They were great. It took us a few minutes to find it at night since it’s under construction. The staff worked as more of a guest house and they were amazing.
Just another 1 star hotel with fake reviews
Just another 1 star hotel disguised as a 4 star hotel. The pictures in the listing are not a fair representation of what you are getting. If the listing images matched the hotel room, I would leave 5 stars.... But the thing is, tourists get cheated and scammed so much in this country, they just want a small safe haven to rest and re-charge. It's honestly that simple. It's not rocket science. I say this because this is a hospitality business. My expectation would be low for things like: a butcher, a supermarket etc etc, but this is a hotel providing a service for tourists. But to be honest, NOBODY seems to do that, unless you stay at an American hotel chain and pay astronomical prices. The TV didn't work. The antenna had been pulled out of the box. The windows didn't close properly, so the mosquitos kept flying in and attacking us in the night. Bed was dirty. Room didnt match website images. The double room has cats in there, so i was sneezing a lot. The twin room was ok, but it meant i had to sleep seperate from my partner. The microwave and cooker was broken in the communal area. Communal area smells of cat pee. Stray cats and dogs come in here in the night and sleep here. Drain smelt. Only one power point (outlet) in the whole room. But my biggest problem and the reason for even writing this review was the owners were shouting and arguing SO LOUD at 7:30am right outside our room for 10 minutes. That is so disrespectful. So now, you can get an honest review in return
Excellent
Family run hotel/b&b where everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful, much better than staying in a soulless chain hotel. The room is a stones throw from the entrance to the pyramids, and the view from room incredible. Hotel is able to arrange trip and tours guides, in our case arranging our tour for the next morning when arriving at 9pm. Oh and again the view!
The hosts are the super host. We 20 people stayed there only for their excellent service. The hotel quality is not very our standard, but Farouq and his team took good care of us.
The friendliness of the owner Mohamed and the staff. They were extremely helpful. The rooms could do with an internal upgrade.
This hotel cheated its guest. Played bait and switch. Stay away from it. The worst experience I ever had.
Excellent service
The inn is great for the area, but condition could use a boost. My husband slipped in the bathroom when stepped out of the tub. Bedroom floor has some kind of thown-on carpet with edges sticking up. Don't know why they use those dark carpet to cover beautiful tiles. Neighborhood was noisy all night long. We could hear the car, the horse/camel galloping up and down on the street, the men argument in arabic.. Seems like the area never sleep. Staffs are all friendly and super supportive, though you have to let them know what you need; It could be the culture.. Great thanks to Ibrahim.
Lovely views of the pyramids...room was good for what you pay...had no hot water for the second day ... Wifi was average....but overall nice little hotel..
Closeness to sites and access to useful information.
Staff makes an effort to satisfy your needs to the best of their ability.
The staff made every effort to provide all needs within their ability and resources. Helpful and polite.
Excellent staff, felt safe in hotel. Location is not good for walking around, but is excellent for giza plateu access. Good breakfasts in morning on rooftop with great views of the pyramids
Upon arrival the owner gave us the room that had been booked via Expedia according to availability at the time. We reported about noise from dogs at night in the front room, which also wasn’t very well lit and the owner gave us an additional room pretty much the next day at the back of the property. This also gave us the facility of an additional bathroom. We booked a package tour upon arrival and on arrival back at the property after our trip to Luxor, the owner gave us a flat on a higher floor, where all the rooms had an attached bathroom which was very convenient. The breakfasts became repetitive but staff tried their best to accommodate us. The owner and all staff went out of their way to keep our stay as comfortable as possible, they were very welcoming and were happy to make adjustments according to our needs.
The view of the Giza Pyramids from the 3 Pyramids View Inn was awesome. location is great and beds were comfortable. We had a very good stay! Mohammed, the owner of the Inn, was super helpful and very attentive to us. He and his team helped us with all the tours and transportations in Cairo. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place. Price of accommodation as well as the tours are very reasonable as well. Great stay!!
It was nice to be so close to the pyramids. We rented 3 bedrooms with views of the pyramids, each with their own bathroom. There are shops and restaurants next to the hotel and just a short walk to the Pyramids. The staff was eager to help us with our needs and were very informative.
