Communication with the property manager was great. Property is old and tired, with furniture dated and worn out. Beds weren’t comfortable and bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Noisy at night with train nearby, and cars driving in and out of the gated complex next door. Walls were thin

Just had a wonderful weekend at the Reside. Property was very quiet and safe-really enjoyed the spacious unit.

The location was perfect for our needs, we where able to reach all of our vacation stops and appointments within 15 - 20 minutes. Erica was very responsive to make sure our arrival and stay went without a hitch. We will certainly return.

Loved my 4-day stay here!

Came down to check out a football game at NRG Stadium which is within a good walking distance! Great communication from Erika before, during and after our stay! Was given all of the instructions with gate codes and getting to my room was a breeze because I was furnished with a property map! Will definitely stay here again without a second thought! Grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station right across the street! Gated area so everything was safe!

Great place to stay, excited to stay again.

Check in was a breeze, got all the necessary information before hand. Was welcomed with a very spacious unit with all the amenities needed for a couple of days stay. Plenty of food and grocery places within walking distance. Great havjng each bedroom with its own bathroom. Host was very helpful when I had any questions. Will definitely stay again when returning to Houston.

It was ok.

Overall stay was great. We had a few issues on our end but Ericka was easy to communicate with and accommodating will stay again next time my company comes to Houston

Amazing trip and property. Perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a balcony. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The Reside Home away from Home

My stay was great . I would highly recommend it to other patients coming to MDAnderson. Very close to hospital . I was able to drive to Reside shower and sleep and get back to hospital very easily. Had washer and dryer which was so awesome. Everything for kitchen was able to prepare full meals . Even has dishwasher. Anything you would need it just felt like HOME!

Great time

our stay was to attend a game at NRG, was a quick 8 minute walk to the stadium. Also able to walk to several dining options and grocery store. site was secure and we felt safe both inside and outside the property. management was quick to respond to our questions even though it was technically after hours. would recommend and would stay here again.

Hidden Gem

Really clean and super nice place to stay. A lot of restaurants and store are with in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again. Erika was awesome and is super helpful if you need anything.

Great location and value

Great location and value as we attended the college football national championship game at NRG stadium. Unit could use some updating as the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms weren't in the best condition. Otherwise, the unit was very clean and mostly updated nicely. It was very nice having two bathrooms, full kitchen, and full living area in addition to the two bedrooms for a comparable price to a standard hotel room. The safety of a gated property and ample parking was also a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Houston.

For the 3 bedrooms, it was priced well. Needs some painting and furniture updates. Convient to have dishwasher, washer/dryer and supplies. Safe. Excellent communications with Erica.

Great location. Close to NRG for the football game and close to Texas Orthopedic Hospital where my husband was having surgery. Will definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay

The room we stayed in was the 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and living room and a washer and dryer in room .it was so big and lots of rooms and roomy. Beds are very comfortably. I will definitely stay here again and also Krogers grocery just a block away and lots of eating places also

Customer service was on point. Communication was quick and thorough. The unit did have some areas that needed maintenance, but nothing that prevented my family from enjoying our stay. Rooms were spacious, clean, and definitely accommodating for a family of 6!

Not good

Very out dated. Floors were dirty. Carped stained and dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. This apt. was full of mosquitoes. We were suppose to stay for 3 days but left a day early. The only good thing about this place, it was close to the Shriners hospital.

Staying at this establishment was an absolute breeze! Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. The level of convenience offered far surpasses that of a typical hotel, as my family and I had the delightful opportunity to stay together in a splendid condominium. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of local amenities available, with a conveniently located grocery store within walking distance.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was clean and stock with all the necessary items. Literally a home away from home. The leasing manager was amazing. The complex was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend

The area was nice and it was convienent for our purposes.but there were multiple dead cockroaches in our room and spiders all around the windows and doors. The fitted sheet hadnt been washed because there waa a small bug shell in between that and the mattress cover. There were food pieces all over the living room carpet we kept stepping on thay hurt and popcorn under the couch. The bed was missing slats which affected the shape of the frame and it felt like it would not stay together. The fan in the besroom shakes when its on and ibwas acared it would fall on us while we were alweping but it took foreeeeever for the ac to cool down the room so we had to have the fan on( it was 80 for most of the first day). Overall i might stay here again but it needs to be actually cleaned before i stay, i dont like not knowing what im getting in a room.

