The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

I stayed in Agsana Lintong 7 years ago, It was excellent, with a sense of high quality hotel. Sadly no longer, A/C is terribly! Never below 26 or 25 degrees, not comfortable during the day, impossible at night to get some sleep. They have oriented this hotel for families which is good but by doing so forgot the rest of us. We found children staff in our room that we never ask for including bases for toilets, toys etc. Outside playgrounds for children and at the end we understood this is just oriented for no other than children. We wanted other activities and classy ambient sometimes less noise. Staff is helpful and kind.

Hotel staff (at front desk, concierge, facilities and restaurants) was very friendly. I informed the hotel it was my mother's birthday trip when I made the booking and they were kind enough to arrange a surprise for my mother, which was a birthday cake. Restaurant staff was also very helpful and they even prepared a birthday noodle (birthday noodle represents longevity in Chinese culture) for my mother at breakfast. Really impressed.

Good breakfast and service. Surprisingly, my friend mother was birthday and given birthday cake in bedroom after we having dinner in their Chinese restaurant.

All the amenities and services are excellent. It was a very relaxing and and enjoyable stay.

It's a very nice hotel, everything was exceed the expectation. Nice design, awesome breakfast, comfortable bed. I wish they had the shuttle service from the main toursist attraction. It costs$40 Chinese dollars to most of the tourist spot and $150 back to Xi'an downtown.

Amazing room and easy check-in. Staff very helpful especially with ordering taxis. Terracotta Army approx. 15 mins from the hotel by taxi. If you find a good taxi driver, get a card as others try to take you to buy local cake in the area or a stamp for their car (have no idea what the stamp was for!)

A key factor in booking this hotel was the swimming pool, this was closed for reconstruction! There was no reconstruction work. The hotel could not be bothered to open the pool, this should be included in the hotel information.

This hotel is just beautiful. What is not in the Expedia description is that the hotel is connected to the Angsana Hot Springs. 25 hot spring pools with different temperatures and ingredients. Just perfect for a hot tub fan as I am.

nice hotel

very nice experience, good food.

We were excited to use the pool and see the water features the facility had. When we checked in, they informed us the pool was under renovation as well as the water features throughout the property. It will be out of service through May. I wish we were informed of this prior to booking.

Amazing find! Would definitely want to re-visit!

The Hotel and Staff - What a fantastic find! Loved our stay here. If you're looking for a spa resort experience where you're pampered with great service, good food, and rejuvenating treatments (massages, hot springs) - this is the place for you. We were here for 3 nights. There is at least one hotel staff in every department who spoke decent English. Special shout out to George at the concierge who was simply awesome and very helpful. My husband and I are vegetarians (no meat, fish, etc but eggs okay). The staff at the breakfast buffet took extra care to ensure our dietary needs were met. The Room was super comfy and spacious, with a balcony. Spa - my husband and I got a couple's 60 minute javanese massage. It was great. The price was okay by USA standards (about $100 per person), could be considered expensive by some. Location - this resort is close to the terracotta warriors (20 min drive, 40 Rmb). The drive to the city (Muslim street/ grand mosque) is about an hour (cost 150 Rmb). This worked out well for us - we spent one full day in Xian, half day at terracotta warriors, and rest of the time relaxing at the resort.

Excellent Hot Springs

We had such a warm welcome to the hotel and it is beautiful. So was our room, until the roll away bed was established in the lounge and was not taken down during our stay. The hot springs are amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with good interior design. Unfortunately, we are check in late & rush out in the next day morning, unable to enjoy the facilities. Staffs are friendly & we highly recommended on this hotel.

This is a world class hotel. Everything was top notch and the food was to die for. Would go back there in a second.

Beautiful property close to Terracotta Warriors

The staff bent over backwards to make us happy. They let us check out at 4 pm without charge. George, and everyone else at the concierge desk was amazing. They found us an English speaking guide and arranged taxi transportation when the hotel’s shuttle was out of service. People walked us from place to place to ensure we got exactly what we asked for. The large indoor/outdoor pool was the perfect temperature. The rooms were extremely comfortable and were loaded with amenities. All this about 15 minutes from one of the most incredible tourist destinations in the country.

