Worst breakfast ever!

The staff member that was on duty when we arrived at 5am was absolutely terrible. We interrupted his sleep on the lobby chairs and he wanted us to know it. All other staff were great. Breakfast was terrible all 3 times we visited the restaurant. Better off to ignore free breakfast and go buy it somewhere.

I would highly recommend a stay at Aaron hotel in Nha Trang. Spacious and clean modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a 2 minute walk to Nha Trang beach. There is also a rooftop pool as well as some gym equipment.

Property and staff are excellent, good location. Only problem was the breakfast service. Seems like I have been encountering this problem with all hotels from 2 to 5 star after pandemic. Seems like all hotels are cutting corners and blaming on Covid. Breakfast service was terrible.

Great Nha Trang hotel choice with a quick

Aaron is one of many typical matchstick hotels in Nha Trang, small but tall, with each floor has 4 rooms. Location is great as it is minutes walking distance from the beach and the Sailing Beach Club. Rooms are excellent with hip and modern designs. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has good selections, noodles soup need much improvement. Breakfast room is small, however, it cannot accommodate all its guests. There is one quirk about this hotel, it does not have a street front. Instead it is tucked behind an alley which it shares with 2 other hotels. You would have to go down to the basement to bring your big luggages up to the lobby.

We booked a room but they didn't prepare the room. Eventually we could enter the room at 8 pm.

Employees are great including cooking...security guard...reception juat perfect. Well located and safe to be.

After midnight the karaoke from some rooftops somewhere in the neighborhood was still playing and made it so hard to have a quiet sleep. I think they should have a quiet rules at least after midnight.

Room was little smaller, than we expected, there is very little space to place clothes, but everything else is fine, wonderful breakfast, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help, We plan to return next year again

Location was near the beach but still need to walk a fair bit. Abit far from night market but still considered good. However we got conned with the taxi from airport so pls book thru hotel. Bathroom was abit kinky with see through glass. CITY Tour book through the reception was abit a disappointment as it was a taxi driver who didnt speak english and we had a misunderstanding. Overall the front desk were helpful. But beware nha trang tourism is not so organised and honest.

Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing service!

Our stay at Aaron was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and clean! The service that we got, was amazing, they catered to everything that we need, even taking the time to send their bellhop out to get food for us since we weren’t familiar with the area. Overall, highly recommend just because of the service, which I may claim, is better than the bigger chains around Aaron!

We had a very pleasant stay at Aaron Hotel. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, especially Son Lai who helped us with various requests. The room itself was very nice and spacious, with a large bathroom and a small balcony. The pool on the top floor provides wonderful views of the beach. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods which cater to many different tastes. Since the hotel is quite centrally located, it was easy for us to explore the city. We did originally book for a twin room with sea view, but unfortunately, it wasn't available, but we were still happy with our stay.

Room was clean and good view, we were given free upgrade to apartment room. Was a bit bummed we no longer got the bathtub we had booked with our room but we did get a better view out of the beach out of it.

Everything was great..very pleased.

Awesome place to stay, close to beach, staff were terrific and the hotel was wonderful. They upgraded our room free of charge! Excellent value for the price!

Good location, near to beach and a shopping plaza. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast also good but fruit juice no rich.

I highly recommend Aaron Hotel! Aaron is a truly fantastic hotel! It is very close to the beach and it has a nice rooftop pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are truly wonderful people! They smiled amd greeted me warmly every time I saw them. When I asked them if there was a place I could get banh cuon, they went out and bought some for me. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and happy. Also, the breakfast buffet is very delicious and changes every day.

Overall is good but the surrounding got construction on going and it will during weekend

small hotel near the beach, and close to restaurants that can please every budget. Room furnishings are clean and new. Kept very clean. The only negative was a club across the street that had loud music until ~12.00 am every night. Advice - do not get 'street view' room.

Location is good, however the room is okay only

The room is not as good as what we saw from the picture, it's quite small and nothing so good. However, the hotel staffs is quite helpful and friendly.

Some pluses some minuses

We liked the internet, the breakfast, bed comfort, the shower. We disliked the attitude and poor service from the front desk staff, not getting the room we had booked, pool was tiny, noise from outside.

For travel arrangements must be amongst the best.

I stayed a couple of nights in this hotel on business. Staff are awesome and rooms very comfortable. Only problem was excessive noise from a nearby venue with loud music to the wee hours, which is why I did not extend my stay, moving to Citadines which was a disaster in comparison. Super helpful in arranging fixed priced travel to meetings at short notice. They are so good, next time I would request a room away from music.

Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Good location just yards from the beach. I wasn’t bothered by any noise up on the 14th floor. Nice big windows bringing in plenty of light and a good view

Good location but seems unfinished

A really nice little hotel, rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Staff at front desk were lovely. Marked down on facilities as we tried to go to the restsrsunt twice and it was closed and whilst the pool was open there were no staff and the cafe was shut. Assume they are renovating and will be nice when finished

Good location - close to beach

Hotel is pretty new so nice and clean. Beds are comfy and lots of little extras provided to you in the bathroom should you require them. Staff are very nice and helpful when you require assistance. We did book a family room for 4 people- however we found this quite small. Couple of things I could offer for feedback: The shower head in the bathroom is SO SO low. Unless you are squatting it’s near impossible to use. Not ideal for adults. The hotel is big - 22 floors, but the common areas all appear to be out of proportion. Eg they are too small. The pool, breakfast area and foyer are all tiny so get filled up very quickly and therefore become VERY noisy.

Stayed here for 4 nights staff where fab checked us in really quick and early and upgraded us for free. I would happily return there again.

Close to beach and restaurants, Good hospitality

Overall it is a pleasant stay at Aaron with convenient location, and the breakfast spread is very good. Staff is helpful in guiding place of interest even give 5% off for iResort Mud Bath. But during check out, we are caught by surprise on how strict the items in the room are being checked. The laundry bag apparently is not free and if taken it will cost 20k VND, and they check even teaspoon in the rooms

we stayed 7 nights with 4 rooms in Aaron hotel, when we arrived , i can feel the welcome and big smile from the reception,The staffs in reception all ladies are very helpful , Vien ,Thanh and Tuan are really friendly .. and Thank you Duan give us a very special prices and upgrade.we would like to come back again.. we will give Aaron hotel service and everything is 10 out of 10😊😊

Great value for money.

Excellent hotel, great staff, nice bar in lobby with a happy hour. Location is not right in centre so reasonably quiet but walkable or less than 50 vnd in a taxi. Great that they have English language news channels such ad BBC World and CNN as well as usual sub tiltled movie channels, some didnt in Hanoi, Hoi An and Nha Trang. Restaurant food could be better but so many restaurants around not a big problem.

Great hotel at great location

Fantastic hotel starting with the helpful, professional staff, right in the middle of the entertainment, restaurant district and 50 meters to the beach. The hotel is modern and maintained. Breakfast is very enjoyable with a fresh variety of food and the restaurant staff is so attentive that it makes breakfast very enjoyable. Swimming pool is small but just right to relax on the rooftop and take a refreshing dip when needed. Motorbike rental is on the spot and fast. Everything in this hotel is very, very reasonable, even laundry. Well worth the price without a doubt. You would pay (3) times the price at a comparable hotel.

Staff is polite and helpful. Overall the hotel is good. Near beach and airport bus is in opposite. Sound insulation in roon is not good

Nice place to stay, recommend

During our 6-night-stay,both good n bad things happened.Bad points r: 1. The hotel would have had better arrangement for guests' special requests. We booked the hotel 1 month ahead of the check-in date, requested for one double bed as we r a couple.But hotel gave us a two-twin-bed room instead.They explained that it's bcz hotel didn't see our requests.We requested to change room but can't due to no availability continuously for two days. And later hotel never ask us again to change room as promised which is disappointing.The only reason we stayed in same room is too many things to be moved. 2. Few people knows English well 3. Hotel management team should have more basic respect & knowledge for other culture. In the restaurant, some dishes don't have name tag. Guests who have personal preference due to religion and/or other reasons can't tell whether they can take it or not just by looking at how dishes look like. And good points r: 1. Bellboy, front desk guys and restaurant teams are very nice and helpful. Won't feel being ignored when you request for something. 2. Room is big enough, bed is comfortable 3. Nice breakfast: plenty of options, tasty as well, have both western and Asian food serving different taste of people 4. Has airport shuttle cost @300 VND 5. Good location: city center, close to beach and all market Though something unpleasant happened in the beginning, overall it is still a good place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, 2 minutes from the beach

Aaron hotel is a very well equipped, clean and comfortable hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were mostly helpful and pleasant particularly evening staff who gave us great local restaurant recommendations. The pool was small but well maintained and towels provided on request. Breakfast offered a full range of Asian/European options with fresh delicious fruit and as much as you could eat. Only down side is the night noise which comes with being in the centre of the tourist hub, nightclubs across the road. On the whole à very happy stay and highly recommended for a family in Nha Trang.