Wow! I took my mum for 4 days for her 60th birthday and it really is opposite the pyramids. The view is amazing but what really made our stay was Mohamed and his staff. They organised a driver to escort us to the pyramids and museum, fed us traditional Egyptian food and even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my mum on her last day! We would highly recommend this hotel and we truly felt part of the family.
Hidden Gem…that is how I would describe the property as well as the workers of the 3 Pyramids View Inn. Is it fancy No, is it modern, No. If you are looking for plush and modern style accommodations then this may not be the right place for you, I had my reservations however, NEVER have I had such an attentive staff and manager/owner. Mohamed the owner was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The hotel does not have elevators but the young men were there to assist with taking our luggage up to our 3rd floor accommodations right below the terrace. Mustafah the assistant mgr. was there when we arrived and had our upstairs floor ready upon our 4 o’clock arrival. Each person in our party had their own room with private bathroom. Mohamed made sure we had a delectable breakfast every morning along with an awesome dinner! I Iiterally can not express how sweet and accommodating these people were. Mohamed made sure we were picked up from the airport on time in an a/c car with a very handsome and sweet driver; Abdullah. He works for the hotel and any excursions we had he was our driver. He was as careful as could be considering the crazy Cairo traffic. Abdullah was knowledgeable, safe and considerate. When we wanted to venture out into the surrounding neighborhood, he served as our own personal bodyguard. He gently wrapped my mother’s arm around his and led the way to hidden shops. In conclusion, the gem was not the hotel but the sweet workers; Mohamed, Abdullah, Mustafa and the little ones!
It’s a small family run place. The owners are very good people and they looked after us really well. It’s a short walk from giza pyramid complex and right in the middle of area’s hustle bustle. We loved it! The rooftop Patio is the most amazing place. You can gaze at the pyramids for as long as you like :) It’s not a fancy hotel, there is no elevator and quite basic in many ways but our room was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean and staff was very extremely helpful and responsive. Ebrahim helped us with arranging everything we needed to get around for prices much lower than online. He recommended and ordered the best Kebabs in Egypt for and we enjoyed them on the Patio gazing pyramids lighted up in a beautiful evening . A truly unforgettable moment. I would recommend it to anyone who is there to truly experience the pyramids
The price of the food and the tour to the Pyramids did not match the quality of the service. The price also was exponentially higher than necessary.
Room itself was decent. Has all you need for a stay. Bathroom had some rat droppings in it. But aside from that the staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was really nice. The view from the rooftop was phenomenal. The restaurants nearby were also delicious. They also offer tours. We bought a tour to the pyramids of Giza through Farooq and he assigned a tour guide to us. Aside from the usual sales tactics from the guide to up charge or get us to buy additional excursions (which I’m assuming he makes commission on), it was wonderful.
Excellent location really close to the pyramids. The staff is accommodating and very friendly. I would just advise not to book tours from them. The tours are overpriced and not very good.
Everyone was great
Great stay
Mohammed and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and breakfast were amazing. Some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had. If ever I make it back to Cairo I will certainly stay there again. And just for those who sleep lightly you might wanna bring earplugs because street noise is loud but for my family it was just part of the experience
Hello, This hotel really had dirty sheets when we got in. We had to ask them wash the sheets and clean up the room. The only good thing about this hotel is then view from the terrace.
When we first arrived at the inn, we were skeptical about going in from outside appearances as it looked like a storefront building on a side street. But once inside, we met the owner, Mohammed who was inviting, warm and welcoming. As we arrived around 11:30pm at night and were hungry, Mohammed's mother even prepared dinner for us which was eaten on the roof with a spectacular view of the Pyramids which was awesome. It's not a luxury hotel and the rooms are plain, but the owner and his family substitute for it in personal warmth and make you feel like family. On our first day there, Mohammed took us on a tour to the pyramids and out to lunch. Also helpful was his nephew, Yusef who walked with my sister and I for hours to ensure our safety and to translate which was very endearing. Mohammed's staff were always available if we needed anything. In addition, Mohammed also sets up private tours. Outside the hotel can be daunting at first as many people come up to you and try to sell you things. But if you see something you like, you buy it and if you don't, you say no thank you and keep walking. If you want a true Egyptian experience with a down to earth feel, this is the place to be. We will definitely return.
