Comfortable & tasteful. Since it was off-season, facing the pool was very quiet. The design is soothing & the room is laid out in a practical & pleasant manner with a good setup for drinks & snacks. Negatives: bedside table was too small & suspended light was in the way, and parking was difficult. Wonderful breakfast! Lovely staff, esp. Theodora at reception.

Très bel hôtel et super accueil !

Un peu déçu de la chambre en arrivant qui se voyait sur nos visages, Chara est revenu moins de 5 mn après notre arrivée pour nous changer de chambre. Du coup cela a changé notre séjour et nous étions très content. Merci Chara ! L’hôtel est situé à moins d’une mn à pied des rues piétonne où se trouvent les magasins , bars et restaurants et moins de 2 mn de la plage. L’hôtel est super et franchement l’eau chauffée de la piscine extérieure est un vrai plus pour profiter au maximum du moment. Merci au reste de l’équipe Margarita Théodore et le bagagiste Alex ! Outstanding in all areas. The pools, bedrooms and hotel is beautiful. The food has a good variety, specials each evening. Staff are always happy to help.

Staff was very accommodating I had a two night stay for m th bday at first the room I booked on e pedia was sold out but they did everything they can do to correct the situation. Next day I was able to get my room and they even left a birthday surprise I do want to say the girls who work at the pool bar were amazing!! I appreciate tjem making me feel welcome ajdbturnjng around my trip.

No help to transfer our luggage on departure date , poor lighting and cooling system in the unit we stayed .

Great Vibe but very unprofessional.

A mixed review for this hotel. Very convenient, has a great vibe, great pool and very friendly staff. However there are problems with this hotel…. Firstly the “hot” food at breakfast was ice cold every morning. 7 mornings it was ice cold so it’s not a mistake, it’s done my design. Secondly there are some very strange policies. We got married and my nice needed her friends to help her. The reception ran after our friends and would not let them in the hotel without paying €40 each. Incredible!! To add to this on checkout when I was paying my bill the receptionist asked if I would give the reception team a tip!!! I said I left a tip for the room cleaning staff and that I would not leave the reception team a tip. She was not at all happy. In the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in this is the first time I was asked this. Completely unprofessional. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Great service with warm Greek hospitality and welcoming staff. The swimming pool is also very good for daily exercise.

Chara from the reception desk was amazing and super nice.

The service is wonderful (especially the concierge) and the hotel/pool is beautiful. Parking is horrific - basically find your own parking spot and no valet. We also experienced issues with our HVAC shutting off in the late evenings (possibly related to power surges) but overall this hotel is a great value.

Great place to stay

Lovely, relaxing stay in this top hotel, I’d highly recommend staying here! Staff are incredibly helpful, the property is squeaky clean and the breakfasts are tasty

Great short stay. Super friendly staff. Arranged a rental car and made suggestions on the island. It was end of season but didn’t feel that way. Attentive staff

The staff were very keen about the needs of the guests. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained.The hotel location is walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store and the bus stop.

Beautiful hotel!! Wonderful staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, very modern, and had a beautiful patio area. The pool area was great as well as the beach area where you can order food and drinks on the beach. Highly recommend!!

The resort was immaculate and staff was nice and helpful

The hospitality was excellent

So accommodating. Staff and service was excellent, so kind and friendly. I stayed for 4 nights and wanted to stay longer! Pictures are exactly what it is. I recommend bringing cash to tip as the service truly was exceptional. Complimentary breakfast was great, I loved the sushi restaurant by the beach(bring water shoes).

Make it bit easier to find the htl private beach n have bigger beach umbrellas.. other than that it was an awesome stay

Exceptional resort on Santorini. We were upgraded to a gorgeous junior suite with its own plunge pool. The facility itself is beautiful, pools in the center of the property are exceptional, included buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We Will absolutely be staying at the Radisson Blu again on our next visit to Santorini!

Fantastic stay at this resort. The hotel is beautiful, we were upgraded on arrival to a villa. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any request. Hope to return sometime in the future.

