Parfait hostal au coeur du centre historique.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour à l'hostal, il n'y avait aucun irritant, tout fonctionne bien, les drains, la pression et la tièdeur de l'eau de la douche, la grandeur des salles de bain. Le lit était confo, l'espace intime avec des prises de courant. J'ai apprécié aussi l'endroit pour fumer. L'hostal est parfaitement bien situé au coeur du vieux Cartagène. Décoration très belle. J'y retournerais. La seule chose est qu'on ne m'a pas donné de couverture la 1re nuit, alors qu'avec la clim il vient qu'à faire froid la nuit. Un oublie je suppose.

Amazing

Unfortunately, when you get a private room, you don't get use of the wifi. The network is not even available in your room, they tell you to come downstairs to use it. So i spent a lot of time in the outdoor lobby, it was the only way i was able to work and plan. I also didn't have access to the breakfasts they have going on in the mornings for those staying in dorms. The bathroom in my room was beautiful

A cool space and great location but unfortunately I had a few issues. The electricity and water kept going out which made it very uncomfortable in the heat of Cartagena. There were only 3 bathrooms for a very large dorm and I needed to queue for the bathroom (when the water/electricity was working). I chose to move to a different hostel because I was so uncomfortable and requested a refund for the second night. This was denied because at the time of asking the electricity and water were on and they didn't see what the problem was.

Uncomfortable stay, wouldn't recommend

Hostel is in a really central location in the old town. We stayed one night here in a double in a dorm, however it was a very uncomfortable stay, the bed was up 3 sets of narrow stairs in the main dorm room so it was a pain carrying bags up, going to bathroom etc. The bed was so uncomfortable, mattress was on a slant, creaky - we both woke up the next morning with sore neck and backs. The staff here unfortunately arent that pleasant or helpful and didnt speak english

Had a good stsy overall and it was good value. It was pretty loud in the dorm rooms until midnight as they play music in the social space, also my ved was next to a huge air conditioning unit. Saying that it was nice to feel a bit more privacy than a normal dorm with some of the beds up on platforms which are curtained off. A food place if you want to party as you are right in the middle of all the clubs.

The hostel itself does look good and is a comfortable stay. I was disappointed to be advised at check in that the bar/restaurant is actually in a different building down the street, and that there is actually no laundry at the hostel despite it's description. My main issue however was that whilst there is a 24hour reception, on the first night of my stay the doors to the hostel were padlocked (for security) but the receptionist went to sleep and couldn't be woken from outside the hostel. I was then stuck on the street with another of the hostel guests after midnight with nowhere safe to go being harrassed by people on the street. Thankfully after half an hour other guests from the hostel were leaving so managed to wake up reception to let us in. A terrifying first night in Columbia.

Excellent location inside the walled city. One block from the clock tower entrance. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.

Great location, amazing service. But overpriced.

The people are amazing. The place is excellent. Except that they don't have hot or warm water to shower. And you need to rent the towel every time you use one. The cube or room is tight as well. Few more dollars additional then you can add a better solo room.

Great stay!

Amazing lavatories and staff was very friendly. Rooms were cozy but not cramped. The only issues were the temperature of the room at night which was uncomfortably hot and there werent any shelves or enough hooks in the bathrooms. Otherwise great hostel with a great atmosphere.

Just okay

I thought I had booked a private room. Technically it was, but there is just a curtain as the wall. It's not truly a private room with walls and a door. Other guests are extremely inconsiderate and speak very loudly at all hours of the night, not thinking about the fact that the curtains for each "cubby" are not soundproof. The staff should put up signs or something to remind people to take their conversations to the ample space provided in common areas. They also charged me twice when I checked out. The pool (or hot tub?) was nice to have, breakfast is typical hostel breakfast, and there is a 24-hour grocery store directly across the street. Location is great in the touristy area. It is also very clean. The city shut off the water one day while I was there and staff provided no warning. I wouldn't stay again because I think it's overpriced for what you get.