7.7/10
My stay at the Giza hotel had its ups and downs, but overall, it was enjoyable. The room was nicer than the picture, and the rooftop view was breathtaking. The hotel staff, especially Ibrahim and Joe, were very friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, the pyramid view advertised was not accurate, and the breakfast quality quickly deteriorated. Additionally, ordering food from the hotel was overpriced, and some guests had negative comments about the owner's behavior. Despite the drawbacks, if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Giza with exceptional staff and a stunning rooftop view, the Giza hotel could be a good option.
Absolutely amazing stay! View is breathtaking and service was so nice and friendly! Mahmoud was the best!
This place is extremely dirty, carpets are coming out, bathroom is dirty, cables hanging on walls. We moved out the next morning
The reason I would strongly recommend choosing this hotel for a short stay in Cairo if you're visting Egypt for the first time is the hospitality and friendliness of Franco and his cousins who did everything to make us feel safe and comfortable during our stay. His cousin Mohamed picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at Giza rail station, helped us exchange cash and buy a local sim card upon arrival. The roof on the fifth floor and the window of the room on the fourth floor offers a spectacular view of the 3 major pyramids which lit up at night during the light and sound show. Franco accompanied me to the local shops to buy water for safety. The amenities in the room, the cleanliness and the breakfast were just right for the small price charged.
This place was wonderful. Now, it isn't a glamorous hotel, especially by American standards, but it was clean and worked out well and I thought it was a great way to give my kids a little taste of how people live in other countries. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Our first evening he took us to a fabulous local restaurant (no other tourists there) and we had some of the most amazing food that I'm now trying to recreate somehow at home. The property has a beautiful patio on the roof where you can look at the pyramids and they provide a delicious breakfast every morning. I'm seriously still craving the food. All of the staff was very nice and it made our stay very enjoyable. The owner can also set up tours for you for a great price. We had already arranged all of that, otherwise we would have definitely taken him up on the offer.
All staff were very friendly and cooperative
Very quaint and great views for the pyramids. The food was also very good. The owner is a very very nice man. We got the 2 bedroom apt which was a great find! Would recommend!
1. Moustafa and Abraham were very friendly and interactive. They allowed us to check in early without extra charge. And quickly got out room prepared 2. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy but didn't feel unsafe. And in walking distance of pyramids. 3. 2 twin beds provided, not king beds as advertised. No balcony included. But there is a beautiful patio area on the top floor with a spectacular view of the pyramid. 4. Felt safe in the hotel. Came back at midnight from a club and some one was there to greet us at reception. 5. Excellent wifi connection. But on the last day, an upgrade on the fiber optic lines were being done in the neighbourhood. They didn't know if it would take hours or days. An apology was provided but no attempt was to accommodate guests or reduction in rate. As, Free Wifi was one of our main criterias when making a booking. 6. rooms are outdated, with a small bathroom. Water from shower went on bathroom floor and soaked some of the carpet. 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper provided, for amenities. 7. Overall, brothers did their best to accommodate us and make our stay memorable.
It was an older hotel but it was clean and neat. It was an excellent location right next to the Giza Pyramid complex. You had a beautiful view of the Pyramid from your window. But what made the stay great was the proprietor Mohammad. He was very accommodating and helped you with anything that you needed. He was hands on and gave tour information and even supplied shuttles if you needed it. He also made sure that if you needed to eat that they would provide a meal for you at any time of the day. It was amazing service. None like I have ever had before. It made my stay gratifying and I would recommend it to anyone. I had no problem with my room and everything worked.
Wonderful view of the Giza Pyramids.
good view from top of the hotel, very close to pyramids as advertised, staff is very friendly, budget friendly, recommended.
The view to the pyramids are amazing ,I had a view from my room so what can I say?! The whole staff are awesome everyone really friendly and helpful. A big thank to my friend Abdala and Joe they made my trip so special, always helping me and giving me good information about Egypt attractions.
