Amazing stay

Love the receptionist. A German girl with Italian roots. She was very helpful and kind! The stay was amazing but to be honest we just slept there we’ve been out in the city every day all day.

The room is very small, it doesn't contain anything inside, not even a bottle of water. The air conditioning is not good at all, but it is very clean.

A little tired

This hotel a little tired. The room was OK but the pillows were thin and small. Even the cushions were flat. Didnt much go for the grey bed linen either. We had an early start but breakfast didn't open until 7. There was no gym or evening restaurant. No shampoo or conditioner either.

Okay but Needs improvement!

A pleasant enough stay but needs improvement. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Thermostat in room although set at 22 degrees failed to warm up the room. The only warn part of the room was in the bathroom which had an separate electric radiator. Carpet was dirty with odd black burn? / paint? marks. Hotel offers a free drink if guests choose not to have their room cleaned. Nice idea BUT be aware, when you get to the bar you’ll be told very few drinks included in the offer. Staff completely absent at time of check out. See photo of abandoned reception. As I needed to catch a train, this unnecessarily check out delay was stressful! Probably better Hotel choices in the area for the price.

A really good hotel, very modern and swish. Easy tam back to the Old Town.

Walking distance to the tram, but for a new hotel it was disgusting. There was a constant smell of vomit, no ventilation, bathrooms were dirty. It had the facade of a nice clean hotel, but once we arrived we could tell it was not well kept.

Frankfurt-East good standard Business hotel

+ parking garage + elevator + clean, working wifi + good breakfast - long queus at checkin, people had to wait dozens of minutes. - almost impossible to make tea at breakfast. As only bulk tea was aviable, but only one tea filter for everone.

Stranger in the room

Very spacious room. AC was a life saver in the hot weather. Lots of stains around the room though and didn't feel clean. Also had a stranger come into my room accidentally one morning - not great.

The check-in was a little slow but overall I was really happy at the hotel. The room was a good size, comfortable bed, and with a good shower.

Affordable and modern hotel

The Niu Coin did exactly what it said on the tin. Modern hotel with friendly staff and in my experience adhering to Covid regulations well. It is in the east end and four stops on the S-Bahn from Hbf. There isn't too much around the hotel itself but with the transport links good, it was a good place to navigate the town at an affordable price. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Internet was fine and the towels and pillows were plentiful and my room was equipped with blinds to keep the light to. It's not the Ritz but it is an affordable option for one or two nights which paid off handsomely if you're passing by.

Clean and eclectic. Room even has some board/card games in it. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect

Clean and modern, it was a perfect stay except one thing, no tables in room. It was not easy to eat in room and under the semi-lock down situation this was crucial.

The room was great especially for the price. Excellent mattress and good pillows. Stylish. Conveniently located, near a tram and U-bahn stop. We'll stay here again.

Top Hotel für einen Städte-Trip - gut gelegen, sauber und modern

Einrichtung zum Teil recht abgenutzt. Stark verschmutzter Teppich, laut schließende Zimmertüren rauben die Nachtruhe.

Schönes neues Hotel am Hafen. Der Empfang war freundlich, das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle / U-Bahn (Ostbahnhof) entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es gibt ausreichend kostenpflichtige Parkplätze außen und in der Tiefgarage. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber, leider wurde ein heller Fußboden gewählt, auf dem man schon einige Flecken bei dem neuen Hotel sieht.

Zimmer waren sauber. Im Bad hat es etwas unangenehm gerochen (eventuell Abfluss). Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Schönes Zimmer. Auswahl beim Frühstück OK. Gute Anbindung zur U-Bahn (U6 Ostbahnhof).

Leider was das Zimmer sehr dreckig. Es wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Das Personal vom Hotel war nicht gut und man hat sich nicht wie in einem Hotel gefühlt. Handtücher waren nicht vollständig im Zimmer. Es wurden Ausreden gesucht, dass die eine neue reinigungsfirma hätten. Man zahlt für eine Leistung die man nicht bekommt. Der Preis des Hotels war nicht gerechtfertigt.

Alligevel var der ikke morgenmad til barnet. Hotellet ser ufærdigt ud på gange hvor der for eksempel mangler lister langs gulvet .Beskidt på gulv og vægge på værelset.

