The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had a place to store our luggage for early arrival. The room was big and clean. Hotel is in a safe area, close to metro, shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. There was heat and air. No USB plugs so bring your adapter. Breakfast was excellent! I’m still dreaming of those croissants we had!! Highly recommend!
Worst hotel ever, rooms and bathrooms were super dirty. Bathroom had mold on it, had to change room due to the smell on it.
Although it is an older hotel, could use some updates, it was perfect. It was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to Eiffel Tower and other areas. There is a convenient metro access point. We also used Ubers, but could have walked to areas that were about a 40 minute walk. The breakfast was great, free and a variety. The rooms were perfect for sleeping and relaxing. Could it use some updates, yes, but overall it was great for our family of five trip. Would recommend. Just remember there are many Timhotels and two with Eiffel, this one is the Timhotel Invalides Eiffel.
This is a 3 star hotel, which means you don't want to spend time in your room at all. It's for sleeping. Clean room, friendly staff, rooms on the older side. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Everything was good, except the room temperature was too hot and we couldn’t turn the temp down to cool the room
The property was nice but needs some repairs to do. The staff was nice except the house keeper , she seemed annoyed if we asked her for anything . The rooms are very small and barely any room for luggages or moving around . The rooms did have a nice small balcony to look outside which was cute .
it was basic but clean. the could use some new bedding in the room. other than that i would stay again i appreciated the breakfast at a reasonable price in the morning.
The staff are nice. Location is perfect.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!!! We had terrible experience with them. They were rude at check-in itself. My kids were standing at chair.. receptionist rushed towards to fix the chair my kids were terrified. They charged $17 for terrible breakfast.. pancake was stale, we vomited after eating it. We went to ask for directions to attractions and they were unhelpful. We stayed for 5 nights not even once the floor was mopped. My todder dropped the milk and it was sticky they never bothered to clean it. At check-out we have to deal with manager's rude attitude and sarcasm as well!! Overall, it is not near any attractions, not clean, not safe, and unfriendly, rude customer service place. Do not recommend!!
Super 3 night stay
We had a lovely 3 night stay. The room as spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for the main sights. The staff were friendly and helpful
Overall a good stay however a bad drainage smell that was extremely evident when opening the door back into the room. Decor was outdated apart from reception area.
Very convenient with transportation, restaurants and more.
Very walkable to sites and restaurants.
Mold in both if the bathrooms. Furniture was worn and in bad shape. Mold smell in the rooms.
Nicest staff.
The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. This building is a bit older but has a lot of character.
Bathroom needs a refresh
Very good location to most of attractions!
Overall, the property was great. Pros: walkable to the metro, busses and food, staff was very helpful and friendly. Cons: not very sound proof, heard the neighbors often, doors closing, etc and no fridge in the rooms either.
I would recommend the property. The staff was friendly and helpful
The hotel is clean, affordable and walking distance to Champs Elysees. Parking is tricky and there's no place to unload your luggage unless you pull down the street. There's no parking on the street so you have to park in a garage further away. The elevator is very small. The beds are comfortable, but the bathroom is small, the tub shower is also small and there's no mini frig.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms small but comfortable. Walkable to many stores and the tower. We highly recommended it
Great staff! Very friendly. Older property with lots of charm. Breakfast is good but needs variety. Same every day, it gets old! Lovely stay !very close to restaurants and Rue Cler market and Eifle Tower(20min walk).
Very pleased with Timhotel and will definitely stay again. The property was very clean. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and freshly made. The staff were excellent. Very helpful, explained everything when booking in. The lovely chef in the kitchen was so welcoming and made a lovely breakfast, fresh each morning. Our rooms were spacious enough for our needs. I loved the little balcony. The situation of the hotel was perfect for exploring Paris. Would definitely stay again.
Thanks
The location is perfect for exploring central Paris, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.
Sad experience
Be careful. We needed to cancel this reservation a week ahead of time for a family illness and they would not approve it.
Very nice staff. The hotel is close to everything.
Centrally located, a main reason I booked here, the six floors of rooms all looked like they are in need of updating. Fresh paint, fresh carpet. That also goes for the elevator, which can't be enlarged but also needs some attention by the ownership. If the rest of the hotel is made to match the ground level and basement then it will have a chance to be a legitimate four-star hotel.
Great location! Close to many landmarks, the Seine and transportation. The room was simple, beds and a bathroom, which is all you need when you are out and about all day and just need a place to rest your head. We would stay there again because of the location!
All of the staff were very friendly and eager to help. The family room was in need of an update. The bathroom setup had the shower next to the door and the sink so that you had to put towels down to prevent the water from entering the main room. You had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. The air conditioning unit was loud and not very efficient. The parking was offsite, closed due to the upcoming Olympics (a month away) and so we had to find public paid parking. It is very close to many sightseeing things.
