This is an acceptable hitel without anything special to remark about. Clean with semi-decent beds.
The front desk staff are great, they made checking in easy. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and include everything you need to feel at home. The decor is modern, yet warm. They offer a pool & indoor hot tub/spa. Breakfast is included too!
We stayed here after immediately leaving another motel. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The room was extremely comfortable. I honestly got the best nights sleep on our entire 4 day trip. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect end.
It was very nice and up-to-date.
Room was tiny. The bathroom is very cramped. The shower made me feel like I was in an RV shower- very low showerhead, ceiling is low. Care is needed for the room and for the building. Parking was not great either- large vehicles and buses appear to need to park on the street of a busy highway.
As expected
Nice place to stay in Moab while we visited the Arches National Park!
Only issue was having problems with the key cards being easily able to open doors, especially the outdoor exit doors. Key cards were not sensitive at all and took a long time for them to work and unlock the doors. Occasionally couldn’t get them to work at all and had to come in through the front door instead exterior door by parking lot
We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was good and I would stay here again.
Friendly staff. Nice and clean room
Easy to find. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Too far to walk to the centre of Moab
The room was clean and comfortable. The property was pleasant. The staff wàs friendly and helpful.
Very small room.
Great Hotel
Lovely stay for 1 night as we travelled through. Rooms small but clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was great.
OK
The power went off for the whole hotel for more than 5 hours at night during a very hot day. Surprisingly, no back-up power such as generator in the hotel. No notification or acknowledge from hotel management team.
Everything was great, although the matress made my arm go numb during the night i slept well.
Good location, decent breakfast.
Good place to stay when seeing the parks near town. The staff was friendly and helpful, along with having good suggestions for dinner.
THEY DIDNT CLEAN OUR ROOM AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT STAYING THERE.
Hotel is in a good location and we were lucky to get a room during the very busy Memorial Day weekend. The room was relatively clean, with the exception of a large roach in the bathroom. The air-conditioner wasn't the greatest and just kept the room at a temperature that was tolerable. The hotel is pet friendly and there are plenty of shopping and dining options within walking or a short driving distance. If you're just here for the National Parks, this hotel is a short drive to both Arches and Canyonlands parks.
Our room was late so we had to wait. There was women’s hair on the floor in the bathroom that was there when we got the room. The mattress is old, the sheets were pilled and old. There was so much dust and dead bugs in the window seals in the stairway. The staff was so unfriendly, they wouldn’t even look up to get you or say anything as you came and went. Horrible place.
Small and tight.
Rooms were very crowded. Tight. Breakfast area super small and no room between tables. Weve been road tripping this week and this was the most expensive property we have been and our least favorite hotel.
Convenient location and comfy bed.
Good smokers area. Weak coffee.
Moab is very interesting for northern New England people. This is a fine place to stay.
The staff was wonderful
The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was nice, could had been cleaner, but it was ok
It was all very nice. Would stay again
Older place which has been renovated to be in acceptable condition. Good value and friendly staff.
Heater/Ac didn't work well. Mattress to soft. Not bad other than that. Good selection of food for breakfast.
We did not like the smell of the room. The carpet was very old. I liked the people, very helpful.
As a whole not as clean as I expected. But decent stay for the money
Pay cash if you stay here- DO NOT USE a credit card. Days after I checked out- my credit card was charged six times for my stay. Just a hassle and a waste of time to deal with while travelling.
The property is located on south end of Moab. Good location and overall well maintained property.
This place was clean and safe. Everything about it was easy. My shower faucet needed repair but it was no big deal. It worked fine, just worn out with age.
I booked a king bed room and got 2 queen beds, which was a difference in price. I attempted to call the fromt desk but no one answered and just wanted to rest. I check bed linens at every hotel in case of bed bugs, and thankfully there were none but there was hair in the linen which makes me wonder if the sheets were cleaned from previous guests or was this from the housekeepers head? The property was in a convenient location, and the price was good but I the other reviews of this place are not consistent with what I'm witnessing.
Nice place
Nice place to stay for family & pets.
Average hotel
The room was ok, generally clean, comfy bed. Our room adjoined next door, who were fairly noisy, which wasn’t great. Breakfast was ok, but there was limited choice, and no fruit on offer.
Casual, friendly check-in. Quiet, clean room. Nice breakfast. Very enjoyable stay.
Quality Inn Moab Slickrock
Quality Inn Moab Slickrock is conveniently located, clean, and has a friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good too.
Staff not friendly
Lovely stay in all ways. Great place to stay; highly recommend.
It was a decent hotel. Ok so it's on the main road that goes through Moab. It about a mile walk into town or easy drive. It not a bad location. Its kinda on the end of town.
The toilet was clogged and they expected us to unclog. The front desk was not responsive. Stains on bedspread. Not a pleasant place to stay.
Hotel was nice. Would stay again.
No complaints
Great Moab area base-camp
I always stay at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, convenient and friendly. Breakfast is your usual hotel staples and gets the job done. Front desk is fun & friendly! Room is always clean & comfortable. And the price is just right!
Could not sleep for all the noise going on, had to complain to the staff at 330 am
NOT QUIET, the folks above us were jumping up and down on the floor for hours, , finally at 330 am i went to the front desk...
Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast burritos were wonderful!
A great and convenient location to where I was working.
Great hotel at south end of Moab so nice and quiet. Good pool. Easy reach of Arches Park. Breakfast is the usual stuff.
