Good stay. Great view
I have been to many different hotels here before, the check-in seemed a lot more lengthy than expected, I could barely hear what was asked as the desk was so near the casino floor and do get me started on the music (I’ll get into that more later) After a lengthy walk to the (wrong) elevators as pointed out by the person behind the desk, as we departed the given elevator we made 4 lefts down hallways to get to our room which was next to a different set of elevators just next to our rooms Once in the room it seemed nice enough (on surface) as we stayed we discovered -sink drained badly slow -several different colored stains on the sheets -refrigerator had to be switched as didn’t chill (by the way you need to rent one per night) -iron did not work, waited an hour+ for a replacement -the remote for the tv didn’t work and has something rattling in it (never got the replacement) Lastly the noise, it’s everywhere, even in your room as the bass from the music in the promenade comes through most of the night, music in the restaurants so loud you have to lean in to have a basic conversation, and we went to the pool to “relax”, nope! Music blasting where I could hardly order a drink without screaming I honestly just never felt comfortable enough to just relax, Last note is the resort fee, what does it get you for an extra $50 per night per room?
Very good hotel for the price. The pool is nice, good music. Only for adults. Self check in and out. Same for car parking. Not too bad. Excellent location.
One of my favorite spots in Vegas! So close to everything
Amazing vibe and pretty close to everything I need in vegas
Great hotel and easy access to attractions
Easy to use express check in and check out thru the kiosk. Very clean room and bathrooms. Only confusing part was trying to figure out the districts to get to room but after figuring out after couple times going to to from lobby it was easy. Self parking garage was a bit slow for leaving hotel.
Enjoyed hotel, amenities, and dining options
Loved our stay and enjoyed the promenade so much!
All of staffs are kind. I lost my personal belonging which has been managed with quite fast way to return it back.
Check in was awful they did not have the king bed I reserved and took over 30 to resolve the problem. They did not offer any useful things for the inconvenience except late check out not a option we could use due to travel arrangements try something else
Easy access to restaurants and shops
First time staying here and hope to do so again in the future.
Our hotel room sink was clogged that’s our only issue.
Everything was excellent, rooms very clean staff very help, definitely going back.
Great place to stay, but for me only an overnight due to lack of in room amenities. No fridge, tea or coffee making facilities , not even a paper cup. Clean and comfortable room and super shower.
Room was not very clean upon arrival. Two double beds and one did not have a sheet to cover duvet. Called down to room service and did not receive until the next day. Not all rooms have mini fridges and no coffee maker. The shampoos in the shower were broken upon arrival and hand soap was in shower/ body wash at sink.
Just improve the cleanliness of the room and the air conditioning a bit.
Amazing location and hotel for the great price
I enjoyed how accessible everything was
Room was nice. Loved that it had a coffee maker and fridge which is rare on the strip
The facility has easy access to just about everything. The cleaning staff is Top Drawer. They were committed to their jobs and it showed. The only disappointment was the pool. To crowed both times we tried to go.
Nice room Loved Guy’s burgers and frys
The room we had was dirty and the lamp shade was barely hanging on. The plug ins only worked one at a time. We couldn’t plug both our phones in at the same time on the night stand. The AC cover was also barely hanging on which made for a LOUD experience. Luckily I sleep better with some “white noise”
Perfect location for the strip
Would have like to have a microwave. Some of my friends didn’t even have refrigerators
Plus: 1. African American Girl at Check In was excellent. Motel allowed me to stay till 4pm due to 10pm Flight. Misses: The hallways to the rooms are very dark. I get into the room, step into the bathroom and fall, (Hotel never asked if i was OK). No alarm clock, no in-house menus, no channel listings, desk chair is directly behind bed making the desk useless. Drink machine empty by Tueday and Note...Resort fee with tax is $56. A DAY.
Good price, good location.
Link was a great place to stay, overall it had everything to be offered we had done at least once. Dining, drinking, entertainment, shows and shopping. The Mat Franco show was amazing.
The service
Great location. Pool is 21+.
Pool is 21+ so if traveling with family, be aware of that. It wasn’t listed anywhere in the description, but we were able to swim at the Flamingo next door. The hotel is in a great location, the promenade is awesome, and it’s close to the high roller. There is no coffee in room.
It’s very expensive and a lot of hidden fees. The staff was very. They lied multiple times and said they would fix things on the billing and didn’t. Had rooms that we were told would be refunded and never was. It’s HORRIBLE we will NOT be back
First night in our room and there was a high pitched sound that continued on until the next day. It was like a tactic used to drive you crazy. Shower in the morning was hot, but later in the day was cold, NO HOT WATER. Bed uncomfortable. Sheets crispy. Elevators are confusing and signage is not clear. Pool area is a joke, like a big bath tub with bad music. The area is good, as it puts you in the center of things, which is why our group chose it. I can't say that it was budget, because it was not inexpensive.
