Convenient location - close to shops, restaurants and parks. Staff were very friendly, accomodation was clean and comfortable. We stayed Saturday night and took advantage of free street parking opposite the hotel.

For an overnighter, all good we were happy.

Highly recommended, great location and easy to drive/walk.

Friendly staff. Perfect location : Fitzy’s hotel next door Billy’s cafe nearby had great breakfast.

Quest is always great- if you check in no later then 2pm. If not, you’ll miss out on secure parking! Every time we stay, we request parking (which is $25 extra!) and they say ‘yes we will note it down’ -but when I check in, the parking is ‘full’. I’m told to go and find a park on the street somewhere -‘oh it’s free till 9am’. That’s not the point. I’m dragging luggage and wrangling small children in the Main Street on a busy road. There were at-least 8 vacant secure parking spaces available, when I queried I was told that they were for guests who’d already checked in and they may be coming home from being out and would want their car space back. Isn’t it first in first served?! Very disappointed. May try Oaks next time!

Excellent stay from start to finish. They were closing reception early before Christmas, but I was on the road and not too far after a 9 hour drive, the lady waited until I arrived, whixh also allowed me to get ne car into secured parking. It was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom clean. Kitchen with oven top, fridge, saucepans and utensils etc, microwave, tea, coffee, room safe, iron and board. The undercover, secure parking is $20, but worth it. The building is very secure. Fantastic central location, easy walking to restaurants, shops, bars, cinemas. Good air con and wifi. Complimentary snacks and bottled water was also appreciated after a long drive. Shower had good hot water and water pressure. Fantastic stay. Recommend, and definitely staying again.

A great venue where all staff were friendly and helpful.

A little disappointed after a very good recent stay at Quest Rockhampton, no comparison. Be sure to research parking whether parking is included in your deal.

The property has a beautiful old facade. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was a little firm for me. Just across the road from Queens Park. Easy walk to the main street. Lovely, friendly staff

Very friendly welcome from staff! And the friendliness continued throughout our stay from ALL personnel. This is a credit to the hotel! The room was immaculately clean with towels & coffee replenished daily. A lovely short stay

Parking price should be included in room rate. Rather than extra.

I was very satisfied with the accomodation and most importantly the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, functional design and spacious. One thing I appreciated in the design of the building was that the windows could be opened to let fresh air in and not be restricted to air conditioning. A comfortable stay was had in a convenient location.

Lovely history.

The carpet is very dirty. There is oven available no baking paper to lay your food. Decaffeinated teas were not provided. Overall it’s not worth the value to stay here with that price point.

We were here for the flower festival and didn’t get queens park windows. We stayed one night and got charged twice for parking because the flower parade was on at 10am and we didn’t move our car out till 1pm. The lady at the front desk did not make you feel like an important guest.

Needed to find accommodation at last minute close to Queens Park so this was ideal.Staff very obliging.

Very nice and very clean room. A bit of noise coming from the pub a few doors up but not bad. Overall we had a nice stay.

Small room, dated styling and furniture. Carparks are so small that I couldn't open the passenger door to put my child in her seat, and so limited that if I drove out to buy dinner, I wouldn't be guaranteed the space would still be there when I returned even though I had paid for parking. Rates are not consistent with the what is provided.

Friendly and flexible service. Care.

The location of this property makes it easy to enjoy the local offerings (park, shopping, cafes etc.). The staff were friendly & professional. The rooms were very comfortable - we loved being able to open the window as needed. The only challenge was being able to hear the local nightclub music on Saturday night (nothing that ear plug wouldn't fix).

Booking in was easy and parking at that time was readily available. However, if the accommodation were at capacity parking would be limited, leaving patrons to look for on street parking. Parking came at an extra cost, something not openly advertised in the room rate, for example Wotif advertised the room rate and it was not till after registering for the room online, was a text message provided about the lack of parking, a first in best dressed rule and a fee of $15 was offered by text. Late check out offers via text came after the offered times, making the offer mute. Yes, dining is within walking distance, but I would really get to know Toowoomba and what it has to offer, some food outlets within proximity to the Quest are offering subpar food experiences, and hygiene is lacking. The room was small but very comfortable, it has everything you need. A point on cleaning, please check bins under the sink. Upon arrival to the room, there was still trash under the sink, consisting of underwear packets and medications, which did not leave a good first impression. The Quest is within walking distance to the city Centre and beautiful park lands. It was quiet and cozy, I’d stay again for a short stay and recommend the Quest for what it is, a quiet, cozy style of accommodation designed for very short stays.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were of a good size. Loved the complimentary Tim tams and coffee bags. Close to parks and cafes.

Next time I’m in Toowoomba it’s back to the quest

Ideal location, especially if you're going to the Carnival of Flowers, as it's right next to the beautiful Queens Park. Short stroll to restaurants, cafes and pubs. Reception staff are super helpful. Just remember to also book a carpark when you book accommodation, though there is very close by parking if you don't. We actually parked our car and didn't move it all weekend, as everything was so close.

Nice place, but a bit cheeky charging $10 for parking on a premises you staying, this is not the USA.

Great location, very central.

Outside of the building itself looked liked antiqued, but modern inside. Well maintained inside and out. If there is one thing USB ports would be recommended in the rooms.

Central and quiet

There was no car park available at the property due to booking the room via Wotif and not directly with the hotel. This was not communicated via Wotif and was disappointing. There shouldn’t be those types of ‘unknowns’ not clearly communicated and used as an opportunity by the hotel to encourage direct bookings with them as opposed to third party accommodation services.

Mind the cost of parking when booking on this site

This an outstanding property - always well managed and maintained. Convenient location - short walk to restaurants in abundance and very quiet end of town.The only issue is that a booking through this site does not include carparking - so factor this in when considering any offer/deal - $10 per day.

The worst sleep ever . The very horrible loud could not call it music came from Fittzys a pub/ Club . This noise went on until well after 2 am . Such a shame . Great place and we will stay again . Just not on a night of vile noise.

The windows open so fresh air. It was quiet. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance.

Our stay at the Quest Towoomba was very good. From welcoming text to advise our room was ready ahead of our check in time, the unique reception, they were obviously ready for our arrival. The wide corridors, clean & tidy rooms and photos from around Toowoomba, we were very comfortable staying at Quest.

I stayed in one of the studio apartments for 2 days, there is pretty much a fully equipped kitchen. Its good to know if i stayed longer

Friendly Staff!

My partner and I were just there for a short overnight stay, but I cannot commend the lady at reception highly enough. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, she was the friendliest staff member I have ever met at a Hotel!
