Very nice place.

This was a very nice aparthotel. It is in Broadbeach which we liked much better than Surfers Paradise. It had a washer and dryer which was great, and was close to the restaurants.

Very clean and great service

We stayed in a SkyHome 2-bedroom apartment for a week in January 2025, and it was hands down the best hotel stay we've ever had! The apartment was so incredible that I honestly thought we’d won the lottery and been upgraded. It was absolutely huge—an incredibly spacious open-plan dining, kitchen, and lounge area, plus its own laundry room, a study, and two balconies! The master bedroom had an ensuite and a massive wardrobe, while the twin room had its own bathroom directly opposite, also with plenty of storage. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook our own meals instead of always eating out at the nearby 'eat street'. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Pacific Mall and to Broadbeach/Kurrawara Beach. The facilities were equally impressive: two air conditioning units kept everything comfortable, the pool had both shaded and sunny areas, and the free-to-use BBQs were a great touch. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned, making workouts enjoyable. Even the teenagers commented that they’d happily live there full-time! To top it off, we got a great price for our stay. PS: The only difference between a 2-bed sky home apartment and a 2-bed apartment (apart from the price is that the skyhome comes with an extra room - set up as a study, but can be used for sleeping - had I known that I woudl have just booked the normal 2-bed and saved). Great location, clean and modern property

We stayed in a 2 br ocean view room. Perfect for a family. The apartment was clean, beautifully presented as was the property itself. The views were spectacular with views of the southern part of the Gold Coast, hinterland and ocean. The property is centrally located in Broadbeach with access to restaurants, The Oasis, Pac Fair and the beach. Would stay here again.

Brilliant Broadbeach

Great location in an awesome property. Close to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Limited reception hours and small gym but great pool and well appointed rooms . Huge fridge that was great for meal preparation

It was ok

Great location and proximity to beach and restaurants. Beds comfortable, great view. A little smaller than it looks in the photos with single vanity not doubles etc. could have been cleaner. Mouldy bread under one of the single beds & floors didn’t feel like they had been mopped recently. Only 3 lifts in building with everyone complaining how long it can take to fit in an already packed lift (sometimes 20 minutes). Overall I would still stay again if the price was a bit cheaper.

This property is always great and the views from ever room are good. The gym is really impressive for a hotel.

We had a fabulous stay in our ocean view one bedroom, the room was well appointed and clean. The property itself is great, plenty of parking, gym, sauna and steam room. Our only complaint is the property design means that the pool area has sun in the morning before lunch and then is in shade for the rest of the time. If laying by the pool we prefer to have some sun 🌞

Excellent location

We loved the location of the apartment. It was very clean and new. The pool was excellent for a quick dip in the afternoons. The balcony was looking right at the beach, which was only a 1/2 block walk. I highly recommend this property.

A near perfect hotel experience

The apartments at the property are very comfortable and have great views. They're also quite modern and well equipped. Check in was stress free, as there was plenty of space to park up while checking in, and once all was sorted it was simple to park up in the secure underground carpark. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini utility room to enable you to do any laundry as required. The kitchen also had everything you could need. Using the TV was very smooth, with a fox TV box with lots of options for live and on demand. The view was wonderful and it was quiet up on one of the higher floors. The bed and all furniture was comfortable with nice pillows. Hotel facilities were top quality, with a well equipped gym, very long pool and heated spa pool which further enhanced the stay. I do wonder why all Australian hotels use the far inferior method of sandwiching the duvet in two loose sheets which always comes undone and makes a mess, but this isn't unique to this hotel. Only other niggle I could justify was that the carpet was quite stained, I'd imagine they billed whomever stained it highly, so they could have probably used the money to redo or at least treat the carpet.

A lovely modern place to stay with great views. It’s a short walk to fabulous restaurants & shopping. Convenient to public transport. A few minutes walk to the beach, parks & playgrounds.

Comfortable, new apartments

Part of a conference stay n long wkend. Fantastic apartment- new well equipped- so well designed that I couldn’t find the cupboard with the kettle n mugs!!! No dishwasher or dryer. Fantastic view from our apt. And a balcony to sit n have a home cooked breakfast looking at the length of the Gold Coast beach. Lovely view from the higher floors. Will stay again

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location.

Great hotel. Felt near new. Plush white carpets inside. Very modern. Great views from the ocean view suites. Had sauna, steam room, gym, nice big pool and good sized hot tub. Short walk to Broadbeach restaurants and cafes, beach was only 5min walk too. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was lifts were small and 1/3 were out of service for our entire stay (4 days). This created chaos, long waits for lifts up and down and angry customers. 1 x poolside bathroom was also out of order for the entire stay. Reading the comments, this seems to be a common trend. Maybe they need to look at swapping out their maintenance contractors.

Terrible Management. Great apartment

I feel for the owners who trust the managers to support the hiring out pof their apartments. The apartment was great, exactly as described, location was great and amenities overall were terrific. The issue is with the building management and staff. Heaps of staff who stood around talking and were unfriendly and looked like they hated their jobs. 2 lifts were out of operation leaving one lift available for the whole building in school holidays. One lift was broken and one being used by people moving out of the building. I understand these things happen however the key is communicating the situation. It took over 30 minutes for the lifts to arrive and no one knew why. People were forced to walk up 32 floors. No communication, no direction, and serious attitude from the staff. So many unhappy guests. The cleanliness of the pool area was terrible, again not the owners fault. Find somewhere else if you care about service. Or hopefully they employ new managers because Russell has no idea and doesn’t care.

Great view, convenient location, spacious apartment.

Absolutely loved staying here. The only down side was having to leave to come home. Will definitely stay again. The apartment had everything you could want. It was pristine and the views were awesome. The beds were firm and sheets very starched but we were able to sleep well. 10 out of 10.

Single beds were tiny. And I mean really tiny - how they expect adults to stay in semi single beds is beyond me. Beware if you are over 5"10 and request for single beds you will have a hard time sleeping. Plus the Air-conditioning was really bad and had a mind of its own. It was hot when it needed to be cold and cold when it needed to be hot. The views were amazing however and it was a modern clean apartment. However let down by the above points. Wouldn't stay here again

We just had a wonderful weekend at ULTIQA Signature. Staying in a two bedroom ocean view it was clean, easy to navigate and the check in/out process was very quick and easy. We will definitely be back.

Amazing accommodation, fantastic facilities, friendly staff, close to everything at Broadbeach. Only issue was that the bed was really hard and not very comfortable. Would still stay here again.

Great ocean view on the 22nd floor, the internet wasn’t working the best but apart from that, the pool and sauna were all first class

Nice place to stay

Ultiqa Signature was not bad.

I enjoyed my stay although a few small things that could have been better. The main pool was freezing. The room had a musty smell. The dishwasher had a bad smell too. The view wasnt great and i paid for premium ocean view but it was a partial view only, couldnt see the sand on the beach and buildings in the way. Level 7 so low floor. Should have been advertised as a partial view.

The room and the view was awesome. Had a view of the beach and city with hinterland. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back.