Everything was 5 star. Rooms, pool, staff, gym, massage and spa, breakfast! Would recommend a few days here and a few overlooking the caldera. We split our trip into two and have no regrets - would definitely return again. The staff were amazing and so attentive. Well done

Overall this is an excellent hotel. Location is great with a luxury feel, and all of the team are very friendly and helpful. The food and service around the pool was always excellent, and the bedrooms are VERY comfortable. There are some minor areas for improvement with cleanliness in the rooms and around the pool and this would have enhanced our stay.

design and property is nice, but i get filling that Hotel has no management... Staff is not welcoming, very poor breakfast, disaster at pools to get place, nothing similar to Radisson standards - only name!

Hotel staff was very nice. Beautiful resort, very clean.

My hotel stay was very disappointing. The staff are extremely inattentive. They do not take food and drink orders from the pool or beach unless you flag them down, even after asking to see a menu. Same experience at breakfast, I had to find someone to bring me coffee each morning, no one pays attention to those coming and going in the restaurant. The maintenance staff was terrible. My door was broken and they barged into my room without knocking while I was in the bathroom. They never fixed it but told the front desk that they did. The restaurants on site are ridiculously overpriced and the food is very average. Do not get a to-go box with leftovers because there is no where to reheat it. The staff will not help with this. Overall, I expected high quality service for the cost of this hotel, but did not receive it. I will not be returning.

Best couple retreat

Amazing! From the moment we enterred til the last minute. Top service. Everyone made sure that we had the best experience during our stay, bot on and off the resort.

Spent 7 nights at this resort just this month. This resort is really amazing. It is an adult only facility, so no water splashing or noise. It is very quiet and good for a relaxing vacation. The service was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located near some great local restaurants and shopping and also the Kamari beach. Would definitely stay again! The private yacht experience was amazing. Relations Manager Villy was very professional. Penny was fantastic as well so were the security, the restaurant and cleaning staff.

The Blu Zaffron Resort has one of the most friendly and helpful staff that I have encountered in all of my travels.

The property is well run, clean and the staff were very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. I can’t think of any reason to say the resort is substandard for the value. BUT, the cost to purchase a drink is astronomical compared to outside the resort. I’m not sure if it’s to slow down the drinking or make money. If it’s to make money then drop the price so people won’t leave the resort to drink. You’re already making good money to stay there. PDM

We stayed in a 2-storey villa at the Radisson Blu in Santorini for 3 amazing days & nights. It was absolutely stunning! The villa was clean and super comfy!! There was even turn-down service! The pools were gorgeous and huge! The sunbeds were plenty and the food delicious! All the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful when we needed them. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this resort! I would give it 6 stars if I could!

We loved this hotel. Truly 5 stars, just like the pictures. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is free from any bugs/debris. Plenty of water in the fridge, welcome bottle of wine/snacks. Then down service. Even a hair straightener, loofah and washcloths (which are hard to find in European hotels.) The beach towels and sun beds provided were a nice touch and just a short walk to the beach. (Bring water shoes, the Kamari beach ocean floors are rocky/uneven and almost no sand.) The free breakfast was delicious. Everything you can imagine on the buffet, including fresh squeezed orange juice. You have to visit the on site restaurant on the second floor. The pesto pasta is to die for.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and dinners good. The pool was the best, for me, and the staff extremely professional and attentive.

This was exactly what we were looking for after two days in Fira. We wanted a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. Hotel facilities (pool) were great. Enough choice of restaurants in the surrounding area, make sure to walk the entire beach promenade before making your choice. Hotel breakfast (included) was fabulous!

Next to the beach *excellent service, staff went above and beyond for us (shoutout to chara) *bonus- has great breakfast but not very vegan friendly *rooms are clean and pretty *gorgeous resort amd close to attractions *staff arranged all transportations and helped with reservations at restaurants Would 100% stay here again!! Thank you guys😊

Property was beautiful and the staff was exceptional especially Thasos

What a lovely place to stay, everything was taken care of. The pool was stunning and enough space for everyone to relax. Would definitely recommend this hotel
