten min walk to the port area it was ideal. Close to a supermarket, a bakery and some lovely restaurants. Wi-if in the apartment was good. Check-out was simple and easy. Once again met by the owner , who very kindly offered us a lift to catch the shuttle-bus. An excellent apartment with excellent owners, in a good position to explore all the things that Split has to offer.. Would return there with no hesitation.

Fantastic place & Location

The host met us as we walked up to the apartment. She went through everything including giving us some delicious cookies she made. The inside condition was like brand new with everything we needed. Location was very good. A 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Supermarkets are very close by.

Lovely apartment, clean and well equipped - be aware though it is up 7 flights of stairs. Met by Leona, who made us very welcome and gave some useful local tips.

Luxury apartment

Met by owner in vicinity as not easy to locate apartment. Parking in this whole area is difficult so don't expect anything otherwise. However, host made every effort to secure us a space using her car and to be honest once we were parked there was no need to use it until we moved on to Dubrovnik as everything was within walking distance.

A beautiful modern ground floor apartment within a few hundred metres of the old town and beaches. Leona and Mario are great hosts. Once you arrive you can forget your cars and busses and just walk around this magnificent city. The apartment is brand new and spacious with a huge sparkling clean bathroom.

Beautifully renovated apartment a short walk from the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here. It is a great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment close to wharf and restaurants

Beautiful apartment well fitted out easy walk to city centre . Mario was very helpfull and friendly spoke good English. Met us at apartment and when we checked out looked after our luggage and even dropped it off at wharf for us.

El apartamento en general está muy bien. Ubicación buena y bien cuidado.Lo único que creo que no es adecuado es la hora del check out que es a las 10:00 Tampoco me gusta que te cobren las cápsulas de café.

Accueil sympathique, place de parking réservé à notre arrivée, appartement confortable, calme, bien situé. Quelques points à améliorer : pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine (cuillère, mug ou bol pour le petit dejeuner) Le petit plus : présence d'un coffre de sécurité très pratique!

Nous avons réservé en octobre 2019. Tout était parfait! Les photos sont exactement telles que décrites, propres, modernes et l'appartement est très bien située (proche de la mer, du palais dioclétien, des épiceries, du port). Super localisation de l'appartement. Nous étions 2 amies, chacun son coin pour dormir. Le salon se déplie en lit, les draps et serviettes sont fournies, rien à dire! Un clin d'oeil spécial pour le "TOP of the TOP" des propriétaires Leona et Mario, attentionnés, bienveillants, gentils, la créme de la créme en terme d'accueil. Merci également à eux pour les bons plans restos et les indications pour nous indiquer où nous garer :)

Very nice experience

Great experience. Airport transfer was easily arranged, check-in and check-out was smooth. The apartment was spacious and nice. Location is good, close to everything, but still quiet and calm. The only, very minor, complaint would be a bathroom fan that was noisier than normal, probably needs servicing.

최고예요. 아파트는 말이 필요없어요. 깔끔하고 필요한 것들도 다 구비되어있고.. 무엇보다 호스트가 너무 친절합니다. 저희가 가야할 장소를 잘 못찾아서 호스트가 35도 넘는 날에 밖에서 저희를 20분 넘게 기다리셨어요.. 그럼에도 친절하게 맞아주시고 짐도 같이 옮겨주시고 설명도 친절하게 다 해주셨습니다. 궁금한걸 이메일로 물어볼 때는 답변도 금방금방 주시고 자세하게 알려주셔서 많은 도움이 됐습니다. 정말 너무 친절하고 감사한 호스트를 만나 스플리트 여행이 훨씬 더 좋았던 것 같아요!

실주소와 같은 곳인지 꼭 확인후 예약하는 호스트임

지금은 변경했지만 고지한 주소와 실제 숙소의 주소가 다름 올드타운과 5분이내의 숙소에 머물기 원했지만 실제 숙소는 20분 거리에 있어서 다리가 불편하신 노모에게 큰 부담이 되었음 실내는 깔끔함 근처에 무료주차할 수 있는 거주민주차구역이 있음 마트들도 많음 다만 올드타운과 거리는 있음 처음에 고지한 숙소와 주소가 다른 것은 괘씸함