What truly makes this location special is the staff and owner. Mohamed is amazing and the staff quickly became friends we could rely on. It was my 50th and Mohamed and the staff even surprised me with a birthday cake and made it even more special for me. Everyone is always willing and happy to walk with you to keep you safe and they all truly look out for their guests. Like everyone has already stated the view from the terrace is amazing to glaze at the pyramids. The great hospitality makes you feel at home and everyone is always happy to help the guests, a home made tasty breakfast is served fresh every day. The actual hotel is tired and could use some work. Our room was not the greatest but we spent very little time in it. But truly Mohamed and his team become like family and treat you like family for that alone I would go back to this place time and time again.
The property cleanliness must be improved
The property has the best view of the pyramids at any time of the day and during breakfast and dinner. The hotel is two minutes from the entrance of the pyramids. The owner, Muhammad, can exchange US dollars for Egyptian pounds. The hotel can pick up and drop off groups at the airport (approximately 50 min). Muhammad can organize pyramid guided tours and any other tourist trips for a cheap fee. The night shows of the pyramids can be seen from the hotel terrace.
The staff especially Faruq, Ibrahim and Ahmed were very helpful and very professional at their work. I was more than satisfied and I do recommend the place for anyone who wants to have a nice experience of Giza.
The staff was very attentive and professional. The overall experience was wonderful. Whenever we needed anything we got it right away. They made sure we were well protected we went to any activity or walked around the area of the hotel. Prime location. Mohammed is the man and Ibrahim was his right-hand man that took care of us when he wasn't around. If you want to experience daily life and the Egyptian people this is the spot...
My holiday was cancelled and Lufthansa cancelled my flight. I was terribly disappointed and still am awaiting a complete refund for flights and accommodation
Outstanding staff, like family. Even the folks in the ground floor stores greet you coming and going. Roof top view of the pyramids equal to Mena House at a fraction of the cost. Access to Spinx entrance less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast on roof is the place to exchange notes and experiences with other guests. Easy access to noisy Cairo by Uber. Care to and for guests is truly outstanding. I will return when GEM opens and continue to return.
Be very careful we booked 3 bedroom pyramid view and a double room. Upon check in we were given basic room and a double city room. Property very tired broken beds broken windows ripped carpets and broken curtains. Once we complained about the rooms as not what we booked they offered a double room which had a ceiling leak with mould and they said we will give you the three bedroom apartment as booked but you have to wait hour and half. We left the property it is not what it is believed to be....
Great Experience at 3 Pyramids View Inn
Our stay at the 3 Pyramids View Inn was great. The hospitality there was amazing. Everyone was eager to help and the overall service was top notch. We were able to schedule several tours through them which made our trip very easy. The location is very close to the Pyramids and we very much enjoyed staring at them as we had breakfast on the rooftop deck each morning. The rooms are clean but fairly basic. We don't mind this as we are barely ever in our room when we travel. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
Perfect stay
Highly recommend. Clean comfortable room a stones throw from the pyramids, with epic views from the room and the stunning rooftop. Delicious breakfast. The staff were exceptional - went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, thank you so much!
An excellent location for watching the pyramids.
Such a lovey stay! I don’t even know where to begin! The location, staff, area, everything was perfect! Super close to the pyramids entrance and anything you need is closeby. But the star of the show is the amazing and hospitable staff. They guide you through everything - give you tips and advice and will even walk with you to places nearby to help you feel safe. I would stay here again 1000000 percent. The view from the rooftop was amazing as well, waking up to the pyramid view was by far a dream! Loved the traditional breakfast and they even offer shisha. Thank you to everyone who works so hard here to ensure that everyone is well cared for.
The staff was great and allowed a late checkout. The view from the rooftop is 2nd to none
It’s very close to the gate of the pirámids ,, and it’s very quite The staff is amazing
Es un lugar muy como si tú quieres pasar unos días en El Cairo 👍 Yo estuve 3 días y me la pase de lujo las atenciones son de las mejores súper recomendado 🙌
Room with a view
The location was excellent! I could open my room winfow to a spectacular view of the Pyramids! Within 100 yards. The staff saw to my getting to the airport on time. .
