Great service!
Had a great time stating at this hotel.
So so, in a good area
The staff was terrible and they charged us an extra $150 for a security deposit we never got back and put us in a handicap room which was not comfortable will never book there again.
I like that the staff helped me when I left my id in the kiosk.
"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pretty decent experience. The central location was definitely a highlight, making it easy to explore the area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which was much appreciated. However, one downside was that we didn't interact with any staff during our stay, which left us without any local tips or advice, something I typically look forward to when staying in a new place. While the hotel met our basic needs, it didn't offer the personal touch I was hoping for. Still, if you're after a clean and central spot without too many frills, it does the job."
The room was clean but sparse. The giant, blank gray wall on the side of the room you look at most gives the room a bit of a hospital feel, and the lack of any kind of small table so you don't have to eat at the desk in the corner wasn't ideal either.
the pool didnt seem appealing. and the hotel room didn't have much to offer. i wanted a fridge but there was an extra charge. and the safe wasn't working. the customer service was automated downstairs so it was hard to get a human to help me. For the high price of the room, i generally get more for the money in other, nicer cities/hotels. although the spa was good, prices a little high but the massage therapist was very good.
Place is a dump. Pool is something out of Riverside.
Noe
Ive stayed here a couple times and never had an issue with the service or rooms. There is always staff cleaning and wiping down everything in the common areas. I’ve stayed in king suites and regular rooms. The suites of course have everything in them. But the only down fall and I won’t ever do again is stay in a room with no fridge in the heat of Las Vegas. It was definitely an over site on my part. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights Sunday to wed and in end of March. It was hot but not as hot as it gets in July and not busy with tourists.
Great location near everything. Staff was extremely friendly
Great self check in option that prints off directions to your room for a less chaotic experience that usually occurs at the casino resorts. Room is clean and updated and bedding is comfortable!
We booked for 1 night since my husband thought the hotel was renovated. Upon arrival we saw the hotel needs definitely a upgrade, everything is very old and even when the elevator from parking is going down the ground is shaking underneath your feet with a wired noise. The room was dusty and bed was missing sheets. The pool was very small and no hot tub. It was okay for 1 night but I’ll definitely not going to stay there ever again.
Great value for money, rooms are clean and spacious, location is superb, very central and so much to do - would definitely return on next visit to Vegas.
They did not have the room we reserved. They said they were oversold. We were supposed to have a city view room unfortunately our room looked at a wall. They moved us the second day. But we had to keep going back to the desk and it forced us to change plans. Our room was dirty, there was “something splattered” on the wall. No coffee maker and our first room didn’t have a fridge. We were disappointed with our experience.
Our room at the LINQ was great! We stayed in district 3, and it was quiet once we decided to go to bed which was great! The pool area is so much fun, there’s great views of the city as well. I would recommend if it’s your first time in Vegas due to its close proximity to everything on the strip.
Thanks, but no!
Caesar's pricing at the Linq is not a good combination. $10 coffee, and $15 beers are ridiculous.
Place was great
The only good thing about this property is location.
Hotel was nice fitness center was small compared to the other resorts nearby resort fee and parking are really high priced
Not to bad love the location
Had a great time
Upon arrival we spent an entire hour trying to figure out the parking — the parking garage was flooded as well as parts of the street, but there were no signs or personal directing traffic to park in the Harrah’s parking garage or other locations. Once we figured that part out (during check in) — check in was a breeze the young lady was very professional and had great conversations, can’t remember her name but she mention she would be on vacation the next few days. however, our room had a stink smell of smoke or from someone that smelled of cigar smoke & their secent lingered. Good thing We brought disinfectant & air fresheners. The room was ok — the lamp shade look as if someone smashed it down & straight it back out. There were what appeared to be food stains on the curtains & wall, the AC unit had clog of dust & mole in it— house keeping should pay close attention. On our last night stay no hand towel's / wash cloth were left. Good thing we brought a set from home because we were toooo exhausted from a long day to even go hunt for wash cloth. The hotel is in a good location but I am not sure if we will select this hotel again as it appears to be lacking a lot of attention to cleaning details. Security @ the elevator was a plus this keeps the noise level down and people not wondering the hallways.
Good clean and friendly
Great hotel. Location is perfect, rooms cleaned and confortable
This was our first trip to Las Vegas so we loved being in the middle of the strip!
