Amazing experience
Amazing location, very close to all the major attraction in TLV. Free coffee and beer. Only negative is that you really dont have anyone to talk to before. They are available on WhatsApp, but very slow to answer. The pillows were not conformable at all, 2 high and hard. But overall very good experience.
Very convenient and well priced. Room was a tad small but certainly adequate since we were just using it to sleep and shower. Would stay again.
We loved our stay in the Ruby Hotel. A beautiful house with simplistic but beautifully designed interiors, located in the centre of vibrant Neve Tzedek. Numerous excellent restaurants, bars and boutique stores are in close proximity, and the beach isn't that far away, easily accessible via the Park HaMesila. And whenever we run into someone from the staff, they were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms can be a big small if you travel with two big luggages. But other than that, we totally recommend the Ruby Hotel
Cool common area concept, clean, spacious room. Great communication with hotel staff.
Low touch high class. Beautiful space set in the heart of it all — using tech to afford a great value in price. Self check in worked well and the small parking lot across the street saved us.
Communication not great
It is a lovely property with nice common areas that are usable and a lovely little patio also used by all guest. No staff on site but they were responsive by email and allowed us to store our luggage before check in. Room was clean and linens nice. I would stay here again for certain. Nice location too.
Overall lovely accommodations. A bit overpriced considering there are no hotel amenities and no staff (and there was a bit more of a delay than we'd have liked in getting a response when we did ask questions), but overall would still recommend. The rooms are well decorated with comfortable beds and everything was very clean. The location was excellent!
This is a classic building near the Neve Tsedeq neighborhood, very conveniently located close to Rothschild Blvd and the beach. The check-in was super easy, with access to the main building and the room with an electronic code. The common areas were all great, with Nespresso and even milk and other items, silverware, etc free of charge. The room itself was comfortable and the AC worked well; the cleaning staff came daily and refilled items such as water, fresh towels, soap etc. Shower wonderful. The building is in a popular area with some nightlife, so it did sometimes get quite noisy outside during the evening hours.
Stylish accommodations
Ruby is a beautiful old building stylishly renovated into quiet, modern rooms and common areas. Very nice stay.
Great location! Common area has unlimited coffee, tea, water, and beer. Pillows were overstuffed but otherwise bed was comfortable.
Great little boutique hotel - amazing location!
Great location
Unfortunately the lack of good and clear communication, and lack of flexibility on the staff cast a shadow on the entire experience. We needed an additional 90 minutes in the room. The hotel refused. There is only one cleaner, and I spoke with her. She said from her perspective, she could easily schedule her time so that she could clean our room 90 minutes after the 12:00 check out time and it wouldn't impact her schedule or cause her to be to stay longer. There's a hotel WhatsApp, they said they'd offer a cheaper rate than available online; they never followed through. The hotel is all code operated. My code wasn't emailed to me on time. Only after I arrived and knocked and then called the emergency number listed on the door to the hotel, did I receive the code in a late email.
A Gem in Tel-Aviv
Hotel was immaculate. Private rooms and public spaces. Location is great relative to some of the funkier and chic neighborhoods of Tel-Aviv. Not too far from the beach but not the location if you want to focus on the beach during your stay.
Great hotel. Super cute easy in and out. Great location and neighborhood. Nice quiet Outdoor space to spend time with a coffee in the mornings or the free beers in the evenings. Loved staying here. Would definitely return.
Highly recommended
Nice Hotel, like the communal kitchen area with free coffee/tea and beer, its the small things that make a big difference.
The Ruby Hotel is clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the shared communal spaces with coffee, tea and dishware along with the beautiful patio. The check in was very easy. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience with the exception of two items. The first which could not be prevented, but would have been good to know ahead of time was the very loud nearby construction that occurred early in the morning on the last two days. Perhaps this couldn't have been prevented, but I saw many listings that identified long construction projects nearby so visitors would know ahead of time. The second item that I really think the hotel should address is that fact that they don't have "do not disturb" notices for visitors to leave outside. The housekeeping came by to replace the towels and on two occasions walked in once while I was taking a nap and another time when I was just out of the shower even though I kept yelling "please don't come in". A really simple solution and one that exists in pretty much every hotel is a "do not disturb" tag that you can place outside. On the third night, they did replace the towels while we were out, but felt weird about people entering the room without our permission.
Best location, surrounded by lots of bakeries… Loved the self check in, free water bottles, great toiletries, lovely outdoor sitting… access to a kitchen was great (but please add paper napkins:).
