Excelente ubicación, servicio espectacular
Buena Acogida
La atencion al hacer check inn excelente
Lovely hotel in a great location, just a few steps away from the bustling Nanjing Road. 2 convenience stores very nearby, small food court right outside.
Comfortable stay
Excellent location of the hotel just few minutes walk from the iconic view of Shanghai. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Very confortable bed with a perfect matress - made my sleep very restful. Breakfast is very tasty with variety of choices including Asian and Western cuisine.
Outstanding staff and in particular the staff in the Breakfast Area and on Level 30
Lovely hotel in a great location.
Old property and just passes. Convenient
Great stay, central location and nice rooms. Too busy at breakfast- took 10 mins to get a table both mornings. Breakfast buffet quite chaotic but great variety. Rooms are spacious but found litter under bed which obviously wasn't cleaned from previous stay.
Very central, great breakfast and clean
Stayed there for 6 days 5 nights. Location is really good as it is situated at the middle section of the popular Nanjing Walking Street - a lot of good food and bustling shopping area. Once you exit the hotel turnstile, walk to your left brings you to People's Park and to your right brings you all the way to the Bund. Metro station line 2 is just 8 mins walk from hotel which is really convenient. Perhaps the hotel is rather old, hence the property condition seems rather worn out but overall condition is still good. Definitely recommended to people who wish to stay in Shanghai Downtown.
Property and executive room are quite old. Nothing is special even lounge on 30th is not special. Only location on Nanjing road is convenient and safe.
Outstanding location in the centre of Shanghai, easy walk to the Bund, Metro, dining, and shopping.
Hotel is in a great location, you can walk straight out onto the strip and spend the day in the area. The hotel was perhaps a little dated but everything was clean and still looked nice
Very well located for main sights and the metro, good facilties, room was clean and well furnished. Room was not too modern but it was large, very clean, housekeeping was excellent.
Near to Nanjing Street
Everything ok.
good location but hotel quit old
Good Hotel.Good location.
The motion light in the closet wouldn't stop flashing. After we unplugged it, it was still constantly making the clicking sound that kept us awake all night both nights. It was horrible. Also, we had to ask for non-slip mat for the shower. The shower floor was extremely slippery. It should be a default to have shower non-slip mat.
The location is excellent! The hotel is not very well maintained. You can see rusted spot in the bathroom, or footlights fall off from the wall deco in the hallway, and many more. But hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. My stay in this hotel was comfortable.
Location is along Nanjing Road. Metro nearby. Lots of shopping and dining options. Friendly staff.
Nice hotel, great housekeeping services and amazing location. The bigger rooms are pleasant.
The location of the Hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the main Shanghai shopping district. The room tends to be a little old decoration as compared to the newer Hotels around the area.
Very convenient location
Located on East Road Nanjing, one of the most famous shopping areas in Shanghai, so very convenient. Room conditions reasonable, nothing to complain.
It was excellent all around; absolutely no complaints. Very centrally located. The only small challenge is that the staff's English is very limited.
Great location, right in the middle of Shanghai’s most popular pedestrian street.
Great location, comfortable and good value
I usually stay here because of the location on Najing Rd, makes it easy to just go out and enjoy Shanghai. Close to metro station East Nanjing Rd. Another big reason I always try to stay here is the breakfast buffet!! Simply amazing way to start your day with everything you can ask for.
Great stay
excellent stay. my room was clean and comfortable. good location, close to subway and the bund with multiple shops and malls nearby. breakfast could be better tough. not many options and quality is so so.
Kitchen staffs talk loud voice with no mask on while cooking even the master chef doing so Staffs in lobby also talk loud ... General staff response to our question on phone negatively .... has no concept of SERVICE....
The location is unbeatable and breakfast buffet was excellent with wide variety
Good location
Nice
A great place to stay in Shanghai. Highly recommend for first time travelers to the city
Great hotel with good location and friendly staff. Vast variety with buffet breakfast option.
exellent hotel and perfect location
Really good hotel ! Near to the good spot for shopping ! Direct subway to the airport ! Most useful subway line I recommend
Love it! The best hotel for shopping on Nanjing Rd, literally has an entry right onto it! The Executive Suite is wonderful, so much room to work and a beautiful space!
easy access to subway and to attractions. clean and friendly
Great location all the staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean but I recommend staying in the Executive suite you get a much larger room with more perks.
