Sea view, great breakfast, clean, great pool warm, friendly.

A pleasant stay

Hotel was very clean and everything is being attended to. The room is well equipped and maintained but the doors to the rooms are not very soundproof and so you get a lot of noise from the corridors. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and all very fresh. We enjoyed our stay.

Beutiful hotel with an outdated room

The hotel is very beautiful, with an excellent breakfast and a very attentive staff. The lobby is impressively designed, and the pool is spacious, heated, and luxurious. However, the room we received in the southern wing did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this level. The bed was uncomfortable, the balcony window would not lock, leaving the room open most of the time, the electrical sockets were falling apart, and overall, the room was old and not up to the hotel's standard.

My room was next to housekeeping store...from early morning alot of noise from carts, peupole and door slapping. The door stopper (dont know the english name for it) not working in this store door also in door above in the upper floor (i went to check it out one morning). Used to love this hotel before...

Nice place

A room next to the pool on one side and dive club on the other. Comfortable, clean, secluded. Excellent setup for us. Great helpful staff, very good breakfast. Definitely recommended. And a couple of great fish and seafood restaurants in walking distance.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff spoke English, were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Parking was included and on the hotel property. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel. Bar worker and dining room workers we not the friendliest, but i decided to ignore that. Everything else was great

Terrible check in experience, no staff support, bullying security not allowing check-in/bag drop with car temporarily parked in front, not blocking ANY vehicle movement. Had to drag bags from an adjacent lot to the hotel property making multiple trips. Insult to injury, my room was up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, so yeah, unpleasant arrival.

Pos: Great hotel, great food , rich & super tasty saturday breakfast. Cons: Location is not good The staff at the reception no so willing to help, no smiles.

Rooms are dated and basic. The area around the hotel is scruffy and the beach was disappointing.

A Good Enough Hotel

The hotel was fine, a bit rundown. The staff are rude, but I think that's a feature of Israeli culture. For example, we had an issue and waited at the front desk for assistance. While assisting us the staff person allowed herself to be interrupted multiple times by other guests, solving their issue while dragging ours out much longer than necessary. This happened several times. Also, they have a kind of video arcade, but most game systems did not work. The breakfast and dinner buffets we're fantastic.

Excellent, all facilities in very good condition, clean, excellent Israeli breakfast (too much, too good). I would recommend teh hotal to reduce water pressure in the tab so to save some water + missing signs to save on towels etc. The hotel is loated few minutes away from the center inexepesive oublic transportation.

I love this place and always go back every summer with my husband, it is isolated from the other hotels and all the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a beach with corals and a diving center opposite. Unfortunately, it was under renovations now, but usually we have a lot of fun there. The cleaner of our room is charming, unfortunately I did not remember her name, but she is definitely worthy of praise

Nice getaway!

Hotel is very clean and feels very safe. It's not on the water so you do have to cross the street to get to the sea. Also right now the beach close to the hotel is under construction and does not belong to hotel so there is an additional fee. Overall very good

Food was amazing, room a little old and smelly, good value for the price, nice amenities, disappointing thing was that the spa had been closed due to some sort of staff meeting without notifying anyone.

Great stay! Clean hotel. Would have loved to have a concierge to recommend things to do and maybe help arrange. But hotel was very clean and nice. Strangely pool closes at 6pm! Overall, I would stay again.

Had a fun stay

Hotel with all the amenities you would expect in Eilat including on-site snorkeling and scuba center. A short walk to Coral Beach National Park. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Eilat. Perfect for a family vacation. Their beach area is being renovated but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Everything was great, I wish there was a portion of the beach the hotel had for guests.

Everything was just fantastic!

We booked this hotel so we could be down by the reef for snorkeling and scuba dive. It was very busy when we arrived. We had a Garden Room. The room itself was okay and had a nice balcony. However, the air conditioning it not work very well. After two days asking them to repair it they finally just moved our room. The new room was fabulous and overlooked the ocean. One important piece of information that I should mention right here, is that the garden rooms are not accessible by any means other than taking your bags up and down steps. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific.

Situated in a lovely place, close to the Coral beach and Underwater observatory, but not too close to Eilat's bustle. Staff was kind and friendly. A lot of fun to be there with our kids.