Felt like home away from home.

Needs updating

Convenient location to NRG Stadium in the Astrodome. However, his property is very outdated and needs to be updated.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was not fancy but it was quiet and clean and central to NRG Stadium as well as other places to eat.

Good Location for Stadium.

The location was very convenient for us as we attending the Final 4 Basketball games at NRG Stadium. An easy walk. The unit was comfortable, but there were a few things that could have been cleaned better with some noticeable things like hair in the bathroom and crumbs under couch. Erika from the rental office was very good about replying to our questions.

Easy to check in, park, and check out. Big room and like patios!

Not luxurious, but a good value near the Medical Complex. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

New stay of all the vacations over last year.

Great Stay in Houston

This location was perfect for my family for the week. They had everything we needed. I felt very safe and secure in our cozy apartment. They even provided towels, dishes, blankets and a washer/dryer inside the unit. This will be my #1 place in Houston for sure while visiting my son in college.

The stay was good .. the cleaning of the bathroom and a few small things could have been better .

Nice stay!

Stayed there for about 3 days. Really good location with grocery stores close by a small food places. Walking distance to NRG stadium/park. The room is a little bit out dated, but it was still clean and comfortable! Would not mind staying here again since it feels as if I was at a ABNB.

very close ti everything we needed

Location was great and unit was very spacious and useful for two kids to be comfortable.

Property management NEVER ANSWERED MY CALL for check in. I called 3 times and left a message and to this day, over a week later, my call still has not been returned. I've tried contacting the property multiple times for a refund and they will not return my messages or answer their phone.

Third floor inconvenience

We came to Houston for cancer treatments as I am very weak. We had no idea the room was on the third floor and it took 44 steps to get to our room. In the future it would help knowing the room is on the third floor. I have no complaints about the Reside as we enjoyed the stay, except for the awful climb to the roo

Ok at best

Good place to stay in the area. The parking situation is terrible. The condos are ok at best and lacking in decor.

This was our family trip and we got 3 bdrm suite on the ground floor and my sister got 2 bdrm on the 3rd floor. So I’m comparing the differences as well. We found Our suite’s carpet was rather dirty. Most of plates and glasses were missing from the cupboard and only to realize they were left in the dishwasher from previous guests (we didn’t open the dishwasher as we didn’t have enough to use by my family member and bought paper plates and cups instead) and never put them back in the cupboard before our arrival. There were no amenities such as laundry detergents, toilet papers etc as my sister got in her suite in the red container, what we found in our suite was appeared to be the previous guest’s leftovers). We contacted the property director to fill the amenities as instructed in the suite, but never got response. We also only got one channel on tv. Again I didn’t find any Welcome booklet With all information and trouble shooting on TV etc which my sister got in her suite. Having said all that, we still managed to enjoy our stay at Reside. Location was good and quite. It meet all our needs for our stay in Houston.

Overall I’m satisfied

Easy check-in/out. Necessary were provided in the suite. The unit was bit dusty. I don’t think the bed linens were clean because it smelled on both beds (We had 2 bedroom suite) and needed to wash (it was better after). Otherwise it was pleasant stay.

I stayed at the Reside in 2018. It was very clean and comfortable. This time, I reserved 2 rooms (1 for myself, the other for my brother and his wife). The information emails detailing gate code, room numbers and such never arrived. I texted the manager and she sent the information. We go to the first room...it had not been cleaned from the previous clients! Again, I texted the manager..she gave us a different room. We go to that room..counters were not cleaned in kitchen & both bathrooms. Dishes were in the dishwasher..toilets were not cleaned (very obvious to the eye without going into gross details). After seeing this, I pulled the bedspreads back to check the sheets. Top sheets were fresh...bottom sheet and pillow cases were not! Lamps were so dusty, you could easily write your name in the dust. I was going to check out and go somewhere else..but my brother said it was only for 1 night, so let’s tough it out. In order to feel comfortable, I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned bathrooms/kitchen...and washed the sheets. There are also “new” requirements that weren’t there in 2018. Before you checkout, you have to wash and dry your linens. Plus take out all garbage. If you don’t, you will be charged! Needless to say...I will never stay there again!

