Worth of money to stay.

Was good

I stayed in a private room with ensuite. It was clean. Breakfast which I had included was very nice and plentiful. Lots of hallways to find my room. A good location to visit many sites and the metro nearby

For a Hostel it was fine, no bed bugs, no major dirt, basically okay. Was a bit of grim in corners and dust here and there but can be expected for a hostel, had to wait 5 minutes for the person at reception at appear. Breakfast was basic and okay. Good location with a lidl near by. If you’re doing backpacking or travelling on a budget it will do the job. If you want comfortably and the things that come with a hotel room, just book a hotel Over all it was fine

overall, the stay was OK. the staff is great and the location is amazing. on the downside, my bedsheets were a bit dusty, had hairs on them which weren’t mine, and all covered in small bits that looked like paper. it didn’t look like someone slept in it, I think the bedsheets were changed a few weeks ago and nobody used the bed, only the one next to it. I didn’t like the fact that you could hear everything, especially people slamming heavy doors at early hour. the rest was fine. bear in mind that towels are 1€ and you have to get them at the reception :)

Greedy Hostel that does not care about guests

This hostel does not care about its guests. The customer service was horrible all around. During my stay- I saw one person try to check in and tell the management that their room had no clean/ available beds- to which management replied: oh yeah that happens sometimes. Then proceeded to tell the girl that she needed to find out which bed was hers herself and then wait hours for it to be cleaned. My friend also came to check in and showed her confirmation emails and everything- to which she was then bullied and ridiculed by the staff telling her they do not care about her emails she does not have a reservation in their system and since they are overbooked they cannot offer her anything. So she needed to find a new place to stay late at night at the busiest weekend in Berlin and she was not even offered an apology. Only bullying. Since my friend could not stay I asked for a refund so I could go to another place and stay with her. They told me they would address my problem the next day and let me know what could be done. When I asked them to give me an answer the same day since I do not want to book another place and have to pay for both places they firmly responded that they did not understand why I was upset since they told me they would deal with my problem the next day through email. Do I even need to say that I never received a reply to my email or any other form or communication from them??????

Great value and great location

Stayed for a single night. Oriented for the young college student. But overall, great atmosphere and great place to do studies or work early in the morning. Bunk beds are a little to creaky that I felt like I would wake my roommates just from scratching my head.

Great hostel, lovely vibe, comfortable

Lovely hostel with a great vibe. Helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Lockers in the room and a handy little shelf and socket above each bed. Lovely common area with storage for bags and amazing decor. No bathroom in the room but two bathrooms (with three cubicles) and two shower rooms for the whole floor.

Was told bar apparently closes whenever the guy feels like closing it. Super obnoxious too. I thought drinks were all night. Other than that, good hostel.

Do not stay

This place is not good whatsoever. It is worth at most $30 per night. It is like it has been a super old college or school turned to a hostel. Elevator did not work, no shampoo or body wash, no hand drying towel. No secure wardrab.

Being on the fourth floor I was surprised by the large open windows only three feet from the floor if anyone was to stumble or young people playing around it would be easy to fall to certain death also in the shower rooms. Perhaps an additional grating to be inserted on the window sill.

Friendly Staff &

We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room that included two separate twin beds and a small table etc. I've stayed at a couple hostels before in Berlin and thought this place was great! It was my husbands first time at a hostel and he managed just as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful – and everything was really clean in the shared bathrooms . We seemed to be the only ones in our section however so we were super lucky! It was a bit chilly in Berlin during our stay but we had no issues with heating inside the hostel. The blanket worked just fine for us.I will say that we did have to go through a hilarious amount of doors to get to our We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but there seemed to be options! The hostel definitely has some of that older European charm - it used to be a convent after all!

Good for the price.

Overall a pretty good stay, I don't have any real complaints especially considering the price. It does however kind of feel like an old hospital or something in the hallways. I did one load of laundry here and it was all the way down stairs at what felt like the furthest corner of the second floor (1 machine, 1 area). I was also placed in a room with 5 men, I mean I expected the room to be mixed but could you at least try to put a couple girls in one room?