Fantastic location. Right in the heart of the city Great service overall.
More than I expected. So convenient and staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
Nice location, .relatively new facilities. Overall great experience
Location is amazing in the middle of everything
Everything is good except staff at reception is quite slow and staff let other people cut the line without doing anything.
Return customer
The hotel was central and room Was upgrade would stay ahain
Family trip
Excellent all round. 4*
Will not go back
Only problem we faced to search this hotel address, they must include address in Chinese on their website same on China mobile app their address if search in English doesn't appear so every time we have taken local taxi stopping on road and showing hotel card. Else hotel is excellent, and its location is at city center.
This hotel is right on Nanjiang pedestrian area, 10 minutes walk to the famous The Bund. The hotel needs some touch up too.
Worst Hotel Stay in Shanghai!
I needed something in my room to work. The Air conditioner didn't work, the TV didn't work, and music would just start playing in my room. I called the front desk, but they didn't do anything. They kept sending someone up to fix it, only for it to stop working. I told them I was checking out and not paying for a hotel, that nothing worked, and that they expected me to stay.
Very good location. Staff are Nice. Room is clean and comfortable
I do not like the way the staff told me that no breakfast included from your booking on the second day. It is supposed to be told on the first day.
Location was great and easily accessible to key tourist attractions.
Many eateries around
Convenience and good location
Location is real good.
Location is excellent , walkable to several main Shanghai attractions, and with easy access to public transport . Staff was nice, but room lack ventilation
City Break
Hotel is dated. TV used a streaming service which didn't work for English channels. Double bed was clearly made up from two singles with a divide in the middle. Every morning at 08:30 building works took place directly above our room. Bar in the hotel was closed and couldn't have a drink on our arrival at 21:00. Breakfast and location are the only highlights of a hotel that badly needs a upgrade.
Great hotel in great location
Family trip to visit relatives. Booked a second room for parents. Great location and central to walk in all directions. Beds had the most comfortable sheets on our trip. 😁
Location is fantastic, all staff are kind courteous and courteous.
This hotel is simply great. Rooms are super clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary with many options to chose from. I had a room upgrade because of my status in Expedia and they gave me a room with a great view to the Bund a bottle of wine. Location is excellent mid Nanjing Road so you can take walks anytime you like, shopping and close to metro station East Nanjing Rd - so you can move anywhere with ease. This was previously the Sofitel Hotel but I think now its even better. Staff super friendly. I extended my stay in Shanghai in this specific hotel (had other options) for the reasons mentioned above. Will definitely come back!
Very nice hotel
Hotel was very good, service is good, breakfast has a wide variety on offer.
Pleasant Work Trip
A pleasant stay with friendly concierge service. Breakfast was decent with okay selections.
Very convenient walks out is Nanjing Road East ,plus trains station around. Foodstuffs are easily available . Very safe to move around, also peoples were very friendly and helpful.
The proximity to restaurants and shops were great. The breakfast and service were outstanding. The room is a bit outdated but we are still happy overall.
Good hotel, very well located, comfortable and all around good. Nice breakfast. Daily cleankng in our room was lacking but otherwise it was a good stay
We like the location. Though on executive floor, our washroom is very narrow even if it is clean
THERE WAS NO TOOTHBRUSH AND SANITARY PRODUCTS THERE WAS NO MINI BAR PRODUCTS FRESHNESS WAS LESS
Convenient and easy access to restaurants and public transport
Excellent
Very spacious and comfortable room. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet catered for all tastes. The location was very convenient for getting from & back to the airport on the Metro and The Bund was very walkable along Nanjing Rd. The hop-on bus stop outside gave easy access to other attractions.
convenient location, safe
Property is a little bit old fashion & dark …
Excellent hotel in a very busy part of town
The hotel is very nicely presented overall and the staff, super friendly and helpful. My suite was very nice indeed with a lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. Only thing I would say is the green sofas and chair look very dated and could do with being replaced, however, that’s the only thing I would say.
