Everything was good except I was expecting a cleaner room. The floor look like it had stains in it and the wall was dirtier compared to other places I’ve stayed in in Tokyo. Ambiance was top tier when you walk in. It was amazing but it was kind of a let down how the room was just a little dirty that’s all.

So convenient to be right next to Suidobashi station. The room is small but well desinged and comfortable . It was perfect for me as I didn’t need to spend too much time in the room. Convenient stores so near and hotel staff were so helpful. I will go back again.

Staff was amazing! We had free breakfast every morning which was also amazing. Great location right by the train station and walkable to the Tokyo dome. Very clean and quiet away and plenty of washing options near by. I world stay here again.

While the room was on the smaller side, the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom and toilet area were spacious. We are a family of 4, and my kids loved the double bunk bed style. The hotel is just in front of the JR line train, so it was easy to get anywhere. The area around the hotel has lots of little restaurants so eating is not an issue.

Great hotel to stay in. The staff was so friendly and the location is awesome! There’s also a good ramen spot next to the hotel that’s a must!

Good location, nice clean rooms

Everything was perfect! Definitely will stay here again. Next to a train station and many amazing restaurants. It’s not a far taxi ride to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku.

Right next to Tokyo Dome

The mattress was incredibly comfortable, which was a relief after walking 20,000 steps in a day. I had a great night's sleep. The quality of the pajamas provided was also excellent. Although the room was small, the space was utilized very efficiently. The separation of the toilet and bathroom into two separate rooms was particularly convenient, allowing both children and adults to use the facilities without any inconvenience

Great hotel with tiny rooms

The hotel location was great with good access to train station. Breakfast was also very good and staff were friendly. The only concern we had was regarding the room size. We booked a queen room and the room was very small. We practically had no space to even open one suitcase or to hand any clothes. The small space made our stay very uncomfortable.

Amazing and friendly service. There's a nice little restaurant on the first floor and the food was phenomenal. The room was very clean, and we could control the temperature very easily. It's right next to the Suidobashi station and across the bridge from Tokyo Dome. It's two stations up from Akihabara, so if you're keen on anime and tech culture it's the perfect distance away.

The property was a little hard to locate at first but it was great after that

Area was awesome. So close to the train station, awesome ramen right outside! Make sure you check them out about 5-10 meters to the right of the property The room was a little small however it had all the necessities. The staff were awesome, courteous, really helpful with directions, and welcoming. I would definitely come back. (I couldn’t hear the train noise if anyone was wondering.) Family mart was mins away. Location is really great!

Really nice hotel. We had a group of 8 so had 3 rooms. Stayed 5 nights best hotel stay in our japan trip. Modern facilities and friendly staff. Check in was a bit clumsy through tablet which wasnt straight forward or well designed especially when checking in 8 people. Even when they had copied all our passports had to enter it all on the tablet.

Very close to the JR train station. Suidobashi. Some restaurants in the area and on site cafe. Close to Tokyo Dome.

Very stylish hotel

It was a very stylish hotel. I used this hotel for a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. Check-in was late at 5:00 p.m., but we were able to leave our luggage ahead of time. Many young women were staying there for the event at Tokyo Dome. There is good access to Tokyo Dome. It is a good idea to watch a baseball game over drinks at the public viewing space on the first floor of the hotel.

立地に満足

総武線水道橋駅西口から出るとすぐにあり、 駅出口にNew Days、徒歩2分でセブンイレブンがあり大変便利。ホテル横にラーメン屋とカフェが並び、東京ドームシティへもフードスタジアム側へは5分程と、食事には困りませんでした。 室内は清潔で、シャワールームにシャンプー,コンディショナー,ボディソープはありましたが、歯ブラシやヘアブラシなどのアメニティはエレベーターに乗る前に必要なものをいただくシステムでした。部屋着がセパレートタイプで着心地良かったです。 気になったのは、トイレの壁紙が黒かったので、汚れなのか水垢なのか便器横の水が飛び散ったような汚れが目立っていたことと、宿泊日が寒い日だったので、湯沸かし器があるといいなと思いました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて助かり、自分で暗証番号を設定してロッカーに入れるクロークなので安心でした。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

浴槽があれば更にいい

東京ドームに近く、ライブに行った時に利用させてもらいました 受付の方の対応も親切で感じがよくお部屋もきれいで良かったです。

東京ドームからも水道橋駅からも近くて便利でした。娘達と３人で2泊したのですが　清掃はしなくても良いんですが　バスタオルの交換も無かったのが少し気になりました。

チェックインが17時だったのが不便でした。 でも小さい子供を連れていたせいかスタッフの方々がすごく気を遣ってくれて少しだけ早くチェックインの手続きをしていただくことが出来、大変助かりました。 バスタブはなくシャワールームのみの部屋でしたのでやはりお風呂に浸かりたいなとは 思いました。 全体に新しい施設で清潔さは完璧でした。 スタッフの方々も親切で気持ちよく利用することが出来ました。JR水道橋駅の目の前なので移動はラクでした。

駅近でホテルの皆さんも親切でした。便座の保温があればとは思いましたがお部屋も清潔でまた是非利用したいと思いました。

お部屋も綺麗　商業施設が近くにあり　とても便利　朝食食べれば良かったなぁ〜て思わせるくらい美味しそうでした　また　機会と時間的余裕があったら… フロントの方の感じも対応もとても良く　安心して宿泊出来ました。

値段も安く部屋も綺麗だったので非常によかった。また利用したい。

内装も綺麗でした

ドームのコンサートで初めて利用させて頂きましたが駅もドームまでも近くて良かったです。ただ、スーツケースを広げられず、簡易のものでいいのであると有難いと思います。