Very good hostel in excellent location, within walking distance of all major attractions and with good connectios to other areas. The hostel is in an old convent so there is plenty of space, the rooms are very comfortable and the biggest ones I've stayed in a hostel so far. Pros: clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice large common areas, a terrace with tables in front but which unfortunately closes at 10 pm, very good-value breakfast, overall comfortable and well situated. There are lockers in the room and showers and toilets on each floor. Cons: some of the staff could be friendlier and the vibe is a little impersonal

Very clean and friendly but not ideal for couples

Three little pigs is a very clean and welcoming hostel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and it is very reasonable priced. The two downsides however were that the beds are very soft so have poor back support so after 3 nights my back started to hurt. Also this is a popular destination for school groups so there was a number of nights we were awoken by school kids being loud. We did report this to the reception but unfortunately it is something outside of the reception's control.

Always a good place, a great place. Except the kitchen for guests is now closed, because guests abused the privilege, being messy, and not cleaning up after themselves. So sorry, as many great me@ls were cooked and people getting to know e@ch other. Feel sorry about this.

It was very clean which is nice!

Cheap rates and quiet street, but doors kept slamming inside. A malfunctioning elevator. No air conditioning or even fans making it not very comfortable in summer. (Ceiling fans would help).

Too expensive for a no-frills experience

I was not able to check in 15 minutes earlier than the check-in time; the staff said that they were changing the shift, but 20 minutes later it was the same people, they just stayed chatting and laughing while people wait. Also, during this trip I stayed in 4 different hostels... being Three Littls Pigs the only one that does not provide free towels, no shampoo, no soap... nothing!

Our stay was amazing! Great Location and very clean. Best part about it was the breakfast for only euros was very good. Very worth it!

Geared for students

Long way from central bus station, eleven stops on the Ubahn. Very noisy hostel, but the rooms are spacious. Lots of teenagers slamming doors and noise echos. No knives or paper towels in the kitchen and dish clothes were not replaced daily. Bonus though a Lidl right next door. Also a €2.63 charge for sheets which I thought was high and most hostels provide.

Within walking distance to subway and attractions

Cheap, great location & amazing staff!

Easy to find place, close to several worth-seeing places and sights, close to the center. Cheap, comfortable beds, great staff and music choices.. plus pool and table football. My friend actually booked this hostel the moment he saw it, even though he had booked and payed already for another hostel in the city... that's how impressed we were! Plus - a chance to meet other great travelers from all over the world. I would definitely recommend this place and most likely will stay a night or few next time when I visit Berlin! Cheers!! :)

Very pretty inside, lots of room to relax outside the room, pooltable, informational brochures. Room itself was very clean and bed and pillow were comfortable. Shower didn't drain quickly or have much water pressure but it was also quite clean and tidy. The rooms had very heavy doors so you could hear them slam shut when people were in and out of their rooms. It was also noisy till around 1am. Staff was great though and very friendly as I had never stayed in a hostel before. Shared kitchen with all the appliances and tools to cook and open until 10pm I think.

Nice, reasonably priced hostel with a good vibe and in a convenient location (2 stops from brandeburg)

Nice cozy hostel

It was a pretty good hostel, in a nice old building with a cozy atmosphere. It's very accommodating for English speakers, and all of the signs, menus and service was conducted in English as well as German.

Helpful staff, good value

Great location, extremely helpful staff, convenient for the price. Wifi sometimes was spotty and there was no a/c in the room but those didn't bother me much, I was very happy overall with the value for the price and the traveling ease.

Better for youths. Hotets available as cheap.

Disappointed with add on costs, elevator broke and had to go up and down 5 flights. Last night full of noisy student late

Good location for Berlinale

Stayed for 11 nights for Berlinale. Good location for the festival. Good value all you can eat breakfast as well. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Heating is a bit weak for the size of the room, and sound insulation of the door is not very good, people walking down the hallway late at night is clearly audible, and there's only 1 set of washing machine, which is pretty much always occupied.

