The photographs have no resemblance to reality. It does not reserve three starts by any means. It is unacceptably dirty. I would not stay there again even at one third of their rates.

Unpleasant experience

It was most unhygienic hotels we stayed and checked out very next day even though we booked three rooms for two nights. Bed sheets, bathrooms and I can go on we were dirty and crumbling. I will never recommend anyone staying there.

Property is in terrible condition. Definitely not as per the Orion standards. Room was in pathetic condition. AC was not working as expected. Bathroom is so poorly designed that there is no partition between shower and wash basin and kamod.

If I could rate it below 1 star I would. We were booked to be there for 8 nights and checked out after one. The pictures of the rooms and other areas are just not this property. DO NOT TRUST the tickets. The rooms (we had over 10 booked) were filthy. Bugs, dirt, lack of hot water.... Breakfast was disgusting. We watched bugs crawl out of the toaster. DO NOT STAY HERE...for any amount of money.

Not good stay... The Orion hotel

Not worth for price. Same price is being offered by 5 star hotels as part of deal. It is listed as 4 star but as per my opinion it is no where 4 start and it should have 2 stars. During my stay I noticed that hotel is going through some renovation and that caused pain. I would personally not recommend as it is not in low budget and does not deserve 4 stars

Pretty bad

The condition was very bad - bad smell - we asked to switch rooms and it was still bad. There was construction going on (renovation badly needed) but there was pounding all day long - not possible to sleep during the day. Absolutely no hot water in the shower. All around bad experience. Wifi was relatively good. The coffee shop in front is good.

The lock didn't work

Rooms were badly aged. My balcony door was in such poor condition that it did not close and allowed water and mosquitoes into the room. The bathroom had a horrible smell and geyser was not working.

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel,staff was great especially the front manager and also really enjoy this coffee place attached to the hotel.. Cordially, Franck

Underwhelming from beginning to end.

I booked the hotel,but after reaching not like the hotel.

I would rate this as an average property. My expectations were clouded by the slick photos of the property which were not met by the actual condition, average at best. The staff, however were very good.

Worst customer service ever. I requested an invoice or receipt when I checked in, the first gentleman on the reception told me he would give it to me when I check out. When I requested it again when I checked out, they deny to give it to me because I paid to hotels.com. when I requested them to the manager, he told me he would send to my email in 2 days. When I call him 4 days later, the manager asked me to call his senior. When I called the senior manager, he promised me to give it to me, but he also didn't give it to me. All 3 people at the hotel didn't keep his word. Also, the breakfast was not very good. I think the most important thing in the hotel is try to satisfy customers. I guess they don't want be bothered to take 3 minutes to print an invoice or receipt because customer satisfaction is not important.

Amazing Boutique Hotel in South Delhi.

It's a small 24 Rooms boutique Hotel in South Delhi near the Famous GK1 M Block Market.I have been staying with them since 2009, Whenever I come to India from the US & Europe and I always had an amazing experience. It's Location is exactly in the middle of the International Airport and the Major Train Station of Delhi, approximately 40 minutes in each direction. The Manager of this property Mr Jaspal Bisht is a great guy and the genuinely tries to HELP all his Guests. There's a reason I've been their Loyal Customer for all these years, and it won't change.Try it once and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Horrible time

Room tariff, food and beverages prices at par with 3 star hotel. However rooms and amenities no better than guest house. For a hotel that doesn't provide hot water after 11 in the morning, with damp walls in room, rs.145 for a cup of tea is nothing short of daylight robbery. Got my fingers burnt while using a malfunctioning tea maker. My recommendation to potential tourists is to avoid this hotel.

Comfortable hotel, with good breakfast and dinner menu. Convenient location near to M Block market. I had to get a drainage issue in the shower seen to - this was fixed and fine thereafter.

Great location but lousy service

I stayed with my parents on 22-Feb for US visa related work. Very conveniently located for those having work in Nehru Place. 3 of us. The room had only 2 towels. Asked for a 3rd. Requested for hand-towels, which didn't arrive until our check-out. The restaurant's service is a disgrace. Had to ask for water to be served to us. The meal, comprising of 2 veg dishes and chappatis, took almost an hour to arrive. The breakfast in the morning had a disorderly feel to it, with an exhausted stock of idlis, which took a while to refill. Overall, avoidable.

Nice place, nice people

Pricey but nicer than I expected, good location, and very friendly staff. Food was good--breakfast was the bomb.

Nice hotel,great staff

From WiFi to staff to breakfast buffet,everything was great.we stayed for 6 nights.I wouldn't mind staying again.furniture upholstery needs changing,and walls need repair and paint.

Expected it to be Better than the rest ...

ALTHOUGH A ROOM UPGRADE WAS GIVEN COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF NOISE CAUSED BY A GROUP OF GUESTS STAYING AT THE FACILITY PAST 2 AM ... ON BUSINESS ONE NEEDS A PEACEFUL NIGHT AT LEAST ... CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO INFORM GUESTS about others staying in the facility and ENSURE that silence is maintained post 10 pm at least

Excellent business hotel; great service

Great hotel for business trips. Convenient location, excellent service, comfortable rooms. The establishment is not as fancy as some of the other hotels in Delhi but it is a much better price and value.

2 nights in Delhi

Great place to stay but about 15mins walk from Metro Station. Room was good but floor was dusty. Mopping would have helped, otherwise everything was good. B'Fast was good. Will definitely stay again.