Shout out to the Aaron hotel and Staff

This is a great little hotel in a happening part of Nha Trang ! Streets nearby are very vibrant but the location of this hotel is just far enough off the main strip that their is little to no noise ! Very modern, very clean, amazing breakfast and the staff is incredible helpful. In particular Hoang Dang, and My Nguyen answered all our question and suggested great options during our stay ! We booked tours and main travel to Mui Ne through this front desk !

Awesome location!

It was less than 5 minutes from the beach, tucked away in a busy area. There was noise during the day as heaps of new hotels are being built around it but didn't bother us at night. Would stay here again

Quick Visit

Decent accomodations for the price, nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast not as good as similar places in Hoi An or Da Nang. Pretty basic/small pool

A clean, modern, and newly constructed hotel about two minutes walk to the beach. Within the hustle and bustle of the city center. Lots of ongoing construction in the vicinity, but it did not affect my family's stay. Exceptional and knowledgable staff, who cared about our experience; of note, Truc and Vien were excellent! :D Breakfast buffet had enough options for both Western and Vietnamese taste buds. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to stay again!

Hotelli oli rauhallinen. Ainoastaan hissin äänet ja oven lukon avausäänet kuuluivat aina huoneeseen. Huoneet olivat hieman kuluneet. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Suihkun suojalasi voisi olla kokonaan peittävä, ettei vesi roiskuisi lattialle. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja erityisesti ohukaiset aamuisin. Hyvä sijainti myös. Rannalle lyhyt matka.

에어컨 중앙식 스트레스 조식은 정말 굿

가격대비 괜찮은데 에어컨이 잘 안나와서 이틀째 자다가 깨서 프론트에 가서 항의 ?? 4박중 2박 환불 요청 했지만 안 됨~!!중앙식이라 매번 전화 해서 온도 애기해야 조절해 줌. 야간 근무자 아주 불친절 함~야간근무자 제외하고 다른분은 정말 친절하고 좋았어요~그리고 조식은 정말 알차고 맛있고 정성이 가득해서 맛있게 먹었어요~

가성비가 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 솔직히 오션뷰 컨디션을 갖춘 타호텔보다 가격이 1만원은 싼데 호텔 뷰랑 룸 컨디션은 정말 괜찮네요!! 다만 층간 소음..? 윗 방 발소리가 조금 잘 들립니다. 조식은 그냥 평범해요.

새벽 3시비행기라 잠시 쉬었다가려고 예약했어요. 가격도좋고 얼리체크인도 아침 11시해주셨어요. 직원들도친절하고 무엇보다 빈컴플라자옆이고 위치도 룸내인테리어도좋았었습니다. 그런데 작고 중간크기 바퀴벌레를 있는동안 5마리를봤어요.. 잠깐자는데도 간지러운것같고 ,잠시 머무는거라 얘기는않고 나왔습니다 ㅠ 도시중심가라그러는걸까요?ㅠ

Ооооо, мы впервые в Нячанге жили в подобном отеле. Что сказать - опыт оказался удачным. Слава Богу - отпуск не был омрачен, выбор отеля себя полностью оправдал. Не буду повторять многочисленные позитивные отзывы. Скажу следующее: - завтраки довольно однообразные, но, в целом, вполне достаточные (кстати, китайцев не смущайтесь - все, что они съедают до вас, работники постоянно восполняют. Может быть единственное - придется какого-то блюда подождать пару лишних минут, но у нас такого не случалось); - нет сушилки для купальников - немного неудобно, но здесь потрясающе дешёвые услуги прачечной и качество стирки на высоте); - персонал дружелюбный; - санитарно-гигиенические прибамбасы восполняются без напоминаний, есть бритвенный станок; - в номере все исправно работает - никаких проблем; - кровати и матрасы показались нам очень удобными, но белье действительно меняют раз-два за пару недель. Полотенца меняют ежедневно; - крайне удобный район для всего: шопинга, принятия солнечных ванн на пляже, хождения по ресторанчикам и т.д., и т.п.; - никакая музыка с улицы нам спать не мешала, в отеле тихо и спокойно, безопасно Да, мы бы вернулись сюда ещё раз.

Price is worthy Location is good Breakfast ok Bed ok Bathroom is very easy to get wet, there is no door to cover it. And the shower soap small stinky, it’s a bit awful, recommend you to bring your own

가성비 최고였던듯 합니다 저렴한 가격에 약간 걱정스러웠는데 엄청 만족 했어요! 친절한 직원들을 보니 나트랑 오길 잘했다는 생각까지 들었어요! 시내에서 묵는 일정이 있다면 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다!