Our flight was at 6:30pm, we asked the late stay, and the staff was very nice to offer it to us. Very appreciative!
The location of the hotel is excellent. Step out and you'll be on the main shopping street. My room has a good view of The Bund Room-wise is within expectation. Only gripe is the water drainage is kinda slow, especially for the shower.
The biggest plus of this hotel is the location as you can literally fall out through a side door on level 1 on the bustling Nanjing East road. The view of the bund is outstanding and I love that about the hotel! However, hotel is dated and badly needs a renovation. Worn out toilets, dusty corners in room, musky carpets. Our air conditioning broke one night and we had to change our room at 1.30 am. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed my sleep. The service level was poor as I enjoyed much better services in Marriott in Shanghai. For example, the concierge literally told me curtly at me he could only leave my luggage outside the locked storage as he ran out of space. My Taobao parcels were left on a self-service shelf near the carpark filled with many many other parcels and I had to spent a good amount of time searching for my parcels (I had the experience in Marriott Shanghai where the parcels were sent to my room). The check in process was smooth but the staff was not attentive. The breakfast was mediocre. In summary, I won’t stay here again unless a major renovation takes place.
Outstanding Hotel in the heart of Shanghai - great staff
I didn’t feel welcomed at the hotel, not at the reception nor in the restaurants
Better under SOFITEL
Before Covid (around 2021) I used to come to this hotel twice per year. It was under SOFITEL management. After 3 years I came again, but the hotel is now getting old and the new brand is more basic. Rooms are the same, but the bar is closed, the breakfast (Wich was perfect under SOFITEL) is not so good, the lobby is not so clever, etc, etc The location is perfect, specially to have exercise all days in The Bund.
Great choice for a first-time visitor
Very central location on Nanjing (East) Rd which was perfect for a first time stay in Shanghai. Really liked the hotel which was particularly busy at the time I stayed (Chinese New Year). Great breakfast selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily return.
Great location , good service
Better to provide daily use amenity
I really liked staying this hotel. It’s convenient to come here with a subway line 2 from Pudong airport. It’s one minute that you can get to Nanjing Road for shopping and food.
Great location very close to the metro which made travel from the airport safe and easy. The staff was great with check-in super fast and easy. My room was large and very clean the maids do an excellent job. The elevators are really quick and they have 8 so very little waiting for one. The breakfast was very good with so many food choices. This is a great hotel.
A stone throw away from Nanjing shopping street. 2 metro exit within 5 mins walk. Food and shopping in abundance. We walked to The Bund 3 times during our short 5 days trip.
Concierge service needs serious improvement; there was one concierge staff who had absolutely no training of his job he did not seem to fit as a Radisson staff please address this issue
Nice hotel good location breakfast need to improve
Its sitting on Nanjing Road which was convenient for shopping and dining. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing special and not that delicious. Room was good but no spare outlets to be found. Had to unplug several things for me to use them. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Staff was good as well.
Perfect location just outside Nanjing road. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of food to choose from.
Great location on Nanjing road. I’d asked for a taxi to the airport when I checked in and the night before I left I checked to confirm and they said they couldn’t get a hold of one so booked me a car which was a lot more expensive. Still, I got to the airport on time.
Great location in the heart of Nanjing Road, literally minutes of walk to local eateries and the metro station. The hotel room offers a nice view of Shanghai city including the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. Room facilities and decor are warm 90s lux style which is enjoyable and welcoming, however a modern refresh on the A/C and items such as high-speed usb charger port would be nice.
The information of front receptor not clear about my rebooking, morning say the re-booking that completed , when evening say sorry rebooking not done . Because I cancel some of plan and another hotel booking.
The location of the hotel is superb, directly at the Nanjing East Pedestrian Road. Walking distance to Line 2 and 10 metro station. As for the room and service, it's just average.
In the middle of Nanjing pedestrian Street
Great location, literally on one of the main pedestrian streets in Shanghai. Highly recommended.
Good Servicd
The personnel were very helpful
