Nice staff
Big and clean room
tres bonne option a Lyon, tres calme et grandes chambres. Tres bon petit dejeuner et belle salle pour prendre son petit dejeuner au calme
Great accommodations! Highly recommend. Would stay at Adagio again
Ear the center. Many restaurants nearby.
Good place to stay
I absolutely loved my stay at Aparthotel Adagio Lyon Patio Confluence. The staff was absolutely friendly, and I would definitely stay there in the future.
Friendly and helpful staff. 10 minute walk from the mall. You're surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. GREAT location!
Nice place. Friendly reception.
Good sized room and bathroom, well organised. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff
The room was spacious and clean. It had parking but was still close to a main subway station and it was within walking distance of a large mall. Staff was helpful.
Laundry on site- very convenient. Cooking facilities good. Staff super nice and helpful!Comfy beds. This place is a winner
A solid three star hotel.
Great location near tram and train. Safe, quiet and clean
Room was pretty clean and very spacious. Bathroom was also very comfortable and clean. One thing, the air conditioning has a very mild high setting, so take that into account when staying during the summer months. Location is great although the area that surrounds it seems a little dangerous. Great hotel!
Excellent hotel with great staff. Enjoyed it with kids. Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of dinning options. Great big mall is in walking distance.
For me this was the perfect setting and location with totally helpful bilingual staff.
Spacious room
Perfect location. I traveled with my family and definitely will repeat it. The hotel has all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Tram and train station are close to the hotel.
Great hotel!
Amazing hotel, suites were very spacious, beds are very comfortable, massive bathroom. Large windows overlooking street onto church. Very quiet Main Street so no noise issues. Very easy to go into old city area & shopping area.
This is not a 4-star hotel. It is an okay hotel, but saying it is 4-star is outright lying. Would say it is 2.5, maybe 3. Expedia needs to vet hotels and be strict about the star rating.
Great place, the floor seemed a little dirty and the couch had some stains on it but otherwise it was good
Staff was friendly
Good breakfast choice, helpful and friendly staff
Nice Place Very Friendly Staff
This was a nice little hotel. The room was fine for two people sleeping separately since it had the pull-out sofa, although the pull-out wasn’t the most comfortable. The space was tight, but workable. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast that I opted to pay extra for was actually more extensive than I expected. It’s nothing luxurious, but definitely good for a basic moderately priced hotel.
Nice clean room and convenient parking at the hotel
Great Staff at reception and housekeeping.
All the above.
Near the confluence museum and conveniently located to the old curly. Lovely place friendly staff!
Very clean and convenient
Spacious
Spacious room
Large and modern Aparthotel
Modern and efficient Aparthotel on tram line to Perrache and Part-Dieu train stations. Comfortable. Location is good, but not right in the heart of the tourist area. It requires a short tram ride plus a short metro ride, or a moderate walk, to get to the main area.
Very good place to stay.
Was very expensive compared to other places
The staff at the front desk were very professional, helpful and friendly. The room, while small, was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal in that it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of most areas of interest.
Our stay at Aparthotel Adagio Lyon Patio was very good and the staff was very attentive. We stayed during an unusual heat wave where the temperatures were 95F degrees plus and one day it hit 100F degrees! Our room air conditioner went out and was not repaired until the next day. Under the circumstances the air was just adequate. We would stay here again. Tram is a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance and very convenient.
Great friendly staff, always ready to help. We rented the large studio (3 people). The room is large enough to accommodate 3 without stepping on each other's feet. Room service adapted most of the time to our schedule even the day we left at almost 14:00. However, they won't do the dishes (so you'll have to purchase dishwashing liquid and sponge). I strongly recommend the place.
It was OK.
Spacious
I'd thoroughly enjoyed my stay. First off the staff would help me in speaking French and learning French culture also they were very polite & friendly, answering all my questions. I'd extended my stay due to how convenient everything was a few minutes walking one direction gets you to the shopping center/ restaurants or a few minutes the opposite direction gets you to the train station. The people outside the hotel were very friendly as well but be warned you'll walk through a few smoke clouds. If I decide to visit Lyon France again this would be one place to consider heavily.
Large rooms close to transport helpful staff
Comfortable room
Given the very hot weather I really appreciated the air con and the fridge in the room. Good location.
I liked the convenient location - close to train station, public transportation, walking distance to shopping, food, sights. Staff was also friendly and cordial and I felt safe.
Comfortable stay
Clean, comfortable business trip without any issues. Wide selection of food on the breakfast buffet but very little choice of hot cooked food (no full English :()
Great to have laundry facilities available. Quick access to public transportation that made the entire city accessible in less than 20 minutes. Location walkable to the confluence area/museum.
Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and facilities in the apartment with easy access to public transport, shops and city centre. Would highly recommend!
Very nice front desk staff
The area is GREAT! We had everything we needed in Lyon.. places to eat, a grocery store and awesome shopping, all within an easy walk from the apartment. Both the tram lines and the metro were within a 5 minute walk. There is also a laundry on site which was great, Loved the staff (who were very helpful and spoke English, which was very nice given that French leaves something to be desired). I would absolutely stay here again!!
It should have more utensils for the kitchen
I like the Confluence area, it is about 8 mins walk to the Parrache station which is 3 metro stops to Bellecour square where all the action is. The Parrache station is kind of like a dividing line between a quieter and residential Confluence area and the hustle & bustle of the city. There is a Lidl supermarket in 4 mins walk and a bigger supermarket in the mall which is 8 to 10 mins walk. Lots of bakeries close by and cheap eating options too. The room has a small kitchen, but you have to ask the reception to unlock the cabinet where all the pot & pans and dishes are stored. And if you want a Nesspresso machine, you can put a deposit of 50 euros but you get that back when you return it. The only downside to my room is that it is directly opposite the church which rings its bell every 15mins from 9am to 6 or 7pm so if you are not an early person or if you want to nap in the afternoon, make sure you ask for a room facing the courtyard and not the street before you arrive. Also, the tram line creates a lot of noise. There are double windows to cut out all the noise and air conditioning. However, we came during October, it happens to be very warm between 18c to 24c, It is too warm to close the window and not hot enough to turn the A/C on so we are forced to close all the windows at night which makes the room very warm at night. We did turn the fan of the AC on to the max which helps. The 2 single beds were quite narrow and hard for US standard but they were not unbearable.
good location
Large rooms, nice staff and good breakfast
The room was clean with daily housekeeping. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room equipment (fridge) was missing a door to the freezer compartment and everything got too cold- however we only used it for cold drinks so didn't relly affect us. The air con was turned off and the room was too hot at night - had to have a window open.
Loved it
This hotel is very comfy. It's useful to have kitchenware. It's perfect for people who like to have dinner in the room.
Good Value
Good value for the price I paid. Staff was fantastic, and it was easily accessible to the train station (although as a solo female, I hesitated to use it at night as you have to cross the tunnel to get to the hotel), and a good bakery down the street. There were really noisy guests making use of the courtyard, which was distracting, but had nothing to do with my rating. Mattress was too firm for my comfort, but that seems to be standard in France. My only two notes were that the hair dryer was some contraption with a hose that got too hot to touch (very unpleasant surprise when it came in contact with my arm a few times). The other was that the overhead lights in the hallway outside the room are on a motion sensor, and there's no other light. The hallway was pitch black at night, and I found that I had to walk several steps outside of my room (in the dark) before the motion sensor was triggered.
Excellent, prompt, service during breakfast time. Reception staff were always helpful with a smiling face.
Comfortable stau
Walking distance to city centre with resturant and cafe round corner
My first visit to Leon and this was a great choice. 2 blocks from Gare Parrache and east access to the Trams and Metros. Great staff, nice sized room and fairly comfortable bed. Air conditioning was barely adequate but I think that’s an overall Europe failing and not just this hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Le personnel était d'une grande politesse. Et l'hôtel bien situé. Très beau séjour.
Paid parking
Stop over for a night. Great that it has on site parking at a fee.
Well located and quiet
Really pleasant staff, nice sized room, easy to get around and access old town and exit the city. Decent breakfast, quiet room. Absolutely no complaints.
the receptionist (very nice lady) was also proffessional and provided us with excellent info about the area.
The staff were excellent.
Good standard hotel in convenient location for rail & bus stations. Friendly and attentive staff.
I really enjoyed my 5 night stay here! It was close to the train station and very convenient. Good breakfast and loved the room
Nice suite but a bit difficult finding the parking
Take note the hotel has changed name. Hotels.com should update this too!! Car park access requires leaving the car to press an intercom. Every else is perfect.
Nice room, tub and breakfast.
Was ok
Clean hotel and a friendly helpful staff. .
Good hotel and reception, simple room
The room was dirty and smelled - either there is mould or the ac filter is dirty
This was a nice hotel. Nothing spectacular, but not the worst I've stayed in. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a smoke free hotel. It was really bad and I asked for another room which they gave us. The laundry facility consists on one washer and one dryer which are very small by US standards so just be aware. We were two families who were counting on this and we had to redo our laundry plans. The area is ok. It is close to the train station and not far from city center. Overall, it was a good value.
Very good hotel
Nice location, very clean. The staffs very friendly.
