Room wasn’t that clean, tv wasn’t functioning, Staff were very rude

Alice & Sulaiman was amazing and took great care of us. The Lebanese restaurant is also great if you want good food in the area.

Location was very nice. Restaurant, coffee shop and convenient store around. 10 minutes to city centre shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were responsive and the rooms were perfect. I just want to take this moment to give a special thank you to the bell man Suleiman. He truly made the experience very memorable by always greeting my family and I with care. Hope to be back again!

The staff in general were very polite, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is very nice in terms of ambiance, surroundings and the lobby area. Unfortunately, the apartments were underwhelming. We had to move apartments due to how bad they were. Although as mentioned, the staff were very good and they moved us with ease, so issues there. Overall, it won't be somewhere I will stay again.

The hotel Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We dealt with reception on a few occasions and they were very polite and helpful.

It’s mixed living and hotel so it has all the smells of people living there along with some broken things in the hallways.

Room is spacious and clean with small kitchen, breakfast is in coffee shop outside the hotel.

The studio is small but well organized The bathroom is good but not in perfect condition Parking are available which is a bonus and near by coffes and restaurants

The internet is pretty bad.. does not work at the hotel at all! If you are a business traveller .. for that one reason stay away

An experience not to repeat in this place

This place was fine. Affordable for the area. The staff wad helpful. It wasn’t quite clear to us that there was only housekeeping upon request so ended up with garbage piling up. Phone in room didn’t work- so had to go down to desk for requests as WhatsApp wasn’t answered. Spa is closed, no clue if breakfast actually happens because we didn’t try.

Terrible customer service, I checked in on Tuesday and nobody even cleaned my room till Friday!!!!.

Reasonable option if markedly cheaper than others

Good area with a few dining options (Middle Eastern, healthy, McDonald's and Starbucks) next door. The hotel itself is busy, with check-in lines, elevators are slow to arrive. Requested a non-smoking room and it was hard to get one, perhaps due to the Asian Football Games. Studio decor is simple, with signs of wear, but passable. Nice view over the Gulf. It was a decent option in comparison to many other hotels which significantly increased rates for the Games.

It’s not really hotel and it’s like residential apartments and breakfast was very bad I’m not going to choose any more this hotel

nice place for relaxing

Nice quiet location. Walkable. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were great, spectacular view. Plus it was handy having a kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for one night. I found that it was a 5 star accommodation on Expedia and from the pictures the hotel looked pretty decent. When I got to the hotel the area surrounding it entirely under construction and the parking was minimal. I was told that there was no valet but managed to find a spot near the entrance anyways. Upon checking in I was told there was an issue with the booking and that there was a miscommunication between the website and the hotel. After what seemed like 10 minutes they finally were able to get the process started going back and forth between two computers. I got to my room and found that the room was rundown and seemed to be heavily used. The floor was old and looked like it needed to be scrubbed. I retired for the night and then in the morning when I was checking out I was told to wait because they had to check the room. When I asked why they said to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind. This is obviously not the reason and they make you feel as though you are stealing towels or something. After what seemed like 5 minutes or more they received a confirmation that the room was fine and I left. This hotel has to do a lot better if they will be hosting guests for the World Cup… check in was bad, the room was run down and the checkout was bad… this is not a 5 star accommodation. Only good thing was the view from the junior suite was nice.

I had enough time to write a review of this place during my checkin, so not very happy with this hotel. Staff lost my booking, probably one of the longest checkins I've had at any hotel.

Zero customer service bar a quick happy extension of check out. Eve. Then, request for extra water - answer was yes but it never came. Door staff shrug and say “I’m new” when you ask them for local info. Cleaning staff cheerful but incredibly noisy. Like having a kids’ break time at school work up and down the corridor

There's a construction near and is too noise. Asked to change room but they said it was not available. Breakfast really bad and came wrong. Also there were 2 people and they provided only 1 towel.

CONCIERGE DUDE SAVED THE DAY

This place was absolutely beautiful. We had the perfect sun-rise sea view. The amenities were nice, the suite was large, but the one thing I can't be more thankful for was the concierge/check-in guy that assisted my boyfriend and me during our COVID-19 PCR panic. We took a PCR test on arrival at Doha airport but weren't informed that the testing can't be used for onward flights. It was only meant for the country's COVID tracking. This man went to work and located several options for us and we were able to leave on our transiting flight on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I hope you are reading this. I believe his name was Michael.

Room was clean, tidy, and had a fresh appearance. Although there were many guests queued at check-in and check-in took forever, the hotel it was very quiet overall in the rooms, hallways, and pool. Sunrise view over the Lagoon was incredible. Restaurants on the ground floor (outside/street) provided great dining options and was close to many city center activities. Would consider staying there again for sure.

It is a residential property, the reception were friendly, no carpet on the corridor you walk on marble... the rest is normal

Clean with sea views

The hotel was clean and had a nice view. Reception was a little busy, but I was treated well. I was not able to contact the hotel prior to check in. It seems that the phone number is wrong or that nobody operates the phone. A highlight was the pool on the roof - the view was beautiful.

The positives: proximity to some attractioms, sightseeing tour bus stop opposite the hotel, cafés and restaurant near by, nice room views, able to keep the room until 1.30pm at no extra charge Delta: one of the guys at the reception didnt inform me of the tour bus stop opposite the hotel and could buy ticket on board, no tourist info leaflets or map at the reception. House keeping timing is hit and miss: one day i had to call them twice as got back to the room after 4.30pm and still not done. Finally came at 6pm!

The pool was very unique and the location This is an excellent hotel luxurious affordable.simple the best
