This hotel on the whole provided comfort in sleeping & space to move around. As seniors the only negatives for us was the heavy bathroom sliding door & no night lights to help navigate the bathroom at night. Breakfast good. Underground parking usefull in winter.

Everything was fine. Bottom matress cover was clean but it had stains on it. Everything else seemed really clean. This would not stop me from giving another chance to this hotel.

Easy to place to stay

The staff are excellent. The breakfast was great, make your own waffles, eggs, turkey bacon, sausage, hash brown patties, plus your yogurts, cereals, bagels. The room was clean and very quiet-stayed on third floor. The hallway was a little dirty as they must be renovating one of the rooms. The only issue I had was the pool was not very clean, I’m not sure if it was because there had been several volleyball players in and out that night but cloudy water not appealing. Otherwise great place.

Clean nicely updated. Hot tub was hot jets pump was down. Complementary breakfast was excellent. Great overall and is our new go to place

Great place in Kamloops

I try to stay at this property whenever I have to stay in Kamloops. Friendly staff underground secure parking. Room clean and comfortable. Bed is really comfortable too.

Underground parking is a plus. Clean, modern renovated rooms. No issues at all throughout.

Same as last time, enjoyed the stay and the free breakfast is always a plus.

Great place to stay

This property was advertised as 'wheelchair' friendly but it definitely was not. I could barely get to the bed with my chair. Was very disappointed. I even called ahead to make sure that I could have a wheelchair friendly room. Won't be staying there again. Probably fine for fully abled persons.

Kids liked the pool.

Check in was quick & easy, staff friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and quiet. Underground parking was a plus. Hotel was close to dining options. Easy access to highway.

fire alarm went off and we had to stand in wet bathing suits with our children in the cold. at least one staff should be in charge of supporting the patrons in cases of emergency. requested a crib at check it it never arrived. hair dryer broken. cards kept having to be replaced because they stopped working

There was 3 or 4 long black hairs in the shower, no shampoo and a used container of conditioner. I have blonde hair, so definitely not mine.

Great underground parking. Excellent place to stay.

Heater was super loud and ran all night because room couldn't keep warm. There were no cups or Kleenex in the room. Alarm clock wrong time. All were little issues but definitely made our short sleep even shorter.

It was great. My only complaint was the lack of towels at the pool.

The hot tub gets are too weak, good elevators, quiet, did not like the bathroom lighting , too dark and no makeup mirrors.

Its Kamloops But check in was strange .. nobody was at the desk… we waited 8 minutes for a girl who was annoyed we were there … I had booked 3 King suites … no greeting… no professionalism It was bizarre We got our rooms They were fine But the tile floors were disgusting So as long as you wear shoes You are fine But it was gross to be honest

Very clean and tastefully modern. It is a relatively new hotel. Everything is nicely done in a modern way. The room we had with king bed was very nice with a great bathroom.

Nothing about this place to be excited about or any real reason to return. So bland and staff that didn’t really want to go to work and serve customers without it seeming like a huge effort for them. I don’t think I would return unless I’m desperate.

The hotel is pretty clean overall, both common areas and the room. Staffs are friendly. However the breakfast is just average.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and found the hotel to be comfortable and quiet and close to shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful whether they were front desk or maintenance or cleaning staff. The pool and hot tub were spotless and extra fresh towels were provided. We appreciated having access to washers and dryers also..they were a reasonable fee. Breakfast was great, the dining area was kept clean and everything was restocked constantly . I also loved having the heated covered parking especially since it was winter when we stayed and appreciated how secure it was. I really have no complaints! This hotel will be my first choice every time I stay in Kamloops.

Easy access to visit our child at TRU

Good convenient location. There are a few restaurants in the area but you have to explore to find them. Breakfast was usual for Canada. Nothing exceptional. Staff very helpful though.

The hotel was fantastic. Very friendly staff, clean and includes a continental breakfast with some hot food options. If I were to make one criticism I would say the food warmers didn’t work as the hot food offered was lukewarm. However that did not affect the stay overall

Front Desk clerk who helped us check-in was very indifferent to us; offered no information on the property or parking options. Ended up stopping to listen to the other front desk person explaining the guests he was helping.

After a day of travel it was a great stop. Reasonablely priced, swimming pool and hot tub to relax in. Good beds and quiet.

Enjoyed our stay

Met expectations for budget hotel. Elevator had taped on “Out of Order” on 3rd floor but was being used? I took the stairs. Asked about local restaurants on arrival 8:30pm. Referral was closed.

Perfect location. Clean rooms. Electric charging station in closed parking. Wish breakfast was little better and not so much processed food

Friendly staff and a clean room. The lights in the pool area would flash and the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The island at the car park was filled with dog poo.

Safe and Welcoming

Excellent security and friendly, welcoming staff! Property needs some minor attention and detail cleaning, but nothing alarming. Walking distance to mall, church, and restaurants!