Hotel is not 100% completed. However, room was five star, service was extremely friendly and helpful, food was very good. Hotel is not far from the Terra-Cotta warriors but is an hour away from downtown and other historical sites.

This is an amazing property with a wonderful staff team. Highly recommend.

Comfy resort hotel with hot springs

Hotel is quite new. It is conveniently within 20 minutes drive to the Emperor Qing Shi Huang tomb and his terra cotta army, the Hua Qing Palace which provides the venue for the great outdoor Tang-era performance. The staff here are very courteous and provide very good service. In particular, George Wang was very preemptive and attentive to all our needs.

It is far away from our expectation as the member hotel under Banyan Tree. It looks to me just another good build hotel for hosting big touring group. The buffet restaurant expensive and no taste! Breakfast is below the standard as it charge.

Overnight stay at Angsana

Each member of the hotel staff made sure we were looked after. The room was very good value for money and we enjoyed the swimming pool amenities very much.

Wrong Address and nothing to do

On maps the title and address of this hotel takes you to a different location. For locals it’s fine but for tourist, their being dropped of in the middle of nowhere land. Be aware before venturing out, taxi scammers, liars and very rude people. But in all fairness I did run into those will to assist and I thank them. Plus there is no bar to get a drink. Everything seemed like it was closed and the hotel was empty. I won’t be staying here again and next time I’m going into the city.

Nice hotel NOT close to anything

This is a very nice hotel. However, the location is terrible. It is located at a underdeveloped countryside where there is hardly anything within walking distance. There is a outlets mall across the street from the hotel without real food facilities (fast food or regular restaurants). There is only ONE restaurant within walking distance outside the hotel. (it is actually a pretty good one.) It is about 50-minutes drive to downtown Xi'an. The problem is: Americans cannot drive in China. Think about getting a hamburger and you have to call a cab to travel for over 50 minutes to get it. This hotel also has an excellent hot spring facility. However, it is not free to hotel customers.

Fantastic Spa Resort Outside of Xi'an City

Outstanding resort. All of the facilities were exceptional, including the spacious and comfortable room, and the relaxing spa. This hotel well exceeded our expectation and is a great value. Note that the location is relatively far from downtown Xi'an and the Xi'an Xianyang airport (at least 50 minutes each way to each), but very close to the Terra Cotta Army museum (15 minutes), so plan accordingly.

Very good service. The bar was in strange setup, very non-international. There was only one staff there so service was a bit slow. Otherwise it's a nice hotel, hot springs experience was great!

Ahhhmazing

This was the most amazing resort. Very close to the warriors and next door to hot springs. I had a fabulous massage, the breakfast buffet is the bomb. The staff speaks English and all of them are the sweetest people ever. The room is relaxing and perfect with a giant tub. I'm going back!

Great getaway

The hotel is amazing and the stay is quite enjoyable. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is good, just half an hour from the Xi'an city and close to the famous Terracotta Army. P.S. This is a hotel with a hot spring. Sunday night in the hot spring was quiet and romantic.

Great resort near the terra cotta warriors

We were at this hotel for 4 nights in late May. We arrived on Saturday and things were hopping, lots of folks swimming, etc. Sunday morning breakfast was packed (and very delicious). However, a few days later, most of the weekenders had cleared out and it was pretty quiet and kind of lonely. The climate control in the rooms seemed to be set at a higher temp (the room was warmer) and there was little access to the outdoor courtyard and garden areas. But, the facility is beautiful and the staff extremely helpful with all our needs.

We were in Xi'an to visit the Terra Cotta Warrior museum and chose this nearby, new hotel. It was wonderful. An evening at the hot springs - with convenient hotel shuttle - was relaxing and fun. The hotel Chinese restaurant prepared a great dinner - and the daily breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel concierge arranged a knowledgable and friendly local guide to take us to the museum, lunch in Old City and biking around the city wall. Many of the shops and restaurants near the hotel are not open yet. I expect the hotel area to be more lively and fun in years to come.