Room was clean and very roomy. Getting to our floor was a bit confusing as there was more than one level to some floors!?
Front desk was very helpful and professional. Loved the good shower. The location was perfect. Would come back again.
Friendly staff and a clean and spacious unit made our stay in Lyon very pleasant.
Air Condition
The air condition in the room was not working and was blowing heat air out when we went back to hotel around midnight. The person who works at the front desk was trying to help us out. We eventually close everything and open the window for some cool air. However, even him he wasn't aware from the director that they change to the heating system since other customers made complaints that it was too cold. Overall a great stay, very clean and proper.
I liked the kindness of staffs, the cleaness of the room and the location of this hotel.
Great location. Nice breakfast. Staff very friendly however not always very knowledgeable about their city!
Enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent choice and better than expected. Room comfortable and breakfast very good.
Good value option in Lyon
Nice modern and clean mini-suites in a central but quiet location. Front desk staff were polite and friendly, the only improvement I can think of is to get rid of the old fashioned ticket system for internet access, it's annoying to have to return to the front desk to get a ticket once you have already gotten settled in your room.
Really great hotel. Modern and clean. Location within 2 blocks of metro station for trains and trans.
Great breakfast
Great breakfast.
Pascal front desk attendant was brilliant very friendly and efficient
We love the room and bathroom spaciness, modern facilities, good air conditioning, and great location (near train station)! Oh, nice big beds and very soft sheets.
The property and rooms were clean. Room was spacious and confortable, and included a small kitchenette. Fantastic location - within walking distance to at least 5 supermarkets, Lyon Confluence Mall, the main train station/bus terminal and tram stops, as well as restaurants. There are shared bikes, scooters and electric car literally at the doorstep. The staff were fine. Breakfast is not great but not nad either.
Room was too small, room was dark. Location wasnt great for us. Staff was helpful.
Spacious apartment, good facilities,decent breakfast.
Pleasant stay if air con sorted
Good clean room with fridge and safe. Only problem was air con had been turned off in the building following a cold snap but temperatures were in the mid 20’sC. Room was too hot and the air con would occasionally blow out warm air unprompted. Around 30 minute walk along the river to old town, immediate area is more modern development, on a convenient tram line.
Comfortable quiet property slightly out of centre
We had 2 rooms booked for a special occasion, staff had taken note of my telephone call to them before arrival for rooms together and helped me keep it a surprise for my partner on arrival. The rooms were well equipped, comfortable and quiet with triple glazing and air con. The kitchenette was very useful as we had a fridge. It would have been nice to have had small arm chairs in the room and lobby rather than ordinary plastic chairs as there was room for these. There is no bar in the hotel but staff were happy for us to take our own drinks into the garden area. Although the hotel is slightly out from the centre the tram svice was excellent with stops just outside the hotel. We also used the ferry service which was a nice way to travel to the centre. The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again.
City break
Comfortable friendly hotel near to tram and metro making it easy to travel around the city. Very helpful staff who were always cheerful and welcoming. Would recommend as a place to stay for anyone coming to Lyon. Very near the rivers and new Confluence area.
Great value for money
Lovely stay, lady receptionist was warm & very friendly. Room at rear was quiet. Close to Lyon-Perrache and top notch Patisserie next door and great boulangeries nearby as well as supermarkets within walking distance. Would recommend.
Comfortable Hotel
Comfortable convenient hotel for a stay in Lyon. Location is good, close to shopping and transportation. Enjoyed having the ability to cook.
Close to transport and very helpful staff
Close to transport and a safe location. Room was quite tight but we managed. We do not like doonas but the staff gratiously arranged sheets for us. The aircon struggled to cool the room: fortunately we were able to open the window. Great value breakfast that also met the non-continental preferences. Staff were fantastic.
Very brief overnight but very good. The night clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. And I always appreciate anyone who speaks English because my French is unintelligible!
We spent a couple of days in Lyon to sample the food and the area by car. This place worked out just perfect. The management did all they could to please us. The breakfast was the best I had sampled in Europe. The hotel was updated nicely and very secure with state of the art security. The parking was a real plus. Easy in and out.
Quality Suites Lyons Confluences
Quality Suites Lyons Confluences is located within walking distance of Perrache station and there is a tramway close by. There are plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in the vicinity. Musee des Confluences is about 15 minutes walk away. We had a great time. The staff of the hotel were really helpful. Breakfast was good and a reasonable charge.

Fantastic stay with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is great - highly walkable and just a short distance from the metro, making it easy to explore further afield. I arrived two hours before the official check-in time expecting to store my bag, but was pleasantly surprised to be given immediate access to my room. Very good value for money. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
