Clean but dated Bathroom was tiny not much room to turn around No elevator Breakfast was awful eggs and sausage patties were not cooked Refrigerator in our room was broken and ice machine was out of order I pre paid for our room thru a third party booking app and hotel charged me again have to wait 72 hours to get things cleared up
All amenities out of order. Window cracked. Fridge kept not working. Had to have them reset my room card twice.
Nice stay
Excellent stay. Comfortable, quiet, friendly staff. Easy parking. Next to grocery store. Breakfast was the usual. I’m just a cereal and oj type, so all good. Access included to nearby local recreation center is excellent: lap pool, large hot tub, kids pool, warm pool, sauna, alert lifeguards, changing room with showers. Week days quiet, with retired people, water aerobics. Weekends were loud, with lots of kids of all ages. Nice weight room, machines and free. Treadmills and other such machines.
On Check in i wasn't even acknowledged as a person. No eye contact or hardley anything verbal.
Place was very noisy both nights and early in the morning
Pretty good place to stay, but some of the things that are broken seem to be ignored
Convenient to local restaurant and supermarket
Overall a god place to stay. Highly recommend. Breakfast is nothing special but not the reason I came and plenty of options close by. Good service.
Good room and stay for an overnight business trip. Very quiet. Comfortable bed.
The shower only had hot or cold water come out of it, no warm water so a very uncomfortable shower and unsafe for my baby
Poor service. No pool or hot tub as advertised
Excellent Customer Service
The service we received was excellent. I had made an error when I made the reservation and they gladly fixed it for me. Had a really good friendly conversation with the registrar.
False advertising and crappy room
The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. It was freezing in there never heated up well. Staff was almost non-existent. False advertising too I booked for my kids to swim, they advertise a lazy River turns out they send you to the local rec center that closes early and doesn’t offer swim on a sat until afternoon, they don’t let you know any of this either. Food was terrible too.
The check in was lacking as we waited a considerable amount of time for someone to arrive at the front desk. The check in person then proceeded to charge us a different amount than reserved on Expedia, which was questioned and rudely disregarded by the front desk.
.
Breakfast wasn't good, went to McDonalds.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could use some updating.
Location
Checkin all computer systems down It took forever Manger made a photo copy of my credit card It made me so uncomfortable
Hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly as a matter of fact, I didn’t realize that the hotel did not have an elevator, and we were up on the second floor and the manager that was on duty at the time, actually carried one of our suitcases up to the second floor.
Our stay
Definitely not worth the money. Booked this hotel specifically because it said pool and hot tub. That however is not the case, there is no pool or hot tub on the property you instead get told you have to go to the rec center. The place is very outdated and the breakfast is not great either. We were pretty disappointed.
I accidently picked the wrong date for my stay. The staff was amazingly helpful in correcting my issue and getting me into my room. It was refreshing to see a staff that truly seemed to care about my situation and made us feel welcome in their hotel. I will stay here again.
Not the best, not the worst stay. Would stay again
We stayed at this location due to the proximity to amenities, due to the lack of a vehicle. This area of Delta is very walkable with restaurants, grocery and Bustang just a block(s) away. Staff was on phone the entire check-in. Wrote the wrong room number on folio, didn't offer passes to Rec Center for pool or offer the WiFi password. The hotel could use a refresh, as it has seen it's day, but it is Delta and it was inexpensive. Worth the price and will stay again. Great "continental" breakfast for the morning fans.
Our first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room the mirror was falling off the door. The bathroom door hinges were falling off. You had to maneuver the door up and down to close it. Housekeeping was kicking us out of our room at 830 in the morning on our departure morning. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once in a 5 day stay. There was no hot tub as described in the amenities.
The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. It was clean and very quiet. The rate was very economical.
Decent room and decent prices, quiet and secure.
Smelled horribly of cigarettes 🚬 Doubt any of the carpet has been steamed cleaned in years..
all went very well for us Thank you
The beds were amazingly comfortable and the pillows were like clouds!!
