Nice heated pool for kids

Great ocean views, convenient.

We had a great stay, kids loved the pools, and easy walk to beach. Supermarket and restaurants all super close Thanks to the team at Beach haven

A bit run down. The views are amazing from the room

We liked the convenience as it was close to where we needed to be, but the unit didn’t look like the one I thought I’d booked on Expedia. Very old and worn but sheets bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean.

We absolutely loved the amazing and relaxing ocean views. However, the property conditions were very disappointing. The furniture such as sofas, seats, cushions are terribly worn, dirty and uncomfortable. The bed mattress was worn down and uncomfortable. Most bed sheets had blood and dirt stains on them!!! Thick layers of dust on fans, floors, under the sofas, TV and most surfaces. Mold and dirt stains in the kitchen draws and bathrooms. We wanted a comfortable place to stay one week. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

Aircon didn't work decor is from the 70s

One bed Sheets had some stains, an ensuite shower had zero pressure if the units above showered , we had to use the main bathroom for a decent shower. Towel rack fell off & looked dodged on the wall. Ensuite shower also had hair in it. Toaster was so old a rusty looking, overall though wasn’t to bad of a place for 4 nights. Designated parking always had someone in my parking spot! I had to search for another was frustrating. Staff and receptionist very friendly and kind. Broadbeach was beautiful. Unit could do with a lil tlc as its prime location with stunning views.

Great spot to stay in! Close to everything and wonderful beach views. We stayed when there was a lot of rain so the apartment felt damp at times, but that's likely just the weather.

A beautiful apartment and view with an excellent location.

Love the area and the convenience. The hotel itself is great and. The room furniture and room was a little bit of a let down being a superior room. Our last stay we went standard and the room was in better condition etc. But it was still a nice stay. Will still stay again.

We stay here every year for the Crafted Beer and Cider Festival. Perfect.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great ocean views and your choice of 3 pools and 2 tennis courts. Recently renovated facilities were all in excellent condition.

The apartment was poorly maintained . The walls had holes and marks , oven old and dirty, stovetop was filthy and old . There was a lot of hair in the shower drain, and poo in one of the toilets . The tiles are cracked in the kitchen . The ceiling fans were rusted and very old . The fan knob had fallen off . The kitchen tap could be lifted out of the sink bench . This was called “superior” !!! The ocean view was very good .

We loved the big indoor spa and pool. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and its close to everything.

Our apartment had a fantastic view and was lovely, clean and spacious. Indoor pool and hot spa were great afternoon entertainment. The location is fantastic for the beach and restaurants as they are both only a short walk. Highly recommend Beach Haven Accommodation.

We love Ultiqua Beach Haven, Kelly on reception who is always helpful.. The location you can park your car and walk everywhere fantastic cafes, restaurants and bars and shopping. The view is incredible and the added bonus of new indoor swimming pool and spa and saunas along with 2 outdooor pools and a 2 minute walk to beach it’s perfect..

Great location and view in Gold Coast

Great view of sunrise from the deck. Comfortable and good sized apartment. Nice to have washer and dryer. The three pools and tennis courts were nice to have as well

We have been using Expedia to book a stay at ULTIQA Beach Haven multiple times and almost always get the best rate for the right room. Unfortunately this time we did not get the right room, paid the premium rate for a subpar not ocean view room. I was treated rudely by the staff at the hotel when asking for clarification and they insisted its because i booked through Expedia.

Exceptional Views and Facilities

The view from the 23rd floor was amazing. The facilities: 2 outdoor pools, new relaxation area and barbecue area are sensational. Staff sensational. We were disappointed in the quality of the kitchen homeware (no good knives, nothing matching, saucepans old and no food storage). We booked a superior room and although advertised as partially renovated felt this room needed a bit more to get to superior level for us.

The apartment was large and right across from the beach. We had lovely views of the ocean. The apartment was well set up, and the gift basket on arrival was a nice touch. The facilities had been recently upgraded, sauna and steam room and the area around the outdoor pool was fabulous. The main bed needs to be upgraded and was not very comfortable so not much sleep for me. We also came for a five night stay and got 1 small sachet of dishwashing liquid and 1 dishwasher tablet, not sure why a small bottle of dishwashing liquid and a handful of tablets couldn’t have been provided. A few small touches could have made this place fabulous!

