Great customer service and a beautiful villa❤️

I’ve stayed in Amaya Villas in the past so I was happy to book again. The place I booked was not the one I received initially. However the host made it right by getting myself to a new villa which we had an amazing time at. Just wish the pool and hot tub were filled but it was technically off season so not much could be done.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Other than a nice location it has nothing else. Don't ruin your santorini trip by booking this place. There is only 1 staff who does everything. He does not speak much English and is quite unhappy. We had no hot water our entire stay. The room does not lock! So anyone can come in. You or your belongings are not safe. Orbitz should take this place off their site. I'm quite disappointed. We paid so much for this place...it looked great in pics but it is so misguiding!

This location truly stands out for its exceptional qualities. The atmosphere is inviting and creates a memorable experience. The first Villa we were assigned had issues. One of the showers didnt have a light working and the bathtub was in the master bedroom. The second one we moved to was the actual one from the photos and was beautiful. The villas are more like cave homes. Going in the winter there were only 2 restaurants open within walking distance while we were there. Beautiful view and Villa employees were kind and tried to help. There was minimal hot water that trickled in the showers

This property is in terrible condition with ants all over the bedrooms, kitchen cabinets and bathroom. The bed is actually a sofa and so hard got a terrible backache and couldn’t enjoy my stay in Santorini at all… the breakfast was horrible… returned it and did not eat any of it…we were 4 adults and they promised 4 beds but it was only 1 king bed with 2 sofas. The property manager never came to meet with us at all only staff that speak limited English… horrible will not recommend to anyone…

The location is great and the service of the housekeeper.

The town of Oia is extremely busy, but our room was separated enough to provide peace and tranquility. You hardly knew about the chaos just a few steps away.

This property has ten villas and we're given the Windmill Villa. What's most impressive about this villas was its 360 degree panoramic view. It's located on top of the hill where tourists would usually make a stop outside the wrapped around terrace to take pictures. The view from the terrace was next to none. Sitting in a lounge chair or soaking in the hot tub on the terrace - covered and more discrete than some hot tubs or pools in other villas - sipping a glass of home made vinsanto offered by the manager and taking in the view was most enjoyable and pleasant. Inside the windmill was quite small and dated. Folks with mobility issue would find climbing up and down the narrow spiral staircase quite challenging. But the spectacular outside by far made up for the lacking on the inside. It's several minutes of walk to the promenade and the center of Oia. Breakfast was brought in every day by the lady who also cleaned the villa. The property didn't have an office on site. Manager Ezeni tried to command her staff remotely which wasn't an easy task on a large island like Santorini. We commend her effort.

The view of the Caldera was magnificent. The Sunrise and sunset experience and photographic opportunities were ideal for us. A view of the iconic Blue Dome churches was spectacular. The villa was quiet, and private, yet so close to the Oia first class shops and Restaurants. The Villa was also closely situated near the Castle and the steps that descend to Amoudi Bay. The staff were A in meeting all the needs for us. Requests for transfer through car service was exceptional. The breakfasts were fantastic! A big thank you to the staff at Amaya Villas in Santorini!

The apartment was lovely your paying for that view. Which is stunning!! Wouldn’t order breakfast as it was cold by time we got it and first day we had a choice but last two days it was minimal and coffee and omelette was cold . Hot tub was what I wanted but it wasn’t hot and water was dirty . Which was a real shame as on information it says cleaned

Amazing is an underestimate for how much we enjoyed our stay with Amaya!

The unit is designed to be a cave like unit. Maintained to its age. Had some inconveniences though. The smaller bathroom was leaky. The water at times was dirty. The hot tub was filled with bugs and my kids got scared to get into it. The location does not match whats in google maps and you have to contact the property manager to find out the exact location. Our biggest disappointment is at the time of check out is that the bell boy refused to take all our luggage and we had to carry some of them a steep upward steps and was extremely hard to carry 23 kg suitcase upwards. We were a party of five with 3 suitcases and backpacks as we were island hopping with long stay in Greece.

Need overhead shower, mirrors in the bedroom, privacy door for the one bedroom.

