Perfect location
Perfect location from which to attend events in or visit Clitheroe. Part of a fantastic event and leisure facility. Staff are brilliant
Great hotel friendly staff and close to amenities, will definitely stay again
nice stay, nice room, reception pleasant and helpful, no problem checking in. ate at the Bistro food was lovely. only negative one small towel radiator in very large bathroom made the bathroom a bit cold for February. otherwise no complaints at all nice room.
A great stay with excellent local amenities such as cinema, beer abd food hall, duck bowling and walks.
A lovely place to stay
Second time staying here and yet again we had a great time! Room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Room was warm on arrival - without being too stifling. Comfortable bed.
Very impressed with the hotel and close to local cinema and restaurants etc makes it ideal
It wasn't a chain It was unique
One night stay
We stayed one night for a wedding. Hotel was lovely and we were informed about noise from a function. However, there was noise until 1am from staff moving beer barrels which was quite disturbing. It was evident in our room but not all. Nevertheless, we would stsy there again.
The hotel was central and convenient for some shopping but there was no hotel parking, so we had to park on the street but did find a spot for over 24 hours. There was paid parking but it was expensive - £10 for 24 hours. Otherwise the hotel was fine, clean and the breakfast was good but again quite expensive.
Liked everything about the apartment thank you will return
Good hotel
Nice hotel and beer hall!!
Great location, really nice and helpful staff and great spacious room! Excellent value for money.
Stayed here prior to a friend’s wedding. Very quaint little hotel in a cute little town. Walking distance to the train station, a grocery store, a food and beer hall, Clitheroe Castle, and the main shopping street!
Good stay. Decent room. Friendly staff. Lovely area and food and facilities in the room.
Lovely hotel.
It was pleasant but overpriced. The shower was leaking. It was only an overnight stay but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

Excellent hotel, food, drink and stay excellent
Repeat visit
This was the latest in a series of visits over the past several years. We return because we find the experience very pleasant
excellent venue in the brewery and food hall complex. Buzzing and vibrant.
I have stayed here multiple times and every time it exceeds my expectations! It has a beautiful rustic decor and maintains the charm of the original building, it’s a really quirky place to stay! The only thing I will say is that I’m not a fan of paying to park however, the hotel is definitely reasonably priced for the standard of room! I look forward to staying again many more times in the future
Nicest shower I’ve ever had. Very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly
Nice Hotel
Nice hotel, only negative was no A/C on a warm evening
Excellent hotel would book again
Lovely hotel, clean, professional staff and easy to park outside. Highly recommend
Very nice large room, comfortable bed. Restaurant was excellent and great value for money
Great place with good access to bars and restaurants.
Great hotel near the castle
Amazing. Down side is no parking unless you street park. Protected parking nearby for 10 per night
Lovely place to visit would highly recommend
Nice
The food was exceptional and served in a very friendly atmosphere. The staff were fruendly and welcoming and the evening was just magic. Thsnk you
Nice stay
Excellent as always
What delightful and friendly staff!
Very friendly reception staff.
Excellent staff.
From walking in to walking out we were made to feel really welcome. Great staff and comfy room.
Stayed for 1 night in a deluxe room, which was lovely. However my friend stayed in a standard double & the obly difference we could see was tuat we had a bottle of water on the nightstand. Room wqs lovely & dining area was beautiful. The only thing letting it down was the luke warm breakfast. All in all a good hotel though. (Parking is atrocious & the staff are embarrassed by it)
Really great stay, lovely hotel and staff all really friendly.
Excellent as always
Excellent as always. We particularly liked the ‘Small Plates’ section of the Brasserie Menu on Thursday. (The Brasserie is currently open in the evenings on particular days, but we recommend it.) it also serves a good Continental breakfast…
Excellent as always
Our first time on the second (top)floor. Quiet and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and excellent value
Great hotel
Great hotel Nice rooms very friendly staff All you can ask for
Nice hotel, a few small issues to improve
A lovely development in centre of town. Evening staff in Reception and Bar/Bistra were excellent - friendly and professional. Spacious room, large bathroom with huge shower. Morning Reception staff less friendly - I wanted to make a few positive suggestions (pillows too soft, lack of info re breakfast, gap under door) but ironically she was not 'receptive' to first one (my fault for not reading booking info apparently) so I didn't bother......
Good rooms, no frills but very clean and a super large shower in the bathroom. The hotel is part of a well converted mill complex with restaraunts, a great bar and shopping. A well thought out mix of original features and modern comfort. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
Excellent.
So close to variety of restaurants bars and cinema
We liked everything about the hotel facilities were great!
A good first stay. Reception staff so helpful.
