We stayed here before and after our cruise and it was perfect. They really accommodate cruisers. They did need cups and wipes in the workout room though.

They upgraded our room to a newly renovated room and it was beautiful! The beds were comfy, the dj was so much fun, and the food was delicious! This is our second time coming here and we will never not come back!!

We had a last minute reservation that Radisson handled with no problem. Ended up being better thannwhere we originally were going to stay until they canceled on us. Made everything easy and carefree. Would HIGHLY recommend, especially if heading to/from a cruise.

While the stay was very nice, getting to the correct building and trying three times to get the key card rescanned so we could get in the room left me questioning the decision. The property is too rambling with different building in so many areas. Both the buildings, the parking, and the staircases are not marked very well. The staff were accommodating and it served our purpose, but the negatives will make me give it a longer thought before booking next time.

We always stay here before and after our cruise. Staff is always wonderful and the food is amazing at restaurant. Close to other places to eat as well.

Parking & shuttle is what is the best about Hotel

The place was under construction which didn't bother us. The layout is VERY confusing and the buildings have numbers on them that are large but in my opinion should have larger numbers. It was confusing to find out where our room actually was. They do mark a map but we actually had to help others to find their rooms, after we found ours. We used the restroom inside the front entrance. There was no sign saying water off. Do not use. Imagine our surprise AFTER using it and going to check out desk and the lady saying.. "Oh yeah we don't have water right now to flush or wash your hands." Simple sign and all could have been avoided. Mcdonalds is across the street. So be sure to get your breakfast before your shuttle time. We didn't realize it until it was too late. It was dark when we arrived. Overall for the parking and convenience and price of it and the shuttle, we would stay again. I did leave a note saying that walking was difficult for two of us in our party. That didn't seem to matter when they picked the location of our room.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at Radisson before cruising and as always it was a great stay. There have been many updates and it seems they are always improving the property. The check in was perfect, the room was clean and inviting, the bar tender & food at the tiki bar were awesome and breakfast was delicious. We would recommend the Radisson at the Port to friends and family!

Check in was a breeze. The girl at the desk was so helpful and very nice.

Very large property…kinda too big. However well organized for port shuttles. Staff was courteous. Nice to receive a cocktail upon arrival. Helped endure long line. Hotel is on middle of remodel, so getting to your room can be a hassle. Our room key door component did not work, but was helped immediately. Though room lacked, great staff made up for it.

Wait for renovation to be completed before staying

The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation project, which we could hear from our room loud and clear. Our room was fine, just a little shabby around the edges. Our room was only cleaned/restocked once in 7 days. I would wait until the renovation is complete before staying there.

Given other reviews I’m glad I was in a recently updated room. But the updates left a lot to be desired too. There is a “smart fridge” that operated mysteriously and then no microwave to heat up any food you refrigerate. There is only one “closet” and it has only small shelves and no drawers. There was only one coffee cup despite the array of coffee pods and tea bags. All in all a bizarre hodgepodge of services. I guess it really it suited for people staying one night before a cruise. As for the one site shuttle company, they never had availability when I needed. I’d stay somewhere else if coming to this area again.

Check in was decent - definitely not friendly. Stayed 2 nights with 4 people. Requested additional towels, never brought. Conveniently located near the cruise port. Will I stay here again? No.

This is a cool spot, food, breakfast and dinner was amazing. Music playing pool side, nice vibe! Staff, very accommodating. Pleasant people, we all got to hear the rocket launch, to cloudy to see it. Check in, and out very easy. The shuttle to the cruise ship was perfect. Thank you.

My air conditioner in room302 makes noise every time it kicks off. They need port to charge your phone

Shower water was luke warm at best. Site is a maze, in part because of remodeling,Not friendly to the handicapped mostly because of the cobblestone pathways. Service to long term parking is needed -like golf carts. Too high priced. Redecorating is needed.