Location is A , really close to all the amazing shopping, food, castle (for sunset views), Ammoudi port, and a blue dome. Two amazing spots for those gram pics, just a few steps away. Staff goes above and beyond for the guests! Two considerations: (I) some of the villas have very steep drops near the entry door or close to it. There is no fence or railing for safety. Not a place for folks with younger kids, inebriated adults, elderly. A fall can cause severe injury (ii) There is no central reception or check-in area, get WhatsApp for communicating with the villa staff members

It was great

We stayed in The Bliss Villa and it was an amazing place to stay. The view from the terrace was stunning and the hot tub was lovely and warm and was a great place to relax whilst taking in the views. The location was perfect as it was close to the main pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk away to watch the sunset. There are some very steep steps to get to the villa, this is to be expected in Oia though and you will always be walking up and down stairs and hills here. The villa was very clean on arrival and was cleaned daily. It also had great amenities provided… iron & board, air con, bath towels & towels for the hot tub, toiletries, hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Breakfast is provided and bought to the room each morning at the time you request with the property manager Mrs Ezeni. Mrs Ezeni is available all day via WhatsApp if you need her and is very attentive when helping out. When staying in The Bliss Villa, make sure that the transport company knows to drop you off and pick you up at Oia Post Office. We was greeted on arrival and had our bags carried down to the villa for us and when we checked out, our bags were carried back up. Thank you for that, it was very much appreciated and thank you for an amazing holiday.

Not worth it, property has some stuff which is like broken snd rusty kitchen appliances .

Unit was very clean and spacious and beautiful views. Right next to Mia restaurant at the beginning of pedestrian street of Oia. Would recommend they put outside table to have breakfast to be able to enjoy the view. Also breakfast was not good.

Amazing view, staff was great. I forgot to check in before, so our cab dropped us off blocks away. We contacted the property, Google maps gave us the wrong adrress. The staff answered and ran around the streets looking for us. Great service. Also we adopted a family of cats, watered and bought fresh food for them. We left it for the next guest, to pay it forward. Hopefully they will ..loved it there. Also, bring good shoes to walk in 😊

The picture showed up pool but we did not have a pool on the facility. If it did, it was not communicated to us. The hot tub had an obstructive wall so our view wasn’t as great as I hope and the water was a bit cold when we used it at night. The location and view was great. We booked last minute which made the price a bit high. Breakfast was good and the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

The property has Jaccuzi and swimming pool with the view of the sea , it was very close to the market and shopping center. We paid 1000 $ per night, but just the first day we had hot water, second and third days we showered with the cold water. we sent few request to the manager without resolution. Also, the property has a lot of stairs which was not mentioned in the description, if you have knee issue, please rethink about renting this property.. Does not worth it. One good thing regarding this property was the care taker, a wonderful guy name Ari

Clean room, tiny ceiling, amazing shower, great big breakfast, we were disappointed with our hot tub, looked much bigger in person but could barely fit 1 person. Lots of steap stairs to get to room. Staff were very friendly, not as modern as expected

The Villas are located at the end of Oia, that means the best place. View and location are just perfect. All the staff where super helpful with the luggage, breakfast, check in, check out, etc. Definitely recommended ! Other perk, this is just 100 mts away from where people gather to see the sunset…

We honeymooned at the Amaya Selection of villas and it was perfection! The staff was incredibly accommodating, the views were beautiful, and the cave suite was natural and inviting. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The attention to detail and customer service, from all staff members, made this a very enjoyable and memorable visit for us. Our one call-out is that there are two locations within Oia for the villas (about 0.3 miles apart); our location was close to the Oia Castle. If the specific location within Oia matters to you, just confirm in advance which part you’ll be in. Both Amaya locations are beautiful, it just might help you with planning dinners, lunches, etc. to know what is close by. Overall, amazing experience and we hope to return!

We stayed in the Amaya Sensational villa and it was spectacular. Everyone on the property went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Mrs Ezini and Nikolas and Elvis.

Amaya Selection of Villas was by far the best service we've received at any hotel! I am so glad that I chose to book with them. The staff were all wonderful, especially Nikolas and Ezeni, that made sure we were taken care of during the whole trip. There was another guy as well (unfortunately I forgot his name) that helped carry our luggage the entire way on those many steps of Oia! The breakfast was wonderfully set up in our room by Maria. The room and view was beautiful with the best room of the ocean, especially during sunset, and was very clean. The best part really is their level of service and making you and your guests feel completely welcomed. If you're visiting Oia, you'll be glad you booked with them!

Nice room in Oia Bit too many stairs to access but not to worry on luggages as the hotel staff is there to help you with the luggages Could do with better coffee for breakfast though

Lovely comfortable stay

Lovely view from the tab and lovely breakfast! Managers were extremely helpful through the entire stay. It was difficult to find the location however 1 call and then they came to pick us up at the landmark location and took us to the room. We also asked to raise the temperature of the hot tab and they instantly dealt with it and we could enjoy nice hot tab!

Good guest relations and prompt response

The villa we stayed in was minutes away from the key attractions. The management was very responsive. The breakfast was cooked right there and served fresh with many choices. The outdoor hot tub was great, because of winter it took a long time to warm up

This property is so delightful. It is in a great spot to enjoy the sunrise and just a quick climb to the castle to see the sunset! We loved the privacy of our porch and hot tub. Mikel brought us an amazing breakfast every morning when we asked. She and Admir where quick to respond to our needs. Because of the unique terrain, Admir met us when we arrived and carried our luggage to and from the room. This was greatly appreciated. We loved our time here and will be back!

