Old, cold building. Had to sleep with my clothes on and even a hat on. Poor shower. The hot water is lukewarm and the water pressure is very low. Communication is hard as only one person speaks English. Located on a street where cars have no access, at first even the taxi driver didn't know where it was. Found it thanks to Google maps. Located at the to of the hill so hard to walk there at the end of adventurous day. The only positive thing about the place is a great view of the city.
Staff changed the room reserved to another more expensive and then changed again to another less valorated room that was not required. Pictures on site do not match with real
Amazing location and very good staff
While this hostel isn't very exquisite, it is perfect for the common traveler. If you can deal with a shared bathroom and an outdoor setting, (for super cheap), then this place is for you bro. The owner Harry gave us an amazing deal on a tour to Ollantaytambo, and was very chill. His mother was at the front desk and was so kind. One of the teens working there brought us up the road (literally up) to a restaurant that had a ridiculous view of Cuzco. The upstairs of the hostel has an amazing view too, all of Cuzco it seems. The restaurant above the hostel had amazing food too, I recommend the Causa and Lomo Saltado. This hostel has all you need for a cheap price.
Terrible service. Terrible location.
We had arranged with the hostel for airport pickup because THEY had contacted US. We gave them our flight info and they agreed to pick us up. We waited TWO hours at the airport until we finally conceded. After arriving at the hostel in a personal taxi, we asked, "why didn't you pick us up like we had arranged!?". To which the old lady in charge of check in replied, "ohhh...". Not even an apology or any gesture of empathy simply would rather play dumb. We were given a LOCK for our room so we could lock our room door with since there was NO DOOR LOCK. Since you could place a lock from the outside, this proved a huge security concern had someone decided to lock us in. Further, the room was tiny, dirty, old, extremely cold, and not as advertised. We were extremely disappointed but were willing to tolerate for a few nights until something else happened. Expedia listed a free breakfast was included so I went to the lady to ask for details since they did not provide it at check in. I asked, "where and what time is breakfast?". She replied, "Oh, we do not offer breakfast here". To which I pointed out in a printed copy of our itinerary it indicated a free breakfast and then she replied, "Oh yeah, it is at 7 am". They had tried to rob us of a free breakfast we had already paid for. Lastly, at night, it was loud and the owner of the hostel was extremely loud. I overheard TWO different guests complain to the owner to keep it down because they were trying to sleep.
Incredible view, affordable, sweet staff!
Located in the best neighborhood in Cusco. We were so surprised and thrilled after seeing the hotel and room especially taking into consideration the price we paid. The staff was beyond sweet and helpful. We were so greatful when we had to wake them up in the middle of the night because of leaving and returning from our treck. they also provided free storage. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!
Middelmatig
Acogedor
Muy cómodo. Habitaciones amplias.
Solo travelers
If you are a woman traveling alone this hostel offered me safety, great staff service and good price for low budget accommodation. I will stay for more days there for sure!

Gou away
I need to live the hotel in the following day. I could not sleep at all.
Dont choose this hotel!
We were realy disapointed abort everything here.

The location is good in old San Blas, however you must walk the last few meters, as there are no driving Streets. View is terrific, but there's no central heat. The staff speaks little English, but are very helpful. There's a cool artists market on Saturdays in San Blas Plazoleta. It's only a 10 minute walk to Plaza des Armes & the 13 angle stone is on the way.
