Excellent service

Did not look like 5star hotel. May be at best 3 star. The price is as high as other good 5 star hotel. Breakfast was not good. The room was small too.

Average Hotel

It was not so good as the booking was accepted for 2 adults and 2 kids however, there were no suitable arrangements in the room to accommodate. Concierge Staff and need some training on how to address the guests. Guard at the entry was very rude and almost misbehaved with the cab driver.

The hotel was a decent business hotel but lacked customer service. The lights in my room were not working. I asked the front desk to clean up some stuff but they forgot. Small stuff like that.

Xcellent property but little away from noida main area Sector 18. Room rent on the higher side.

I stayed in Raddison Noida for the past 7 years. Everything is perfect here! Modern interiors and friendly services. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay if in NOIDA

It was fine

The best Radisson in NCR area probably and great for families. Updated property and room conditions are very good. Room service is decent and you can get a response in 5-10 mins. The reception staff is slow however and it takes more time than usual to check in. But they are very nice and cordial, Ritka even kept my 1 yr old engaged while we waited for transportation, always love staff who show the personal touch, highly recommend her for customer service. Will come again next time I am in the area.

Needs a change in attitude

Reception Staff need to be more courteous. Dinner ok ok. Desert not good. Breakfast very good. Chef Sudha was very kind. Good tea, parantha etc.

Generally good

This our 2nd stay here. They all remembered us from last year. I cannot say enough praise for the staff that went above and beyond to help us. They even helped tracked down a specific Ayurvedic medicine we needed to find! They accommodated us with a late check out. The breakfast buffet is great!

Was able to get a room upgrade. Stayed in a nice suite. Property staff were very helpfull.

The waitress Baby was especially attrntive , very polite and remembered my drink from a previous order. Front of house managers very helpful. A courtesy room for late checkout would be good

The floor basket was not clean. The ac didn’t work well, too cold. The bed cushion seemed too old to use. It needs to change.

Decent Hotel

Radisson Noida is on par with the Radisson line of hotels. The rooms are spatious and comfortable. The food, particularly the buffet dinner, can be improved as relatively the same menu was served for 4 days straight. Sunita was an excellent host at the restaurant and made up for the few shortcomings. I'd likely visit again.

We stayed here for two nights. I travel a lot and the service level even according to"Indian" 3 star hotels was an absolute mess. The bar staff is terrible, they don't approach you and ask if they can be of service, then they don't even ask for another beer/drink, don't ask for food, I literally had to leave the bar, go and speak to the duty manager the first night and raising the issue. One would think after that, the next night would get better... But no, nothing doing. Same issue the second night. Then we had a team meeting rented their business center... We then had 10 of us there for lunch. Our staff ordered and Indian lunch and we sat at the table 1 hour had passed and lunch wasn't made, again had to escalate and create a huge scene there. All in all the service is terrible absolutely terrible. Unclear how the GM and owners are running this hotel, but I can tell you the service is terrible.

The staff at the Restaurant was extra courteous. Especially Sonam and the tall gentleman in Blue suit. They both worked breakfast as well as dinner shifts. Attention to detail and trying to fulfill every request in spite of working long hours is what I appreciated the most. Sunil Kumar from housekeeping did a great job too.

Very unorganized hotel. Rented conference room for two days. They told us to Rs1500 per person. I asked if I need to sign a contract but they did not provide any paperwork. Next day they told us the charge was go per day. Make sure if you are asking anything other than room please check the papers

Continuous power issues during my stay

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days (2 nights). There were power fluctuations in my room since day 1 due to which all lights were going On and Off many times and it was very disturbing, I had complained to them 5 times but they were unable to fix the issue. I even requested them to move me to another room, which they did not do. I actually like Radisson, but this time I had a terrible experience.

We booked it for double occupancy but yet Expedia booked it for single occupancy! Thh he e hotel asked us to pay extra for the second person even though a double occupancy reservation wouldn’t merit a higher tariff! EXPEDIA’s blunder and Radisson’s greed! Bad combination!

Ething was good except glass of the window was dirty with mud on it . In the morning it looked bad otherwise rest was good

Everything about my stay was excellent, right from the security guards to reception and house keeping

It was a great stay at the Radisson, Noida. Good hospitality and great amenities.

Close to near by malls. Had chauffeured car services. Great food and beautiful spacious rooms.

Disappointed!

