Not a bad hotel. Sometimes there are some odd smells from people cooking.

The rooms have small kitchens with a decent sized fridge, not just a mini fridge! We had a king bed with a small couch. Everything was clean and fresh. We had to extend our stay by a day, I called and the person I spoke with was very kind and understanding. Let us book another night in the same room. It was quick and easy. We would stay here again!

Newer clean hotel. Perfect for someone who doesn't need all the extras, but wants a clean room with a great shower.

Had a full size fridge and a few dishes with stovetop. Ice machine didn't work in freezer. No ice machine in the property. Check in experience was weird. No real lobby. Had to wait for desk person to come help us check in. Many hotels crammed in same area. Parking lot full.

Nice newer place

This property was horrible. We could not stay. Upon arrival there were adult males loitering everywhere. This is used as an extended stay property and people are living there. It smelled horrible. They also don’t have staff on duty after 10pm. It was unsafe. We went to the room and there were gnats everywhere. We checked out and left immediately. Don’t let the pictures and good reviews fool you like I did. I’ve never left a hotel right after checking in before, but I left this one.

This is a very clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay and it is also in a good location with restaurants and shopping close by. The room is large with a good sofa, desk, TV, and kitchen. Service here is exceptional - everything was quick and easy and everyone was friendly. Understand that this is more of an extended stay type hotel, without all the amenities that we pay for (but many of us never take advantage of) at other hotels. In my opinion the price paid for this hotel is a bargain compared to others.

Safeand clean.

Loved how clean and large the room was. Mini kitchen was nice, as well. Bed exceptional! Really liked the walk in shower. There was not enough front desk people. There was no one there when we checked in and had to wait. There was a note to call a number to reach a member of the staff. Apparently she was using the ladies room. Whenever we left or returned there was never anyone at the desk. Had to ask if we could get a water. The Market door was always closed so we had no idea that it even existed!

This is not a hotel.It is a long terental facility There was no TV in the bedroom only in the living room area.There was no laundry facilities within the unit.It was on the floor above me No breakfast available The sign on the door said.I had to wash my own dishes and take out my own trash and gather the towels.I thought that's what I was paying housekeeping. last I checked that was not my job when I state at a hotel Ad says it is adjacent to a shopping mall when. In fact, there is a Walmart nearby.

Checkin was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Rules for checking out was a little different.

Staff and service was not very good. I needed to purchase a couple items from the store in the hotel and the front desk lady was never there and we would call the number to get ahold of her and would have to call multiple times. When she did answer she was very unpleasant. The hotel however was great. Very comfy.

We’ve stayed here several times and will continue to do so. The staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and the area is safe.

Mean and Nasty!!!

We had to take out our own trash. The water pressure was horrible. We had to turn the bathroom sink on and off with the main valve. Worst then a motel 6. Customer service was horrible.

Didnt like having to take our own trash to dumpster or the fact that you couldn't get daily maid service. Other than two things, it was fine.

Be a great room for multiple days, place has the feel of an apartment building and parking is tight right at the hotel but is available close by. It is owned by the nearby Holiday Inn and seems to be intended for longer rentals.

Room was spacious , very clean and comfortable. Only complain is the walls are very thin . The people next door had a dog who barked a lot and was loud and we could hear the person coughing all night .

Good, however

I had a pleasant stay at Nest Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I found it unusual that there wasn’t even a unisex bathroom available in the lobby. The main issue during my stay was the entrance door — it’s a manual pull door rather than an automatic one, which made it quite difficult to open, especially when carrying bags or trying to maneuver a luggage cart.

Leaky windows. Had a really big weather event and the blind was moving alot due to the wind coming thru the windows which had no latches. Luckily no water came in.

The property was easy to find and check-in. A restful nights stay.

Out of the way, but nice.

I stopped by the week before and checkout the hotel and I am glad I did. People staying there were loud and the staff was cold at best. Not very nice. I want my money back and will appeal to American Express. I will never ever book or stay at that hotel.

I like the easy in and out with the key pads. I also like the hard flooring in the room. The hotel was easy to get to. It could use some fresh door mats and paint in the hallways and entry area. But, otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

Liked - had kitchen area but not used, comfortable bed, room was quiet but we were not facing interstate, and price. Disliked - poor water pressure, took a long time for hot water to get to shower (4th floor), too close to highway, no continental breakfast.

This is our FAVORITE hotel! The hotel is close to everything, it’s ALWAYS super clean, nice full kitchen in our room, has the easiest check in and checkout process and so much more. I could go on and on. We stay here EVERY TIME we come to Greenfield!

The room was comfortable however it was lacking basic items such as hangers and a dresser. Since it’s an apartment I would think these items would be standard. Kitchen was stocked with very basic items. The inside of the room was clean, the hallways needed vacuuming. Mud had been tracked in and that mud was still there 6 nights later. Onsite gym was awesome!

This is our second time staying at the Nest. We love it here. Its convenient, easy check-in, and a clean facility with everything we need. It is the perfect location between our two families. We will be coming back!

Property was new, clean and safe. Staff was courteous. There were limited food options around, but a very good deal for the stay overall.