I liked the location, size of the room, parking was good, the view from our room was very nice. I didn't like the lack of proper windows shades, some staff is very unfriendly and apparently completely unaware how this industry works!

Das 🏨 hat sehr dünne Wänd im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes(abends Radio aus dem Nebenzimmer mitgehört und morgens dich das Schäferstündchen daneben geweckt). Sonst war sauber und ein gutes Bett Rolläden, damit man richtig dunkel im Zimmer machen kann. Die Klobürste muss entweder gewechselt oder regelmäßig im Chlor gereinigt sein.

Das Hotel hatte alles was es brauchte um ein kurz Urlaub zu machen

An sich besitzt das Hotel eine gute Lage und man ist gut vernetzt. Jedoch war das Zimmer leider nicht das was man sich verspricht. Ich hatte ein Queen size Bett gebucht und bekam 2 einzelbetten. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es kein Queensize Bett gibt. Des Weiteren war leider ein großer und dreckiger Fleck neben dem Bett, welcher nicht sehr einladend war.

War toll und alles ging schnell. Leider wurde ein Haar bei der Anreise gefunden. Der Fernseher hat sich nivht verbinden lassen, doch es war in Ordnung.

Es wäre nicht zu früh, den Flur im zweiten Stock zu saugen😊

Kontakt zum Hotel nicht möglich, keine Reaktion auf mehrere Emails. Check In tendenziell frech und übertrieben, Teppich im Zimmer dreckig, Zahnputzbecher mit Zahnpastarückstand eines anderen Gastes. Fazit: kein zweites Mal.

An sich ein gutes Hotel welches ich auch gerne für 1 Nacht buche, aber man sieht doch schon viele Flecken an Teppich und Wänden, das habe ich jetzt schon in mehreren Zimmern erlebt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend möbliert

Super Hotel.

An sich eine gute Unterkunft, etwas ruhiger in Frankfurt außerhalb der Innenstadt gelegen, aber diese ist mit Straßenbahn/U Bahn, Haltestelle jeweils fussläufig erreichbar, zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, ich habe schon mehrmals dort übernachtet und bei einigen Zimmern wäre eine Teppichreinigung schön, auch wenn das natürlich nicht immer nach jedem Gast/Fleck machbar ist. Der Check-In könnte etwas zügiger gehen wenn vielleicht zur Ankunftszeit 2 Mitarbeiter mit dem Check-In beschäftigt sind statt nur einer, während der andere sich um die Bar kümmert. (Ich weiß, Personalmangel ist überall) Ansonsten aber ein gutes Hotel

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, allerdings sind die Teppichecin den Zimmern in einem ekelerregenden Zustand und auch Überdecken und Kissen, welche nicht regelmäßig gewaschen werden haben fragwürdige Flecken. Zimmer sind ansonsten modern gestaltet. Mitarbeiter waren mit einer Ausnahme ehercunfreundlich und unprofessionell.

Sehr freundliches Personal und das Gutscheinen-System mit dem Verzicht einer Zimmerreinigung ist im Prinzip gut aber würde dann eher auf den Gutschein verzichten und das Geld soll komplett gespendet werden.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, ruhig, gute Lage, gute Preis-Leistung, relativ sauber ABER die Teppiche in den Zimmern brauchen entweder eine Tiefreinigung oder komplette Erneuerung. Außerdem riecht es in den Gängen ein bisschen unangenehm.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war dreckig. Viele Flecken und das Hauskeepiing hat nicht gründlich geputzt. Im Speiseraum waren die gleichen Flecken und Krümmel über mehtere Tage unterm Tisch. Morgens beim Frühstück gab es kein Gemüse z.B. Tomaten oder Gurken. Das Personal ist teilweise gelangweilt.

Heel smerig

Dit hotel is Niu niet waardig. Smerige kamers met vlekken op de muur en vloer. Kreeg een andere kamer aangeboden maar deze was nog smeriger. Was van plan om de kamer te annuleren maar het hoofdkantoor was al gesloten waardoor hun het geld niet konden teruggeven zonder goedkeuring.

Fräscht hotell, med smidig parkering. Cirka 15 minuters promenad till centrum. Bra italiensk restaurang i närheten.

Nicht mit dem Komfort gerechnet

Klimaanlage hat sofort funktioniert und das Zimmer wurde kühl. Tolles Bett und komfortables Bad
