This is a beautiful property, very central to most tourist attractions and not far from the airport. We've stayed in Phuket a lot and cannot recommend this property highly enough. Its beautifully designed and set out. The rooms are awesome especially if you have pool access. There is a great restaurant on site, very reasonably priced with a good variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved our stay here.

Far away

The hotel is very far from everything and it costs you lots of money to get to the point of all interest in Phuket and they are only one 2 free shuttle a day to to the shopping centre mall wich is not far from the hotel we spend lots of money by taxi over there but we will be best place for someone want just relaxe because the pool are amazing and the day shift reception staff and breakfast staff are amazing

Lovely pool resort in an area you wouldn't expect

For us who have business to do in Bypass Road the perfect place to stay. Relaxing nice pool resort with lush gardens and friendly designed, large comfortable rooms. The area around the resort isn't very appealing though.

Nice pool retreat

Nice retreat in a neighborhood without any facilities. Beautiful pool garden with smaller ponds in front of every room. W preferred our cottage providing more privacy than the pool rooms. Difficult to get a taxi or public transport though. The reception desk couldn't supply transport either.

Management struggles with English and being understanding. When a Guest asks for them to phone the Tourist Police, don't refuse. I was robbed, money stolen, I then cancelled my accommodation. Because of their refusal, I had 52 hours without sleep. They would not refund one night's accommodation, I had to pay for the Taxi Fare myself, subsequently too and from hospital, a Taxi driver stole a bag containing, personal effects, a gold and diamond cross, a gold pen, a book containing my passwords to my bank accounts (every password that I have. I was stuck, no compassion here.

Ok for what is is

Ok. For over night. I was leaving next morning early for motorcycle tour. As for a tourist stay, to far from everything.

Awesome

Second time here, very polite staff, pool and outside area very clean. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food is good. Nice and close to Phuket town and away from all the tourists lol.

really nice room, a lot of road works going on at the minute so difficult to get around by foot.

Free access to Full size well equiped GYM

I pick A2 for my business stay in Phuket because of the free access to the Phuket Elite Gym next to the hotel. The hotel itself was very well priced and great for a short stay.

Fine but remote

Hotel and facilities were generally fine, but location is extremely remote and not near any attractions whatsoever. Okay if you want a getaway holiday where you don't want to leave the resort at all.

Good budget hotel

The A2 hotel is on the main road out of Phukuet town to Patong, there is not much close by but if you are looking for good cheap accomodation and don't p,an spending much time at the hotel this could work for you. Good size rooms, clean and friendly staff. Only downside nothing nearby if you want to pop out for food by foot. Worth a try and cheap.

Perfect for those who rents a car or bike

NB! This hotel is very far from everything! If you are planning to rent a car or a bike - it is perfect for you and your family. Very clean, cozy, nice swimming pools, ok breakfast.

Great for my purpose - medical tourism

I was having medical work (medical tourism) done at the Bangkok Hospital Medical Center - Phuket. I needed a nice, pleasant place to stay close to the hospital and to recover after the medical work was done. The place was perfect for that purpose. Because I was there for a total of three weeks I was able to enjoy all of the meals served there, the pool, the professional massages, and the rest of the staff as well. I felt as if they had included me into the staff family, which I appreciated.

Nice hotel bit far from town

We stayed at this hotel last week. I had booked transfers with them via email but they forgot about us. They were very apologetic about it and upgraded us to a pool entry room which was very nice. We found the hotel facilities were good but the restaurant didn't serve any vegetarian food and as my partner is vegetarian we had to go out for lunch and dinner every day. Taxis were easy to get the hotel has a list of prices for taxis it was 600baht to get into patong. we did find a lot of taxi drivers didn't know the hotel because it is fairly new so we carried the address and phone number with us. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend staying here but be prepared to travel into phuket town or into patong as there is only a minimart near by.

A very nice hotel...

The rooms in this hotel are very well done and well maintained and the hotel staff a very friendly and helpful. However I was dissapointed by how isolated this hotel is from any activity within the area. The nearest place to visit is the Central Festival shopping mall, and that's a 15 minute drive away. There is a free shuttle service to this however if you don't have a car or motorbike its very difficult to generally get around. You cannot hail a cab outside the hotel because it's on a main highway, and hotel taxis are extremely expensive. Its a shame because otherwise the hotel is very nice. If you have transport organised go for it-if you want to be someplace that is more lively and accessible-don't!