Not bad and very bad wifi!

The hostel is located in a good location and it's nestled in a quiet area. We had a comfortable stay but we were a little disappointed in the service (the people at the front desk were very cold and abrupt) and the extremely poor wifi service. This is pretty unacceptable to be honest. The room sizes were great and the bathrooms were clean enough. It would be a good idea to include the breakfast in the overall stay rather than pay extra for it.

A pleasant stay

Was very nice. My first stay in a hostel, and it was everything that a hostel could be. The staff were nice, the lobby was lively, and the breakfast was worth 6 euro.

Nice place to stay near Potsdamer Platz!

The staffs were friendly and it felt safe and comfortable to stay.It is very close to Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie and U-Bahn stations so I could easily explore the city. One thing is that they didn't have towels in the room so I had to go out and get one..other than that my overall weeklong stay was satisfactory! :)

good location

My friend and I spent 5 days at TLP, which has a really good location. It's convenient to go to anywhere and we meet some cool people. It seems that the original building is a church, so the whole building is bigger than others, which is great! Really a nice place to stay in.

Would visit again and again

Brilliant hostel, excellent value for money. Friendly staff, good atmosphere (targeted at younger travellers, but not a non-stop party place). Well managed, well equipped, well maintained. Perfect location (10 mins from 2 underground stations or checkpoint Charlie)

ridiculous place

The only hostel in the world, which you need pay again after checking in for your pillows and quilt. Even these information are not in the description of hostel, but anything are not the fault of hostel. So pay or go away. If you want to cancel, noway, because the deadline of cancel is always yesterday.

just a place to stay

It is ok. The reception helps to reserve a bed for me. But the wall ist not so thick, you always hear your neighbors are just running around. Quiet noise. the shower is quiet small for so many people. and you could not find any places hang on your colthes. It looks very cheap from searching engine. But accutally you must pay for your pillow and quilt extra again. ridiculous And they call themselves three pigs but they use one dog as symble of hostel.

Solid option in central Berlin

I took a single at the 3 Pigs and I have nothing to complain about. The price is OK, the room was clean and pleasant. Mine wasn't ensuite, but the shared bathroom was also very much OK. It's ca. 30 minutes away from the very strict centre, so it's quite easy to get anywhere on foot. An S-Bahn station is nearby (Anhalter Bhf.). There's a lift if you're too tired to take the stairs, and a big social area with a bar. Oh, and the staff are really nice people.

A large hostel with free wifi throughout, lots of space, clean rooms and washing facilities. Great all you can eat free breakfast in the morning. Central location.

Confortável, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar, principalmente no banheiro e ducha.

Cons: the bed doesn't have a curtain; the whole building is quite dark; there are many rooms so your room could be quite far from the shower/WC; laundry dryer takes more than 1 token to dry up my laundry; no hairdryer (you can borrow one from the reception but that also means it could be all gone when you need one); no kettle if you want to make a cup of coffee or tea. Pros: grocery stores and cafes near by; near public transportations.

it was overall very good. everything what u pay for is there. rooms with 7 other people was ok, for when u basically just wanna sleep and take a shower. showers and bathrooms clean and the reception guy was very cool and helped me alot. I enjoyed the lounge area alot, wifi, and good chairs to chill.

Meine einzige Kritik ist das Frühstück. Es gab kein Obst, keine Pflanzenmilch am Buffet, kaum Vollkorn bzw. vegane Kost. Das hat mich für Berlin doch etwas überrascht!! Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden, Dankeschön

Preis für eine Übernachtung in Berlin war sehgut, günstiger als ein Campingplatz Ist ein Hostel und kein Luxus Hotel sehr sauber und super Betten, die Gemeinschaftsdusche ist für mich als Camper kein Problem Frühstück war auch Okay

El agua de la ducha no salía con una temperatura constante, me quemé varias veces el cuerpo y sino salía congelada. Sábanas y toallas manchadas... Entran en la habitación a vaciar las basuras solamente. No pasamos nada de frío al dormir y está bien comunicada.

