Very nice experience

Great location,near numerous restaurants and easy access to promenade. Hotel very modern and impeccably clean. Pool service could be improved, but a minor issue.

Couldn’t recommend

The hotel had been recommended by friends, a couple of weeks before our arrival we decided we had to leave one day earlier than we booked and paid for, we had tried on several occasions prior to our arrival to contact the hotel to advise them of this, unfortunately we received no reply. Upon arrival we advised reception staff of this, even though we had paid the hotel directly two months prior to arrival, the matter has still not been resolved, and we have not received a refund. Both of the Michelin star restaurants were fully closed for the time we were there. My wife booked massages for both of us and a facial for herself. After our massages , my wife enquired where she need to go for her facial, she was advised that there was no facial booked, and there was no availability to have one, even though Alvaro from the Spa had rang our room the day earlier to confirm.We had booked another week here for January, but have since cancelled this , thank god we hadn’t paid for it in advance. It would be impossible to recommend this hotel based on our experience there.

Property was beautiful and immaculate. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall dining was great although we were slightly disappointed with the food options by the pool. All in all, we would stay there again for sure.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff are very nice and room is cleaned. We stayed at the adult only place on 1/2 board. Breakfast and dinner options are both great. Drinks are a little expensive through.

Stayed for one night after a long stay in Tenerife this was one of the nicest hotels I stayed in over the 21days. Would come back and stay here.

Good hotel, modern clean Stylish. Bathroom bedroom is open plan with no option for privacy - not always convenient. I’d like to come back with my friend but don’t exactly want to have bath/shower in full view!! Hotel is huge, between adult only side & family side. Can’t hear kids when you are at the pool but when on your balcony you can hear them. It isn’t bad tho. Staff are lovely, hotel is clean & comfortable. I will return (depending who I’m with

This was a great hotel, clean, great dining options included for half board. Adults area with 2 oools and a rooftop pool/bar. Loved this hotel.

Could not fault one thing about the hotel . Food , cleanliness, staff and rooms were all amazing !

Quality and variety of restaurants was excellent. Staff were friendly and excellent with both quality of service and responsiveness. Only a few minutes stroll to the old village centre and the many restaurants and tapas bars. Room was amazing including large balcony overlooking the sea.

Luxurious 10 day stay

It was perfect from start to finish. Reception, waiters, state of the rooms. All excellent.

Everything was great at the hotel apart from the sunbed situation. At times there were not enough sun beds and people were allowed to reserve them although hotel policy clearly stated they couldn’t. Pool man was unhelpful and clearly had preferred guests who could reserve the best beds every day

We had an amazing stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach. The staff were unbelievable helpful and friendly. We ate at a few of the restaurants on site and the food was incredible! The facilities were amazing and clean. Our room was phenomenal! We enjoyed our time at the infinity pool and always managed to get sun loungers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting!

Absolutely beautiful facility- new and very clean, modern and chic. Beautiful room with view on the ocean and sunset!very comfortable bed. Multiple amenities- several swimming pools, bars and very good restaurants. Every day we we’re finding new places! Beautiful views! Several different beaches near by. But the most important- excellent staff- very friendly and helpful! We will be back with family and friends!

The room was very spacious with amazing sea views from the huge balcony. The staff were outstanding - always smiling and happy to help with taxis/ restaurant reservations and any general questions. This was our second stay - and we'll definitely be back!! Thanks to everyone

An excellent all round property.

We spent a week here for our babymoon and to celebrate our anniversary and it was such an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived until the very end. Individual staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with a warm smile. The room was spacious with a stunning view, clean and beautiful interior. The breakfast was good and well organised and well presented. Melania in particular was very helpful, kindly arranging appointments, flowers and an anniversary cake for us. We appreciated the complimentary chocolates and bottle of fizz as well as all other personal touches throughout stay. Camille and Melania kindly organised an island tour for us and all arrangements over phone and WhatsApp were incredibly helpful and personalised. Daniela at breakfast remembered our names and wished us well on our last day. Again, all these gestures make such a difference! Room service food was good and on-site and nearby restaurants were also great. The only slight disadvantage was that the nicest beach was a bit of a walk away and not many shops around but the promenade leading up to it was walkable, accessible and nice. There were nice essential shops on site, including a hair dresser and the spa was also super relaxing with great treatments for expecting mothers! The area is quiet which I prefer but walking distance to busier areas should you wish to explore more. I would highly recommend this resort! Lots of activities on site too. Thank you!