Beautiful Apartment in the heart of Broadbeach

Stunning apartment right in the heart of Broadbeach (but without the noise). Great amenities, friendly staff, amazing views. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay perfect position extremely friendly management everything about this resort is perfect looking forward to staying there again

This property has the perfect location close to everything, but I’m a bit hesitant about staying again as our room was not clean, the sheets and pillowcases smelt rancid like they hadn’t been changed, and when I asked for new sheets, we ended up with single sheets that didn’t suit the bed, and that just ruined it for me.

Loved the size of the apartment, the beach view was amazing. The shopping and restaurants within walking distance was great, beach across the road fantastic! The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed, fans were covered in dust, kitchen very dated, lifts had no aircon and pools were too warm when it was so hot outside.

On the 4th day of our 6 night stay,the main bathroom started leaking yellow liquid from the ceiling and light fixture. Maintenance did remove the light and fill the hole with rags and leave a bucket on the vanity which continued to leak for another 6 hours. That left us one ensuite for 5 adults. Checked out 2 days later and still waiting to hear from the manager regarding partial refund for not having full use of facility. After 25yrs will not be going back.

Like a tinder date the photos didnt match reality

I've never seen a hotel room look so little like what was promised in the photos. An absolute rip-off. Be warned - I was informed by reception that "because the building is so close to the beach, we consider all our rooms to be seaview" - well if one pitches their head out the window at the right angle this may well be true but that is of little conciliation when you've paid an outrageous price to secure a room that actually faces the sea. What was promised versus what was delivered should be illegal.

The location is in the top 4 apartments at Broadbeach 50m from beach and 50m from Restaurants. The lifts are fast and not much waiting has two great pools. The exterior has been refurbished also apartments are refurbished new tiles and bathrooms. The size off top level apartments is huge. Only negative is the cleaning crews do not pay attention to dust on tables, bedside furniture and aircon units full off dust also the fans and verandahs not cleaned.

Stayed for 11 nights with the wife and two children and it was our second time staying at this hotel, the pool is great for little kids and we love the location.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with clear sea view just one block from the main Broadbeach shops and restaurants. Outdoor pool area great, with sun loungers and large BBQ area. Indoor pool area under renovation. Will definately stay here again.

No aircon in the bedrooms and the ceiling fan didn't work. Costs a lot for nothing special.

Amazing staff! Very helpful but there’s no much they can do when the building is sold out and Expedia got details wrong so the staff can’t change rooms etc. To explain: the Expedia listing was incorrect - there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms on the “standard 2 bedroom” rooms. That is a mistake and it meant a very hot stay for me and my family. Apparently only the non-“standard” 2 bedrooms have air con throughout, but that’s not what the Expedia listing says. But the staff were so friendly and understanding at our frustration! I will definitely return, but I’m angry at Expedia!

not happy

The wifi in this apartment is horrible. It is so bad we can’t even watch tv - it cuts out every 10-15 seconds. Last night we were trying to watch the football preliminary final and had to leave to watch it at a pub. Tonight we are trying to watch a movie - it’s impossible. Really poor.

Unusable amenities and dirty

When we booked there was no mention of the indoor pool, spa and sauna being out of action due to renovations. I paid a pre Out for the use of these facilities, and was only made aware of them being out of use when I checked in. Also the furniture was very old and worn . The lounge was very uncomfortable and the dining chair seat pads were broken. There was 1cm of thick dust all the way around the edge of the two bedrooms carpet. The was a build up on dirt and dust under the lounge suite also. Certainly was not value for money!

Wedding Nights were extra special

Absolutely amazing!! The team at Ultiqa Beach Haven were so lovely and accomodating from the beginning. We had picked this place for our pre-wedding & wedding nights stay and were fortunate to be upgraded to one of the best floors in the building! Incredible views of the ocean and the sunset. Apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Honestly made our wedding memory so much more special. Thank you so much, we were over the moon with our stay. Highly recommend this place.

The views and heated outdoor pool were amazing. The couch in our room was dirty and stained, and there were blood stains on our sheet.

Beach Haven is very close to the beach and shops. Also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Nicely appointed apartment with a great view.

The greeting from Kelly on reception was amazing very switched on and accomodating to arranging extra nights and a portacot. Recommend highly and will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, close to Broadbeach Mall, Beach, Casino, Pacific Fair and multiple dining options. What I didn't like is that it was a bit noisy at times and the people upstairs seem to stomp around the apartment all day.