No directions for using TV... Had to call front Desk. ... Both lamps not working... Line down middle of TV...
Hotel is away from the highway, so it was very quiet. Would stay there again
Staff was not friendly. Waited 1 hour for room to be ready
Unsure
Walls were very thin and could hear the neighbors tv while we were sleeping as well as their morning alarm at 6am. Also tried to call the front desk to complain but the phone said that it was out of service?
The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The shower had very little water output and almost inadequate. The breakfast was minimal.
Good hotel, good value
My three days lived up to all I expected. It is not a five-star hotel, but it is a good hotel and good value.
The showerhead needed to allow more water to flow. The breakfast food was extremely limited and bland. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We waited forever to get checked in which stopped our dinner plans!! Im a master plumber abd have tasted water all over!! This was the wost water i ever tried to drink! The chlorine was worse than a swimming pool! You could smell it instantly throughout the room! Had to go buy bottled water!
Delta is a disgusting town. The property is the nicest building for miles. Room was clean but everything is very rundown. bathroom was falling apart. toilet seat disgustingly used. shower faucets broken and loose.. shower head covered in calcium deposits.
The staff was very friendly ,the rooms were very clean. The only suggestion ,would be ,offer a better breakfast
.
The rooms and facility were very clean. Staff was excellent. Beds extremely comfortable
Older hotel room clean, staff great, breakfast awful.
easy access. close to Restaurants, inadequate hot foods for breakfast. otherwise, we will be coming back but will have breakfast elsewhere.
It’s old and unkept and the front desk staff person was rude, didnt appear knowledgeable to the job position at all, our room keys weren’t programmed and she had just handed them to me, then she asked if I had put them next to my cell phone, my response, “you literally just handed them to me, I turned and walked 20 steps to my room, no I did not put them by my cell phone…. When we checked in, she also acted surprised that we had our dog, even though I had marked online that we had our dog, then she asked if I meant to book the handicap room, I said I thought I booked the only available room which happened to be handicap equipped, she then proceeded to tell me she could put me in a diff room I said that would be fine, if the cost is the same, then after some strange mutterings from her, she said that the “dog rooms” were all upstairs and booked… I proceeded to inform her that I would not have had any idea that was the case since nothing online stated any of that and when I marked that we had a dog with us, the room I booked was the one I was “given”… so after all of that, she handed me the keys for the same room I booked. I really was perplexed at the whole situation…
All of the fixtures in the room need repaired. Hair dryer holder, towel holders were hanging off the walls. Breakfast area had very limited seating as well as very limited breakfast items.
Great value & service
We liked this hotel very much. Good service at a good price. Breakfast was very good.
Was great could have more pillows for a single bed room
The only good thing about this place is they allow dogs. This place was dirty, horrible customer service, security doors were broken, couldn’t close our bathroom door. Horrible and dirty!
Staff was excellent!
My lock on my door was broken. The office staff said the handle door lock worked but it did not. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable not being able to leave my belongings in my room. Also, the breakfast was disgusting, I wouldn't feed that food to my dog.
Breakfast didn’t have enough options, need bagels or muffins for egg & sausage patties. Pasties and fruit to complement yogurt. And maybe oatmeal for a less sugary cereal option.
The surroundings may not be very safe.
No Handicap parking! only complaint
The door on our room did not work well. The TV in the room would not work properly and they couldn’t fix it. When we checked out and we reported the problems we’ were told that there was nothing wrong with the door and the other attendant just didn’t know how to fix the TV.
Nice overnight stay
Clean rooms and friendly front desk and easy parking. Hot breakfast was nice, with a few fast food kind of restaurants within walking distance, along with the supermarket next door. No carpet in the room which was wierd. Perfectly acceptable 2-star hotel and I'd stay again in a minute.
Employees very helpful
all good
I was looking for property with a swimming pool. This place has vouchers for down the street that closes at 5pm. Very ghetto location. I would not recommend this to anyone.
The suite room is nice!
First off. I did not get the room I had requested. Had requested a room with one king bed. got a room with 2 queen beds. Second, the TV would only get one channel. Went to the front desk. the attendant said he would be up in a few minutes. He never did come to the room!
