The BEST place to stay in Tenerife! Location, facilities and service are utterly fantastic
Excellent hotel with great service, friendly and professional at all times
Absolutely beautiful. Friendly staff, clean property.
I recommended must staying here
All was good
Amazing hotel with fantastic staff & food
Modern luxury
Modern, clean, sharp place. Properly beautiful grounds. 5 restaurants, at least 3 bars. Rooms, are vast, better equipped than most flats and have excellent terraces, some with private pools, but all are enormous and private.
A standout experience, better than most
Excellent accommodations. Extremely clean and new feeling with decor. Staff is perfect, consistent pleasantness across the team. Food is very good too. Upper level restaurants can be difficult to book, basically need reservations before we even arrived which is a bit disappointing. 2 on-site michelin restaurants but they have dress codes that youre not quote ready for if youve set yourself up just for a beach destination. So pack your chinos and dress shoes if you want that option. Two aodes of hotel offers you adults only or for families. So it's nice for couples that need an escape.
Even better than expected
The reviews were excellent but it was even better than expected. The suite was enormous and the kitchen was particularly good. The hotel was spotless and the staff were efficient and pleasant
Wonderful place to stay.
This hotel is fabulous. It imposes its pristine white futuristic bulk on the skyline behind chi-chi La Caleta. It’s reception is straight out of James Bond. It’s facilities are impressive. It’s accommodation generous and wonderful to stay in. It is a marvellous place to come to for a holiday.
Fnatastic Hotel and brilliant staff....real 5 star...thanks
Our family of 5 had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful with excellent service and amenities with lots to do for the whole family. We had a 2 level villa with private pool which was perfect and we also enjoyed dining in the town of La Caleta where the resort is located. We loved our stay and highly recommend staying here.
Stunning, Can't wait to go back..
A 5 day trip to Tenerife after 20 years away. It was fabulous from the start, easy friendly check in, Suite was stunning with ocean view, restaurants were superb, all the staff could not do enough for us and to make our stay perfect. Small village just mins walk and typical fish restaurants to eat out if you need to, already booking for Sept..joined the Barcelo group for special offers, with that you get another 2 hours extra checkout.
Amazing hotel,
Our suite was spacious, quite well equipped, very clean & comfortable. The balcony overlooks the sea and was very quiet and sheltered from the wind. Kettle and coffee maker in room, daily top up of tea/coffee and water. Good sized fridge. Cooker not easy to figure out but works well when you get it going. Restaurants-good variety and excellent staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing, mostly COVID safe servings -granola, nuts, seeds and dried fruit still have shared spoons- but everything else is safe. Our server Melody was very attentive and remembered our preferences. Angie and Justyna were so cheery and welcoming that breakfast felt like coming home. Justyna went above and beyond, making my birthday particularly special and helping a lot with my dairy allergy. We felt very cared for, not just another customer. Pools- all lovely and clean, no hot tub. Plenty of loungers at starfish but just a few with cushions. Upstairs Andreas will look after you! The nearby area is lovely for walking along the beach and over the cliffs. Lots of para sailing. We also did a whale watching tour with Monte Christo which was very good- saw pilot whales, fintail whale and turtle. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby, good bus service, some nice restaurants in the town (walking distance)- our favourite was the Chinese on the front called Restaurante 88. For all these restaurants you must book- don’t wait til you get there, book in advance or you’ll be eating at 9pm.
perfect
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Great service. Very clean rooms. Lots of space with great views and access to a full kitchen and laundry- home away from home. Pool very modern and clean. Children’s club limited, but good enough for smaller children. They freely admit it is more of an adult catered hotel. Restaurants all very nice. Breakfast set in the Olivia has lovely surroundings. San Ho was ok Japanese, but would not recommend - food fairly small portions and will need to order extras to compensate ! There are plenty of good restaurants outside the hotel with varying degrees of bill size which we enjoyed. Would whole heartedly recommend for a holiday in the sun
The Best in Tenerife
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything was spotless. The rooms are spacious and airy with large balconies. The service is spectacular, and they go out of their way to ensure you are cared for. The location is great because it is basically right on the coast. It is also surrounded by many wonderful restaurants. That is if you choose not to dine in one of the 5 restaurants on property (one of which has a Michelin star). We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t change a thing.
