Seychelles Luxury Retreat Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.1 Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the rules of the Seychelles Giveaway package detailed in section 1.2 below (the “Prize”) offered exclusively to holders of the Travel Tiger NFT (the “NFT”). The Prize is offered by AVA Collectibles, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (“Organiser”).

1.2 The Prize

The Prize includes:

Flights for 2 adults valued at up to US$3,000 total
7 Nights in an Ocean-View Pool Villa on a double occupancy at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island
Scheduled return flights from Mahe to Desroches island (35 minutes one way)
Half board with dine around option
Sunrise Yoga session for two once during the stay
Private stargazing experience on the runway
Beach picnic once during the stay
Adoption of a giant Aldabra tortoise for one year

1.3 The Draw

The draw to determine the winner(s) will be conducted on 4th April 2023 at 2:00PM UTC. All issued Travel Tiger NFTs will automatically be entered into the draw by their respective ID token numbers. The winning ID token number(s) will be selected using a randomization software and the Prize will be attached to the winning NFT(s) via the addition of unique metadata. For full transparency, the draw will be conducted via a video event displaying the randomization software choosing the NFT ID token numbers.

1.4 Secondary Market

The NFT(s) (and the attached Prize) may be traded on the secondary market if desired. If the owner(s) of the winning NFT(s) (the “Transferor”) lists the NFT(s) for sale on the secondary market and ownership of the NFT(s) is subsequently transferred to another person (the “Transferee”), the Transferee will be the owner of the Prize.

1.5 Claiming the Prize

To claim the Prize, the winning NFT(s) must be connected to a Travala.com Smart Diamond account to verify the owner(s). The bookable travel dates of the Prize are between 10th May 2023–20th December 2023 and are subject to availability. The return flights from Mahe to Desroches Island are scheduled on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday; check for additional flight days when you book. The winner(s) (or, if the Prize was transferred, the Transferee) must claim the Prize by 30th September 2023 at 11:59pm UTC by contacting [email protected].

1.6 Important Additional Terms

To ensure the Prize is claimed fairly, the winning NFT(s): (i) cannot be listed for sale on any marketplace(s) at the time of the Prize being claimed; (ii) cannot be sold within seven (7) days of the Prize being claimed; and (iii) will have the unique Prize metadata removed once the Prize has been claimed.

1.7 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended or supplemented at any time with or without notice and such amendment or supplemental term shall be applicable to NFT holders/participants at the time the updated terms and conditions are published by the Organiser.

1.8 Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability and/or any third-party liability or claims incurred by an NFT holder participating in the giveaway and, if applicable, claiming and utilising the Prize, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Organiser.

1.9 Hotel Terms

The hotel has its own set of rules and conditions independent of the Organiser that must be adhered to during the stay. Please refer to the Four Seasons website for more information.
