Great place, location and staff!

Fantastic location, room and staff! Room was quiet, even though every night there were wonderful singers and musicians playing in the square just outside the window. So romantic listening to talented opera singers in the street below when our window was open. When closed, very quiet. Fantastic view of the streets below and statue of Justice. Horse carriage rides just outside too. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Also great location next to one of the old beautiful/historical bridges. Conveniently walkable to major attractions and train station. Felt like it was a safe and clean location. The staff was always helpful when we had questions and the breakfast was good and fun sitting with others staying in the hotel. Wonderful stay. Would stay there again in the future.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Tornabuoni View. The family room was ideal for a family of four. The location was fantastic and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had a couple of early starts during our stay and rather than miss breakfast they made up rolls with cold meats, cheeses and pastries, water and juices for us to take with us on our tours. So very thoughtful. I plan to return to Florence and will certainly stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Everyone was so warm, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms very clean, breakfast wonderful. “Extras” always available; umbrellas for sun shield, coffee machine, area for talking. We left early for airport and breakfast was prepared for us still.

Wonderful location, staff very nice and helpful. Room was clean, and perfect for my daughter and I. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this lovely bed and breakfast!

Excellent Location, very good room, with excellent staff: Laura and Eleanora adding to this very nice property a warm and friendly welcome and great attention to their guests conform and well being. I have been over 15 times to Firenze and, by far this is the best hotel I have been too. I will definitely stay againI at the Tornabuoni View next time I go to Firenze

Reasonably priced BNB with absolute perfect location. Don’t be fooled by reasonable price as Tornabuoni view is absolutely perfect. We cancelled a hotel 3x the price and it was a great decision.

1 night in Florence

Lovely, central location, close to tourist sites. Host was lovely and very helpful. Beds a little on the hard side but lovely clean, good size family room.

Great location to everything!

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and it was very good. The lift to 4th floor is small (2 people at a time) or you can take the stairs. You can walk everywhere from here. The Ponte Vecchio bridge is 5 min. walk, Arno River 3 minutes, Duomo 10 minutes, and many good restaurants so close. Breakfast at place was good selection. Loved it here!

I was especially appreciative of how the host provided breakfast for me and my kids earlier than normal because we had an early flight to catch at the Florence airport. And the room and facility were immaculate! And breakfast was very fresh with choices of yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, and bread/pastry. I would definitely stay there again!

what a great experience we had at this place. Eleonora is an amazing person that gave us instructions about everything(parking, breakfast, room, hours, ....... room are very clean, AC works well, shower is excellent. Location is the best one in Florence, close to all luxury retails and get restaurants(few min away) I definitely recommend.

Convenient location, clean unit and friendly staff

We stayed in the Terme Annex. Eleanora communicated everything we needed and met us at the apartment on our arrival. The apartment is spacious for four. It has a kitchen, dining table and washer/dryer. The location is excellent!

Very convenient to many stores and restaurants in walking distance. No one is at the desk after 4pm so I was not thrilled about that but luckily we did not have an emergency to contact someone although the lights went out in the middle of the night. Luckily nothing major happened where we would need to talk to management quickly.

Absolutely perfect.

Our host was especially welcoming and personalized in her service. She even helped Us get tickets and reserve a taxi. Breakfast was home baked and delicious. The property was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished.

The location is perfect and the view from the dinning area is exceptional. Keep in mind you’re on 4/F with shared lift access. At the time of stay the staircase were being renovated so there are quite a bit of noise. The concierge of the building was also not very friendly but she was not part of the hotel. Breakfast is very generous but timing is limited with allocated time. I’d recommend it.

Deceiving and unorganized hotel.

Had to book another hotel because no one was at site. We paid for the room and contact info does not answer. Building is old and no signage. Do not stay in this place, you will be robbed of your money.

This location was excellent and very central to restaurants and shops as well as the major monuments. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was an excellent way to start the day. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and clean loft, ideal location for walking to the best sights, shops and restaurants in Florence. Perfect if you have a car, the parking garage is just next door.

The place is close to the train station, shops and restaurants. The only things is that there are a lot of mosquitoes and I got mosquito bites on my face, arms and legs.

Florence with family

The Hotel appears to be a Bed and Breakfast and located in a convenient location close to most important visiting attractions in Florence. The street is not in great shape, but the rooms were in good shape.