Had a really wonderful stay here for a week in November. The hotel is beautiful and having the kitchen in the rooms makes it so easy to grab a quick lunch/dinner if you don’t feel like eating out. I tried the restaurant by the pool and the Italian restaurant during my stay and both were excellent. I look forward to coming back again when the sister hotel is open and trying the restaurants there. The staff were all wonderful and those who manage the pool area were particularly good at making you feel welcome and looked after. Everyone is really good at following the virus guidelines and I felt really safe the whole time. Look forward to coming back!
Perfection
Absolutely loved it there - we stayed in a 2 bed suite with our 10 month old son. The suites are essentially apartments with all the benefits of being in a hotel. The beds were very comfy. The staff were so helpful and kind - it really stood out how lovely and client friendly even the housekeeping staff were. I had never been to Tenerife before and I guess I had a negative impression of some of the stereotypes. I shouldn’t have worried - we had a great time - both in the Royal Hideaway Suites and also in the village of Caleta, where the suites are located.
Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.
Very clean facility. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great views. Loved having a full kitchen with supplies in the suite.
This property is well kept-very clean, no rubbish, no semi finished houses, like say in Greece or Cyprus. We did not like crowds of immigrants insisting to buy fake goods. Why local authorities allow this?
I went for a Mum and daughter time away and we all had a fantastic time. The suite was huge and had more than enough space for the 3 of us even though we were in the deluxe one bedroom suite. Loved the fitness programme on offer!! We are definitely going back.
Fantastic hotel, so original with reception incorporating the rock. Staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Will return!
Great hotel. Great facilities. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Will return.
Perfect Paradise
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent rooms and cleanliness. Amazing buffet breakfast with everything you could imagine and excellent service.
The hotel is in a lovely location and the hotel itself is excellent in every way from the reception when you are first greeted with a cold drink or glass of champagne, then the magic happens when you enter your room, very clean beautiful interior, could not ask for more. The staff ( all the staff ) are polite and friendly and customer service is at a high standard. We would like to thank Costa and Pedro the bar staff for looking after us so well, and for Natalie who looked after our room for her brilliant service. We have travelled to many places for our holidays and we would say that this hotel, is one of the best. We would recommend if you want to relax and enjoy great hospitality.
Every single member of staff we encountered always said hello and were friendly. The hotel is the best we have ever stayed at and will definitely be returning.
The apartment was immaculate, the staff were so friendly & the facilities were really good. There is access to both the hotel and suites meaning that the Rooftop Infinity Pool can be used during the day & has amazing sunset views.
Great hotel. Very clean and all staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
We couldn't have asked for a better stay - the hotel was beautiful, very clean and relaxing. The room was large and comfortable with a large private terrace and sea view. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food/drink was great. We would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to friends.
Beautiful and relaxing - very quiet and a much needed break
Amazing hotel, location, service and staff. Highly recommend.
Perfect for families.
Second time we stayed here and loved it again! The hotel is amazing, the staff are great and the location is perfect.
Modern styling, beautify property, excellent service. Loved it.
Contemporary hotel,rather grim surroundings
This is an ultra modern hotel. We booked in for a week in 2 bed suite, having stayed at Ritz Carlton week before. It is undoubtedly a nice hotel, but the surrounding views I found rather depressing. The food offering in adults restaurant at pool was poor.Breakfast is 25€ per night pp. They offer 30% discount I took a look this morning and looks a bun fight for that much money! The service is good but I am afraid incomparable with Ritz Carlton it just doesnt have that polish. Very disappointed with kids club an unused meeting room in basement. As Gold member 1 of the vip offerings was room upgrade subject to availability, they claimed on checkin next room category booked out (pool),just saw on their own website available! That is dissappointing, never had that before with VIP perks as gold member. Probably steer away from Barcelo in future. Having said all this if ultra modern hotels is your thing,it is probably the best choice on this island.
