We loved this private getaway. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Upon seeing how crowded the Ao Nang area is, we were grateful to have a quiet place to retreat to at the end of each day. I would recommend this location to solo travelers and anyone else who appreciates time away from the crowds.

Disappointed

There was no open bar or anywhere close for food (dinner). They only offer breakfast and charge extra for it no matter what you have. We were told breakfast started at 8 and so because we were getting picked up at 7:30 we didn’t bother but when we got to the check in area they were already serving breakfast at 7:30. We tried to just get a cup of coffee to go and couldn’t. The floor to the room had hair all over and there was no instruction on how to operate the shower. The bed and single pillow were hard and not comfortable. The reviews were good but we were disappointed. The resort is far out and not convenient.

Highly recommend- Great stay!

The hotel staff was so helpful and nice. They helped give us a ton of info about the island tours available. The free shuttle to the main area of Ao Nang makes this place quiet but easy to get around to and from. Would definitely recommend.

Good for a 1 night stopover

The free shuttle to the beach and main town was very useful. The staff were friendly and hospitable & spoke good English. The only complaint would be that there are many bugs and ants that crawl everywhere and onto the beds but it was bearable for our 1 night stopover.

Beautiful gardens, friendly staff (cant do enough for you), comfortable beds & even a mini fridge in room! Pool lovely & clean. Bathrooms could do with some tlc, but are fully functional

the only good thing was receptionist named SU who came in morning shift.....ALL others were rude and selfish....we reached there at night 8.30 and the lady at reception was very rude and unwelcoming ..i told her one room was big enough for my family and we were ready to adjust in a room.she forced us to buy one more room...

Quiet surrounding with trees, ten or fifteen mins away from the beach and Krabi town. The staff is point on friendly. The ladies at the front desk are helpful. They have a free shuttle bus drop off and pick up to the beach. I recommend this place. Greatful.

Great peaceful base to explore Ao Nang

We stayed ten days and then extended our stay at Baan Suan, it’s a great place. Quiet and secluded but a free shuttle to Ao Nang very convenient. The pool was pretty much like a private pool as we often had it to ourselves. Ordering food here takes a while, so we would order and head for the pool, then the staff would let us know when it was ready. The staff are the real asset here, Su and her team are AMAZING! Nothing is too much trouble, always ready to help and assist. We arranged a boat trip and ferry tickets through the hotel at excellent rates. Highly recommended if you enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle. Lovely gardens, bird song and nature.

The staff at the reception was always very friendly. However, in 5 days they only cleaned our room ONE! time. Their cleaning staff was terrible. Slow and not doing a good job. The breakfast is very simple. The faucet in our bathroom was broken upon arrival, I asked them the first day to fix it, they never did, even though we stayed for 8 days

Beautiful little complex , chilled out and relaxed , very picturesque

Awesome resort , cute comfortable bungalows with everything you need, close enough to town and the beach (about 10 min drive) Free shuttle to and from town is nice , and only 250 baht to rent a scooter . And awesome free breakfast! Nice pool too . Will definitely come back next time :) thanks

Amazing Hotel & Staff

I loved everything about this resort. I stayed for two days and It was amazing. Its a little far off from the beach about a 15 Minute Ride but they offer free shuttle service. The staff were all great and really go out of their way to help you. They have a sister tour company and offer great discounts I booked my transportation to Phuket from them only paid 600 TBH with transportation to my Hotel (Compared to others this would have cost about 1500-2000 TBH) The electricity did go out for about 30 Min one night and they ensure that I was alright. The pool is amazing and the bed and room extremely clean and cool. The staff is Great in every possible way.

Overall Good Experience

Honeymoon trip and first time visiting Krabi. The hotel owner and staff did their very best in ensuring we had best traveling experience. This property located 10minutes driving away from nearest Ao Nong Beach and property have added advantage free shuttle service. This cut down my entire travelling expenses. The breakfast was good but feel like the quantity a little lesser as it is cooked to order breakfast type. Heavy eater like me wants more. The taste delicious though. The property has an indoor tour provider with very reasonable price. Thank you so much and will definitely come again.

Peaceful retreat

Nice clean feels like wilderness retreat but only 10 minutes from ao nang beach and shopping by motor bike or tuk tuk motor bike available at hotel only 250 Thai baht a little over 8 dollars us

Awesome stay!

The quiet, relaxing and greenery place is just a perfect abode after a whole day of activity! The staff are super friendly and helpful! Highly recommended if you want a relaxing stay in Krabi! And oh! Just walking distance to Muay Thai training ground! Love it!

Nice little place to stay

A great little place to stay,helpful staff ,very clean , well kept grounds quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool. For the price very good value.Nothing to do and no bar but free transport to resort several times a day but if you want to come back late you would have to use taxi. Some English Channels and good air con.

Quiet and relaxing

Our 3 night stay was wonderful. The front desk people made everything go smoothly and were always ready with a smile to assist you. There was very little that kept me from giving it a 5 star across the board. The breakfast at the restaurant was adequate and it readied you for the day. The drawback was that the restaurant was ONLY open for the breakfast (with its set 5 choices). You could get a cold juice or soft drink from the cooler but beer was not available. If you happened to want to relax with a cocktail by the pool as you reviewed your day-forget it. A light snack, something hot from a bbq before you hit the town?-nope, no such option. The rooms are huge and comfortable although we still can't determine how to get more than very warm water from the demand water heaters! Rooms were cleaned nicely each day but for some strange reason they didn't want to clean our coffee cups or replace the tea/coffee after the first day. If you need a place to chill and relax for a day or two after heavy travelling-this IS the answer.