Fijne accommodatie, simpel, maar schoon en alles wat nodig is bij de hand

Gute Lage, ruhig gelegen, eifach und sauber. Wir waren unter der Woche und es hatte viele Gruppen bzw. Schulklassen, somit war es eher laut und durch das Gebäude ziemlich hellhörig. Mit Ohropax jedoch wunderbar geschlafen in bequemen Betten (2 Bettzimmer).

One of the vest Hostel in Berlin

I recommend this hotel due to many reasons. Staff: I met Fabian and Sasha and they were great. Helpful. Social and friendly The location is ideal as near to city center and still cheaper Wide enterance area to be social with people and sitting area. Hygiene: In my point of view it was good. Its a big hostel so they are people from all around the world. So not everyone are super into Hygiene as in every country. I guess you know what I mean. Many restrooms and shower areas.

Very nice place to stay

Personal an der Rezeption ist einfach Katastrophe, ansonsten ein durchschnittliches Hostel… keine Haarföhne vorhanden.

Me gusto mucho el servicio , excelentes personas y excelente lugar , cerca del metro que te lleva a todos lados , me volvería a quedar ahí si vuelvo a Berlín. Lo recomiendo!

Lugar sensacional, com pessoas muito simpáticas

Tolles Gebäude, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionsmitarbeiter*innen und eine bezaubernde Mitarbeiterin, welche das Frühstück ausrichtet! Dafür, dass junge Menschen aus der ganzen Welt hier unterkommen, wären ein paar vegane Optionen beim Frühstück wünschenswert!

Ok location, but i didn’t manage to sleep much do to noice from the common area in front of the hostel. The noice was ongoing between midnight and five in the morning, which kind of ruin the stay if you want to sleep.

Es war nicht so freundlich..sehr skeptisch.in der informationen..und Zuviel verlangt hatte Mann das Gefühl..und ..mein fall mit mehrere Personen in einem Zimmer nicht mehr ...war ein unangenehmes Geräusch..und nicht gelüftet...?

Hostel muito bem localizado, perto de muitas das atrações principais de Berlim, da para em vários lugares a pé mesmo. A limpeza peca um pouco, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Recomendo muito !

Hospedagem em quarto e banheiro privativos. Ótima localização e equipe de atendimento atenciosa dando dicas de todas as atrações. Cafe continental pago a parte ( 7 euros) de boa qualidade e bom custo beneficio.

한국 아저씨 1인 자동차 여행 기준으로 장점 1) 시설이 크고 1층 안내데스크에서 직원들이 친절함 2) 화장실 및 샤워실이 많아 사용하기에 편함 3) 안내데스크는 24시간 운영이라 늦은 시간에도 체크인 가능 4) 베를린 시내와 가까워서 보도로 시내까직 접근 가능 단점 1) 건물 및 시설이 오래된 관계로 건물내부 시설물들이 모두 노후화 되어 문을 열때 마다 소리가 남 2) 아침조식 7유로 기준으로 제공을 하나 한국인 기준으로 먹을게 없음 3) 자동차를 가지고 갔으나 주차장이 없어 주차가 안됨 (다른 주차장 찾는다고 1시간 이상을 차를 몰고 돌아 다님) - 자동차 여행은 비추

잠만 자는것을 전제로 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 아침밥도 나름 깔끔하고 먹을만합니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 구글맵에서 three little pigs로 검색하면 주변의 엉뚱한 장소로 알려주기때문에 찾느라 고생했다는 정도입니다. 배낭여행족에겐 추천할수있습니다.