Mohmed and staff were great, they made our stay in Egypt smooth and helped us to get to our tours safely and on time. He went above and beyond and helped us to get set up in Luxor as well. Thank you Mohmed
The view
Friendly staff and helpful, Amazing view to the pyramids.
7 pyramids visible from bedroom window.
Great view of the pyramids from the roof seating area, and not bad from the room. Booked twins with a view, but there were none on arrival so ended up with a queen bed with a view, comfortable, air conditioned, Inn starts on the first floor (no lift), and easy walk to the pyramid complex entrance, and also adjacent to cafes, restaurents, perfume "factory" and shops. Trustworthy guides and drivers took us to various "cousins" establishments, all went well.
Owner and staff were amazing, they far exceeded my expectations and it almost felt like i was staying with family, the hospitality was amazing and all were very attentive to my family needs
The entire staff is GREAT and always available and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the Pyramids. Why stay anywhere else when the value here is Awesome. 5 Stars!
Although room is what you pay for, but the Egyptian hospitality at its best. Staff was very nice and helpful. View of pyramids from the hotel is worth staying there.
If you want to have an amazing staff to be there for you and really understand and joy the real Egyptian culture, their way of leaving, including real fresh local food, good deals this is a good place to stay.
Superb jewel of the Nile....
I was very impressed with every aspect of my stay there. The staff was beyond great, They were most kind in every way.The rooms were spotlessly clean.I recommend this beautiful quaint hotel above any other. If you want the true Egyptian experience, by all means book here. The top deck is priceless. You can sit & watch Egypt drift by on the streets & turn & see the majestic pyramids behind you. None better than this jewel...
We stay just about 10 minutes there and left the place to house of mena the place was not what the pictures show. I am wondering if you guys proves the reality of pictures or not. So everyone can put the pictures of 5 stars hotels and ….
The owner and staff goes out of their way to make their guests feel safe, comfortable and well accommodated.
Great affordable hotel with amazing pyramid view. The owner Mohamed and all staff are exceptionally friendly, they showed us the true Egyptian culture including food and entertainment. That kind of hospitality from the owner of the hotel we have never experience before, and we travel a lot. Mohamed is a guy with huge heart! Mohamed also recommended amazing tour guy- Moses- so knowledgeable, very professional and funny. Waited patiently to take tons of pictures, took us to see such great cultural places. Amazing day with him! We were so happy he was out tour guy- Overall great experience and we strongly recommend this hotel, we will definitely go there again!
The view is excellent, Mohamed, Magdy, Abdul,Faraag and all the personal is friendly and helpfull. They made my experience unforgettable.
Mohamed Farouk who owns the property was the most gracious host, the kind of hospitality you don’t find anymore in commercial hotels. The whole team was exceedingly accommodating starting with our early check in and early check out requests, upgraded our room to an apartment with kitchen and laundry AND a full view of the pyramids. It was sweltering hot when we visited so the air conditioned apartment was an oasis for us. The hardworking staff prepared delicious breakfast customized for our needs. The surrounding area is a cultural experience in itself with plenty of affordable food choices. At the check out, we were surprised with a beautiful marble present. Great value for money.
THE BEST HOST EVER! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!! The only place in chaotic Egypt where we felt welcome and taken care like kings. They help us get a private tour guide in my language at descent price. They escort us out shopping just to make sure we where not harassed . They really care for their guests! Rooms can be improved, but the view of the Pyramids is totally worth it!!! If I go back to Cairo I’ll definitely book this hotel.
Best mango juice in the world I drank liters of it
It was a great stay. U sleeping on top of pyramids. Hotel staff was incredible. Best mango juice I’ve ever had. Food was great.
The view of the pyramids is spectacular! I had a great view from my room as well. I also loved their breakfast food.
We couldn’t say enough about this property. Between the owners, the transportation, the young men working the hotel, everything was wonderful. We are so pleased. They were very accommodating and helped us plan our trip to make it everything we wanted! The owner/manager was amazing helping us plan our tours. We felt very safe riding with Abdul everywhere we went. The view was great, the room was nice and clean but the best part was the service. Thank you!!