Location to main attractions in Oia is perfect and convenient. Secluded enough to be in a quiet resident, yet steps away from main sites. Services such as transfer pickup from airport to villa, assistance with suitcases (which in my opinion is a major plus, bc if there's one thing you should pay for or get help with is getting your large luggages up and down the cobblestone stairs). We had a delicious breakfast served at our requested time per villa accommodations as well as room service. Staff was friendly and accommodating. At time of booking we were only able to book the Castro Villa, Caldera View-Outdoor Hot Tub, which was breathtaking to wake up to. We will definitely be coming back and booking with Amaya Villa and hopefully the villa with private pool. This was the perfect villa for location, price, and amenities. Look no further, book it!

Everything but the Hot Tub

The villa itself was beautiful and clean. The communication with the property manager was also impeccable. The only thing we were disappointed in was that we chose this specific villa because it had a hot tub outside that we could utilize in the cooler evenings. However, even after multiple attempts by the property, the hot tub was never heated for us during our stay and we were unable to use the service. We would have paid for a less expensive villa with no hot tub if we had known this would be an issue during our stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The private villa was exactly as described. The showers had great water pressure, the outdoor tub was fantastic, we had no issues with the AC, and the complimentary breakfasts were yummy! It’s surprisingly quiet for being so close to the castle and the main road. Ms Ezeni is super helpful with any needs in the villa or questions about the area; she is very communicative and pleasant. Keep in mind this is a privately owned villa with no reception desk, bar, or restaurant - but if you’re looking for a lovely, privately owned villa, close to the action but quiet, with a sweet owner, this is your spot!

Beautiful view and great breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful. However, I was disappointed that we did not get the Villa that we paid for. We got an inferior Villa to what I initially booked and when I asked about it, I was told that the Villa that we booked had less privacy. However, I was still charged the same price although the Villa I got is supposed to be cheaper. If you book with Amaya Selection of Villas, please make sure to confirm that you are getting the Villa that you booked before Your arrival. I don’t think is fair that they changed our Villa at the last minute without checking with us if these was ok then still charge us the same. There is a reason why we have the option to choose and are willing to pay more.

Photos didn’t match what I got, they gave me the smallest cave they have! I don’t know why they call it villas. Most of the appliances were old and I got electrocuted trying to make coffee, they cables were melted. When I told them about it they seemed to try to blame it on me! The room was very small and barely fits two persons but we were four and that was worse. They keep sending those messages through Expedia but they will never reply back. I tried to ask them about the so called villa before my arrival, but the only reply I got was the welcome message AGAIN! Until I found the number of the lady responsible who told me she would move me before my arrival date and never did because she didn’t check with her reservation people. She tried to move me on my last day to a bigger villa, felt weird because she didn’t want to either show me or send me pictures of it. The people who handled the bags and arranged our transportation were very nice at least.

Thé appartement villa was very very small

Wow, where do I even begin? This was the perfect stay for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for! The location was perfect, right in the midst of everything you need but yet quiet and peaceful. And the view from our room… you cannot beat that view! The room was immaculate, clean, spacious, luxurious, and had everything we needed! The balcony was so wonderful, we spent a lot of time on the balcony soaking in the views. When we were not on the balcony we were in the outdoor jacuzzi! The jacuzzi was our favourite part! We visited in July which was very hot, so I appreciated that this jacuzzi was covered (but still had a view) to protect us from the sun. We were brought a delicious plentiful breakfast every morning to our balcony by staff which made us feel very relaxed and cared for. The staff were always available to contact during our stay. The staff also helped us with our bags which even as a fit young couple we were thankful for because it was so hot and Oia has lots of stairs. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. Best and favourite accommodations we have ever stayed in during our world travels!

The room was beautiful with a spectacular view of the sea. Our room was clean and the communication was there. Just be sure to download the app, “What’s App” on your phone. That’s basically your source of communication, otherwise, you will have to call each other. The only thing that was slightly lacking was that our jacuzzi did not have warm water, but then later was told that you’d have to ask them for hot water. Next, the shower head couldn’t hold the hot water for long. There’s something wrong with it. Other than that, everything was a wonderful experience.

Excellent place to stay in Santorini

Great location, nice view close to everything. The room is super comfortable and clean. But the best of all is the service they bring you breakfast to the room, all the staff are excellent and especially Mr. Mario. He was with us helping us to book our tours, he took us to the best restaurants, he took care of us throughout our vacation in Santorini. I sincerely recommend this place 200%

Amazing stay, what a place! You feel like royalty! At first, we were a bit upset that there was no swimming pool but you get over it and the jacuzzi and 2 floor villa makes up for it!!! Highly recommend!

