Very comfortable room. Hotel reception and dining staff mainly pretty good. The driving service people at the hotel were awful. Every time we left the hotel to take an autorickshaw the mansger was harassing is to use a car or his autorickshaw. We got our own. However the hotel car that collected us and took.us to the station was very helpful. We hsd upset tummies whilst in Jaipur so we didn't eat much. But what we had was good. But beware the spaghetti bolognase is actually very spicy and l couldn't eat it! A good hotel and only a short distance from the pink city by autorickshaw. I enjoĺ

TravellerOur room and bathroom needed attention. Overall it was okay. Our room was overlooking a cricket ground and marriage palace and it was noisy until 11pm. However all things considered it’s close to pink city and we stayed for two nights and it was fine. The restaurant is small for number of guests staying at the weekend. Restaurant staff excellent. Service was great.
TravellerInternet speed was 1Mbps. Supremely slow. There is only one thing worse than no internet, slow internet. I have stayed at other Fern properties but it's not this bad. Overall, great beds, breakfast, and great staff. My only problem was slow internet.

It was extremely bad, instead of 4 star I should have booked Oyo room which would have been much much better then this.
TravellerStayed for 2 nights in Sept. Polite and courteous staff, clean hotel. Prompt service. Lots of different varieties for breakfast. But not happy about loud music on one of the nights being played in event hall.

The stay was comfortable but there were loads of health hazards especially the swimming area, there were glass sheets everywhere and work in progress with no one monitoring. There were young children in the pool and dander of glass the gaps in the fencing could have been fatal. The rooms needs to be dusted and finger prints removed from the doors and furniture. Need to upgrade your cleanliness everywhere in the hotel, rooms, restaurant and someone has to be present at the pool area at all times, if someone was in danger there was no one to help and person could have had fatal consequences
TravellerCloset was broken, front room door wouldn’t stay in its spot and excessively heavy. Wifi was told to be high speed but very slow. And no parking for vechiles in the premises!!!!! Will not be staying again here.
