Nice, spacious, quiet and clean

Had a smooth and comfortable stay here. Convenient location. Admin staffs were courteous, friendly and helpful.

Cheap and easy location

Budget Hotel with quite good location

First time staying at this hotel. Hotel is inside a Lane from the Main busy road. But its just a 2 mins walk from the main road. Hotel lobby was small but staff was cheerful. Checking in was a breeze. Room is big and very standard with all the necessary amenities like towel, toothbrush, soap and shampoo. There is also a hairdryer and 2 pieces of plate and a fork and spoon. The fridge seems awkward as its normally used for homes. There is no Face towel and I had suggested to the staff below to inform the management to do something about it. Room keys are used instead of Card Keys. Suspect this was an Apartment before being converted to a hotel. As for the surrounding of the hotel, nothing much to eat downstairs except the 2 stalls selling Drinks and Coffee in a Cafe Style. There are two 7-11 and two pharmacies just downstairs the hotel. Once you comes in from the main road by turning left, you will see a very posh Dubai Massage Spa. From the hotel, you will need about 8 to 10 mins walk to the nearest Metro station Huai Khwang. There you will find eateries, massage parlous, and a mini night market that sells clothings most. If you want to visit the famous Rachada Train Night Market, just take the Metro train to Thailand Cultural station which is only 1 station away. Esplanade Mall is the landmark and just walk thru this mall, you can find the Night Market which opens from 6pm to 1am. Overall, its a budget hotel with simple settings and not a bad location to stay.

Never pop out never stay in but charges in fully amount!

The staff was friendly helpful and kind, central location in Bangkok. I’m definitely planning to stay there again

Overall a good stay, a very convenient location, right besides the hotel is 7-11, there are also many location eating shops around the hotel, with a 10 min walk to Huay Kwang MRT station. Hotel is simple, neither do they have swimming pool nor gym, but the price is much cheaper compare to other hotel in general. Room is neat & spacious, air-con is cooling & bed is comfy, there is hot shower & had a mini balcony, staff did tidy up the place upon request & friendly. The not so good is the hotel is just besides the small road so sometimes will hear loud motorbikes, other than that general its all good

A normal stay - nothing out of the norm

Very convenient for food nearby. Near MRT train station but you need to walk for at least 10 minutes. Quiet to sleep. Room is big and king size bed comfortable enough.

Overall experience was pleasant. With lift access, free wifi and balcony. 5 min mrt walking distance with three 7-11, good street food, restaurant around us. Massage is just opposite the entrance.

Average stay with Not so good attitude from staffs

Clean, average amenities. Receptionist doesn't even know we are checking in, therefore making us wait for a Long time. Not so good service as well

Its a good stay

Its a good stay, room is clean and neat, air-con is cooling, with fridge and TV, hot water, spacious & have hangers to hang cloths, 7-11 was just beside the hotel, nice quiet place, with many more small eating house nearby, nearest MRT was about 10 mins away. Good Wifi.

Great Location Value For Money

The hotel was well-maintained and kept clean and spacious. Only downside is that the mattress is slightly too hard but considering the cheap pricing, it is definitely worth the stay. 7-11 is just 10 meters away from the building and local food stalls just outside hotel.

Location is convenient as it is near the MRT. Front office staff & cleaning staff very helpful, pleasant & friendly.

Convenient, accessibility

Nearby hotel where you can get daily stuffs from 2 7-11 within walking distance. Meals are not a problem with at least 3 food stalls below the hotel. Prices very very reasonable. Accessible to mrt and night markets.

Average accomodation near huai kwang metro station

Room was average, need to pay additional for extra pillow, towel. No coffee cup provided in the room, however there's water boiler available. need to walk about 10mins to huai kwang mrt station

Standard deteriorated

I have been staying here more than 10 times. I noticed the overall standard has deteriorated tremendously. Noticed small cockroaches running around. House keeping didn't replenish toiletries. Location is still perfect closeby to the MRT station. They need to buck up otherwise I will find an alternative.

just 5mins away from Hui Kwang MRT. Amenities are plentiful and lotsa good food around.

想像通りの値段相応のホテル。 部屋は広いがあまり綺麗とはいえない。古い建物だから仕方ないかな。1泊するだけならまぁ我慢できる範囲。

Cheap & best to stay in city

I stayed there for 1Night and for that price (950 Bahts/Night) its best. But I needed a early check-in by an hour than regular check-in time, but staff there didn't co-operative for my request.

