Great staff, but overall a lot of mold in the room , could be cleaner

Clean, comfortable, accommodating and friendly service

Small private accommodation with a small pool and convenient location, only a 15 minute walk from the center. Not accessible, do not recommend if you have heavy luggage and/or elderly people. Rooms are grim, with no hairdryer, stained bedsheets and towels. Free bike rentals available. Hosts have good English, will offer private taxi service and but can come across as pushy. Livable accommodation if you want somewhere cheap to stay for a night or two.

Don't expect much. The rooms are basic. You will need to ask for things like toilet paper and they will not provide fresh towels for subsequent nights. Wifi on the level I was on was just notconnected They do not make up the room nor do they remove rubbish However, if you don't mind all that, the location is a 10 mins walk to the edge of Hoi An old town centre .

Property is a beautiful ‘mansion’ & room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom is very basic but covers requirements. Good aircon & wifi. Pool is small but clean, & nice & cold after a hot day out & about. Host was lovely & available to answer queries, organise transport etc. This is a no-frills property ie no servicing of room for 2-night stay, which is perfectly fine considering the very cheap nightly rate. Property is approx 5-15 minute walk to the busy parts of Hoi An.

Good value for money

The place represents good value for money. Well located (although not well sign posted) and easy walk into Old Town. The room was big, comfortable and the balcony was great. The small pool was also really well presented. Overall, the building and paintwork could do with some TLC as there was evidence of damp in places. This is more akin to a homestay, not a hotel, so don’t expect great service or attention.

Villa is fine although the pictures are flattering.Had no balcony.

Not a good location

Property was lovely with a nice little pool great on a hot day our room was on the first floor and had an enormous shower didn’t like the glass cubicle toilet though. The only other thing was there wasn’t much around that location bars restaurants etc and it was quite a walk into the old town.

Loved our stay here - friendly staff, quiet area and a great little pool to cool off in. Stayed longer than initially planned because we liked it so much.

We stayed 2 nights at Unity Villa. The hotel itself is beautiful and seems quite new, but it is very simple. The bedroom was big and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I don't think it was cleaned while we were there, just after we left, which is ok for us since we stayed 2 nights only but some people may not like it, when we arrived it was cleaned. We needed a shower cap and it didn't have on the room amenities. We did not really interact with the hotel's staff, they didn't provide any information pr map of the city.The hotel seemed quite empty. The location is not great but it is in a walkeble distance from the old center so if you don't mind walking it is fine. One day we came back late from the centre and we had a bit of fear because the streets were so empty, so for a single girl or 2 girls I would not walk back if it is after 10pm - Vietnam is very safe, but anyways. They don't have breakfast included. We overall experience was ok to pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic place and people. We arrived two hours before check in and were happy to wait but were instead checked in immediately without question. The room was immaculate. Would definitely stay again

Great place within walking distance of middle of city. The rooms are big and the pool is clean. Bed was comfortable as well. Only downside to my stay was the Air conditioner was dripping water on the floor about five minutes after turning it on.

Great place to stay...

Great price and the room is both clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was really happy at this hotel and would stay again on my next visit. Must say pool (and common area) is a bit small and the location is good but still a 10 minute walk at least to the center of town. That said, I still rate the hotel very highly. Again, staff could not be nicer and the rooms are an amazing value at this price.

Great Hotel

The staff were welcoming and the check-in was quick and easy. The room was modern, lovely and spacious. The bathroom shower and toilet were impressive plus clean and tidy. The staff offered me a map of the local area to help find my way around. For me the hotel was a little bit difficult to find as it was located down a small alley of Ly Thuong Kiet Road and the hotel sign was not easy to see. Anyway I like it very much and wished I could've stayed longer.

Clean hotel with helpful staff

Great place 5-10 minutes out of the Hoi An’s hussle but close enough to walk in or use the free hotel bicycles. Would stay again as great value for money.

Hotel is as described and reviewed on tripadviser by other travellers correctly. Modern, clean and spacious room with a friendly reception. Central location for all the attractions in the town. However, the hotel was for me too noisy. There is currently going on some construction in the next door house which starts at 7am and then there was a number of nearby restaurants which turned up the volume of the music; so that I couldn't get any rest after the sightseeing. It will be quiet after 22.30 so the guest can get a good night's rest.

Beautiful villa in a great location with a pool!

Highly recommend this villa. Huge family room with great facilities and the pool is wonderful. Short walk to the old town made everything easy

Free bikes, good wifi, comfy clean rooms

Beautiful rooms, nice big comfy bed, stayed for 5 nights. Owner very accommodating, juggled the rooms around so we could stay an extra night after the buses out of hoi an were full. Good wifi, located slightly outside hoi an old town but free bikes to use to explore the town were brilliant facility but the tyres could be pumped up a bit. Can be noisy with music at unsocial hours and construction nearby early in the morning. Otherwise fantastic stay. Would stay again.

A small gem close to old quarter

Great little place and good value for money. Small pool, but comfy surroundings. Johnny (the owner) always around to assist if needed (bus tickets, motorbikes or just a chat). Very relaxed area. Would recommend.

Great place

We stayed at Unity Villa for 4 night mid February. The room was nice and clean with daily housekeeping. They offer bikes free of charge for you to ride around the area which is a great way to see everything. Breakfast is available and at a reasonable price/quality. They will be sure to recommend a certain family members tailor shop called Faifoo, who we used. They did a great job with all of our clothing with professional service at a good price. One of the men at reception did try and make us move rooms so that someone else could have a room with a view as advertised but that's what we had also paid for so we declined. He seemed rather annoyed at that, but honestly, who wants to downgrade rooms? I would suggest getting your washing done elsewhere as there are many places around town (one place right across from Cafe 43, which also has beer for 3000vnd) does washing for 20,000, which is half the price where we were staying. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to everyone.

