Really enjoyed our stay at Vue. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Quality bedding and appliances. The area is great also being a stones throw to the beach and a short walk to the bars in Broadbeach. My only complaint would be that it would have been great for the staff to have maybe vacuumed the floors during the daily service.

I am incredibly disappointed with our experience booking a travel package to the Gold Coast through Expedia. I feel embarrassed that I recommended this package to my family, only to have the company let us down and ruin our trip for multiple reasons. 1. Car Rental Issue (East Coast Car Rentals) – When we arrived to pick up our rental car, we were suddenly told we had to pay an extra $250 for insurance. This fee was not clearly stated in the contract, and had we known, we might have chosen another rental company with a better price. The staff were rude, and the shuttle that was supposed to take us to the airpor. 2. Hotel Issues (Vue Broadbeach) – Upon arrival, we found that the bedding, including the sheets and pillowcases, was dirty and stained with makeup, which indicated that the room had not been cleaned properly. For a group of six people, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and the hotel only provided two small packets of dishwasher and laundry detergent, which were far from sufficient. We had to keep going to the reception to request more, which was frustrating. 3. Hygiene Concerns – The bathroom supplies were dirty, and we noticed stains on the toiletries and bathroom fixtures. Despite repeatedly informing the hotel that we were out of toilet paper, they did not take responsibility for restocking it properly. Additionally, we never received an apology for the lack of cleanliness in our room. These were just some of the many issues that completely ruined our tri

Girls weekend with daughters

Our stay was wonderful the staff were amazing they even gave us boogie boards and a beach umbrella and late checkout I was travelling with a friend and both our daughters for a girls weekend away.

Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with our 4 young children and it was amazing. The kids loved the pool & sauna and proximity to the beach. We will come for longer next time. Thank you!

Nice and quiet place to stay with family

Second time staying at The Vue, would be happy to stay there everytime we stay in Broadbeach. Very clean, close walk to beach, a little further from main shops in Broadbeach and main Beach, but that's nice if you prefer a little peace and quiet. Beds are super comfy, showers are huge, kitchen nicely fitted out, air con is exceptional. Nothing bad to say, we love it there.

Where do I start .. from check in to checkout everyone was so amazing. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. The aircon in the room was not working, was upgraded to another fantastic room. We would surely make another trip soon.

Just not long enough!

An extremely wet weekend, that made no difference to a wonderful weekend at the Vue apartment. A Wonderful apartment for a big family gathering. The facilities are excellent for all age groups (4 generations); the apartment was clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations.

Staff friendly and venue 5 star

The location was amazing! Just in the middle of board beach and surfers paradise. Maintenance employees were so lovely and inviting. My only complaint would be front staff in chatting out the back making guests wait to patiently be served.

Amazing, would stay again

We booked 3 bed room apartment expecting it to be small but it was huge. The apartment was so clean and it has everything that you need. 2 rooms has an ensuite and one room has the bathroom outside. All rooms have the window and the beach view though. It was nice. One main thing is, the room in real life is much better than the photo. If you are travelling as a group, definitely recommend this place

We loved our stay at Vue Broadbeach. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Could not fault the apartment (2 befroom) for comfort and cleanliness and the daily servicing of the rooms was exceptional. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay

Clean and luxurious whilst being more intimate than the usual larger towers

Great service on arrival - room was clean and as described - pool and sauna area were lovely - very close to beach - a bit of a walk down to Broadbeach restaurants but Ubers cheap and plentiful.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Vue; from the seamless out of hours check-in to being upgraded to a 3 bedder, it was a fabulous trip. The staff, specifically front of house team member Sarah was exceptional in meeting all our needs. All requests were followed up on and room was serviced frequently. Only comment would be the quality of the towels don’t meet the quality of this accommodation, they can be upgraded to reflect surrounding. Pool was difficult to access as it was monopolised by large family groups; I guess it’s better to visit in non school holidays. Thanks for the stay and we hope to visit again.

Loved our stay. Very modern and clean. All staff super friendly and helpful. Pool and spa were fabulous. Really close to the beach, public transport, cafes and restaurants.

The whole experience was first class from beginning to end. The team on reception were brilliant, the rooms were outstanding and very modern, and the views are superb! It’s just a short 2 minute walk to a cracking place for brekkie, and probably no more than 5 mins walk to the Florida Gardens G-Link station. The beach is a 2 minute walk and it’s a lovely peaceful safe area. I absolutely recommend that you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

A lovely clean facility with very friendly and helpful staff. The only minor downside was the size of the pool area, which is very small and has limited seating options. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to stay. It’s a two minute walk to the beach.