Gr8 Hideaway resort

Pros : Nice Resort, Gr8 food, Good for honeymooners and large group, the activities at the hotel like pedal boating, backwater 30 mins trip etc are good atractions. Cons : Child pool was dirty, Food cost for a la carte was very expensive.

00 CAD. Suspect the rate had something to do with road construction outside which was messy when it rained.

Nice stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the A2 Hotel & Resort. The facility was very nice, as was, the hotel staff. The pool access rooms are very nice. It was enjoyable to view the pool and water feature from the patio. Without having a car, taxi was the only means of transportation. The bypass road is very busy. It was not possible to walk to shopping other than to a 7 - 11 store. There is an ATM fairly close. The restaurant food was good and simple. Some buffet items were very spicy,

all round great hotel

staff always helpful. great hotel ,room cleaned every day, towels and bed linen . recommend this hotel . i would stay again . only down side it is a taxi to get into town. but i rented a car so was not a problem .

Great Hotel - long way from water

Very clean, lovely rooms and gray breakfast included. It was a bit far from the water but if that isn't an issue I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A2 is an apartment style with lovely room design. The rooms open onto balcony which you can access pool directly-very nice. The staff spoke very little English which was difficult at times. The manager on the other hand spoke perfect English and was incredibly helpful, professional with no task being too much trouble. The hotel is on the main bypass so busy traffic out front with no restaurants close by. It is very close to factory outlets, but no beach or local restaurants. A great spot for central access to many shopping and tourist spots but need taxi transport.

A winner!

The welcoming foyer was well appointed and modern and reception staff were helpful. The layout of the hotel was terrific and the standard was better than expected. We really enjoyed our stay.

Other hotels can learn from A2

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights, and I cannot say enough great things about this hotel staff. I have never encountered such eagerness to serve and make guests feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. Reception was truly exceptional and went above and beyond when I notified them that the location and address online were incorrect, which placed me far from where I had intended to be. They made everything right, and I was so pleased. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. We stayed in a stair access pool room which has a balcony with private stairs that lead right into the pool (which was crystal clear and the perfect temperature). All the amenities one needs are included in every room, including a free shuttle to a nearby shopping mall. Breakfast was good and the spa was great (we got massages). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

非常美得酒店

第二次入住该酒店，很喜欢这个酒店。这里是我们来往皮皮岛的中转酒店，因为离去皮皮岛的码头很近，而且性价比很高，每个房间都直接通往泳池，环境很好，房内设施齐全！只不过周围没有什么可逛的。作为中转站，非常好！

ภาพรวมเกือบโอเค ดีสำหรับคนที่ต้องทำธุระในเมือง ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามากควรเปลี่ยนได้แล้ว วันเข้าพักน่าจะเป็นวันกำจัดแมลงสาบ เห็นมันเดินทั่วบริเวณโรงแรม wifi ใช้ไม่ได้อืด สุดๆ

good location for city life

the pool access room is a perfect room type of this resort though the pool is not comfortable and large but it's enough for little fun. love this.

只有泳池，沒有其他玩樂的，早餐基本齊全，床舒適。坦白整體不到四星水平，但價錢公度。

Bra läge

Fint hotell med mysiga rum och fin pool. Bra läge för övernattning på väg till flygplatsen och för shopping. Ingen strand eller marknad i närheten då det ligger vid motorvägen. Lugnt och mysigt hotell.

Vi trivdes här

Vi skulle bo en natt och de slutade med tre. Allt finns inom hotellets väggar, bra pool, bra mat, och trevlig personal. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Vi promenerade från hotellet två dagar och de kan vara svårt att gå runt omkring. Hotellet har fri transfer om man vill shoppa, tre bestämda tider varje dag. Poolen var riktigt härlig och stor. Vi åt på hotellet då vi tyckte att de var bra mat till bra priser. Vi åkte inte till någon strand och stranden verkar vara långt bort. Men om man vill ha ett hotell som är bra där poolen och shopping är centralt är detta hotel super.

Bra övernattningshotell inför flygresa hem

Bodde på hotellet sista natten innan flygresan eh till Sverige. Fint hotell, trevlig personal, och bra poolområde. Hotellet låg dock bredvid motorvägen, så inga fina promenadvägar. Nära shoppingcentrum där dit resan var gratis, tillbaka till hotellet fick man betala. Helt okej hotell att bo en natt på innan man ska vidare eller flyga hem.