We stay at this place every year and it’s always a blast
Did not like how loud the music from the pool was so early. We were on the 14th floor and just heard constant bass from the pool area. Some people sleep late to enjoy the night time scenery. Just that alone might keep me from staying there. I understand having music at the pool, but it was WAY too loud.
Staying at the Lin was great. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. I stayed in a District 2 room. I was supposed to be in a District 3 room but when I arrived, no rooms were available and I had to wait for 2 hours to get a room. That was my only complaint since I had called to let them know I was on my way when I was leaving JFK on my way to Vegas. Everything else was perfect.
Over all a good experience
The room was clean and staff was friendly.
Great area
Close to everything
nice hotel. will stay here again.
I've been staying at the LinQ every time I come to Vegas for a convention, and nothing's change,d but that's for the best. It's a property where you get what you pay for, with spacious, clean rooms that keep you in the heart of the action and accessible to the entire Vegas Strip.
Worth a shot
Great location and priced well. Spacious room and fairly clean. Noisy but maybe that’s because our room was close to the elevator. Overall a top pick if you’re looking for something close to all the action, without all the stuffy atmosphere of other hotels and you’ll still be able to afford dinner.
Everything you could need was in walking distance. Other attractions were a V short ride away and catching a taxi and Uber were so easy. We only stayed for one night due to prior arrangements but we will definitely be going back!
Good spot
Our room was not cleaned even after we had left for a few hours and came back the room remained uncleaned. Also I payed for parking, but when I checked out, i had to pay for parking.
What a great location. The pool is small but a great place to stay to go to multiple hotels. A great and friendly staff and atmosphere.
The staff was good. The rooms were clean. Self parking is to be desired. On the 19th floor in room 19108 from midnight to three in the morning the outside noise was horrendous couldn’t sleep because of all the noise, music people singing what I stay there again if I didn’t have to be in that area of the hotel, I might stay
My room was spoiled with several stains all over the wall, lamp shade, and bathroom. I just stayed for 2 days but my room was not cleaned once. I requested it and it did not happen. Hopefully i wont stay here again.
Ok experience
Overall was pretty good, but not happy at the downgrade on the shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pretty sure the body wash was just the hand soap. Also, the shower only got up to lukewarm :/
Overall a great experience
No fridge or microwave in the hotel room. Pool closes too early. Otherwise great place and location on the strip.
Nice
Spent 5 nights in april room was verry clean housekeeping was verry efficient can't wait until my next visit
Location was awesome. Walking distance to the sphere and other hotels on the strip.
Our experience is really bad with the staff and room . At front desk receptionist behavior is worst . There are few polite ways to convey delays or room changing situations, I understand but her receiving is very wierd . Make sure some polie people at your fromt desk.We didn't get the rooms on time and what we have asked for and no room service is available at oir stay Phone is not working .. very noisy from upstairs room and foul smell.
This is our first time and last time staying at the Linq property. We liked the location on the Strip and access to the Promenade. We found the food & dining options in the property to be outrageously expensive. I had contacted the property prior to our arrival and was told that a mini fridge was included with our room. When we arrived with no mini fridge, we were told there would be an additional $20/day charge! Not impressed. The other major disappointment withe property was the poor wifi service. I contacted the tech support team at least 8 times during our 5 night stay to get reconnected to the wifi network. Unacceptable in light of having to pay an additional $50/day for the resort fee. The best part of our stay at your property was the service provided by yourhousekeeper Gretl (who was simply outstanding).
Good spot, loved the street attached to it. Had a fight break out at the pool and then closed it down for everyone. :(
Location
Limited seating area at check in. Inconvenient parking.
Have to pay for everything.
Negatives: Our in room safe did not work. One of the lamps was dead also. Property charged a daily resort fee after the booking site said no resort fees for the stay. Positive: Staff was very friendly. Bartenders at O'Shea's were awesome. The casino itself was good... Not the best we visited but not the worst. I would probably be willing to stay there again, or at least visit the Casino and the Bar next time i am in town.
good hotel
very good hotel, nice staff, well located
its a great place to stay at and super convenient and nearby everything on the strip! they did however give away my room when I booked a king bed they gave me a double queen bed instead and wouldn't accommodate
I didn't like not getting a receipt upon checkout, sent to my email address. I didn't get a receipt at all. I also positively didn't like the idea of paying to check in early. That annoyed me the most. Finally, front desk check in staff were sour-faced...