Best Hotel in Giza
The staff were incredible going out of their way to make my experience amazing. From the friendly team to the warm atmosphere, I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thanks for a wonderful trip and for your exceptional customer service :)
There is no price that can pay the view to the pyramids from this hotel. We went early in the morning to tour around and in the afternoon our parents and us had the best conversation we had in year with the best view and ambiance. Ranked as one of our top 10 afternoons in Egypt!
As a budget hotel this might be the best you can get. The owner is wonderful, and it was some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced. As a young person travelling alone for the first time, Mohammed made me feel completely comfortable and safe, and organized almost everything for me. I cannot speak highly enough of the people who work here.
If you want to experience real Egyptian atmosphere in Cairo this is the hotel you should go. Mohammed is the owner manager he customized the 3-day tour plan for me and can do it for any group. He tried everything possible to make my stay comfortable. I will come back here again.
The pyramids were within view from the rooftop deck and out of our window. We wanted to be near the pyramids and it could get no better than that. The beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. The food was delicious! They gave us more food than we could eat with fresh fruit, vegetables, fresh fruit drinks, and water bottles as part of every meal. The staff treated us like we were their family and anticipated our needs. We could not ask for a kinder people and better hospitality.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights during our Egypt trip. It started when Moustafa El H. picked us up from the airport, and he was on time and very polite. Then at the hotel we met Mohamed Farouk who was very kind and helped us book a fantastic Giza/Cairo tour for the next day, with Moustafa driving us again and with a very good price! Our tour guide Moses was INCREDIBLE, and he was so much better than the guides we used when we went to Luxor and Abydos. The view is AMAZING, and the food and service is great! I felt like family during my stay and it made a great start to my trip to Egypt.
Very good location, brilliant view from the terrace, Helpful staff. Thank you.
The apartment we got was well placed and a 7 min walk to the pyramid complex. Its a big 6th floor apartment so the building lift was very useful and the apartment was clean and tidy. The WIFI is very hit and miss but the host agreed he'd sort it.
Friendly people. I had a good time.
if you wanna visit the pyramid and stay next to it that’s your place to go it’s very close to the pyramids and you have a great view to them from your room and the best view is on the roof and the owner Mr Farouk is a very good man it’s easy to deal with him and ask him whatever you want he is always there to answer your question the place is clean and good value for the money if you want to visit they pyramids talk with him he will give you the best prices and you will feel secure with him ,just ask him and he will get you anything you ask for , also they provide transportation with good pricing. thank you so much Mr Farouk .
This was an amazing stay. The owners of the property were absolutely first class from beginning to end. They were some of the most friendly and kind people I have met. This is a great place to stay with the Giza pyramids only a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good staff and.the owner, help me to book my next trip to Luxor it was the best experience I had on my trip.thank you.
Our stay was amazing we were welcomed in the hotel with smiles and hospitality. Faraq was always happy to help us and we appreciated all the help we got from him and everyone in the hotel. The room was perfect for me and my wife with great room service whenever we needed something. The best part of the hotel though of course was our view of the pyramids right from our room. We ended up booking a tour package with the hotel. The private guided tour allowed us to easily explore and see more than we ever thought we could during our stay in Egypt. We will forever remember our time in Egypt and when we come back we will be staying in the 3 pyramids view inn for sure!!!
Not enough words to say about my experience in 3 Pyramids View. Mohamed and his staff were the best. Hospitality, kindness and friendliness were outstanding. I was treated and felt like one member of the family, and so I’m very very grateful for it. Mohamed was like my brother, and he was always ready for whatever necessity I would have. He always makes you feel safe and protected. Also, I recommend him to book whichever tour you can imagen, the low prices will surprise you in comparison with other tour agents. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when back in this magical country.
I can’t say enough great things about Mohammed and his staff. Such incredible kindness and willingness to make you happy. Mustafa picked me up from the airport ($20) at 1am in the morning and pointed out all the highlights of Cairo along the way. Staff brought me a heater for the room and always asked if I needed coffee or water. Mohammed drove me to the pyramids at no charge (of course I tipped) and even waited for me to ride a camel and take pictures. His family owns the hotel (he was born there!) and he obviously takes pride in it. He is also an amazing tour guide. I loved the views from the hotel, but Mohammed really made my entire trip the best!
