I wanted to share my experience staying at your property during my recent trip to Mecca. My first stay with you in February of last year was truly exceptional—it was, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel experience I’ve ever had. The beds were incredible, providing the best sleep I’ve had in my 29 years, and I was eager to return for that same level of comfort and quality. However, during my most recent stay, I noticed a few inconsistencies. The bed did not meet the same standard as before, and the service was noticeably slower. For example, I had to wait three hours for a dental kit from housekeeping, despite multiple follow-up calls. Each time, a different staff member assured me it would arrive promptly, but there was a significant delay. That said, apart from these issues, my stay was still pleasant. I’m unsure whether I’ll rebook in the future, as the exceptional standards from my first visit were not fully replicated this time. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to refine your guest experience.

Happy with my stay, only my bathroom did smell, breakfast on Saturday was chaotic, took us time to sit, food and service weren’t that good, but improved next day!

Took me two hours to check in as there systems did not link with Expedia’s 30 minutes after they realised it’s there mistake did I get a room. The staff was courteous and they did upgrade me but then again when I booked a car to go the concierge forgot to book one. This was his only excuse. The lady at the guest relations was excellent and helpful beyond that everyone else was incompetent and the systems were flawed. Never again staying at address Makkah or any other address

A new, clean and great location

I liked everything about this property. Easy access your taxi can drop you off directly at the hotel lobby no matter what time of the day unlike other hotels during Ramadan. Specious, family friendly, dining experience, cuisine was just wonderful. Made out Umrah during the Ramadan really relaxing and comforting. I am definitely coming back next year Inshallah.

The reception was excellent, lobby ambience is superb, its a modern property, but the service was poor from the room cleanliness to the laundry. The lift is also not SMART and not well clean. The floors walkways not well maintain "cleanliness"

Worst address experience

One of the worst stay at address. Beds were smaller and uneven than standard twin room beds. I can tell this was some low quality beds to accommodate the season, even after multiple tries they didn’t change the room. Lifts are dead slow.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families with children. From every angle, it fell short of expectations. The staff would greatly benefit from proper customer service training, as the service provided was not up to standard. Additionally, the quality of the food was poor, and the prices were exceptionally high considering what was offered. Overall, it did not meet any reasonable expectations, and I would not consider returning.

Alhumduillah beautiful pray area on floor 36 and very comfortable bed room. Short walkable distance to Al Haram Masjid. And staff are very helpful and assisted without asking.

Don’t book there unless you’re an athlete this place it faaar away from haram and you have to climb the mountain to arrive beside the construction and poor air quality the room was basic no shower gel no shampoo no body lotion all bottles were empty Also the receptionist Sara was not nice when we asked her to check us in quickly as we want to go to haram to pray She didn’t liked that we asked her that Idk why Beside all that no accurate information from the staff when we asked for a car to the airport one staff told us to wait four minutes another staff shouted at me and said after half an hour “Non saudi’ We ended up by riding with a lady who is going with her cousin to the airport because of the lack of services and limited access to transportation

No direct Way to get out of the hotel to the outside area. You have to take a shuttle, and it's very hard to take a taxi from the hotel.

As we booked with Expedia , we got limited breakfast options which was a disappointment, considering the amount charged for stay and I booked a suite , otherwise all was good

I liked the ambience of the hotel, restaurant menus should be more diverse.

Breath taking building, the staff were very helpful let me check-in 12 hours early, the room was amazing, incredibly spacious the bathroom was massive.

The name should give you all the feedback you need. To the contrary it’s a disappointment. First the positives. The sarf are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful (the male staff versus the female staff). You know they are genuine and a lot better than the staff in Dubai. Then the rooms are just huge and very comfortable. That’s all. The hotel should be in the newer side but you are see it’s getting tired, specially the public area. The elevators are a disaster. You wait forever to get one and they are already abused. Don’t choose a room with breakfast. It’s not worth it. It’s not what you expect from such a 5 star hotel. Just book a room and order room service. House keeping isn’t a thing in the hotel. I ended up asking one of the staff who was working on the same floor to empty out the trash cans and get me new towels. And then there is the issue of Uber which doesn’t reach the hotel. Just stay at the hotels in Zamzam tower. You will be paying a premium at the Address but it’s only for the name sake.

Really nice rooms, helpful staff, but it’s quite a decent walk to the haram with a lot of stairs/escalators to navigate. There is a shuttle that leaves regularly and takes you a bit closer, but do not recommend for those who have any difficulty walking long distances

I stayed here during my pilgrimage to Makkah and it was an amazing experience. If I do end up going back to Makkah I will definitely try to stay here.

Loved our stay during our Umrah trip at Address Jabal Omar. I will definitely be staying with them again in the future without a doubt. Lovely staff and free shuttle operating every 5mins to Haram drop off point made the trip so much easier and convenient. Highly recommend

Exceptional experience Smooth check in. All staff are very cheerful and helpful, with the exception of checkout lady who was rude ( She was on the phone and referred to the guest as “someone wants his bags down”) I felt this was not professional and ruined the whole experience.

Very clean hotel Helpful and decent staff

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking prayer room on 36th floor. The golf buggy service to Haram was good, however, it should be made more frequent.

Prayer room is an excellent position to see Kabba from top.

From Check in to check out. With a wonderful Lady at check in. Excellent Hotel. Best in Makkah for me .

First of all the breakfast was terrible no refill for the dishes, very limited options and the quality of the food is nothing compares to other 5 starts hotel The service was very slow . The hotel is Far from the haram you have to go by shuttle bus .

The hotel is great. The staff are amazing. The parking process on check in is very painful unfortunately, ruining the whole experience from the moment you arrive, multiple unnecessary steps involving the guest going back and forth in spite of paying 160 SAR a night for parking ! Definitely could be improved significantly.

Excellent hotel in terms of staff and amenities. The Address at Jabal Omar should be your address while in Makkah! Note, that there is alot of construction in the area. However, the hotel provides shuttle (every 5 minutes) to Haram.

It is a good hotel in Makkah, but it still lags behind the Address brand of hotels in Dubai. Buffett breakfast and dinner aren’t worth the hype or price.

2 minutes to alharam by bus It’s not easy to walk as to alharam but I think when all the constructions done around it will be decent. The hotel was new and comfortable. Breakfast was good

Words can’t describe how amazing this hotel is. Literally best service, best staff and everything is between. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be as close as possible to the Kabba.