Convenient location. Would be helpful to have clearer instructions on how/where to access parking on arrival and accessibility to check-in from there. Too many pre-arrival emails!
The ease of having all accommodations within a block or two from the hotel. Casino was big but not too big and had every game we wanted.
Staff was not helpful. Booked a king bed and they gave 2 queen beds. Door doesn’t close properly, must force it closed.
Vegas
There were many disappointments during our stay: 1) there is no mini fridge 2) the shower head has the lowest level of sprinkler possible 3) the AC unit was very loud 4) we requested shower caps around 11pm and it took 45 min for it to be delivered to our room 5) there was a text concierge in which we reflected our issues with and the response was " sorry for your inconvenience" 6) when we first checked in to our room, the bath gel and lotion compartments were empty All the above have been communicated to the front desk during check out in which the front desk said she can only give us 35$ food and beverage credits to be used at the casino/hotel property but we were catching our flight a few hours later and had lunch reservation off strip and will not be able to use it. The credits would have expired the day of or extended to the end of the next day so there were no way for us to use it. After further discussion with the front desk, she finally allowed 35$ off the property amenities fee which did not even have covered a full day of amenities fee. Overall, I would be very hesistant to stay at the Linq again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
everything was overall good but a lamp and wall has a stains
Great outdoor area between the strip and the High Roller. Lots of dinning options. Clean
Great check in experience. Easy access to many places. Clean hotel/casino. Friendly staff!
Hotel was nice. Will stay here again. I will just book directly with the hotel and not Expedia
We booked a King room for 2 nights while Rosemarie at front desk impatiently told us they only got 2 double beds now. She was not just impatient but also extremely rude and made it sound like it’s our fault we were not getting the room we paid for. All the other staff at front desk were nice and friendly and showed their customers the directions to their room which Rosemarie didn’t even care to say a word. We would strongly recommend the management to put her on some training sessions or coaching programs cause the way she treated us was def not the way a decent hotel would treat their returned customers.
Had fun
The only thing I didn’t like was the view from the room , we could see a bit from the pool and it was very noisy , luckily it stopped by 5:00, otherwise it was wonderful, I would return and recommend it.
Thanks for. Nice stay
The hotel advertises valet but they have no valet. No bellman to help bring up luggage. Overall stay was fine just inconsiderate to advertise valet then tell us they actually had none
I loved the hotel, very busy and a lot happening.
Beds were small but room was clean overall
Great property and convenient for most of the strip. I just hate resort fees!
Front desk staff not very accommodating. Tried to get adjoining rooms but the staff was not helpful. Then when we wanted to change she didn’t want to help us. Also up sold us snd our family to find out the room wasn’t any better. Not satisfied and will probably not be back.
Our hotel was pur favorite out of all we explored throughout the week we stayed. Sometimes there were people that looked like somewhat suspicious characters but ypu can easily find safer areas and officer/security pretty quickly nearby. Overall out of 10 i would genuinely give this place a 9. Only bc we had to have my brother sleep on a couch that didnt pull out which i felt bad for him about but he said he slept mostly comfortable. So for that id say a really amazing place to stay. Accommodating in every possible way and pur favorite esthetically as well. Very pleased with pur stay and will be getting this hotel if we ever come back!!
👍
outdated decor, bad beds
Staff was rude at check in Catherine especially
Very old facility
friendly staff location is great
I had a place to sleep but overall there is nothing special about this hotel. The housekeeping staff on my floor was very nice though.
Loved the location. Center strip. Clean room. Had the King Suite. Was perfect. Great dining option on the Linq Promenade.
Too noisy
Easily accessible to events, fast and friendly service
although the room was a non smoking room, the room smelled very heavily of cigarettes. Housekeeping sprayed, but it still had that musty cig smell
Watch what they charge you!
Hotel did not charge me the agreed to amount on Hotels.com . I was charged an additional $30/night not including the additional fees. The “VIP” service desk rep did not seem to care. This is all about bad front desk/customer service. Housekeeping and restaurant services were excellent.
This was my birthday trip. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Asking simple questions seemed like I was such an inconvenience to there day. I’m sure They work in a stressful environment but shouldn’t take it out on the guest.
Ac unit was super loud making it hard to sleep. Pipes in bathroom super dirty.
Paid for city view and did not get city view
Staff is honest.
Ok.

Good location on the strip, and access to the promenade is good. Hotel room is not the cleanest.