We stayed here for a wedding and it was a great location with a lovely, clean and spacious room that was quiet considering the amount if guests ! It was a very very hot stay with no air conditioning but that can’t be helped ! We didn’t get breakfast with our room but went next door to the foodhalll that served a delicious breakfast at a really reasonable price
A lovely hotel in a wonderful complex of restaurant, bar, leisure and cinema. I have stayed here many times on business and will continue to do so. Rooms are large and comfortable, staff are friendly and the Bowlands brewery area is excellent for entertaining.
The hotel was clean and ready for us when we arrived, the room was well equipped. We chose to dine in the hotel restaurant, the food was excellent but pricey.
Nice hotel for a weekend stay
The hotel was lovely and comfortable. We stayed for a girls night and it was perfectly located to nearby restaurants and bars.
This place seems like it's a work in progress. First off, it's hard to find being located at the end of a parking lot The elevator didn't work so guests had to carry their bags up and down the stairs. The room was adequate but definitely not luxurious. Overall, I was quite disappointed.
Very comfortable bed, great quality spacious bedroom and en-suite. A very appealing converted-mill vibe throughout. The neighbouring facilities at Holmes Mill and the bar (especially the Engine Room) are brilliant.
Trip Clithero to meet with friends
Great Hotel , beer at the brewery was great butt we had a meal there which was really average
Our 4th visit to the Spinning
We only booked 1 night away, it was absolutely amazing from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. All the staff were so helpful & friendly. The food was wonderful. Our room was really comfortable, clean & specious. We will definitely be coming back, thankyou
The room wasn’t tidied properly. Bed was comfortable.
Cleanliness, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff. Nice decoration.
Had a nice stay only problems the duvet was quick thick for warm weather. Also couldn’t get on the wifi
Lovely comfortable hotel, don’t eat in the bistro!
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It is ideally situated on the edge of the town centre. The only complaint I would have was the quality of the food in the bistro. The food is not exactly cheap but the quality of the food does not match the prices! I ordered chickpea curry and that’s exactly what I got. Some rice on the side and then a plate full of chickpeas and nothing else. There was hardly any sauce and at least 2 tins of chickpeas and no other vegetable!!
Tip top
Good stuff
The usual excellent stay
Happy customer
Excellent hotel great price would highly recommend.
Nice getaway
This was our first break away since the start of the pandemic, booked our stay and a table at bowland brewery, the carpark was a bit hard to find through our navigation, but parked up ,you pay for parking , we didnt know that, but it wasnt a problem, checked in with no problem with very friendly staff ,entered our room ,lovey and clean coffee & tea facilities available, nice decor fantastic shower, plenty of information in the room to visit other places,it was a fantastic place to stay & explore other fascinating places ,would highly recommend this hotel
Really friendly check in, hotel is very tastefully decorated and clean
All good about the place
Lovely location and amenities. Disappointing cannot check in until 2.30pm (the room was still not ready to check in at 3pm) and have to check out by 10.30am.
The hotel was hardly occupied but we were given a basic room on a main road which was adapted so consequently had no bath , sofa or chairs to sit on. The doors on the other rooms are deafening when they close and disturbed us regularly.
Excellent
Excellent service and a nice, clean room. Comfy bed, large rain shower and ample room. All amenities are close by including the beer hall and food hall. Highly recommend. We will return
Modern and classy.
Great stay. The hotel is a wonderful mill conversion which is modern, bright and comfortable. The Holmes Mill complex is amazing with a range of bars, places to eat and even has a cinema on site. Highly recommend.
Superb
Bed so comfortable and shower superb. The breakfast in the amazing booked laced cafe down stairs so much more than your average hotel breakfast and the rustic theme running through this hotel absolutely stunning. This place along with our visit to the Bowland Brewery will live long in the memory.
Night away
Lovely hotel complex with a vibrant atmosphere
Quality
Stunning room for the money
The hotel is very clean and modern and the rooms are very spacious. It has a lovely resturant and bar area. My room was right next to the lift and very noisey - avoid the rooms at the end of the corridor!
Great complex. Fabulous Food hall and Brewery. Hotel was super clean, rooms fairly basic - for the room I had anyway. The heating was on too high with no option to control it, so sleep was difficult. The customer service wasn't bad but wasn't great either.
A nice hotel
The service at breakfast wasn't particularly good; nothing was replenished and we had to ask for sugar and milk for our tea and coffee. the room was comfortable and clean

More air b&b than a hotel
Started at check in ...no one at reception. Reservation cards left on desk with everybody's details for anybody to take.. Finally after nearly 10 minutes we took our own room card headed for the lift and she appeared from outside with a glass of wine .we signed the check in paper. We never got to know if there was room service as wasn't told anything except how to get to our room and what time breakfast and check out was ?? Lacked in information and extremely bad service from reception , felt more like air b&b than a hotel ..the hotel cost a fortune and lacked in basic amenities...no bar or grill to be seen 🤔 I would not stay again