Was given keys for ine room but directed to another. Then was charged full room again, along with incidentals on another. Fortunately had enough on card not to bounce. Took several days to get corrected. Overall not a great experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Its proximity to the cruise port is why we selected the Radisson. We loved the pool area and the outdoor Tiki bar, although it was a little too chilly to swim on the days we were there. Check-in and check-out was seamless and we had no wait. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to restaurants in the area and enjoyed drinks at Flamingos, which is located on the premises. After staying here, we booked the Radisson Resort for our next trip to Cape Canaveral later this year!

Remodeling. The sofas in the suites no longer have beds. Housekeeping brought us a roll away bed and it worked great

Spacious and comfortable

Our room was spacious and well furnished. The hotub is hot and well maintained! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had one small issue that was handled very quickly and professionally by the hotel management. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are amazing but the rooms are definitely in need of an update.

I liked the convenience of location to port. However, rooms were outdated and moldy, and the front desk staff was really rude (same person always waited on me). Additionally still have yet to receive deposit back and i checked out 12/26.

Fixer Upper

I don’t mean to sound rude but this hotel needs a fixer upper.. the doors jammed, the toilet was cracked, the tv was cracked, the pool towels were old, the laundry machine broke.. the doors didn’t lock…

The biggest problem was at dinner. We waited an hour to find out the waitress hadn’t put our order in. The head waitress screamed in my husbands face that they were doing the best they can! Other people told us they experienced the same thing

Very clean modern and offers all the necessary amenities

It appears that the room has not been remodeled since the 70s. There was a loud roaring noise out of the air vent that kept us up all night. We were told there were no more rooms to move to.

Stinky bathroom. Smells like someone has just used it before we checked in. Pillow covers smelling of sweat. Don’t think they clean linen before a new guest checks in.

Definitely will recommend the Sheraton at the airport

The hotel was horrible, taking a shower and someone walks into our room, they had booked our room to someone else. It was freezing in the room. The TV did not work and I booked a suite. The staff was not professional at all. Horrible experience .

Great start to vacation!

Great way to start your cruise vacation! Beautiful pool and hot tub-open til 10pm. Great gym-open til 11pm. Super close to the port and plenty of restaurants; you can also arrange to park here for your cruise. Under renovation-upgrades are really nice, but there is some construction that starts early!

Stayed for one night before our cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The gave us a complimentry breakfast. We will stay again.

The room wasn’t what I seen in the photos. We got one of the older rooms. Looked extremely sketchy and looked like a hotel that was on the cheaper side. Not too happy with the room. Location was nice and convenient and clean

Amazing room right next to pool. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They had a DJ at the bar/pool the night we stayed and it was very entertaining... breakfast buffet was a little pricey...for the cost of stay I felt breakfast should have been included...provided transportation to cruise port for minimal cost..

Great pool area and Tiki bar and food. Extremely nice staff. Halls are very noisy as front door to suite had a 1/4" opening of light. Housekeeping was very cranky when i tried to find a place for trash. No housekeeping on weekends and only Mon, Wed, &Fri. I booked a handicapped room but they didnt have one available and i requested a toilet riser for the old, extremely low toilet. Was told they would have one but never got it after numerous requests. Ongoing remodeling and construction. No snack machines or room service. Very inconvenient with having a handicapped person with me. Low toilet created a huge problem for her. Might give them another try adter construction is complete.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The process of shuttling to the port was effortless. Worth every penny. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a pre-cruise hotel with a shuttle to the port.

Places conveniently located close to the cruise ship . Nice property need some Updating for the interior bedrooms as it seemed Dated. Good amenities for the overnight . Staff was Friendly and helpful .

The room was not cleaned After our first night…no new towels, no new coffee… they told me they only clean on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday??? What????

Tina at Flamingos was super friendly! We picked an older room and we were right beside pool and jacuzzi, never heard anyone and saved us the walk!

We only stayed one night before a cruise. The rooms were a little outdated but the hot tub and pool area seemed updated and nice. The staff were excellent! The man that worked the desk late night on Nov 8th was excellent.