Good hotel to explore huai khwang and rachada

Hotel is located in a small soi, plenty of Thai/Chinese restaurants and also 2 7-11s. Hotel staffs are friendly, they clean the rooms everyday. But one thing annoying is the mosquitoes.

Near to huai khwang night market and 7-11 are just downstairs.shower taps are old and not much water pressure,room are big and beds are to my liking..security can be improved..more cameras at the corridor and doorlock should change to something better.

overall was only so-so. well, for the price we paid, this room was exceptionally big. But then my wife and i had some issues. 1. The washing machine on my floor was spoilt, told management to check, no one responded. 2. tv signal was bad, told to check, nothing could be done. so most of the time we could see certain channels 3. i believed the comforter/blanket cover wasn't changed throughout my 5 days of stay. as there was a burnt mark. for 5 days, that mark was there. unless you say all 5 days new covers were changed and all had the same exact burnt marks. Then we were itching alittle for those sleeping nights.

Furniture is a bit worn and torn. The shower head is dirty. Overall a comfortable stay. Tips: the free wifi is fast

Second Time Around

stayed on the 8th floor this time, room was marginally cleaner this time but the bedding was very tatty, torn and scortched, i would use again, but not impressed by what is poor management discipline in maintaining a reasonable standard of quality

was for one night only, am booked for 3 more nights later in month, the foom was a good size but it was dirty, it needed a repaint, walls were dirty, the foor was dirty too, needed a sweep up, the white towels were grey and worn out

No frill budget hotel.

During the 5days stay, we caught 2 nymphs and my 2.5yr old grand daughter was especially bitten swollen on her forehead, fingers, arm and leg by the many mosquitoes that were in the room and everywhere!!

Decent, but you can find something better

Nice, decent place. The room was clean and neat. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. Wifi was ok in the room. Daily cleaning which is nice. Staff was fine. My only complaint was that they did not mention a fee with the sodas/juice in the fridge. The price of the room should have that complimentary, not to mention there is a 7/11 right next door.

Good stay

I have stayed in this hotel for couple of times. The good thing is cheap but the room ia big and clean. Definitely worth it for the price. The disadvantage is the bed matress is quite hard. I use 2 nights to get use to it.

Its ok, except for the crawleys

stayed here for the 5th time, always liked the value for money, cheap and relatively good location. But this trip, experienced 2 cockroaches and some spiders in my room. So not so pleasant this time.

Roomservice comes every day even though we always woke up too late. I liked the hotel for the price it's really good.

每次來曼谷，匯恭區第一首選，交通便利、環境舒適。附近有MRT、匯恭夜市、按摩店超級多，而且價格便宜。

匯恭站首選

MRTのHuai Khwang駅から約500m。途中にセブンイレブンがあり、深夜着でも便利。ナイトマーケットにも歩いていくことができる。部屋は新しく清潔。しかしなぜかドアの建て付けだけが悪かった。全体としては満足です。

素泊まりに最適。

ホイクアン駅からも近く、ナイトマーケットにも行きやすい。 ベッドも大きいのでのんびり休める。 プールとかはないので、ただ寝るだけという目的なら申し分ないと思う。 ただシャワーは水圧が弱い。 そこが残念。

隔壁就是7-11買東西非常方便! 離地鐵跟夜市也不遠. 房間空間很大~ 但較低樓層會聽到外面聲音..

近MTR,附近有兩間便利店,樓下有地道泰粉,小菜,還有小販擺賣,房間空間夠大,唯廁所花灑水力不夠,沖涼洗頭要很久,仲有按摩店,不出戶都可以食和按摩

방이용의 불편한 점

전반적으로는 괜찮으나 화장실의 휴지 수건등을 어유있게 비치하면 좋겠고 텔레비젼의 케이블방송이 제공되지않아 불편합니다..