Highly Recommended

This is a fantastic resort with great staff, service and restaurants. It’s located in the best part of the Island next to a cove full of great restaurants as well so you are spoiled for choice. The rooms are large and all face the water and even better you don’t get the charter flight folks here in the area.

Lovely place, staff are amazing, couldn't do enough. Too many to mention but a few are Mariana at reception, Andreas, Bryan & Jack next to the pool, Grafinnia and Yonathan plus many more at breakfast. 1st class Breakfast choice, amazing restaurants in the hotel but also just outside in La Caleta 2 min walk away.

Amazing facilities and food but even better staff.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Top class. Pools, restaurants, spa etc. couldn’t be better. Quality of food is fantastic with all restaurants clearly taking their influence from the Michelin star chefs on the team. Place was 80% full but felt empty. Biggest asset the hotel is its staff. People couldn’t have done more for you across the whole team. Most friendly and service orientated team in any hotel I have stayed in. It’s clearly part of their culture and other businesses could learn a lot here. it’s all about the people and the top quality experience. We will definitely be back again soon.

Excellent holiday again

This was our second stay at Corales Beach and we were not disappointed! Excellent hotel in every way and suits us as a couple without children. Fantastic restaurants close by the hotel. We would recommend La Caleta to anyone looking for a slightly quieter holiday. We will be back again I'm sure.

Great Experience

Over all very good

100% best hotel in Adeje

The room was huge - with an equally impressive balcony. Everything was spotless - and nothing too much trouble for any of the superb staff. Breakfast was great - the choice was amazing. One suggestion - there is an egg station where freshly cooked eggs are available to order. I think these should be individually cooked to order and not left warming (fried eggs) or re-heated (poached eggs) as they are not hot enough when served. Similarly, the scrambled eggs are in a large pan to serve yourself - and are also not hot enough. We thoroughly enjoyed out one week stay and will definitely return.

Quite good but could still be better

Overall a pretty good experience. Very attentive and friendly staff who work very hard to get things right. Drinks pricing ridiculous on some items i.e. Nearly 6 EUROS for a small bottle of fizzy water. Having to queue up to get into pool area that doesn't open until 09:30 not what is expected at a 5 star resort.

Nice views from room and room was very large and comfortable. Dinner buffet quality and variety for half-board residents was disappointing.

This is, as many visitors have said, a thoroughly beautiful hotel with excellent views and facilities. All the staff from the moment you check in are exceptionally polite and extremely helpful! The rooms are furnished in total modern luxury with a very comfortable super king bed and a very large balcony overlooking the sea!

First class experience from the start - greeted at reception with hot towels to freshen up, very friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel and an amazing room that was spotlessly clean.

5 stars well deserved

Fabulous hotel in a great location. From check-in to checking out the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A very relaxed feel to the hotel with first class service. Lovely breakfast every morning and cocktails at the rooftop bar watching the sun go down. We ate at the Italian restaurant in the Corales Suites one night and that was excellent. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and if we return to Tenerife would definitely stay here again or try another Royal Hideaway resort somewhere else.

All absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Tenerife. Service is amazing, the staff could not be better. Location is quiet and amazing, near fisherman’s area, and with convenient amenities close. Hotel is just perfect, great ocean view, adults only pool perfect if you wanted peace and tranquility. This is a great hotel to relax and unwind. The hotel is modern and clean with great staff who are more than happy to help with any request you might have. If you are not a sea food lover the choice of food is limited. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quite and calm place to stay with no drunken lager louts.

Property is beautifully designed , the suites are bright spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly , conseriege service is poor ( arranged a transfer from airport but never happened ) Breakfast is good but can take up to ten minutes to get a beverage to the table which is usually tepid Despite this would return — location excellent

Great location and excellent facilities. Food offerings in Italian restaurant and evening buffet were disappointing and very overpriced- great competition from fantastic local restaurants but book them in advance to be sure of a table.

Everything was spot on ! The only thing limited as the hotel room service menu. Spa service was our favourite, Fabiana was very good - also Luba ok the spa reception was very accommodating too. Breakfast buffet was good, best I’ve had in the area .. Bed, super comfortable ! Couldn’t complain for a short break to get some winter sun.