Hotel is in super location in Oia with a fantastic view. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom very clear and beds are super comfortable.

The villa was more than I expected it had everything you could wish for I stayed here with my husband and 2 children it was great for family’s the view was insane and the attention to detail gave it that touch of luxury I would definitely recommend it

Ezeni was always a message away, If we had a problem, she was tend to it asap. Our cave house was cute but lacked a good coffee maker. I think the amenities mentioned a keurig, which we didnt have, We would go out and purchase coffee. Our villa did not have a microwave either, We would bring take out home and have to heat it in a fry pan. The cleaning staff were very nice and attentive, they prepared us a breakfast every morning. We had hot scrambled eggs every morning. Variety would have been nice, We had a problem with Cretan Holidays transfers (Expedia) booked it for us. A huge cost, They left us stranded the morning of our flight. I tried to email and telephone them the day prior to pick up. I also contacted Expedia who could not contact Cretan holidays. Expedia customer service never did get back to us for a solution. Very poor service. I called Ezeni when our transfer did not respond. Ezeni sent Ervis over immediately. Ervis arranged a taxi for us, Another $50 Euro for transportation. Thank you to Ezeni & Ervis..

Spacious, clean and nice room, very good breakfast, super nice staff

Great location. Right at the edge of the Aegean Sea. Breath taking view. Spacious villa. Nice staff and manager. Breakfast at the porch and at your convenience while soaking up with the views of sea and volcanic island. Few steps from the pedestrian walkway of Oia. Next to bus stop, bank, and supermarket/convenience store.

Great Location and Property

Beautiful property with a beautiful view. They were very polite and accommodating to our schedule and needs. We stayed at the Harmony Villa, which had a great location just off the main strip. Very easy to get to and walk to all of the attractions in Oia.

Unbeatable location

Incredible location in Oia, breathtaking views over the caldera. Breakfast was fantastic every morning and the service provided by Isabella (maid/breakfast/seemed to do everything!) was second to one. Apartment was super clean and facilities very good. You’re just a few steps up to the castle in the heart of Oia, amazing sunrise views and it’s a 30 second walk to the sunset view that people come from miles away for. Attentive service from Eleni via WhatsApp, we loved our stay and would come again for sure.

Love everything they provided. Be prepared for thw flight of stairs in Santorini but the villa we booked was not too far from the post office of Oia

Relaxing. beautiful views, welcoming staff. We only stayed the one night but it was perfect! Lovely décor and breakfast cooked in the room was a bonus!

Excellent view

The Harmony Villa that we stayed in at Amaya Villas has a great outer terrace with a beautiful sea view. A short walk on the road is required to reach the main pedestrian area of Oia, but the quality of the unobstructed sea view makes up for this. Although there is no concierge location, the staff is available round the clock and can communicate with you via WhatsApp. The breakfast is served on the outer terrace and looks impressive. The interiors of the villas are cave-inspired and provide a desirable Santorini atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. One thing to be aware of: the transfer to the airport must be paid in cash. This wasn’t expected (or stated in advance). All in all, if you prioritize views, good value, and clean interiors (but don’t mind walking on the road in order to get to the pedestrian area), then this place is the best and most balanced option in the area.

Luxury sea facing villa

Amaya villa made our baby-moon extremely special and probably the best decision I made of staying here. This villa is located in heart of oia (Santorini) which is the most beautiful place to stay in Santorini.The staff was very helpful with handling our bags , hot fresh breakfast with incredible sea view and big size jacuzzi ! They gave us recommendations of great restaurants and view points near by and also arranged taxis for us. They also adjusted the water temperature as my pregnant wife was not allowed in very hot water. If you want a luxury accommodation this is it!

The Horizon Villa was breathtaking with the view of the ocean and the city on the left, straight from the comfort of your personal hot tub! The staff was extremely helpful and were there for all our needs. The villa is spacious with very comfortable beds and luxurious showers. The Greek breakfast was fantastic including fresh fruits, pancakes, feta cheese, and much more! Would definetly recommend this Villa to get the full Oia experience! Thank you so much Ezeni for the warm hospitality! Will be coming back soon!

The accommodations were very nice. The Breakfast was a bit lacking....like only serving us 1 egg and only white bread for toast. But the pool was kept very clean and the rooms were very clean as well. We had to ask the maid to make our beds and replenish the towels which was a bit weird.

The breakfast in the morning was wonderful outside with the beautiful view. The host was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely refer anyone to this place. There were some steps down to get to the unit but there was a gentleman that did help with my suitcase. I will come back again next time I am in Oia.