I would like my room cleaned every day. I did not like having to bus my own room: get daily shampoo, etc., get my own cups, get my own towels. Trash can never emptied. The clerk Brandon was.yelling f-you at patrons. Another clerk said he himself does this all the time. I will not stay at a Quality Inn again.
Took over a hour before we could check in due to untrained front desk clerk not knowing how to tell if rooms were clean and then I got to listen to her yell at her boss on the phone about someone being late and she wasn’t going to even attempt to check anyone in cause she was supposed to be going off. After all that got straightened out, the rest of the stay was decent and uneventful.
Average
Overall good. The TV service is really poor! Poor programing, poor TV set The Delayed reaction by the TV when turning it on, changing channels, changing volume. the Worst! Dump it. The "pet friendly" is minimally acceptable. It is misleading. It is incomplete since you don't explain the limitations on the website.
The service was great and it was easy to check in and check out. It was quiet and delivered everything we needed.
Amazing stay for great price
This was such a great place. Good location in Moab. Great price for ALL that was included. Hot breakfast and friendly professional staff. King bed was amazing. Thanks!
It was a good stay.
Perfect place to stop
clean
It was a solid property and did have great internet!
Comfortable bed, nice shower, convenient location. Heater was very dirty and smelled when we turned it on. Bathroom area was not private and there was no place to hang things. We didn't get that cozy comfortable feeling. Probably would not stay here again.
Very clean and cozy. Close to a lot of restaurants and the main area of Moab! Definitely will rebook in the future!
Ok place to stay at in Moab
Decent, pet friendly place to stay at in Moab. Its at the far north end of the strip, so if you are looking to be closer to the "downtown" area, I would stay further south. Slightly outdated, but otherwise ok.
Check in gave us great choices for dinner. Fine hotel
It’s a great area. Really pretty scenery and such. Friendly staff. Didn’t care for the shower in the room. Everything else was great!
Ok place
The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. It was a little noisy, both from the people in the hallways to the outside, which my room faced the highway. Bathroom facilities were small but ok.
Easy check-in and friendly staff!
is ok just . it did not clean the room if you stay multiple day.
Breakfast was good for grab and go. Microwaveable burritos since so many trying to get into Arches before it closed to crowds.
Spacious rooms and very comfortable Friendly helpful staff and extensive delicious breakfast in the morning. Thanks for a great experience
A relaxing stay
Very enjoyable…quiet, relaxing, casual
Just what was needed.
The rooms were clean and well maintained. I liked having a bike storage room. The TV was too small. The shampoo, soap, etc. were too small. The free breakfast was mediocre at best but the waffles were very good. The hotel overall met our needs and I would stay there again.
Nice three star hotel with a good breakfast. They do have a pool and hot tub.
Nice place to stay. Good breakfast.
Very good!
Good location. Clean. Excellent breakfast included.
Shower sucks
We were happy with our room, bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. We were not happy with the shower stall. The shower nozzle was tricky to figure out, and the shower stall itself was odd. We skipped the continenetal breakfast and opted for McDonald’s.
We stayed there during the September 2nd week for our trip to the Arches National Park. The hotel was good. It had good breakfast choices. The hotel is near to the restaurants and groceries.
I stayed for one night before starting a canoe trip on the Green River. The accommodations were great and the rate was one of the lower rates in town.
My stay at Quality Inn in Moab was really terrible due to the horrible condition of the room. I booked the hotel for 2 days and first day I got a room with bed bugs in the room and I had to ask the concierge to change the room for the second day. They tried to check the room but couldn't find anything at their end. They thankfully changed the room but my first day stay unfortunately was really uncomfortable and ruined the rest of my trip completely.
Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Did not like having to go channel by channel every hour to see what programs were being shown on television vs current tv program guide technology showing multi -channel, multi- programs in n 2-3 hour segments the user can scroll through a page at a time Also, the clock was not plugged in. I did not recognize the wiring—not standard wiring with 2 or 3 prong plug. Thus, not able to use it.
Nice & Clean and Comfortable
I've stayed here several times and I like it here. The rooms are simple, nice&clean and comfortable- just as pictured. We are able to park on site and our roof-top mounted canoe is safe overnight. Breakfast is simple, but good. We use the pool, towels are provided. While the pool isn't fancy, it is clean and is nice for cooling off. Reception is always friendly, conversational and attentive.
Loved that this property was close to both Canyonlands and Arches parks. Property was good and staff excellent.
The property was clean. Breakfast was nice.
👍
Basic hotel
This is a very basic hotel, but has what you need for a cheaper stay. The outdoor pool water was warm and the hot tub was indoors and nice.
The hotel was conveniently located near Canyonlands and Arches National Park. It was also near the Moab Brewery where we enjoyed great food and drinks. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was small and very smoky smelling. There were also flies in the shower.
Everything was as expected. We got a room by the pool so we could smell the cleaning products as the temperature heated up during hot day!
Our room was not cleaned our entire stay. 6 nights! We requested a cleaning but never got it.
Friendly staff, nice and clean facility.
Nice clean room. Good location for the many adventures Moab has to offer.
Not much for the money.
Service was unfriendly and vaguely hostile. Room was small and poorly designed. Things seemed clean enough.
Stayed 5 nights. No maid service the entire time. Room had a strange odor the first few nights. Very noisy with doors banging. If you're into watching TV, the TV is very small. It didn't matter to us. The hot tub room was enclosed with no ventilation which made it very humid & hot. Breakfast was good and what you'd expect; waffles, cereal, bread, powdered eggs, sausage, juices, etc. Overall the room could have been better for what we paid.