Amazing Experience

I had visited here for my first anniversary and i would definately recommend it to everyone..as it was my first anniversary i had some special requests which i had mailed them beforehand and they took care of everything...also being a vegetarian i was not sure how the food would be but they really took care of all our requirements and prepared vegetarian food...it was an amazing experience and i would definately come back here for a stay again

Excellent hotel but designed for good weather, so when weather is wet there is nowhere to sit apart from in the bedroom, no bar and fitness classes cancelled as nowhere inside to do the classes.

This hotel was amazing. We booked the room with the hot tub on the balcony. Fabulous view of the ocean on the 5th floor also overlooking the hotel pool. The service we received from the time we checked in until we checked out was superb. Everyone treated us with exceptional service and ensured we felt right at home. When we had some inquiries of where to go, their recommendations were great! We had buffet breakfast included and the variety was fantastic. Fits all needs whether vegetarian or a meat lover. We went to the japanese fusion restaurant and ate the rice and noodle dish. The sauces and seasonings were spectacular. The food portion was just right. A bit pricey but expected when staying at a hotel. Distance from the tenerife south airport is not too far. Spa and wellness center is great! Not too many people so it still feels intimate. Highly recommend this hotel.

Luxury modern hotel

Really enjoyed a relaxing week at this hotel. We had a basic junior suite and the room and balcony were huge. All was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff were pleasant and worked hard. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking nearby. Only a short walk to small supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in!

From the moment we arrived here we felt special. Complimentary drinks and hot towels on arrival set our mini break off. We came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and were not disappointed! Our room a Junior Suite with sea view was amazing, it had everything we could possibly want and more! The food at the Nao restaurant for dinner and breakfast was also to a very high standard! All the staff here are very welcoming, friendly and cannot do enough for you! We will definitely be returning!!

Amazing new hotel

My boyfriend and I have just returned home from a week of staying at the Royal Hideaway and it was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in, not to mention how lovely and friendly all the staff were. The room we stayed in was the Junior seafront suite and the views of the sea were amazing and the room was incredible. Every morning our room was cleaned to perfection as though we had just arrived again and again to a new room. We paid for half board so breakfast and dinner was included. The breakfast was great and had everything you could possibly want to eat for breakfast. The dinner was a buffet which was really nice, always something different to choose from. Two bad points I would have to make which we were really disappointed with was the fact that the hotel has 5/6 restaurants and when you book half board you are only allowed to eat at the same one every night which was a bit of a shame as when we booked the hotel we were not aware of this and most likely would have just gone for just breakfast so we could try all the places to eat, I think this should be a little more clear when booking. Also on an evening when you order a glass of wine the waiter would bring the bottle over to the table and free pour the class of wine and you were literally given two mouthfuls, not ideal when the glass of wine is pretty pricey. Other than that the whole holiday was amazing, 3 great pools to choose from. We will definitely be coming back to stay with you soon! Thank you!!

Terrible for what it’s supposed to be

At first glance it looked great and the welcome was nice, things quickly changed the longer you stayed there though, the cups for the free coffee where full of used sugar and even when I washed them on the sink they never got washed after we used them, the beds get changed every other day, even if I accidentally drop pasta on it and they just make the bed dirty for the following day. Our room’s key malfunctioned every day, and I mean we where locked out every day, it took us screaming st them by day 9 to send an engineer over and they concluded that yup it’s broken. The day we checked out they put a letter through the door to say they tried knocking to fix the door but nothing. Also free water? Oh no, try nearly 5 euros a small bottle, some people where nice, others short fused and rude. The cleaners where too honest sometimes by saying they couldn’t come a little later to clean cause they wouldn’t be bothered to do a good job! Now I feel bad leaving this review. But we spent nearly £5k on them and that includes £1k in room service and stuff, which reminds me, don’t bother ordering soup of the day because they make a fresh batch every 10 days and you can’t have it in the evening so not really soup of the day. In conclusion, not really the 5 star treatment we spected since I stayed in other hotels around the area for much better comfort so look elsewhere. The manager that was dealing with our case tried to sugar coat things but she literally said they won’t do anything.

