Travellerit was awful. first we were told they do not have any relationship with hotel.com. we were stranded no one to help. them they allocated us wrong room. no refund, no apology. it was bad.

Worst possible. The hotel no longer works with Hotels.com, so I had to make alternate arrangements. Now I am waiting for hotel.com to refund my payment. Don't use this hotel at all, they not serious!