Very welcoming. The rooms were perfect. Breakfast each morning was great. Location made everything walkable. Would definitely recommend and we planning on staying again during our next trip.

Great place! They were very gracious about fixing my booking after I reserved the wrong dates. Check-in went very quickly and smoothly. Room was probably the nicest/cleanest one we stayed in during our entire stay in Italy. Location is within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent

Neat and renewed B&B in one of the most gorgeous and central areas of Florence. The property has been recently renovated, it’s cozy and very pleasant. Eleonora helped us and gave us all the relevant information related to our arrival, restaurant, parking. We were there as a family and had four rooms, it felt like we had our own apartment. Rooms are not serviced daily (that’s the only caveat I didn’t enjoy), but overall this is a special, well kept and well managed property in a great area in one of the most gorgeous cities in the world

A gem in Florence in the best location.

Fabulous!!!! Absolutly the best stay during our visit to Europe. Located in a luxury stores area. At 5 minutes walking of the Duomo and even less of Ponte Vechio. Amazing view from the breakfast room. Elonora is so sweet and confortable. Able to help in everything. With parking across the street. Rooms are in pure white. Everything. You feel that everything is just cleaned. I hope to return asap.

Felt like family!!

Beautiful B & B in a superb location! Leonora and her staff made you feel like family! The breakfast room view is gorgeous. Bedding was extremely comfortable. Will def stay here again! Ciao Bella and Buona Natale!

Fantastic hotel - highly recommend!

Could not have been a more elegant beautiful place to stay with our family. Perfect location on a quiet street (it was located on the street with the luxury shops so we didn’t need to worry about late night bar noise). The owner/manager was absolutely lovely and very attentive.

Great staff and amazing location, slightly small

Staff were super lovely and friendly. Breakfast was included and was very good. Location is amazing. Room decor was pretty basic (compared to the photos), but clean. Only complaint would be size of the room. What we booked as a "Deluxe Quadruple Room" was pretty much a normal sized hotel room with a double and two singles jammed into it with almost no room to move around.

1 thing that could've been better...a longer stay

We had a great overnight stay. Everything was super, location excellent and Eleonora was superb, very friendly, informative and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better accomodation.

Location of this property was incredible - right in the middle of all the main sites and easy to find again after an evening out. Wonderful breakfasts and a comfortable room. Would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful B&B in the perfect location. We had a family room for 4 with comfortable beds and an awesome shower. The view from the breakfast room was amazing. There was reasonable parking just around the corner, and an even less expensive option was detailed for us to consider. The communication from the hotel was wonderful -- they stayed in contact up until our arrival and answered every question thoroughly and immediately. We would 100% recommend & again use this B&B in the future.

Perfect place to stay in central Florence

I’ve been to Florence many times and this is easily one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is perfect, just outside the tourist scrum & still just minutes away from all the major attractions, and one short block from the Arno. The staff was super helpful, the room bright & cheery, and the breakfast room has a killer view of lovely Piazza Sta. Trinita. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is located at very high end street with designer stores. It is small, but beautiful and with all you can need. The kitchen has two small balconies that overlook the statue of justice. It is like 5 minutes away from the Ponte Vecchio and so many places to dine. Good coffee and great breakfast.

Location, room, breakfast, management, receptionists, service. All is excellent.

Fantastic stay in Florence

Great location within 12mins to train station. Room is clean and comfortable and I would say spacious for family of four. The staff is very friendly. Place is well renovated. There is a lift although tiny to the hotel; this is useful for us who has close to 80kg of luggage or for family with wheelchair or prams. The path to the train station could be bumpy but you can skip to a smoother route by going underground to the shopping area. The kitchen area is also nicely decorated and spacious.

Amazing Location with Only Tiny Parking Issue

In town on business for a couple days and wanted to be in a central location for my down time - this was an amazing location! The hotel was clean, breakfast was ok, but really the highlight of this property is location location location. And even if you check in out of hours, the door code is very convenient. As everything was within walking distance, this bring me to my only negative - I chose this hotel over another one because I had a rental car and the profile on hotels.com says there is valet parking available for €21, but this was not the case when it was time to check in and instead I had to park at a local garage for €30/night - which is fine, but it's misleading and I only opted for this hotel so I wouldn't have to find a garage and park myself. They should probably update this on the site. Either way, once I arrived and the car was put away, I was still very happy to stay at this hotel with friendly service and would consider staying again.