Beautiful new property in a quiet location, but still working out some issues. Unclear what the issues are related to...newness? inexperience? lack of attention? Our room was nicely appointed, but didn't feel clean, and for the age of the property, it is already showing signs of wear which were quite unfortunate. The food on-site is subpar for this type of property, and it is over-priced. Much better food (for less) a short walk away. Personal touches were also missing from this property. It might be too big for it's own good, sadly.

great price quality, impeccable service, brand new

This hotel is brand new and the staff is doing everything they can to establish their name. this is of course is great for the guests, because the service is impeccable. The rooms are huge and clean. for the price this hotel is totally worth it. The only minusses are the lack of seating in the bar on the roof, which is otherwise an amazing location, and the restaurants are just ok. The food does not seem to be in line with the quality of the rest of the hotel. It certainly isnt bad (breakfast is great), it is sort of generic. but i would still recommend the hotel, the food is just a minor point.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

From the minute we arrived - greeted with cava - to the minute we left - given bottles of water for our journey home - we were treated like royalty but also family. The hotel is incredible!! Beautiful rooms, food, location, swimming pools, restaurants. The hotel is spotless and every member of staff we had the pleasure of meeting was courteous, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. I loved every second of being here and am already making plans to return.

Fantastic hotel- go before everyone hears about it

Fantastic hotel in a quieter part of the main strip in Tenerife. The service here was absolutely first class- friendly yet professional and nothing was too much trouble. It is a 5* hotel and it feels like a 5 * hotel. The warm welcome, the food- I did half board and there was plenty of variety, the Pilates and gym classes (given by knowledgeable instructors)- the wait staff and the pool staff all went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. It’s a new hotel - and very tastefullly decorated. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach but to be honest I tended to stay within the hotel as there were several pools and I really enjoyed the calm relaxed feel. I did quite a few work outs with Clara the Pilates and fitness instructor. Do her classes - they are informative and fun and she is very patient with beginners. There are several restaurants within he hotel so there is plenty of variety. However if you go half board you only eat at one of the restaurants- but get discounts at the others. If you are a foodie you might prefer just the B&B option. Overall I definitely would recommend this hotel and the people that work at it - thank you for a lovely break.

A stunning piece of architecture with level of comfort, finish and facilities to match. Fantastic choice of pools, retaurants and bars in an idyllic village location of La Caleta. Great choice of high end restaurants in La Celata also. We'll definitely be back!

All the staff without exception go the extra mile, the facilities are first class and the food excellent, breakfast on the terrace with magnificent sea views is breath taking. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will most certainly return.

Clean, smart, very comfortable

Great stay, very relaxing, only slight point is the road near the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, the odd motorbike or car driving by will wake you up... Take ear plugs. Apart from that, all very good. The staff are great, Alexandra in the buffet restaurant always made me smile. And the girls on reception, were extremely hospitable. Get a room on the 4th of 5th floor (i stayed in the adult section), the views are better!!

Perfect hilltop hotel overlooking the ocean

Fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel perched on a hillside overlooking the ocean. Buffet breakfast and dinner on half board option was superb. Hotel is south facing so you get the sunset view every night from the rooftop bar and infinity pool. Used the spa facilities and had a great experience. Gym also well kitted out with free weight dumbbells (up to 20kg) and decent cable machines.

Nice break, but lacks a bit of character

New hotel, only opened in February so was expecting a good quality of room etc. Wasn't disappointed as for as room and hotel facilities. However, the food choice in the main buffet area was limited. No pasta choices, and only on the third night did we realize that you had to ask for this, it was not on show anywhere. All the hot food choices were shown as uncooked, and you had to point to the chef who was cooking it to tell him what you wanted. Other hotel guests had to show us this, it was not explained by the hotel staff? Some of the items in the buffet were not covered up and we couldn't help but notice flies on the food at times. We stayed in the Adult Only part of the hotel, and we were a little disappointed with the facilities on offer. No entertainment that we saw. And no indoor air conditioned area to sit in for example, for an evening cocktail before dinner.other than our hotel room. We did explore the other parts of the hotel, but most was still under construction and not finished - no shops available and the hotel is a little far out. Arranged to go Dolphin Watching, this was arranged directly with the reception staff as no other way of finding out about excursions. There was confusion on the day of the excursion due to the collection taxi going to the wrong hotel But we got there in the end with the help of the hotel staff. Could do with more excursion ideas being on display in or around the hotel.

Few niggles, teething problems that most new hotels have, but generally a fabulous new hotel. I’ve booked to come back.