Sound travels...not recommended for families

We booked here because it was a great rate and included a kitchenette space. Check-in was easy, although the main entrance was so understated we thought it was a side entrance. We were given an adjoining room, which proved to be our downfall. Although the door was locked on both sides, there's no transitional barrier beneath and the rooms are all hard floors...so sound carries VERY clearly between the rooms. For the second night of our stay, the people in the room next door kept us up almost all night with a variety of noises. With no one fully on duty at the main desk (things pretty much shut down from 10pm - 6am), there was no way to get a useful intervention. Thankfully, canceling our stay one day early was also an easy process. That being said, I wouldn't recommend this facility for families. It's a mistake we won't be making again.

As two girls travelling alone we felt very safe here even when coming back from a concert at 2 am. Parking was convenient. The room was beautiful and clean with a great view. Had every amenity we needed including a fully functional kitchen, iron etc. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

The one thing I would like to see upgraded is an automatic door opener. The main door was heavy and difficult to get the luggage in. Other than that we had a great experience and will stay again.

Has the potential to be great.

Everything was new-looking and the flooring was trendy. The pull chain on the curtain was broken and came off of the pully. The stove top had something melted (like plastic) stuck to the burner. We stayed just overnight so we weren’t planning to cook anyway. The trashbags were too small to fit in the cans. We didn’t realize how much this was like an air b&b until we arrived. The shower temperature was hot immediately (scalding) then it finally cooled down. It was comfortable for sleeping. There wasn’t a receptionist at the front desk full time. She was friendly, though when we checked in.

The electronic auto charger did not function.

Great overnight stop

This hotel stay doesn't feel like a traditional hotel since there isn't much of a front desk check in, you're just texted a code to enter the building and your room. You're also asked to do some light cleanup prior to checkout. The room was very clean though and came with a kitchenette.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and kind, hotel was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I come to the area. The hotel was very secure and we didn't have to worry about unwanted visitors coming in.

Has potential with improved cleaning.

When we arrived, after hours, getting into our suite was easy. However, it wasn't a clean suite, someone had clearly showered there. There was no toilet paper. Contacted the after hours# and got a response after a few minutes. We were moved to another suite. After spilling some water, the towel we used to mop it up was filthy. This was in the second "clean" suite. It seems they are interested in the appearance of cleanliness, not actual cleanliness. With improved cleanliness, this place would be a gem.

The nest is best

One of my favorite places to stay. I feel safe, comfortable and the place is very cleanly. The staff is friendly and caring.

Dont let the 2 stars fool you

Honestly, everything about this place was great! The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Check out staff was friendly. And the price was so affordable. Definitely a new favorite.

Birthday party

We stayed for a couple of days for a birthday party. The hotel has been updated and the rooms are good for the price. They allow dogs and people had some big ones during our stay. They used leashes but no muzzles. The floors needed a different cleaner as they were sticky. I wouldnt stay here again because of the dogs

Decent

It was decent! The front desk girls were so nice and helpful! The room looked really nice but the dishes provided were dirty when we arrived and the floors turn the bottom of your feet and socks black in just a few minutes. So they must not check the dishes or clean the floors too great. The list of things to do before checkout are a little weird but nothing too crazy. No hand soap or trash bags for the trash cans in room either.

Too many dogs made the place smell musty, my room was not swept, there was still hair all over the floor/shower from the last people that was in the room, old food on the floor that was not mine.. and the mattress protector looked like it hadn’t been wash in ages… staff was friendly and their are plenty of dining options.. would not recommend this hotel there is plenty in this area..

I liked the options I had in the apartment like the microwave and large fridge. I had a 3 night stay but for the same price as other hotels it was nice to have the extra room and amenities

Impressed

Our granddaughter played in a softball tournament and my husband and I stayed at the Nest, I was looking for a place that didn’t break us to stay a night in. I was nervous about the price but I am totally impressed!! We had a great stay our room was clean and comfortable you won’t go wrong or at least we didn’t!!

Nice place to stay. Clean spacious rooms

It was perfect. It’s no frills (so no breakfast, large entry area, no pool, nothing fancy). It is clean, quiet, and just what we needed. Rooms were nice with a fridge, microwave stove and dishwasher, we really only used the fridge and microwave. Bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Good location, and spacious

Extended stay type hotel that is newer and modern. There is no desk service after 10 PM. The hotel was completely full and very loud. The walls seem to be very thin, as you could hear people talking in the other room. The room itself was very nice, a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and comfortable bed. Very close to several restaurants and right off of the highway.

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The check-in and checkout process was nice. The hotel was clean, no issues aside from the slight dog smell, but I believe that’s because the hotel offers extended stay that is pet friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

We were able to check in early and it in was seamless. Very spacious and clean with great amenities- full sized fridge, sink, dishwasher, stove, and closet. Our suite had a separate seating/tv area. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is clean and it’s obviously rather new. But, due to the cleaning supplies they use, the room smells like a hospital room. And with the vinyl flooring and paint colors, it feels a bit more like a hospital room than hotel. In the mean time, you are given a six digit code to open your door. Four would be easier to remember. But it’s given to you on a printout with room number and all, so make sure to note that in your phone or something, because if you carry that with you and loose it, anyone then knows what hotel your in and how to get into your room. Unlike most other hotels where it’s a key card that many times doesn’t even show what hotel it’s at, let alone the room number.

The Nest is different in their way of operation. The entrance area is not large or extravagant, check in was efficient. No long hallway to the elevator. I did miss not having morning breakfast; however, each room has a kitchenette. To my wife, I said 'how about eggs for breakfast.' Her reply,' sounds good, you'll have to cook them.' Oh well, no breakfast.

I am low maintenance but others commented on no breakfast or a proper lobby to relax in. I knew that going in. A pool really would have been nice!