The unit numbers weren't really helpful on the outside of the buildings. It would have been better if the management provided the actual Building number to find the unit. We only stayed in the condo for 1 night as we were in town for the Texas Bowl. The condo was furnished with basic needs. The condo needed a good dusting/sweeping and the master bathroom need the baseboards scrubbed but that was all minor to us since we were only there for 1 night. It was VERY close to a Kroger for grocery shopping for extended stayers, NRG Stadium and Park and the Medical District. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you can. Ones in the condo were old (yellowing). Please note: They do expect you to wash AND dry all the linens. We were not aware of this till we got in the room and our scheduling could not allow us to stay in the condo to do all this (washer is small and there was 5 of us in a 3 bedroom condo).

Apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed

We did not get the second email so we could not stay there and had to stay across the street which cost us twice to be there for the night. I received a email on the correct day but it is only an advertisement. Did not see the inside so cannot answer. I tried to call and could only leave voice mail and never got a return call.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family vacation. Price was unbeatable. My only complaint are the following... ceiling fans were really dusty, pots were deeply scratched, and wet towels were left in washing machines.

The check-in was painless the only problem was the sign to wash and dry all the linens prior to check out it’s kind of hard when you have a three bedroom house and linens for three queen beds you get up that morning on check out and it’s impossible to wash and dry linens prior to 11 o’clock We just put A load of sheets in the washing machine and checked out we couldn’t wait until they completed and then dried and then wash and dry another load Other than that it was excellent

The property worked so well for our family trip to the wedding of our son. Having access to the pool was great for the children. Everything worked really well other than that we didn’t receive the final email with details to access the property and because there is no one on site we had a bit of a challenge to contact someone, but it all worked out well in the end and we’d certainly use The Reside again.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and close to MDAnderson. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

It is a great place to stay when we come to MD Anderson. Had problem one time but was handled immediately. Will stay there again when we have another appointment.

Baseball travels

Chose this location because we had extra kids in tow for baseball showcase at one of the area colleges. We couldn’t get in gate when we got there at 9pm. Lucky for us a resident pulled in behind us while we were having gate problems and used his gate code. The condo was roomy which was a definite PLUS, but it could have used a bit more cleaning. Linens had definitely seen better days (stained and worn thin in places), and there were no extra blankets which were needed (and no front desk to request more.) The rust stains in the sink were a little stomach turning but to be expected with an older property. IT IS GATED! Looooved that we weren’t concerned as much that our truck would still have its wheels and tires when we got ready to leave (as we’ve seen many vehicles on blocks leaving hotels during our baseball travels.) I’d book here again, but I know now to ask a few more questions prior to arrival and bring a few comfort items from home.

Fantastic experience at "The Reside" Houston

This was the best hotel-type experience i have ever had, regardless of price! The staff (Angela) was very proactive with instructions, and very helpful and friendly on-site. The unit was fresh, clean, large and secure. The value cannot be beat - I will stay there every time i am in Houston!

Pleasantly Surprised

Location was perfect. It was a quiet area, within miles of the grocery stores, restaurants, and the metro line. My family traveled to an event at the NRG Center which was about a 5 mins away. We booked a 3 Bd, 2 Ba. Very spacious and cozy, with plenty of room. Check-in was a breeze, I received my email with instructions a few days prior to and the morning of. With this hotel you have to clean and wash the linens before you leave, which was fine considering the was the property is setup. The only downside for me was that my flight was at 7am so sleeping the night before was a little difficult after the linens were cleaned. Outside of that little hiccup, my stay was very pleasant. My family is already talking about using this hotel again for the next event in Texas.

Place was more than expected. There was missing items on kitchen. didn't say at contract but have to wash all linen, trow trash away.

Rest assured, if there is a problem it will be taken care of quickly. The grounds were very nicely kept. Parking is gated, a definite plus. Staying here was like being at home!

Loved the location and the beautiful grounds. Hated NOT finding my key in lockbox, beds not being made, tpwels in washer so long they were dry and smelly. No laundry pods! Sticky paper mess on carpet.

It was a great place to stay. In walking distance to NRG stadium!! Will stay there again.