Comfortable room.
Club room comfortable for couple plus daughter and bath a bonus. Great location and easy walking to sights.
Location. Major sites within walking but Metro and bus only a block away. Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. Hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful.
Friendly, helpful staff. Very well situated with regard to major sights. Close to metro, many restaurants.
The TimHotel Eiffel Invalides is located in a very convenient location close to the Eiffel Tower and relatively close to the metro stations. Lots of good dining options and good shopping on Rue Cler! I was a little disappointed that the courtyard was not as pictured, but we did enjoy our stay and the beds were extremely comfortable!
Excellent personnel. Great area. Clean hotel.
Excellent location and super friendly staff! Nice room with very comfortable bed and great shower (cute spacious bathroom with window). Hope to be back soon 😘😘
Great location if you are site seeing in Paris
This is a centrally located, reasonably priced hotel. We felt totally safe and were happy the subway is so close!
Beyond my expectations!!
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great walking distance for downtown Paris
The hotel was fine for the location. I do think it's due for some renovation, especially the hallway carpets. Breakfast was very good, especially the creamy scrambled eggs. Staff was both good-natured and helpful. My 4.0 is really a 4.5.
Had the best time at the Tim Hotel Invalides! Def Recommend!!! Excellent service, great nearby dining and close to all sights.
Centrally located hotel.
Grsat place to stay in paris, its conveniently located and close to e metros
Location is very nice. Not very touristy yet so close to the sites to see. Room was very clean but needs more lighting near the mirror. Would prefer to have double shower door to minimize splashes while showering. But overall place is good.
Property is well located within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and other touristic spots. The room was relatively small and very outdated furniture. Breakfast was not included but I took a look at it and honestly not impressed. Had breakfast outside Staff was very helpful, they called us a cab to the airport.
Excellent location, staff, and service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to visit Paris.
The best customer service I have ever met. Great atmosphere, helpful staff! I’ll definitely return there.
My room was cleaned everyday and it was nice to sleep on a clean bed sheet, the bathroom was nice, it was just the sink somewhat clogged but overall, I had a good experience.
Hotel rooms are smaller than normal but very comfortable. Only think I didn’t like is that it only had 2 English speaking channels.
Staff and food was good but room was oddly configured and dingy. Mildew on bathroom tiles, bathroom door couldn’t open all the way without hitting the armour, paper cups and kettle, no coffee maker… made it feel like a 3 star not 4 star. Also there was a weird buzzing sound outside the room door that kept walking me up. On plus side, the room had a safe.
The staff are super friendly especially the breakfast buffet staff, housekeeping, and the receptionists. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I didn’t go outside for breakfast during my stay at the hotel as I looked forward to the breakfast. It was a pleasurable experience the breakfast area. French isn’t my language of communication it made it easier for me to communicate in English with the different receptionists as each one spoke in English. I was not satisfied with the rug in my room think housekeeping could’ve cleaned it (it might be a culture/personal perference). I definitely recommend this hotel and I love it was walkable distance from the Eiffel Tower.
Rooms were tiny but I think that’s normal for area. Staff pleasant. Housekeeping was great. Tiny elevator. Area kind of out of the way but easy access to metro. Safe and cute cafes and grocery in area. No mini fridge or coffee maker just instant coffee available. Pretty cramped for three people but we made it work. Decent for price.
Love the proximity to Eiffel Tower and French bakeries!
Good
Very nice little place. Although the only thing that made me a little nervous was the very small elevator
Terrible!
Buena ubicacion y buen desayuno. Necesita restauracion completa (baño en malas condiciones).
Great location closer to great cafe and restaurant as well as near a lot of landmarks that are easy to walk to.
The hotel room was small, but I believe that this is generally the case for crowded European hotels. The Bathroom was VERY SMALL, but it had all of the amenities I needed and was clean, (much more so than the average restaurant bathroom, which surprised me). As an American I think we may be use to having more elbow room in hotels than Europeans, but the space worked well as I was traveling alone. Had I had another person with me it would not have worked at all. The breakfast provided was a simple buffet style with scrambled eggs, bacon, some deli-meats, yogurt, cereals juice and coffee.
Pictures are fake
The photos of the rooms are nothing like reality. The room is extremely small. It looks like a motel.
Close to things
Once you prepare for a small room and expect an amazing staff and perfect Paris home base you’re ready for this hotel ! Terri , Bertrand , and all The staff were amazing giving directions to hot spots and the morning breakfast was great start to daily tours of Paris . Again I must stress that the rooms are small and I hated the bathroom but other than that a really ideal hotel and location
Helpful staff, great location
We had the family room off the courtyard. It was great for all four of us to be together as our children our young. Located near the Eiffel Tower and plenty of restaurants it was a handy spot. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful with booking a taxi etc. the staff speak several languages. I would recommend this hotel.