The owner tried to charge us more until I showed him my expedia confirmation. Room is filthy. To be honest i felt very uncomfortable and would not come back here. Happy to pay more but please be straightforward dont try to swindle more money.
Three pyramids view was one of the best facilities that we were welcomed in Egypt. The staffs hospitality was outstanding, the friendliness was unmatched. We were treated with great care and felt right at home. The staff is very attentive to your needs and is extremely helpful. Our questions regarding currency exchange, transportation and safety were answered to the full extent. We were served breakfast every morning. The food was delicious, surroundings were clean and the food/drinks had many options. The host was beyond helpful, he met our needs and above. He would be available 24/7 and is willing to go the extra mile in order to ensure a safe and fun trip. If you’re traveling to Egypt, we highly recommend visiting Three pyramids view. You will not only be treated extremely well, but you will always experience a beautiful view of the pyramids from sunrise to sunset. We highly recommend this place. We’re very thankful for an unforgettable trip and even better staff.
Mohamed was wonderful, he was very helpful.
This is the perfect place to begin your trip on Egypt. The staff go above and beyond to please you. Mohamed is an extraordinary knowledable guide who makes your stay in Egypt easy and pleasant, making you feel safe and protected. He takes you to the best places in Giza to experience the culture. Great, authentic breakfast. Abdul, the driver, was also exceptional.
To be honest, the Inn is in a very run down village. At first glance we were not sure we wanted to keep our reservations. The rooms are simple and the beds were not as soft as we are used to in the states. But then in the morning we met the staff, most of them have good English and the Manager Mohamed was quite helpful in scheduling anything we needed. He helped us secure knowledgeable guides for our tours of the Pyramid with great prices. Our breakfasts were wonderful local foods, which we enjoyed immensely. He even made sure we have more western style breakfast options for the grandkids. Mohamed took us to local restaurants, essential oil shop, papyrus store and a local cotton shop. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. We so enjoyed our stay. We felt like family by the time we left. We highly recommend this location for a true Egypt experience.
Such a great experience
Property was exactly how described and had a wonderful view of at least 5 or 6 pyramids. The owners were so personable and treated me like family. When I was hungry, they walked with me to get food. Mohamed bought me a wonderful chocolate desert for my birthday. Upon my arrival, at my request, Faraq was able to schedule all my tours, local shopping trip, flight to Luxor with personal guide for the day and other request to points of interest. Youssef carried all of my heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs and did not expect anything in return. Their behavior/attitudes reminded me of Southern hospitality at it's finest. I felt absolutely safe as a solo traveler and protected by the gentlemen. I would definitely recommend staying here.
This inn has that coming home feel. The rooms are clean and the owner goes out of his way to make you feel like family. He not only made sure we had everything we needed but also took us around the city to show us everything we would have missed if we stayed at a hotel. The food was delicious, the hospitality made the whole trip that much better. Highly reccomend!

AVOID FILTHY ROOMS, DISHONEST MANAGEMENT
This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was a nightmare—thick layers of dust coated every surface, the carpet was torn and stained, and the overwhelming stench of cat urine made it unbearable to stay. The toilet was filthy, and despite the listing claiming there was a kitchen, there wasn’t one. The balcony? A dirty, grimy mess. And the Wi-Fi? Completely useless—constantly dropping and slower than dial-up. When I brought these unacceptable conditions to management, he acted clueless, claiming he had no idea about the state of the room and even had the audacity to thank me for pointing it out. Really? How can management not know the condition of his own property? The dishonesty was obvious. When I asked for a refund, he passed the responsibility to Hotels.com. But when Hotels.com contacted him, he suddenly changed their story—claiming he wasn’t the “right person” to process refunds and outright denying ever discussing the matter with me. This isn’t just poor management; it’s a calculated scam. They know exactly what they’re doing: taking money, providing unlivable, filthy conditions, and then hiding behind excuses and lies when confronted. Save yourself the frustration, anger, and wasted money. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just a bad experience—it’s a blatant fraud. An absolute disgrace!