Exceptionally poor service!

Very poor service! Not recommended at all! The dinner, which is not cheap - does not include hot drinks. The sauna, although here it is stayed that it is free of charge was for additional payment. We have been charged twice for the room - and received the refund only after numerous inquires. One time we could not move our car - because it was blocked by another guest of the hotel. After informing the reception, waiting for about 20 minutes - and going back to the reception - the receptionist told us that: "they are sorry but there are not enough staff at the moment - so they suggest me to contact the guest who block my car myself and try to handle the situation"..

Good enough for 3 days trip. Breakfast was plenty of variety, There are some conflicts between the members of staff which had been resolved in public... Not nice! Some of workers probably not satisfied with there work and are nervous with tourists. So,manage your conflicts in a close room!!! Not enough parking area. I have parked in front of the hotel thouthing it belongs to the property..In the morning I have found a 100 seckels penalty in my car window. Far from the city, suitable for who is doing driving.

Good hotel, love the location

the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast was good. big variety. the rooms are big. the pool area is large and the beach is nearby. all in all impression and stay were very good.

Bad service

The hotel failed to notify us about Covid requirements causing a huge delay in our stay. instead of apologizing an employee names Maya was rude, aggressive, accusatory and unprofessional. Put a cloud on the whole stay.

Nice hotel but the service level is very poor

During a 3 night stay at the hotel I had a number of issues and received poor service. For example : The room was not cleaned during the day and only in the evening when I asked for towels, they sent a cleaner. A problem with a broken bed that was not treated even though I called the service several times and promised to take care of it. In the evening (night before check-out) I had to pack up and move to another room.

Disappointment

I had no idea that there is a whole section at the hotel with no elevator, and an old one. If I knew I would never order that room. Also they promissed to replace and never got back to us.

Bad start but good finish

When we got to our room , was very disappointed as we had booked a garden view and this view was blocked by mass of foliage . Claustrophobic. Back to reception. Asked to see the manager, Yoav. The hotel was very full but he was excellent and found us a lovely larger room with beautiful view - we had to pay a supplement but worth it .

Great Stay at a nice hotel Pros- location is amazing just 5 min. walking from one of the best beaches in Eilat and great places to eat close by breakfast was amazing with great selection. now with covid-19 regulation everything was served by the staff and the overall feeling was safe and clean staff at the lobby and all over the hotel was very welcoming and nice cons – parking can be quite busy but there are plenty of places within walking distance pricy hotel not budget friendly 😊

Beautifully set, away from the crowded part of Eilat. Excellent restaurant, terrific buffet dinners and breakfasts. Very kind, helpful staff.

The staff and their attitude were terrible. I would never stay or recommend this hotel despite the fact that the hotel itself was very nice. The staff needs lessons on customer service especially the restaurant hostess.

We had a perfect stay here. Pools are beautiful, beach is right across from the hotel, and with a toddler, the spacious and well-equipped playroom was a huge treat, especially when it was less sunny outside. We loved the breakfast and the food at the hotel bar too. Shelly at bar is lovely. At the pool, huge beds await you for free, excellent for sunbathing. Cleaning is high-quality, and a very friendly Jordanian cleaner even made beautiful sculptures from towels every day. Overall a perfect experience (on our first trip to Eilat!). Thanks SO much. We will return.

Fantastic facilities for children, particularly the art area and foozball table. Would suggest switching the location of the video game room and the art room or, at least, educating guests that the art room is available. The main areas of the hotel, and the rooms were perfectly maintained. The hotel could graduate solidly to 5 star status ( from a solid 4.5 stars) by touching up the paint and appearance of corner areas of the hotel - like the rear stairwell (really a minor thing but needed to perfect a wonderful property that's staffed by a wonderful team).

Great pool and beach access. You can rent snorkels from the hotel diving center for free for two hours. Also, the hotel will reimburse your bus fare if you take the city bus.

Parking lot gets right up to the room on 2nd floor. However, it was full so had to park outside after unpacking.

Nice Red Sea resort in Eilat

Overall the hotel and grounds are very nice. It is across the street from the beach (Red Sea) and hotel has its own section of lounge chairs. The pools are great. Included complimentary buffet breakfast is excellent. They provided us a boxed breakfast one day because we left early for a day trip to Petra. Our room was in the older section of the hotel and seemed dated but clean and comfortable. Staff was generally very helpful. This seemed a good place for families. If you're into SCUBA diving this is the place for you.