I loved everything about the property.
in the middle of the strip
A colleague and I stayed here during a conference. Unfortunately, I got a bug and was stuck in the room one of the days. The walls are so thin and poorly insulated, I heard every footstep on our entire hallway. The music from the pool area outside was so loud, our windows rattled.
the property at Linq was good
Excellent room
Clean great location
It was a serviceable room, but the bathroom fan was extremely loud and the door didn't shut fully without pulling/pushing it manually. The A/C was very inconsistent as well. To be fair, you get what you pay for.
Great property with a lot of restaurant options.
Good stay
Nice place.
I’m a platinum member and was told parking would be free I paid $35 on two occasions so $70 and I let the cashier staff know about it and they said “it should be free I don’t know what to tell you “ that’s not great customer service and I didn’t get a refund after being told parking would be free . Other than that the place is clean we enjoy staying here we always stay here when we come to Vegas .
I didn’t like the fact that I reserved a King bed and when I arrived they gave me a double bed. The next day I had to ask for a room change for the king bed I reserved. Also, the mattress on both beds were horrible. Didn’t get any sleep and body aches because of the mattress. So much so that I decided to leave early because I couldn’t enjoy my trip with horrible sleep.
The entire strip smells like pot.
nice place
only issue is I had to activate my rewards card. They gave me a new one. I just tried to log in with it on another email regarding this trip and it appeared to have an issue. ridiculous to think I spent the time to activate and use to only find out later there was a issue with it
👍
Workers didn’t help, just stood there. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. Asked for them to be filled they didn’t do it. Was overpriced and overpacked, not worth it. Only good thing was location was very walkable.
We were not satisfied with the cleanliness and there was no hot water for shower. Everything was dirty
Awesome
It was a good stay, just had wifi challenges but front desk services give us the steps to resolve the issue.
Shower would not drain properly. Windows quite dirty. Places to eat has unhealthy food. Hall of sugar and fatty food.
We got to the hotel bit early and paid for early check-in. After we walked to our room to get some rest after a long drive our room key was off and unable to get in touch with the room. We waited at the door and asked the employees for help. First, they were totally ignorant after waiting 30 minutes finally security guy finally showed up and he was helpful. He checked the receipt and opened the door for us. There was no water or even a refrigerator at the room, no coffee maker, and not enough towel. Our experience was very disappointing with our hotel, we stayed at Ceaser Hotels Group before and this was completely disappointing.
When arrived got yelled at to move my vehicle thinking i paid for valet. Staff told me had to go park at Harrahs. Parked on level 4 trying to catch elevator to go to lobby and it was very slow and would not work properly.got into room and sink was cloged and district 1 had a broken ice maker.had to walk to district 3. I asked to get upgraded didnt mind paying. Staff said too late my items are in the room. With my stuff only being in the room for only 15mins without being unoack because i wanted to upgrade. Staff said wake up early to see if i can upgrade tomorrow but they said no guarantees. Just a horrible experience. I thought the kiosk check in was going to be fast but it didn't work out for me
The room we got was nice inside but I didn’t even open my curtains. The outside of the window was very dirty and there was trash outside the window including an old paint roller.
Very convient location on the strip. Promenade was great with many options. Room was fine. Wish they had kept the area up front by the strip sidewalk with table games. Tables were too crowded in main casino area. Rideshare area was a little annoying having to go to another area away from main entrance. Overall a good time and would return to The Linq simply because of location.
Perfect location for the Rod Stewart concert
$60/day resort fee, $20/day to park, no good cafes, no coffee in room, more high end, not fan of checking /outin on kiosk. Staff not very friendly, no handicap, no valet parking
I like the price range for this hotel, however, you get what you paid for!
The best vacation
The room was small and had some moisture/dank issues. Overall, okay I guess. Located in a very good place on the strip and had the offered amenities.
The bed was very comfortable
Water pressure was really weak. Other than that everything averaged.
Room with a View
Second stay at Ling; great location on the strip! Love the relationship with all the Caesar's properties Plenty of dining options. The pool has plenty of activities (water pong, cornhole), cabanas, and chairs. Room was plenty big and the housekeeping was very accommodating. Looking forward to my next trip to Vegas!
Noisy neighbors
A lot of yelling and screaming early in the morning from the room near me. Security had to be called up to the room for this disturbance. Significantly Spoiled the morning
I didn’t like that when I would use the blow dryer the lights in the RR would go out so had to reset gfi
Great location around key hotspots to enjoy vegas. Cheaper option than many and solid food and activities
Everything was good, clean and no over charges of any kind. I was worried because I’ve read a lot of review of extra charges but nothing like that. Smooth check in and check out.