Clean hostel. Great for a short stay if traveling in a couple as level of privacy with the pod curtain. Could do with more lockers closer to room at the front.

The best most clean hostel I have stayed in. It’s got a modest but clean and well stocked kitchen and is always air conditioned. The jacuzzi is very nice and is open late at night. I found it incredibly easy to be social and meet people. The bathrooms are very nice also. No hot water, but it’s not too cold! The beds are awesome and very private.

Stayed in a double rOom - it had very steep stairs which were hard to climb with big suitcases and had a very noises generator outside the Window -was quite expensive for what it was

Pretty and clean hostel with pods rather than bunks which provides for a better nights sleep. Jacuzzi was nice. WiFi was spotty in dorm area

Great place in a great location

I made a great decision to change hostels at the last minute. The location of this place was great as well as the 3 chicas working in the reception. Met some fun people to hang out with. The room's theme was really cool and unique compared to many other hostels I've been. I stayed in a room with the balcony view, fabulous! I'll stay in the same place next time. Great Margaritas! People enjoyed the jacuzzi which I am not a big fan but the Margaritas were nearby. AC works like a champ and was quiet most of the time. There was always an empty shower/bathroom & lockers, a plus!

Towels were not available even by purchase. The reception told me to buy one if I needed. The wi-fi was terrible. Location is very noisy 24/7.

Grande e Silencioso

Nem parece que na saleta haviam mais de 20 camas. Todas com persiana pata provacidade , confortavel e silencioso se preza por silencio apos as 22hs. Decoração encantadora. Banheiros limpos. Chuveiro agua fria. Bom colchão. Tinha locker para mala e um nicho com cadeado para coisas pequenas na cabeceira da cama. Muito bem localizado. Outros amigos em outros hosteis ficaram com inveja.

En la recepcion muy amables aunque la cama l dan hasta las 3 . No hay agua caliente , no hay renta de toallas , el jacuzzi descuidado y en general no me gusto el hostal . El servicio es regular

Great hostel, good price. Love the unique environment of the rooms. The only thing was that there was no electricity at our arrival. But other than that, would recommand 10/10

I was really impressed by the design of this hostel. All the space was well used and it was amazing to see so many guests stayed in the same big room but each had their own privacy. The kitchen and dining room was small and we had to take turns to have breakfast, but generally it was good. There's even a small Jacuzzi in the courtyard and it's kind of good to enjoy it for a while in the hot night.

Todo increíble, las camas súper cómodas y bien pensadas son como mini cuartos, tienes cargador, tu espacio y todo increíble. El personal súper amable, perfectamente bien ubicado, regresaría sin duda

The hostel is great, the location is perfect, wifi works well. I took own room and I missed some stuff to keep my shirt and a frigobar. Also there is no much interaction between the other guests. They could organize party’s or something like that. Also i saw photos of the bar and I thought it is in the same place, but the pub is the other place completely different.

El hotel muy bien, tanto instalaciones y la gente, la ubicación excelente. Pero no cuentan con agua caliente en las regaderas. Por ello no les doy excelente en todo.

Esse hostel é maravilhoso. Entretanto, falta uma área de convivência maior. A área da piscina é pequena.

A localização é excelente e a equipe muito prestativa. Ambiente tranquilo e quartos espaçosos para compartilhar sem problema algum. RECOMENDO!

La atención y cordialidad del personal muy buena. El Hostel es muy agradable, limpio y bien cuidado. Lo unico que modificaria es la variedad del desayuno.

Excelente hostel!

Otima localizacao, hostel recem inaugurado, tudo novo e funcionando! Limpeza dos quartos e banheiros perfeita! Bebidas na area da Jacuzzi com excelentes precos .. ar condicionado o tempo todo ligado! Cafe da manha basico e gostoso! Unico ponto fraco é que o chuveiro em todos os banheiros nao tem agua quente .. do contrario o hostel é perfeito!

10/10!!! No hay más que decir. La ubicación está perfecta, las instalaciones son limpias y el personal súper agradable!