房間很寬敞乾淨，雖離BTS需步行一小段路，但附近有兩間7-11和幾間小吃店，也有公車站，算很方便舒適的住宿地點

MRTの駅に近い静かな環境の中にあるコンドミニアムホテル

とにかくコスパの優れたホテルです。この国の特徴である、必要最小限の設備が掃除の行き届いた広めの部屋（私の勝手な感触では４５平米位あると思います。）です。設備もこだわりの、エレベーター、液晶テレビ、冷蔵庫、A/Cとすべてが日本製ですので安心出来ます。部屋代が安い割りに隣の壁の防音が良いです。

安いけど十分快適・便利

夕方バンコクに入り、翌日他の町に移動するための一泊のみの滞在。 近くに何でもあって便利。部屋はシンプルで必要十分。

ラグジュアリーなマンションみたいなホテルです。

ホイクワンのナイトマーケット目当てで泊まりました。 当日、フライトが遅れ深夜着になるためホテルに連絡しましたが、電話が繋がらなかったのが残念な点でした。 ホテルズドットコム経由で連絡をしてもらい、無事にレイトチェックインできました。 場所は小道が夜は少し不安ですが、コンビニも2件あり、ホイクワン駅やナイトマーケットも徒歩圏内なのでアクセスはしやすいです。 バスタブはないですが、 ベッドも大きく部屋も広いので満足でした。 また周辺に滞在したい時は利用すると思います。

バンコクでの定宿の１つですがシャワー（電気温水器）がだんだんと勢いがなくなってきたように感じます。この部屋だけなのでしょうか、それとも老朽化？居心地は良いです。

静かな立地の平均点なホテル

ホワイクワーンから歩いて3-4分の場所 メイン通りから1本入ったところなのと、 ナイトマーケット、繁華街から少し離れ、 チャイナタウンの反対側とあり、静か。 清潔感は保たれているが、特に推すところもイマイチ無し。 値段含め、平均値かな、、と。 小さな屋台や食堂はあるので、ローカルフードを楽しむにはGood！

駅チカ、隣がコンビニでとても便利

駅チカで隣にコンビニがあり、とても便利でした。周辺は下町と言うような雰囲気で、市場もあり、地元の方々の生活を垣間見られて、なかなか面白いところだと思いました。 部屋は、大きい窓が一つあり、とても広々としていて、居心地が良かったです。ベッドも大きいので、のんびり寝られました。ただし、防音性があまり良くないと感じました。加えて、スリッパとシャワーカーテンがあるといいなと思いました。

ドアの開け方

ルームキーの使い方：外からドアを開けるときand内側から閉めるとき（ロックをかける）は時計回り。内側からロックを解除するときand外側からはロックすするとき（自動ロックではない）反時計回りに鍵を回す。これさえ覚えていればホテルの好感度５％UP。ためしてみなはれ！！最後に注意点を2つ。１つ目、猫には注意を（噛むゾ）2つ目、初めて部屋に入るとバスルームの小窓が清掃の為に開けられていることが多いので必ず閉めること（閉めないと夜中、蚊の襲来にあうゾ）

お手頃価格、清潔、駅近、問題なし。

特に何も問題なく泊まりました。お手頃価格、清潔、駅近。大きい通りから100mぐらい歩きます。お客さんが多いようで昼12時ぐらいの到着ですぐに部屋には入れませんでした。とはいえ、13時には入室できました。14時がチェックイン開始時刻なので問題ありません。深夜早朝の出発の場合は、駐車場のおじさんがタクシー手配してくれます。すぐ近くに、娯楽施設？のようなものがあるので通りまで歩けばタクシーが止まっています。

好立地だが受付スタッフは？

受付スタッフの説明不足 1.居住棟に入る際、左横のセンサーにルームキーをかざさなければドアのロックが外れず入れない。説明なし 2.居住棟から出る際、右横のドアオープンのキーを押さないとドアは開かない。説明なし 3.部屋のドアロックは鍵２回転。説明なし。１回転で開かず、スラッフ呼びに１階まで往復。 4.しばしば、受付の小部屋が無人。外出時、５分以上待ったが誰も来ず。仕方無く鍵を持って外出。

コストパフォーマンスのよいホテル

MRTの駅から徒歩5分程度。近くにはコンビニや夜遅くまでやっているコンビニがあり、不自由は感じませんでした。 部屋は広く、清潔で、同じ価格の他のホテルと比べると優れています。

下町にあるアパートメント

ホテル自体は清潔というよりは綺麗です。タイ人の宿泊客も多いようです。部屋は清潔で清掃はしっかり行われています。部屋の広さは1人旅なら十分でしょう。ベランダもあります。洗濯物を干したり喫煙場所として利用しているようです。初めての人はチェックイン後、宿泊室に行くためのドアのところにあるBOXにキーを近づけてピーと鳴らしておかないと自分の部屋でキーを回しても開きません（ご注意を）
