Good hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Property is a little run down, but met our expectations considering the price.

It's an older property that is close to everything but hidden away from all the noise. I like having a chicen and access to many local shops to do my own cookong.

I've stayed here many times over years. The hotel is in a quiet area but a short walk to transportation and entertainnent. I also like the little shops where i can buy groceries to cook in my room.

Of the three employees that I met, Tony was the most helpful. He spoke the most English and was the most knowledgeable. There was a second employee that spoke a little English. He was friendly and tried to be helpful. There was a third employee that didn’t speak any English. He seemed far more concerned with checking his social media on his smartphone than actually providing any information or customer service. Tony also helped me take my luggage to the taxi, so the high rating that I give is because of him.

It's a quiet, out of the way place. I've stayed here few times. The room interiors are a little old style but the rooms are well maintained. The room come with a kitchen and I can cook for myself.

Silom Convent Garden is excellent value in an excellent location, with very hospitable and helpful staff. It is outdated in style and suffering from age, and there are no English TV channels, but these issues are more than compensated for by its other qualities. A comfortable bed, a comfortable sitting area, a spacious desk, a welcoming lobby, a good kitchenette, lots of power outlets, a 24 hour laundry room, and quick responses to requests make this hotel very livable.

Nothing special! The wifi is not working!!!!! Toilet is very old and the shower curtain is so bad! Shower head and water heater is not functioning as it supposed to be.

Old but charming place

Place is old but very nice Will stay again in the future Just wish they changed the towels there little old

The location need a Long walk to take taxi or food or shopping, the service is bad as well..

Good hotel but no more extra feeling. If there are no hotel can book and it still can be the candidate one.

Good value for the location in the heart of Silom!

Great location! Quiet & yet almost right in the heart of Silom! Interior, bathroom need to be updated. It would be nice to get a Receptionist who can communicate better in English.

You get no respect with hotel.com reservation

Horrible experience When I arrived at hotel 12:15am they had no record of my reservation from hotel.com Only a security guard was on duty He refused to let me in I showed my hotel.com reservation still refused I got him yo call someone I think it was a women I talked with She had no concern about my situation demanding I pay for a room I said its confirmed and payed already Please get me a room and we can work it out with hotels.com in morning This took forever I did not get into my room until almost 2 am Not sure what room I got cause it did not look like room in the pictures unless the pictures were taken 25 yrs ago also no free water I was made to pay 20 bhat at 2:00 am for water. In morning they had found my reservation and I was informed I had to pay 500 bhat more ($15 us) Because it was an upgraded room than the reservation hotels.com made That's scary since my room was so run down. This hotel did nothing but make a bad situation even worse by not being nice or understanding when a paying customer showed a hotels.com resevation for their hotel They know they work with hotel.com

Complaint

Firstly, there’s flies near the bed area and insects at bathroom. Secondly, I’m staying for just 1 night. How come your staff knock my door early morning between 0900hrs - 0945hrs, saying he needs to do cleaning. Come on... That’s really bad.

Affordable and convenient

It was very near to the night pat pong area and within walking distance to Chong nonsi

Comfortable but difficult to walk

It was good with the friendly staff, the room size with kitchenette and microwave; however it needs much improvement of cleanness in all bedding and bathing supplies. The furniture was outdated including old CRT TV. with limited cable channels. The location was not far from public transport and shopping malls, but the small alley where it's located was rather difficult to avoid the vehicles on walking.

Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt, ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist gut. Man ist recht schnell an 2 Skytrain Stationen, was für mich besonders wichtig ist. Hinzu kommt die Nähe zur Gay Szene.