Visited the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites in June. This hotel is unique and amazing with very helpful staff. Suites are spacious, very well equipped with everything you may need i.e. home-from-home, large and relaxing bed, living space, great balcony with sea views. The pool is perfect with sea views. The hotel and staff made our visit feel special with delightful touches in the suit, such as Chocolates and Cava. Breakfast was included with a good variety of breakfast items and plenty of healthy options including fresh fruits. The Hotel is very unique and modern, and its staff is very helpful, making you feel as a valued guest. Their attention to detail is outstanding. A simple example is knowing who you are and welcoming you by your name, when you have just sat down for breakfast.
Fantastic property and I hope to return again one day with my family. Very friendly service and amazing facilities.
Superb accomodation. Friendly staff, excellent amenities and dining options, spectacular views. Cannot say anything bad about the property.
Amazing hotel a real treat. We all had the best time very relaxing and quiet with the busier centre about 20 min walk away. Highly recommend this hotel and location.
Absolutely stunning resort, great accommodating and friendly staff. Huge rooms with everything you need and massive balconys. Super location in lovely La Caleta which has some great restaurants with stunning views over the bay. Only slight complaint would be the price of drink and the quietness of the on site bars which are pretty dead in the evening. That may suit a lot of people tbough
Amazing rooms and staff. Ugly and far away beach. Not for famalies
The hotel was amazing and had everything you would need. The staff were so wonderful and available to help with anything at any time of the day. All areas of the hotel were kept immaculately clean all day long.
Friendly attentive staff. Ideal hotel for stays with babies/ small children
Everything was great!Near lovely restaurants, hotel restaurants were amazing. Staff friendly and polite.
Gold star
Just back from 8-nights here and didn’t want to leave. It’s fantastic! The room was one of the best and largest we’ve ever stayed in, plus it featured high-quality amenities. The hotel is an architectural masterpiece with amazing ocean views. The staff were all, bar none, kind, attentive and courteous. The breakfast buffet was first class and we really enjoyed the Starfish restaurant and Italian. Will definitely be returning!
Family of four holiday
My stay was very relaxing. Our hotel accommodation was excellent giving us the flexibility to eat in or out. The space within the Deluxe two bedroom apartment was excellent for a family of four. The only thing negative to say was that the spa was under going maintenance and was not open. All in all a very good hotel complex and would recommend.
Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable.
Fantastic hotel with very friendly and professional staff.
Amazing place! If you are a couple I would still strongly advise you stay on the family side - the rooms are twice as big, balconies amazing and the few children that were there were beautifully behaved. Best of all, you can still use the 2 pools on the adults only side of the Hotel too. Service was impeccable and this is probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in!
a superb stay at Royal Hideaway Corales suites
we had 10 days of excellent service and attention will some superb food. our room was spacious with all the services you need.
Luxury hotel
Almost perfect hotel. Very modern and chic . Small selection of food but quality is very high.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful room and the staff were, without exception, friendly, welcoming and helpful.
A beautiful new hotel in a large contemporary building, lovely location and courteous staff. Beyond all expectations.
From the moment we arrived we experienced a first class hotel and service. The surprise was the wider resort with a great promenade walk to Port Colon and very good local facilities. The hotel has brilliant reviews. It’s almost new and still box fresh but the quality is in all the details. Architect designed and clinically modern with local references including a grand reception chiselled from the volcanic rock- with some tasteful man made lava rock added for effect- sounds odd but worked great. Bar bills will be expensive if you get carried away...but this is a cut above. We will return.
Relaxing and refined haven offering top quality accommodation, restaurants and facilities. Excellent location in Costa Adeje overlooking La Caleta.
Fantastic hotel, looks stunning and in a great location.
Great!
Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel, staff extremely friendly (especially with kids), pool area and spa are amazing. Highly recommend it.
Everything we wanted from available. The suite was wonderful and met our needs. Staff were excellent and responded to our requirements. The spa facilities were a surprising bonus. Highly recommend this resort.
Superb hotel with great service
Believe the brilliant reviews of this hotel. The service was faultless. Amenities are superb and it comes complete with staff who look like they belong in one of the Shoreditch / Soho group hotels. The hotel didn’t feel busy at all. Maybe apart from the NAO breakfast buffet at times. We ended up staying on the family side - we are childfree (this wasn’t clear to us in the booking which I would say is something to keep an eye out for - probably my oversight) but that meant we had a bigger room / lounge and we’d do the same again. Adult only areas were much appreciated and we hung out on the family side also - another great space. Food was brilliant, decent standard and plenty to choose from. We loved our Maresia dinner - def recommend the tasting menu. I only give the local area a smiley as we didn’t leave the hotel. Never done that before, but we needed the break :) we’ll be going back.