Einrichtung und Service gut. Andere Gäste nicht so

Gute Öfi-Anbindung, sauber, nettes Personal. In der Damentoilette standen morgens 4 Männer, bin also auf eine andere Etage gegangen. Eine der Frauen in meinem Zimmer war etwas durchgedreht und kam abends um 11 schreiend ins Zimmer und hat alles um sich geworfen (hatte wohl irgendwas verloren) und hat mich dann angemault, weil das Licht an war - es war sonst noch niemand im Zimmer und ich saß am Laptop. War wohl irgendwie ein Schwerverbrechen. Gut, die anderen Gäste kann sich das Hostel leider nicht aussuchen, da muss man aber halt auf was gefasst sein. War dementsprechend beeindruckt, dass das Personal trotzdem super freundlich und kompetent und vom Zimmer bis zum Aufenthaltsraum alles sauber und gut gepflegt war. WLAN war gut.

フロントの方がとても親切に対応してくれました。ロビーはとても広く清潔感がある空間でした。 部屋は少し圧迫感がありましたが、シャワールーム等全体的に清潔感があり、宿泊して良かったです。

나는 이 호스텔을 추천합니다. 독일에 있으면서 3번째 호스텔이었습니다. 나는 전에는 위치 때문에 이곳을 선택하지 않았습니다. 하지만 이곳에 오지마자 그동안 10일을 이곳에서 머물지 않은 것을 후회했습니다. 건물이 오래된 것은 문제가 되지 않습니다. 위치가 조금 멀기는 하지만 그 외에 모든 것이 좋습니다. 직원은 친절했고 깨끗하며 그 건물의 독특한 구조로 인해 여러명이 쓰는 호스텔임에도 불구하고 프라이빗합니다. 샤워실과 화장실은 남자와 여자가 분리되어있고 여유롭습니다. 나는 다음에 베를린에 왔을 때도 이곳에 머물것입니다.

部屋が寒く、ベッド脇の壁に出っ張りがあり、常に頭上を気にしないといけなかった。

Helt okej hostel i trevligt område

Trevligt område, nära till kollektivtrafik. Bra tillgång på toaletter/duschar. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. För att vara ett hostel så var rummen helt ok.

이 가격에 이런 퀄리티, 호스텔 처음 이용해보는데 괜찮은것 같아요! 물은 쫄쫄 나오지만 가격대비 훌륭한 호스텔입니다. 베드버그 없었고 깔끔했습니다. 여성 6인실 사용했습니다:)

Mi nota global no es positiva, pero depende de qué tipo de viaje quieras realizar. Se alojan muchos viajes de estudios y grupos de jovenes, de modo que durante la noche no hubo silencio y nos costo mucho descansar. Respecto a instalaciones está bien. Es antiguo (como se intuye en la descripción) pero está bien mantenido. Es muy grande, zonas comunes muy amplias y recomendable cuando se quiera ir con un grupo grande de amigos, sobre todo si la idea es fiesta y poco descanso. Puntos positivos serian la amabilidad del personal y la buena localización.

Einfache Übernachtung ohne zusätzliche Extras. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Um in Berlin nur zu Übernachten ausreichend, bei längerem Aufenthalt vielleicht etwas spartanisch.

Behaglig hostel sentralt til god pris

Veldig greit sted i et rolig strøk som er såpass sentralt som man får det. Atmosfæren er avslappet og støynivået minimalt under mitt opphold. God service og vennlige verter i resepsjonen. Frokosten var noe dyr og det manglet anledning for å tilberede mat selv. Alt i alt, godt fornøyd.

Preis-Leistung in Ordnung

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Bad auf dem Gang. Leider waren in meinem Stockwerk Duschen und Toiletten ausser Betrieb so dass ich dafür immer ein Stockwerk höher laufen musste- für das Duschen kein Problem, für Toilettengänge jedoch äußerst unangenehm. Das Bett war bereits überzogen, jedoch wurden keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Bett war sehr durchlegen, sodass sich nach der zweiten Nacht mein Rücken beschwert hat. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung in der Lobby könnte verbessert werden - es sind kleine Regale in die hauptsächlich Rucksäcke abgelegt werden können und dann mit Ketten befestigt werden können, dennoch kaum Sicherheit vor Diebstahlschutz.