I booked the family room. If you want a large spacious room, this is it. This unit was accessed by going through the patio so it felt like we had a lot of privacy. The room itself is large by European standards. It fit four single beds with space. The shower is oddly placed as this unit is also meant to support disabled bodies, but it’s workable. The location is spectacular. One street over and it’s Invalides Army Museum. A 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 5 minutes to Alexander Bridge. 20 minutes to the Louve and 15 minutes to the shops, Chanel, Gucci, LV, etc. It’s far enough from the noise but not so far that you couldn’t get to by walking. There are a ton of restaurants in this neighborhood. Even Michelin star restaurants, but make sure to reserve a table in advance. Overall, the location was great for what I paid. Been to Paris many times and this is my second favorite location. The room is clean and I’m proud to say there were no bugs. I was in Paris end of Sept /early Oct 2023.
The staff was so nice to us! Wonderful stay here!
Near by many shops and cafes, walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Perfect spot for a trip away in paris
Friendly Staff
The staff at the hotel were so helpful when I experienced a lot of problems with hotels.com. The hotel staff were able to help me and assure me my problems would be taken care of. They greeted me every day and were so friendly. Plus, the location was excellent.
Wonderful staff
Was quite, friendly staff, enjoyed the location
Nice and helpful staff. Cleaning done well. Even superior rooms are quite small - can’t keep two suitcases open at the same time but that’s not unusual for Paris. Bring your own hairdryer as the one in the room is quite dated and inconvenient. No iron.
Great location
Nice little hotel central to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful
great place and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. I would stay there again
Elevator was tiny tiny tiny. Room was small but adequate. Staff were very helpful
The staff was so helpful and very close to everything was walking distance.
Very helpful staff, great location to walk around and amazing food options nearby!
Staff, clean, close to sites seen
Some good, some issues
This property is well located, and for Paris the rooms are of good to moderate size. The staff was friendly and in several ways provided to our questions and requests. We were however, disappointed on several fronts: For the price the breakfast offering was not of value, we ate there on the first morning, then did much better with much more atmosphere on the street. We were very surprised that water and coffee (provided the 1st day) ended even though we'd booked 2 rooms and 5 nights. We were also surprised that we had to ask at the desk numerous times for our rooms to be cleaned (not sheets, that we understand). ....Basic cleaning like vacuuming! Over all we would look elsewhere for a comparable price and better value.
Very convenient location and small property. Breakfast room underground so not ideal so I didn’t try breakfast. Desk staff was nice but when I asked fo there to be a refresh of my coffee and milk, they said yes but it never happened. My too overlooked the street which was great, but not sure if other rooms were that fortunate
Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast served by lovely staff. Close to metro, Seinne and The Eiffel Tower .Plenty of places to eat on doorstep. We enjoyed our stsy.
Dated room and old bathroom. No coffee maker in the room, no door signs. Noise cancellation is zero. It is not a 4-star hotel.
Perfect place to stay for our first trip to Paris!
Great location. One block from the Metro. Several restaurants within a couple of blocks. Small, but nice hotel with friendly staff. We needed a room for 3 people, my husband, daughter and I. We were so happy to find a room with a king size bed and a twin. It worked out great.
We could not make it to stay at this property due to a rail road strike in France. We need a refund or I am going to put this out on social media.
Location is great Price was high
Best employees from the reception. They were very nice and accommodating.
Nice room
Beautiful hotel. The location was just perfect. Great customer service and the amenities are just fun and very red lol! Loved staying here.
Doesn’t deserve 4 stars
Very quiet and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to many great spots. Also very close to metro station and taxi area. Perfect!
Very friendly staff and terrific location.
Very goo! Recommend!
Very good hotel, would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Provides everything you need. Located in basically the heart of the city - we were able to walk everywhere. The staff are very friendly.
Very kind staff at check in
Excellent location and nice hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
It was a good experience staying at this hotel. Receptionist are friendly. Grocery store are very close. Even restaurant, train station and Eiffel Tower 15 minutes walk. If I’m going back to Paris, I will stay here again.
This was a quick trip. We were able to walk to everything and many dining options around. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. It is very small and not for you if you want glamour!
Would stay again
The hotel was in a great location. Paid $50 a night to park near by. We requested a 3 bed room but only received 2 bed. The breakfast was delicious and the employees spoke English and were SO helpful!
We LOVE le quartier and its super convenient location, i wish at least one of our rooms had a view on the street side

Great little hotel if you're just staying a few days in Paris. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's situated nicely between a lot of the main attractions in Paris so it was easy to get everywhere just by walking.