Great property for a girls weekend. We enjoyed a three bedroom apartment, plenty of space, modern and clean! Check-in was easy, staff friendly. About a 15 minute walk to the Broadbeach city centre, a nice couple of cafes close by. Beach walk right at your door.

Great stay in 3 bedroom apartment, we liked the appliances was nice to feel homely and very modern for our stay

We loved proximity to beach and Broadbeach centre, not too close but close enough. Pool is heated that isn't mentioned on website. We stayed on floor 9 and I could only hear a hum of traffic on occasion. Has everything uou could want. Metro coffee shop is excellent too.

Overall, the property was amazin! A would stay here again.

We have just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay at Vue. They very kindly upgraded us from a 2 to 3br apartment with the most amazing views across the GC. The property is very clean, quiet and well maintained. Staff were very friendly. Would happily return.

Very modern and about a 10 minute walk to Broadbeach restaurants

These apartments were very comfy and clean, and within walking distance to lots of eateries and right across from the beach. A beautiful pool and spa area, great amenities in the apartment, we couldn't have picked a better spot.

Reception staff provided an early check in and late check out. They were very accommodating and kind to us. This hotel is in a quiet area and perfect location, only, 1 block away from the beach. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property, great location just a skip down the road to the beach.

Such a lovely apartment and location - about 1km from middle of Broadbeach where restaurants and supermarket etc are. we personally loved the location as was quiet of a night but still close enough to everything. Super close to the beach - very good cafes only couple hundred metres away for morning coffees etc - great views and super modern and clean areas. We used the bbq and pool/spa areas which was great. The lady at the desk was amazing - so helpful, lovely and just really refreshing to have such a great welcome and assistance throughout our stay Will definitely be back can’t wait!

Vue Stay Superb.!

My family & I enjoyed our 2 night stay, first impressions count, check in was perfect, we were greeted with friendliness & a smile along with professionalism. The property is very located, close to the beach & Broadbeach central. Our apartment was fantastic.!! Perfect in size for our family of 5, it was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The condition of our room was immaculate. Great amenities in the showers & bathrooms along with the nice inclusions in the kitchen of coffee pods, hot chocolate & variety of teas. The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows, to have block out blinds is also a winner. Although the weather was rainy during our stay we still enjoyed the pool, spa & sauna. The bbq entertaining area is well set up and the whole area has a high sense of lux. Parking on site was also very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vue Apartments & will definitely be returning here again.!

Amazing property & staff, well worth staying here

Beautiful property and lovely staff at this location. Gorgeous beach views. Apartment layout is great and bedding is very comfortable. There are however very few shops and dining options without a few minutes walk from the building and while we were there, there were danger warnings about the beach across the street, so we did not swim there. Pool area is clean and beautifully designed. One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in while on vacation.

Spent the long weekend here and as a family we really enjoyed our stay. We checked in late and the instructions were easy to follow. Great reception when we checked in the following day. Our son got to borrow their beach gear and had fun on the boogie board. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Awesome they do housekeeping everyday except Sunday. Close to cafes and it’s only 15 minutes walk down to Kurrawa surf club and the hub of Broadbeach. Thanks and we will return again.

The front desk reception has amazing customer service, they were warm and friendly. Made us feel at home from our short getaway at the Gold Coast. The apartment was really clean, we felt comfortable and felt like where were in luxury hotel. The views were amazing overlooking the beach and the city. Highly recommended and will come stay again in the near future.

It was great to stay at Vue Broadbeach. The staff were helpful and facilitated our request. The property was clean and located in a perfect area close to restaurants and other local attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, not too busy and an easy walk to Surfers or Broadbeach. Close to the beach. Nice hotel. Did have a maintenance issue that was fixed but meant people were on and out of our room which was an inconvenience.

The property is great!! Spacious and very clean rooms! The only downside is that it’s away from Broadbeach’s and Surfer’s Paradise restaurants and bars.

It was a lovely unit, and most staff could not be more helpful. However for a unit that slept 6 the lounge only sat 4 people as did the outdoor dining. Plus there was only 1 carpark where we needed 2 and the lady on reception early Wednesday morning was rude when I asked her about parking our 2nd car in a guest park. it was then very interesting to see reception staff park there all day. However the just lovely lady who ran the cleaning / maintenance staff more than made up for the Wednesday receptionist.

We loved the quiet spot and the view. Access to the beach about 50 mts away with kids was a bonus. Management was helpful and friendly. Accommodation facilities were lovely. Thank you.

Wonderful view over the sea - sat in balcony and watched migrating whales move along the Coast. Great facilities- very comfortable. Best shower pressure - didn’t want to leave

We had an amazing and relaxing weekend at the Vue. The apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was perfect with a 2 min walk to the beach. Our interactions with all staff from front desk to cleaning services was exceptional and friendly.