Great place to stay

It is a new hotel and had 5 star quality bed, linen and bath towels. The room is quite spacious and well appointed. The hotel is a family run enterprise, the owner is very jovial and friendly. I just hope they maintain the standards that they have set over a period of time. Also great value for your monies.

Nicest people you could ever meet

Incredible place for the price. The two owners, Johnny and B were wonderful, you many not realise this at first, but if you get to know them they're unbelievably kind. We got to know their whole family and were invited to and 'end of year' party with their families. Figuring that we paid so little for the room, we tried to throw them some other business by eating there for breakfast and the food was very good. We went to the sister's tailor shop, although we did shop around first. I'm actually glad we did because it was the best one we found for men's clothing in particular, and I did end up getting some shirts. The room was good for the price. The location was a bit away from the old town, but the bikes provided made it easy.

A nice property in easy cycling distance to the old town. Staff were accommodating when we had to change our plans at the last minute.

UNE IMMENSE DÉCEPTION En résumé : - Chambre : humide, pas de ventilation, draps et serviettes humides / sales, papier toilette trempé, literie avec une odeur de moisi, murs imprégnés de moisissure. - Emplacement : à 20min à pied du vieux Hoi An, l’hôtel prête des vélos. Quartier calme. - Personnel : gérant intéressé bien que sympa au 1er abord mais manipulant la situation à son avantage. Prend les passeports et ne les rends pas immédiatement, propose un trajet en voiture afin de se rendre à notre prochaine destination pour au final nous faire venir un mini bus qui nous emmènera à un bus couchette.

Merci beaucoup mon séjour a Hoi An tout était parfait, j'ai une grande chambre avec balcon qui donnait vu sur la ville et sur la piscine, l'hôtel se trouve dans une petite rue donc même si vous êtes au centre de la ville les chambres sont très calme , le patron est adorable toujours le sourire, pas intrusif comme ça peut parfois arriver dans les homestay, rien a redire, c'est sur que si je reviens à hoi an je reviendrai dans cet hôtel

The room was ok however the bathroom was one big wet disaster , no showercurtain no change of towels, no cleaning for three days

Fair til prisen

Alt i alt var det et fint ophold vi havde på Unity Villa. Hotellet er drevet af to brødre, hvoraf den ene er super venlig og imødekommende og gerne hjælper med at planlægge ture og andet. Den ældste er knapt så god til engelsk og har en dårlig attitude. Man havde lidt fornemmelsen af at den ældste forsøgte at lave mersalg, ved at anbefale nogle ture han selv fik profit af, leje knallerter ud til overpris og anbefale sin egen families butik. Værelset var rent, og rengøringspersonalet var rigtig søde. Der var lidt skimmelsvamp i hjørnerne, og skabet lugtede dårligt. Vandet fra bruseren løb ud over hele gulvet, pga manglende kant og hældning på gulvet. Sengen var pæn og ren. Badeværelset var rent og der var god plads på værelset.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Hôtel propre avec piscine, vélo à disposition. Idéalement bien placé, à 10 minutes de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Il est situé dans une rue calme.... Les vélos sont disponibles gratuitement pour se promener en ville, c'est très pratique. Il n'y a pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, donc c'est humide et ça reste mouillé longtemps.

Two star hotel with good location and old facility

The negative points are (1) noisy from early morning by people in pool side, (2) there are a lot of insects in the room and not so clean, (3) free bicycles are not maintained, (4) there is no view over the window even the website presents that the room has pool side view and balcony... On the other hand, the positive points are (1) the location of hotel is convenient to access to the ancient town and it takes around 15 minutes by walking from the hotel to ancient town, so it is convenient, (2) the room has enough space to relax, (3) the staff of hotel could arrange a taxi to go to Da Nang for reasonable price.

Avslappende og fint sted

Hyggelig stort villa/hus med store rom. De hadde gratis utleie av sykkel som var kjempedeilig! De hjalp meg også om det var noe jeg lurte på. Anbefales til andre reisende!

Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Hoi An, per il resto camere molto sporche (lenzuola, asciugamani e forte odore di muffa). Anche la pulizia della piscina lascia a desiderare. Per lo stesso prezzo si può trovare molto di meglio.

清潔感あふれるし、スタッフは良かった。 ただし、部屋の前まで濡れたベランダを歩かないと行けず、年老いた母が転ぶのではないかと心配した。

整體來說CP值還算高

房間大，簡單乾淨，離古城稍有段距離，但外面街上晚上頗熱鬧！唯一缺點是睡覺時間還聽的到別處傳來敲打的聲音

Det ligger rigtig godt. Man kan gå ind til byen på 10 minutter. Hele værelset lugter dog virkelig muggent og væggene ser bestemt ikke sunde ud.

Dejligt rent, stort værelse. Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Beliggenheden var super god, kun 10 minutter fra den gamle by. Enteste minus er at der er meget lydt i området, og at der kun er en glas væg der adskiller badeværelset. Det vil sige man kan se og høre alt. Ikke velegnet til folk på honeymoon

Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La chambre était propre mais avec un confort de base. Malheureusement, la publicité laisse présager des installations de qualité supérieure.

Helt okej

hotellet är lyhört. Rummet hade en stor säng. Badrummet var något speciellt. Toa och dusch var i samma glasrum. Handfat precis utanför. Detta gjorde att i ens hotellrum så såg man rakt in till toan och hörde precis allt. Glad att vi inte var magsjuka! Poolen har i princip skugga hela dagen vilket drar ner det hela.