Fantastic views. A great place to holiday. Pools and tennis court along with bbq area were great for our family. Great reception staff.

No AC in the room

Modern & well equipped unit. Great views considering it was only level 11. Reception were polite, efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice sized property with good amenities in a great location.

We loved our upgraded apartment, the only disappointments was that we had to keep asking for clean bath towels. Pools and BBQ area was excellent, pool water was kept at 26c lovely. So close to an amazing array of restaurants and the beach was across the road. We would not hesitate to book this resort again.

Broadbeach Stay

Good room and comfortable apartment. Met all our needs. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool and amenities.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the apartment. The kitchen was dirty and the cutlery drawers were filthy. I would not use any of the utensils. The dishwasher had not been emptied and smelled vile. The bedrooms had not been dusted however the beds were clean. The paint work throughout had yellowed with age. I have stayed several times at Ultiqa Air and the quality is of a much higher standard. Location is very good

Beachfront location and walking distance to everything

Location was perfect right in the centre of Broadbeach, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There are 2 pools plus the indoor (so 3). The only negative would be that the actual room we stayed in needs a re-fresh, the furniture was worn, carpet had a few stains, but really for the week it fine, the apartment was roomy, balcony with the ocean view was amazing.

We, a family of 4 with two teenage children, rented a standard two bedroom apartment for 2 weeks. The space was huge, the setting was amazing, the facilities just great. There was a spacious kitchen with all facilities (except scissors, a minor issue easily rectified), washing machine (only cold water washes), two bathrooms with very good fan extractors, air condition and ceiling fans in very good working order, TV with Netflix and Video Prime, several safe swimming pools, spa pools etc. We were on the third floor. Initially the kids were disappointed about the lower level, but speaking to people from the 13 and 14th floor, it is so windy and therefore noisy up there, that they could not sit on the balcony, but we on the third floor could to enjoy the ocean view. There is plenty of parking in the underground parking area - unfortunately, our parking slot was permanently occupied by a car which seemingly had not moved for months. Therefore with permission from reception we used another parking space from a different apartment - I am sure that the holiday makers were not happy about this, however, there were so many spaces that I do not believe that it really mattered!!!

We would definitely return to this property again!! 28th floor with ocean views, had a dream view!!

Location is excellent and having stayed there before, as expected. Check in was easy and all staff encountered were friendly and informative. Apartment was clean and most areas modern and in a very good condition. Apartment was excellent and had everything that was needed to be comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small but this is to be expected in an older building. These were the only "tired" areas and should be looked at updating in the future. Overall, a great experience and would be very happy to return to this venue.

We booked the superior type room - 2 bed apartment. Spacious, comfortable and everything needed to relax and enjoy our time at broadbeach. Probably the best thing about this place is the location. Cross the road to get to the beach and at the same time, one block from shops and restaurants.

Location in the centre and close by to everything. It is more service apartment which they vary one to another. It is quite different lastminute.com advertise. Bed are not comfortable.

Great spot

Fantastic spot close to the convention centre and beach. Lovely accommodation, well kept, comfortable and clean. We would happily use this building again.

Excellent view

The property was in a great location with the beach just across the road and has a lovely outdoor pool and BBQ area. The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms only the main living area and leaving the bedroom windows or balcony door open at night is loud from the street noise. And in the mornings and all day you have construction noise from two buildings being demolished and rebuilt. The showers have great water pressure and lots of hotwater. The bathrooms are dated with moulid in the roof but the bathrooms have everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or plenty of café and restaurants, also Woolworths close by. The biggest downside to this property was the reception staff! They are so rude! On arrival, I stood at the reaction desk and waited while they attended to another guest and then after just left me standing there with no acknowledgement what so ever. After I asked if I could check-in the first words were "can I see your ID" . No hello, welcome, how are you. I could go on with more but let's just say they the supervisor and receptionists need training in basic customer service. Staff knocked on my door, no announcing who they were & as I walked to the door to answer it , they opened the door with their own key & walked in. Two men in the room who were not asked to enter with a single female - JUST WRONG! Would I stay again, NO!

I loved the location. It was so close to restaurants and the beach. Pools were great and the 2 bedroom apartment was roomy with a fabulous view.

great resort and our appartment was great very big and spacious. comfy beds and everything we could need. Would have liked inroom safe but thats the only negative overall great experience and would definatly stay again. Great location as well