Fantastic hotel. Everything wonderful including the staff.
A great resort with nothing to fault. We had a lovely relaxing week here.
beautiful hotel
First class hotel with first class staff to match. So friendly and nothing too much trouble. Antonio in the cocktail bar was great fun! The suites were fantastic with amazing outdoor space. Can’t wait to go back.
Fabulous...Go....Book it now!
The hotel (which is adult only) and the Suites are connected by a walkway on an upper floor so as adults you can use the facilities of both buildings. We stayed in a deluxe one bed-roomed suite which was terrific, loads of space, a huge bed and fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The rooms are white and bright and much larger than expected with a super balcony if you just want to chill and read a book. There is a really beautiful pool area and the water temperature is perfect. Towels were plentiful as were sun loungers. We had hired a double mobility scooter and the bell boys couldn't have been more helpful storing it for us and getting it out whenever we needed it. Very handy when we just nipped down to the village which was just a few minutes away. If you need a scooter, its easy to ride along to Plaza del Duque and the beach there and onwards to Playa de las Americas and beyond. Just a small gravelled section which you can avoid by going round the block. We opted for half board as it was on offer and is well worth the money for the breakfast alone...loads of choice. The restaurant and the staff are highly commendable and the buffet dinner was superior to most (good choice for families) plus there are several restaurants to choose from in the hotel but we were tempted by our favourite restaurants in La Caleta ...Logarto, Restaurant 88, Rosso Sul Mare, Char. Basically you are spoilt for choice so no need to travel far for dinner.
Hotel
Very nice hotel with polite staff who couldn’t do enough for you, would not hesitate to go back and recommend to a friend.
The hotel was very modern and new with Wi-Fi access throughout the resort property. The staff was exceptional, especially Mariana at reception. My friends and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a private pool which was amazing. We had a prix fix meal at Maresia and everything was delicious. The experience was worth the price.
Pure luxury
We stayed here for four nights, I wish it had been longer, we have stayed in a lot of hotels good and bad but this one is a winner. Luxury Luxury luxury, we had a two bedroom suite, a bit over indulgent for a couple but I like space however this place had plenty of it, the one bedroom would have surfaced. This place certainly had it all, the suite was cleaned twice per day Never had that before, five minute walk down the road are some beautiful restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the hotel, 10/15 Euro for a taxi to las America if you want to visit , It was a much needed rest and recovery and the staff were amazing , kind, helpful, nothing wa# a problem
Close to everything.
First rate hotel, all the staff were excellent. So much so we have booked again for October, can't wait!
Super chic & great poolside service
This is a fab new addition to the Costa Adeje/Caletta coastline. Super chic with its white, minimalist approach, it’s a beautiful new hotel. The reception is stunning - it’s something out of a James Bond film as it’s cut out of the rock face & coral imagery projected onto it. The rooms (we had a 2 bed suite with pool) are excellent - kitted out with all you need (kitchen/laundry too) and lovely decor & furniture. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that as it’s only 6 months old it feels like there are a few teething problems which i’m sure they are working hard to fix (breakfast egg station service was a little frantic, Alice restaurant was closed). But we will be returning, maybe without the kids so we can properly try out the adults half of the hotel.
In fact I went to many hotels in the world and the resorts did not see like this hotel of luxury, spaciousness, cleanliness and property service and in fact I will come back to them soon. This hotel is the finest I've ever seen. Really. Royal i like it The hotel is one of the finest sites in Tenerife. Adeje and also. See how to clean your own pool. And cleanliness. Really a 5 star hotel meritorious
Great hotel. Great staff. Great facilities great food.
Amazing hotel
Everything about our stay was just perfect, from the friendly staff to the location, the size and layout of our two bedroom suite and the huge selection at breakfast and dinner buffet. It’s not the cheapest hotel in the area but you definitely get what you pay for, this place did not disappoint! We can’t wait to return!

Loved the suites, large with lots of space and massive balcony with sunshine all day. Defo be back