Very noisy
linq
no valet parking. no fridge in the room. way overpriced for what you get. craps and blackjack was good.
Clean and Comfortable Room, Great Services
I just stayed one night on my way to AZ after flying in on a Friday. I stayed on the 5th floor of district 3. I was a bit concerned because another review noted that their room in district 3 was noisy in the evening during their stay. That was not my experience at all. The floor was very quiet during the evening and over night. I was just looking for a place on the strip so I could walk everywhere during the day. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. These are always the most important things for me. There were many services available and I only utilized a few. I got a really nice fruit bowl at one of the quick stop places, had a yummy breakfast sandwich at the Boss Cafe and was even able to replace my forgotten phone charger at a convenience store. The location in the center of the strip was ideal and I would stay here again. Maybe gamble a bit and go on the ferris wheel next time.
Nascar night
Rooms were quiet and clean and comfortable .
Most of the staff were very friendly however we didn’t see housekeeping for 3 days. After several calls we finally got clean towels. There was nowhere to sit and meet our friends unless it was at a bar or slot machine which was probably predesigned.
Nice experience as usual
No comment
The Linq is an amazing hotel. Love staying here & being able to be walking distance to so many things. Everything is accessible and it makes for an easygoing trip.
Kept my stay very clean and safe.
If you get a room in the north side the music is loud from the live band between Linq and Harras.
Nice rooms
Very clean and everyone was very helpful.
y
Property was well staffed and always willing to help with any needs or questions I had during my stay.
Super convenient location, spacious suite
We liked our two room suite in District 3 because the living room included a powder room, so my husband could get up early and watch the news etc without disturbing me, and similarly he could take an afternoon nap while I was working and making calls. The location is relatively quiet for the Linq (which can get pretty noisy), and it is very convenient to the Caesar's forum and the monorail which is very helpful if you are here attending a convention. The center strip location is great too. The Linq promenade offers multiple more affordable food options too. There were a few odd maintenance issues in the room that should be addressed such as light switches that do absolutely nothing and the lack of a soap dispenser in the powder room. We liked having a fridge and a table where we could eat or work. Good set up for a business trip when traveling with a spouse or companion.
Very nice and professional. this is my second trip the strip and each time it gets better and better!
Very clean and in the middle of everything.
It was amazing place to visit we loved it there buddys was great business
Convenient location. Hotel room bathroom fan was very, very loud. Room is not that clean.
Very convenient early check in and check out. Great breakfast at hadh house a go go in the hotel. Convenient location
No housekeeping was done in my room for two days I got fed up of asking and then just asked for clean towels When I questioned the resort fee They say it’s not for housekeeping I have stayed here before and it never happened
Room had bare essentials. WiFi that I had to pay for did not work for some of the websites I normally connect to. So the additional charge was not worth it.
It was great for us to park and leave and attend shows close by
Rooms were very basic but clean. Very hot water. Beds were comfy. Nothing extra special about the rooms but would stay there again. No microwave in the rooms, but I don’t think many of the hotels have them. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Good location to walk to other places and is a monorail stop.
It was a clean room and had a great view of the sphere. Also pretty quiet and good bed. If i had to complain, the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest
The shower head was very dirty and covered in grime and moss.
Location was great!
Loud music, horrible view
Great property
Great place to stay.
Good location, very walkable
The Linq was a great time. I loved how easily it was to get around (less walking) than a lot of other resorts. I will stay there again!
The LINQ-Would recommend
Good quality room for relaxing after a long day on the strip. Originally booked a 1King bed room but was put in a 2 bed queen. A minor inconvenience, but the room was up to liking nonetheless. Had a tv for both beds & a separate couch for another tv. Right on the strip so easily accessible to any ride or stores nearby. Has a few stores & a couple quick bites within the hotel itself so last minute items are always available. For a solo trip, this was definitely a good stay.
Convenient location
Check in staff was just OK. The Check Out Staff was FABULOUS and explained how things were supposed to have worked on our trip (e.g. Parking, etc). So please train ALL staff to be more instructive and friendly to travelers checking in!

Easy check in/out kiosk! Resort was clean and fun food restarsunts were good wth big servings. Didnt care for the room bathroom. Door was sliding style and would not close fully. Shower head could no be adjusted. Besides that room was fine.
