This hotel has No air conditioning, no air exchange. Window has to be opened to get fresh air. Once window opened it's very noisy day and night because close to port. Shocked for the name of Sheraton.

Good Modern hotel

This is a great hotel and very modern. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The wifi was not good at all but it never is in China.

Big room with a city view

Room was nice and clean. Beautiful city view among business district.

Nice hotel in the Free Trade Zone; close to line 6 of Shanghai Metro

The concierge staff was not very helpful. My colleague's luggage was lost and we could not get helpful advice on where to shop for replacement clothes. The Bay Leaf Café food was dreadful.

Good choice for business stay

Solid choice if you are in the area on business. Clean, comfrtable and the breakfast is good. Probably less optimal if you are in Shanghai for sightseeing - it is quite far from the city center.

Customer Service at it’s worst

We booked this hotel on the pretense of a shuttle being provided for a Disney Trip we have been planning. We found out once we arrived that there was not shuttle and the airport service they offer costs more than hailing a taxi yourself. The hotel is almost an hour away from anything in the city or Disney so it was not feasible for us to stay there without these amenities as the time and money was more than we planned for. The hotel staff had no solutions to the problem and acted like they really didn’t care. She said no we don’t offer those things. We stayed only one night because it was so late by the time we arrived. I said we would only be staying one night if our reservation and the lady at the desk said ok you will not be refunded. Customer service was not at its best here and yes I understand what Hotels.com says about cancellation and refunds but I expected a lot more from a Sheraton hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re hoping to enjoy the city of Shanghai or Disneyland.

Very nice property, but the location was farther from the Airport than I thought.

Outstanding hotel

Just perfect, couldnt fault it. Fabulous modern room, best night sleep ever! Staff friendly and helpful. Convierge exvellent.

Nice room

I was impressed with good services by the Hotel GM, Alex by taking care of my luggages to the room when I checked in after midnight with no doorman available. The room is great, nice size and comfortable.

Nice comtable hotel at reasonable price

Gym, Jacuzzi, swimming facilities are at good standard at this price. I m pretty satisfy with this quality of hotel. Thankyou Sheraton.

It is a wonderful experience and stay

When we just checked in on the first day found an apple charger on the desk. After we went out to eat and came back it was gone. The cleaning staff snuck in and took it, when we are not in the room but we still had the card key in the room (shows occupied). The staff tried to take it for her own gain, this is a serious security problem I really hope no one else loose anything in the room. So we called up the manager told them the situation, they apologized sincerely and gave us fruit basket as gratitude. I have to say this is hotel is relatively new, but the build quality is not very good. The public bathroom even missing locks at the toilets. Far away from city center, but for business is good.

Nice stay at sherathon shanghai

this sheraton hotel has it all service and excelent quality installations, its a good location near subway station line 6 just be careful with fake taxi drivers at airport or train station since this hotel is kind of far from downtown

$12 for a bottle of water in the room!?

The hotel itself is pretty nice. They helped me call a taxi but the taxi driver just let other people in and drove away right in front of me, which is weird. Other than that it's a nice stay.

Waw way too far from main attractions

The stay was good . The rooms was spacious. Area was a bit out of the city area.

The staffs was friendly . The concierge staff was approachable n pro-active.

A very nice hotel to stay in Shanghai.

The room was very nice and luxurious, few restaurants indoors and helpful staff. English speaking staff was helping with taxi drivers who generally in Shanghai does not understand English.

Spacious rooms and facilities

Plenty of room, quiet and comfortable hotel despite the industrious surroundings. Staff was ok, but the food was disappointing. Unless conducting a business in the free trade zone, it is not a convenient location for visitig Shanghai and sightseeing.

Great hotel for business

Everyone was very helpful even though we didn't speak mandarin. The food at the Japanese restaurant was really good and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The room was fantastic and comfortable and I really have nothing but nice things to say. They even helped us print out items for directions and recommended great places to eat.

Strictly for stay. Neighborhood is business/industrial area only about 1/2 hour from downtown Shanghai.

Great hotel in OK area

Very nice hotel with some very fine (read: expensive) furnishings in the lobby and common areas to admire.

Great weekend getaway

We spent time here during mid-Autumn festival and had a wonderful time. We were upgraded to a suite based on our spg membership. The executive suite was being renovated so we were welcome to use their lobby bar. The happy hour was a full dinner buffet. The area was abandoned but we were there for only one night. Overall great hotel with helpful staff and stellar rooms.

Excellent hotel a bit far from the city center

The hotel itself is perfect, rooms are big, facilities are really advanced. the only disadvantage is the location which is a bit far from the city. you can catch line 6 though which minimizes the impact on the transportation. It is a great hotel I would recommend to all my friends

Nice hotel, nothing else

It was a ghost town. Crazy to pay that kind of money to stay there. We were the only people in the huge hotel that we saw. Not even a coffee shop, except a boarded up Starbucks across the street. Would never stay there again.

Sheraton Waigaoqiao

one of the best hotels I have been to, - great service - competent English speaking staff - clean, well-kept rooms, - wonderful bathroom, - good location, close to metro line 10 - 44 minutes from the SHA center - great breakfast - dinner is available in the lobby and in the room - sauna, swimming pool, and SPA, great infrastructure. I recommend it to everyone - I will come back here too

早餐建議去對面星巴克吃，還比飯店早餐好吃很多

Estancia corta pero agradable después de haber tenido que cambiar de hotel en Shanghai porque el anterior hotel era una ratonera. Zona tranquila y un servicio admirable. Todo limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Lo anoto para mis próximas visitas a Shanghai.

El hotel es excelente, limpieza, personal, desayuno, todo es increíble. Si van de turismo no lo recomiendo ya que se encuentra muy alejado del centro y el taxi es algo elevado, de ahí en fuera excelente hotel.

初日に部屋に入った際、ゴミ箱に前の方のゴミが残っていたのが残念だった。

아 가성비 이보다 좋을순 없음 외각이라 도심으로 가는데 시간이 좀 걸리긴 하지만 전철 지하철을 타는게 어렵지가 않음 조식도 나쁘지 않음 솔직히 이 가격에 이 정도 시설이면 그냥 한달 빌려서 가만히 쉬어도 좋은 가격이라고 생각함

我定的是一個超大双人床房間，定的三個成人住的，它收費是本兩個成人，因我們是三個成人，我和太太女兒！所以它要加錢收多一個成人費用！我是相信是會加一床給我們的！ 由於我們航班被取消要改航班，所以晚了九點左右才到酒店，問前台我們的房間是否加床給我們，她説不如改一個双人房給我們！我以為是一queen size,和一單人床，所以就話好！只是上到去看到只是两張普通單人床！因夜了還未食晚飯，就算了！ 吃過後就回房間，想洗澡時只得二套毛布，所以要打電話叫拿多套來！女兒因爲日間飛盤比賽完累了，所以洗澡後馬上睡了！我和太太洗澡後上床時發現在我床上的被套內有一只酒店的拖鞋在內！我們馬上打電話投诉，你們說上來換，只是我女兒已睡了，明天還要比賽所以就不換了！

離市區太過遙遠，但整體飯店很不錯

静かで快適なホテルだったが、館内に売店があれば尚良かった。

女性2人旅で部屋がキングサイズベッド予約でエクスペディア事務所に何度も変更の連絡したいがつながらず..現地に向かった..フロントで説明したら部屋の変更をしてくれてベッド2つでゆっくり旅の疲れもとれるし広い部屋でくつろげました！