Didn't expect Radisson to be so bad. There were mosquitoes in the lobby. Sat in the bar to have a drink and the glasses were smelly . Half the wines in the menu were not available. Not the service one expects from a five star hotel .

Praveen and Aditya at the front desk always ensure my stay is top notch and they make me feel like the most valuable customer. The chef (apologies for not remembering the name) has always gone above and beyond to serve me the most delicious food.

Good for business trip. Highly recommended.

First time in India but felt comfortable thanks to Radisson Noida. Hope others enjoy, too.

A satisfactory & happy stay...

A very nice & compact hotel which suited me for my business needs. Good hearty breakfast in the nice lobby level restaurant. Friendly staff ever eager to please. Nice poolside area with 2 restaurants in the roof top! Very welcoming & accommodating reception staff too.

Nice stay

Checkin was bit chaotic but they compensated it well during the stay. Overall pleasing experience. Swimming pool was nice.

Horrible experience

Service was absolutely horrible. The hotel was overbooked and they blamed it on a busted pipe. They relocated us to another Radisson hotel that was over an hour away and also overbooked. We spent hours arguing with the manager and finally got a room at midnight. The hotel was in poor condition and smelled really bad. The manager of this establishment lied to us over and over just to get us to go to the other hotel. We were extremely disappointed! With all honesty, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Good location and good restaurants in the hotel but there is no gym.

For the price, not good a good stay at all. For a similar price I was staying at a true 5 Star hotel, ITC Brand, with in two other major cities. This hotel is not even in Delhi. I do not plan to stay here ever again. -Anywhere from 1-5 times a day there would be a power outage. The outage was always short, like 10-30 seconds at a time but it would reset the TV in the room and if you were sleeping it would wake you up to a loud volume and a home shopping network with hosts who are yelling all the time. This happened too many times while I was there. -In room dining was another issue. Let's just say they often could not get my order right.

1. No heat in the room. This is not a Hotel with international standards of luxury hotels. It should be advertised as Air cooled and not as air conditioned. 2. Poorly trained but very enthusiastic cheerful staff. 3. Refrigerator not turned on. 4. Drawers broken.

Downgraded this time

I booked a deluxe room and was only given a double single bed room. I was too tired from the 16 hour travel to argue. Its a nice place but I'll expect more next time.

Solid 4 star hotel in Noida

Excellent food. Excellent service with Nidhika as a great example. Downstairs is elegant. Room needed a few small improvements otherwise very functional. Internet fast elsewhere in the hotel but a bit choppy in my room.

Rennovation aside, the Hotel is Beautiful!

I was touched deeply with the management's and staff's genuine compassionate effort to save me from the inconvenience of rennovation noise. The truly redefined the meaning of Hospitality. Staff was excellent, helpful and willing to go out of their way to help or answer questions. I have stayed in hundreds of hotel and their service stands out amongst the best. Rooms were nice, internet fast and beds comfortable The hotel was going thought renovation and there was a great deal of noise during the day, making it impossible to stay in the room. The work stopped at 7pm each day. The location of the hotel there is nothing close by so you need to take a taxi everywhere. If you do not, then the only option is to eat in the hotel. The hotel cars are very nice and the drivers are fantastic but I think the price is high. I had to use another hotel car service to take me back to the hotel and the price was 25% less for the same drive. Next time I will plan to take local taxi or another service due to the high cost of the hotel car I gave the hotel rating a 3 due to noise and construction happening during my visit

Very helpful and courteous staff. However, we needed a hard bed but provided with a plank instead. Expect Hotels of this level to have a choice of beds. The breakfast spread is out of the world.

Great hotel at resonable price !

Professionally managed and operated facility. I highly recommend this hotel and will use it again in the future. Don't miss the Kabab Factory on the roof top.

Enjoyed stay at Park Plaza

Though little far from Metro station, Park Plaza is an excellent hotel for staying in Noida and Delhi .Rooms are very good , courteous staff, quick room service, good housekeeping. Complimentary breakfast is also very good. Little Far from metro station but AUTO rikshaw can get easily to reach Metro station. Hotel Taxi services are costlier than Radio Taxi and Savari.com or other taxi services. But Hotel cabs are in excellent condition.Wi Fi service is excellent. Food is good but cost is on higher side. But Overall we enjoyed a lot our 4 day stay with family in Sept 2014. Highly recommend.