Far from the marina and rocky beach. But the hotel is very nice, the pools are crystal clean, the pool beds are amazing and the service is excellent.

The waitress in the lounge bar was delightful. She had never made an ice tea from scratch before and did a great job! She was very friendly. We were there for only 2 nights and would return. The boys at the pool were rather unfriendly.

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Staff was amazing and spoke English as well as other languages. Great breakfast and dinner. Close and convenient for visiting other attractions. Private beach. The dive club was the highlight of my stay. I got free snorkel equipment and 10% off of my SCUBA dives. The entire experience was amazing no matter what I wanted to do! I relaxed by the pool and had an adventure in the sea. I’m sorry I didn’t book a spa treatment but— next time! I would recommend to a friend. Was family friendly and a wonderful resort!!!

Perfectly located for diving or snorkeling. Hotel staff is just awesome. Very helpful and understanding. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool and area to relax present. Just 1 minute from the Red sea, bars, and restaurants. We took a taxi to the city center in 8 minutes. Hotel security had to deal with the youngster who were very loud even during the night and they dealt with it, given our money back from that night. What an amazing staff.

The location is great, near the coral nature reserve. The hotel feels friendly. The rom is clean and comfortable. A few facilities issues need to be fixed. Overall a great family hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff is helpful and very kind. Good location (10mins from the center by bus or taxi) close to the Underwater Observatory and Dolphin reef. And they has really good food!

good for 3 nights

First of all I had check in 19:30 pm and in few hours i had received official paper that at 23:00 a power outage will occur in the hotel in collaboration with israel Electric corparation so i had a few hour for charge for my phone and take shower so on after long trip . Regarding to room, stuffs are old and need reconstruction . Second day , i woke up with big noisy drilling and contraction workers were drilling to my next door room ( no comment ) Room was clean and i appreciated and thank you for cleaning stuff. Breakfast was good but no any meat , no salami or no sausage etc..

Beware. I’m traveling with 4 adults and 2 children. I reserved and paid for two 2 bedroom suites on Orbitz. The hotel does not have any 2 bedroom suites. They gave us two 1 bedroom units - each with only two twin beds. Really! A two bedroom suite that only sleeps 2 people - faulse advertising.

We snorkeled an dove. Beautiful. The hotel beach was not so nice but the pool was great.

What a nice clean hotel! Really enjoyed our stay. The pool, the breakfast, and the staff were top notch. Only drawback is that in the far blocks there are no elevators and therefore ask for room with elevator access if that is important to you.

Short walk to restaurants, aquarium, and beach

We only stayed one night after a return from Jordan while waiting on a flight back to Tel Aviv. We enjoyed the town, weather, and hotel and could have stayed longer. We found nearby restaurants that were excellent. We had a view of the Red Sea (Gulf of Aqaba) and Jordan from our room. The hotel had a very nice (included) breakfast. Checkout was at 2pm which gave us time to walk to the world class aquarium and walk back to catch a city bus to the airport. The bus was only 5 shekels each and took about 20 minutes. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel. I have never been in a smaller airport but it was well run and nice even with security.

extra charge at clerk discretion

I booked the room for 2 adults but we were 2 adults and 2 kids: 2 and 4 years old. At the reception we were told we need to take a family room - which was much more expensive (200 against 112 dollars) and after I've explained that the kids sleep with us anyway they said we need to pay an extra fee of 140 ILS for the kids (sleeping in the same room). In the end we've paid this fee and they also gave us a family room - useless to us. The next day while at the reception the same story with another family just that they were charged 34 ILS for one child - lesa than half of what we've paid per child.

Not worth the money

When we checked in they couldn’t find our reservation. Hotel was over booked so they gave us at the end a room that was “ closed” means they don’t use it usually .. When we saw it we know why. It smelled ,bad Condection . And also we found hair in the bed . It wasn’t form a head.... We didn’t have where to go it was midnight and no other room available . No other hotels to go too we had to stay. And runnied our holiday. Didn’t sleep all night and left as soon has we got up.