Staying in Justa is always a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and accomadating and the food is execellent. The location is very central and overall a grt place to stay in Delhi .

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is away from the main hustle and bustle of Delhi, yet the metro makes getting to sites easy. The hotel staff were excellent, very pleasant and offered helpful advice. The breakfast was nice and offered a good range to select from. Staff very attentive to guests.

Nice small hotel in a good locality

Got to stay here for the first time. Nice clean place with very courteous staff who make you feel comfortable. The staff at the breakfast restaurant take good care of you and ensure that you start the day with a sumptuous breakfast, at times force fed :) Really, makes you feel at home. Keep it up!

Pleasant , stress free stay

Stayed at justa for 2 nights in May , 2014. The location is very central which made it very convenient to travel around Delhi . The food at the hotel is good and te staff very polite .. Overall it was a satisfying experience . Will defntly stay at justa again

3rd visit to Justa - totally OK hotel

This was my 3rd time using this hotel and I've also stayed at the other Justa in Delhi. I don't love anything particular about this place, but there is also nothing really wrong with it either. The internet works, AC works, location is good for my needs, breakfast is long running and acceptable, housekeeping doesn't beg for tips or intrude while you're in the shower, good exchange rate at the reception desk. Could be cleaner, but so could the rest of Delhi.

Nice small hotel in GK.

Property is old as compared to the other Justa in New Delhi. Reception encounter was below expectation, otherwise a clean quite hotel in GK.

Very nice small luxury hotel

Stayed for 6 nights with my wife and 3 year old daughter and had a great time. Staff is very very courteous (Mr. Bisht and team), right from the guard at the gate till the housekeeping staff/lobby staff, everyone has smile on their face with helpful attitude. Breakfast is awesome with special attendance to each and every guest by the staff and has nice varieties of south and north indian food. Room service is great, i have used them in odd hours(3am) courtsey my daughter who was having jet lag and was asking all sort of things in the middle of the night. Location is near Nehru place and M block market is right around the corner, you can get auto rickshaw/taxi from the front. In all We had a pleasant stay and will definetly be coming back.

Quiet rooms for a good sleep

It was a pleasant stay here in the justa .... The food was good and the rooms were clean and quiet for a comfortable sleep. The location of the hotel is very good as well. The staff was courtious and was very helpful. Got to have some nice food there a well. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a good location.

Perfect Place close to market

The Place was just awesum.I would specially say about Rajnish,Ronak and bhaman. Wonderful ppl.Excellent staff.Such a nice service.Full of hospitality. Would def recommend everyone and would surely stay here whenever I came to delhi.

Fantastic sevive, lack of hot water

This is a nice place, And the staff are very attentive and provide great service, but doesn't provide hot water (it may be warm) all the time, so if come back at say 4pm you won't be able to shower. Also most rickshaw drivers and cab drivers are not familiar with the address make sure you specify GK1 (Greater Kaliash 1) as there are 3 of them. The Metro station is not as close and you will need to take a rickshaw to get there

Great budget option

Great budget option in a posh New Delhi neighborhood. Everything was clean and service was great. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a million channels to choose from. No 5 star amenities like gym, pool, etc. but it has all the essentials. Hidden gem of the hotel is the delicious food we had both during the breakfast buffet and a la carte for lunch. Room service is priced exceptionally low relative to other hotels.

It is a good hotel to stay with in south delhi, i stayed here two times, Hospitality and service is excellent, especially food was ow-some, only one bad impression was bath room is small, ok for me, not for everybody. Also location of the hotel is in south delhi near nehru place where you can get all convenient near to you. overall it is very satisfied. I give 5 out of 5. A

A very good affordable hotel

This is not a luxury hotel but it was a very clean, affordable, and convenient hotel with great service. It was perfect for what I needed while on a business/research trip for 2 weeks. It is also walking distance to M block market with coffee shops, restaurants, and where you can purchase any necessities.

Arrived very early in the morning, quick check in. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and service was very good.

Great boutique hotel

Rooms are spacious and well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us for a day tour and the driver was very polite and knowledgeable. The location was very good, took us around 15-20 minutes walk to the M block market. The Hotel is also very close to Nehru place, which is full of activities.

Fantastic place

The most comfortable beds in India (we know, we stayed in 13 hotels on our last trip!!). Fantastic room with all the comforts you need, food was fantastic and they even made me a chicken Biryani at 12;30 pm when we arrived. Couldn't rate it higher.

Great little boutique hotel

This was my second time to Delhi, and I try to get in and out as quick as possibleand use it as a transit point only. I chose this hotel as it was out of the main part of the city and quite close to the airport, and I was happy with it. It was located in a nicer area of Delhi, about a 5 min taxi ride from the closest Metro stop which is then only 20 mins or so to the city centre. The staff were so friendly, and most of them had a good grasp of English. The restaurant was well priced, and the food lovely. Breakfast was simple, but adaquate with a omlette station, fresh fruits, cereals and Indian fare. Downside was that my room was on the groud floor, and I could hear noise from the reception area. The bathroom needed a good scrub around the edging, but my experience that at whatever the level of hotel this is always a problem. I was also woken up by the water pump in the morning, and in the morning they had to do a gas bottle change to get hot water, but thats India for you! The bed and pillows were super comfy. Aside from these issues, I would stay at the hotel again. Good value for money.