Not too far from all the major tourist attractions. If breakfast could be serve a little bit earlier will be nice, it starts at 8:30am. Part time staff (only works at weekend I assume) is very helpful and friendly

This delightful hotel is located in a classy neighborhood of Florence, several blocks from the major tourist sites. So you're never far from where you want to be, but you are not mobbed by tourists and the neighborhood is quiet. The B&B itself is wonderful, with airy fresh bedrooms, brand-new updated Italian baths, and plenty of room to move around. The breakfast room is just down the hall and it bright and airy, looking out on an array of Florentine buildings from a span of four centuries, along with a statue of Justice who stands atop her pillar at eye level, four stories up. (There is an elevator.) The pastries, fruit, cakes, and coffees are abundant and fresh daily, and the hosts are congenial and helpful in every way.

Great location, very nice space with a real Italian feel. The breakfast was just ok, not great. The only negative was that the a/c in our room was very loud and never cooled the room off. If the room had been cooler I would have given higher rating. Cannot best the location.

Everything was good but breakfast was too much carbs and not enough protein. Air conditioning magnificent!

Lovely b&b in a great location, friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint is that the WiFi was very poor, and I had been depending on using it. Other than that, a great stay.

Convenient

the kids liked this hotel best. It was close to everything, the breakfast was great. They loved the coffee machine being available at all times. It was a lovely place. The reception ladies were very helpful and the maid service was quite fine travelling with two messy boys!

We had a very nice stay here. It is in an excellent location - very close to ponte vecchio. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the smaller side for four people but really well decorated. If there had been only two of us the room would have been a really good size. Love that there were two windows. The lift actually fit all four of us! I would definitely stay here again!

The best place and service in florence

Absolutely wonderful, The own was so sweet sent us to some great sight seeing places and a caffe with a panoramic view of the city. The place was clean the beds were little on the hard side but everything else was amazing.The breakfast and coffee was so good as well! Loved this bed and breakfast and Florence as well!!!

A Wonderful Precious Hotel

Ricciarda and her staff are wonderful, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast they prepare every morning is delicious. We would stay again at Tournabouni View! My only suggestion is for them to add a wifi repeater in the hallway because wifi in our bedroom and in the breakfast room was weak and inconsistent.

It was a nice little b&b up on the 4th floor of a renovated building. A little confusing using the elevator, and there’s another b&b on that floor so I accidentally went in there first, but once I figured it out checkin was easy. Breakfast was basic but free coffee and toast was enough. They never changed my towels and the noise at night and just in general heard through the walls was very disruptive to my sleep in the mornings and evenings. Don’t try sleeping past 8am in this place. I think the noise and the fact that no one was ever really at the front desk was my biggest issue. At one point I really wanted to find a grocery store even a mini market in the area because I had passed one the day before and couldn’t relocate it but there is never anyone at the front desk. I think in the 4 days I stayed there, I only saw someone at the desk twice. Tho the noise on the streets, of the other guests and of the readying of breakfast in the mornings were my biggest disruption to sleep and this very frustrating. The location was perfect and i often stopped upstairs during the day just to use the bathroom because it was so close to everything around me. The room was big and lovely as was the bed! Very nice renovated building with elements of the old still intact in the walls. Really beautiful, clean place.

Awesome location, room and service

We had an amazing stay. This hotel is well located and so very convenient to visit around. This is beautiful hotel within beautiful Florence. Sufficient space for family. Nice breakfast. Everything in room and bathroom was of good quality and fully functional. We'll stay there again if we visit Florence again.

Great location, recently remodeled

Great location, could not be better if you want to walk around the city centre. The place was recently remodeled so everything is new and clean. Breakfast is included and very good, great way to start your morning. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Leonora and Federica for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful B+B close to the important points

Beautiful room, clean and newly renovated. Lovely breakfast area with good assortment. Close to the train station and all important tourist sites. Safe area with wonderful shopping. The only thing that needs to be improved upon is the wifi. Very difficult to connect with family back home or google research. Weak connection. Improve the wifi and all will be perfect!

Loved our stay

The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast area down the hall, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the B&B was outstanding. We would stay here again!
