Had all the basic amenities. However, was very unclean, smelled like rotten eggs throughout the hotel, and it seemed as though the hotel rooms are meant for x-rated stays. There were condoms and adult toys in the room as part as the amenities...very odd and made us feel very uncomfortable sleeping in the room.

Did not have 24-hour room service as described on Hotels.com

Nice hotel very close to hualien station

Overall a great hotel very close to the station with helpful and polite staff, only thing was that the standard quadruple room (had 2 large double beds) we booked was a little run down with toilet and electricity issues, all it needed was some TLC general maintenance and I would of rated higher.

Convenient near train station, eateries & saloons

quite nice hotel with hot spring Tub. Very near and walking distance to train station.

Wonderful stay. Enormous bathtub in a very roomy bathroom was great. The hotel is a five minute walk from train station. Loads of places to eat nearby.

Overall was a nice stay, however you might have to walk a little or take a cab to get to the night market.

water temperature was not stable. drainage system not good and water accumulates at the outlet. Aircond system sometimes malfunction

Good hotel, value for money.

The hotel was located within walking distance of the train station and had shops nearby. The reception area was difficult to spot - it's the guard house-looking building near the entrance of the hotel. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was gigantic. The private bath was big enough to fit 2-3 people. The bed was soft. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Thumbs up.

浴缸有兩個很大 邊泡澡、溫泉，可邊看電視 不以吃貨觀點來看，早餐算不錯 可租借腳踏車

清潔要再加強

雖然房間升等，但房間角落的蜘蛛絲很難讓人不注意到，希望在房間清潔的部份用心些，另外值得一提的是服務人員的態度都很好，給這次住宿體驗有加分作用。

床鋪塵蟎需要處理

個人較容易過敏，房間床鋪使用後有過敏現象

裝潢微舊但可接受，房間很大，最棒的是浴缸超級大可以泡溫泉

整體而這,就是棒 下次到花蓮玩,會再一次選擇入住的飯店

優點：床的舒適度很夠，客房服務很好！ 缺點：電視台數過少，播放電視時浴室回音超大聲，沙發椅鐵釘外露很危險。

電視畫質跟頻道希望能改善，毛巾希望能用心清洗，房間要有梳妝台啦不然只能在廁所站著化妝

其實前兩年就入住過了，這次連住兩天不同房型，唯一缺點就是房間沒有梳妝台真的很不方便，然後浴室沒有可以掛衣服跟毛巾的地方，尤其是毛巾這次很明顯臭臭的，還是硬著頭皮用，喔，對了，電視線路非常不清楚，電視台數也非常少，電影選擇也不多（第一天的房型有電影，第二天就沒了）但差不多價位的真的宜蘭好很多很多，之後去花蓮可能就不會再入住了！

We will highly consider to choose this hotel once more. -: We sleep very early, but we heard sounds of water flowing/flashing at night. Sounds like hot spring water running out of bathtubs next door. But it's acceptable.

房間很大加上有溫泉洗, 很舒服

CP值頗高

因為以優惠價格入住，價格低、房型大、又可泡溫泉，因此覺得CP值高，很滿意。

Cp值非常高有溫泉空間也很大，價錢也很超值，只是淺眠的話沒有很建議，聽得到隔壁水管的聲音。 飯店有一點點年紀沒這麼新，整體來說還是不錯的，離市區也近。

沒有賓至如歸的感覺，難道不需要改進嗎？

隔音設備差，旅行團增多。 早餐還要看早餐卷？種類不多也沒有馬上遞補熱食？吃早餐感覺被當賊？誰會感到輕鬆！ 顧客用餐優先吧！

온천물 굿~

온천물이 너무 좋습니다.위치도 기차역 도보 5분이라 너무 편했구요...욕실 탕이 생각보다 넓어서 친구랑 셋이서 같이 목욕했네요... 이가격에 이정도면 가성비 갑인듯해요..

入住時櫃臺服務態度沒有很好，浴室裡沒有撈水盆，沒辦法先洗浴缸，房間隔音不太好，至少床滿舒服冷氣也正常，早餐雖然很多選擇但是不太好吃，

服務好 私人温泉舒適

酒店四周環境寧靜，職員有禮，服務周到，房內設私人温泉，十分方便，可與家人於私人空間盡享浸泡温泉的樂趣，適舒暢快！ 附近有不錯和值得推介的食肆，如心靈角落咖啡室(座位舒適、服務佳、飲品食物烹調得極佳)、赤燄烤肉(任吃任飲，服務好)等。 這兒是蠻不錯的度假勝地！

一般滿意，只是酒店安排客人都在同一層會有點譟，大門格音差，早餐選擇少，温泉也不錯，附近有seven也很方便

酒店離機場10分鐘, 有酒店車由機場接送,相當方便。而司機很有禮貌。

雖然我們到達酒店是晚上7點, 附近都有些店舖, 有食物供應, 還有一間生果店舖。

very big room and bathroom, also has a small table and big sofa. very quiet and comfortable and the breakfast are good too. The spa looks OK, but can't smell any sulfur flavor.

很大的室內温泉池

價格不貴，室內温泉池超大，豪華家庭房還有按摩池，小朋友在房內都不想出外。早餐已經算是不錯，很近市中心。

近火車站

不好，此次旅行最影響心情的酒店，房間脏，设施陈旧。网上訂好的价格跟入住时有差价，早餐还算可以，有接驳车去火車站和機埸。

房間很大，空調和空氣很好。 但拖鞋太薄，床的彈弓有凸起的地方，睡得不太舒適。 到達lobby時，奇怪的長時間冇人 門card不太能鎖，很懷疑酒店的保安