Exceptional hotel near Terracotta Warriors

This is one of the best staffs we encountered in our 2 week journey through China. Very friendly, smiling and helpful to take the luggage. Morning breakfast (and staff) was superb as well

Not ready for business

This hotel is not ready for business! Hotel is very far away from the city of Xi'an. Yes its near the Terra Cotta but that's pretty much a day trip will do, no reason to stay here. Operation staff lack of training and restaurant arrangement was bad. Lots of local tours which pack the breakfast table. Reception has to check if the hotel lounge is open before we could go there for a drink. Supposed local food tasted blank.

Over all awesome hotel, too bad hot spring wasn't ready, but sevice and food was very good.

酒店部分以及附近都在建设。看起来设施很新。很喜欢卫生间的布置，淋浴花洒相当舒服。室外泳池有点意外，池底有淤泥，很滑。早餐有点缺憾，尤其一些坚果有蠔味。所有的员工都很友好，让人舒服。

Just Fine

Located nicely in the mountainous area about one hour away from Xian downtown and airport, thirty minutes to the terra cotta soldiers. My overall rating is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable and good food options. Will have an additional Spa area with hot springs around the last quarter in 2015. If you plan on staying there, take your time and enjoy. We just booked one night due to time constrains, but we will definitely come back for a longer time.

It is in very quiet area and the room is very clean and nice. We enjoyed staying there.

a nice stay in Lintong district. clean and hygenic environment safe to kids and family. The play room and kid swimming pool are best choices to kids which allows you spend a day to warror tomb or huaan hill and spend a family night in the hotel. haven't tried the hot springs but trust it's worth for visit.

해외여행을 일본뿐이 가보지 않아서 잘모르겠지만 국내,외 여행중 직원분들이 제일 친절했던거 같음. 특히 호텔 내 훠궈집에서 처음먹어보는 음식이라 궁금한것도 계속 물어보고 계속 시키고 했는데에도 번역기 까지 돌려가며 알려주려고 노력하시던 직원 분이랑 온천이 하고 싶어서 온천을 찾아갔는데 한국어를 조금 할 줄 아시던 직원분이 계셔서 많은 도움을 받음.(당시 수영복을 팔고 계셨음.)호텔 로비에서 체크인 할때에 잠깐봤던 직원분이랑 셴양공항 면세점에서 다시만났는데 투숙객이였던걸 알아보고 먼저 인사해줬던게 신기하고 감동받았음.(하루 100명도 넘는 사람얼굴을 볼텐데..) 온천시설도 잘 되어있고 병마용과 가까워서 자녀분들과 방문하기 좋은 호텔인듯. 주변에 아울렛?도 있는듯. 가보진 않음. 그리고 왠만하면 수영복을 한국에서 가져가시길. 그리고 방에서 온천갈 때 방에있는 호텔용 가운을 가져가는것도 좋을듯. 엄청 큰 수건을 주긴하지만 추움.

A comfortable and relaxing hotel

All staffs are very helpful and friendly. Food and prices of its Chinese restaurant are excellent. Only shortcoming is its central air-con was set to heater mode which is a bit warm. Therefore, they quickly sent a cool air fan to our room.

전체적인 호텔 상태, 서비스 등은 아주 훌륭했어요. 노천 온천을 이용하고 싶었는데, 투어 스케쥴이 늦게 끝나서 이용하지 못한게 아쉽네요. 숙박요금에 온천 이용 비용이 포함되지 않아서 따로 지불해야 했는데, 비싼편이었어요. 그래도 오랜시간을 이용할 수 있다면 해보는게 좋을거 같네요. 주변은 아직 개발중이라 관광지 말고는 따로 가볍게 돌아볼만한 곳은 없어요.

Ottima struttura. Posiziona non molto centrale, lontana da Xian però più vicina all’esercito di terracotta (10 min in auto). Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole.