The pool is not on property
Excellent breakfast which includes egg, sausage, waffles, fruits, muffins, bread, cereal milk and juice. Nice restaurants nearby. River, bike park n lake nearby. Clean rooms. Happy and will come back!
Great service.
Stayed here when I went to see my daughter and her family. Was a nice hotel and comfortable beds, Clean and courteous, employees, and nice
Right off of main street with close access to shops and restaurants
Very good place stay
Dirty hotel, No hot water, to many Dogs, smell like tabaco really bad.
Said in the ad that they had an indoor pool and hot spa. They don’t have either
Property is clean and convenient. Staff is professional and friendly
The staff were very friendly, good breakfast and a nice clean room.
Worst ever
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at . The card key didn’t work half the time so alway had to go get a new set . 2 nights in a row there was someone passed out in the hallway on the steps … got video and pics to prove it . The guy that worked the night shift didn’t understand English at all. The towel holder in the room wasn’t properly secured and feel down on the back of my head when use the rest room… I travel for work and things the worst place ever . I will never stay here again
It was a good stay.
The description of the property stated they had a swimming pool, they do not. They give you a voucher to go to the nearby recreational center, which closes at 5 PM.
Meh
Very strong cleaning agent smell throughout the entire hotel. Stairwell and hallway carpet dirty. For $100+ I would have expected a bit more.
I got what I paid for...
Not great. I wanted a cheap I got cheap. The smell from other bathrooms came into my room unless the fan was running. The handle on the inside of my door was broken so you had to yank on it to open it. The back door to the building was not locked ever. Security in the building is wishful thinking.
Breakfast was great and ready at 5:30am : )
I reserved a handicap accessible room with a single king bed and they put me in a second floor room with two queens. They made a disabled person carry luggage up a flight of stairs because they did not honor the request. Expedia did nothing to help me either.
Bed was hard and was slanted toward the head, very strange. Walls were patched and unpainted. Toilet ran all night and was noisy as the tank constantly refilled. Hallways were noisy with guests that decided to party and stay up all night. I’d rather sleep in my car!
Wouldnt stay here again
Place is not very well taken care of. Bathrooms suck. Breakfast in mediocre at best.
Friendly, helpful staff. Safety a little questionable.
Wonderful beds, pillows, comforter and towels. Very comfortable and clean.
Super checkin. Kind. Friendly. Helpful.
convenient location. easy parking. of the limited hotel options in Delta, this is one of the better ones. The staff is friendly and hardworking.
The room was clean and comfortable but had a few shortcomings for a person who needs accessibility. The shower stool was so large it filled the tub. A box of tissues would have been nice. The duvet on the bed was way to heavy for 80 degree weather where a single sheet would have been adequate.
Happy and comfortable, needs some tlc
All staff was great. Bed and bath was great. The window lock was busted. It needs replacing. The latch was busted off into a sharp shard making locking and unlocking painful. The door to the room was rough also. The face plate was loose and wonky so I had to hold it in place and slam the door shut every time I left. I reported it to front desk.
Room was clean. However, they need new mattresses. Nyaheem, not sure of spelling, was very attentive to our needs, very friendly.
Not enough electric plug in’s and not enough lighting. Also wish they offered more gluten free breakfast options.
Purchased a room and traveled 4 hours before they called and said they had no rooms available. They made zero accommodations. They suck.
Convenient
Nice breakfast.
Nothing fancy but the price is right. First floor room was not very soundproof. Front desk recommended a great Italian restaurant downtown
Front desk clerk spent more time out front smoking than at the desk. Very inconvenient for guests with questions. Also, the electrical plug at the bathroom sink was actually melted and shocking. It had obviously been worked on previously but not replaced. Dirt was everywhere on the floors and everything in the room was worn out.
Unfortunately I went to go to bed and my sheets had blood on them. I wish I would have noticed this sooner.
Fall Foliage Week
Great location within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Gas station is right next door. We had to get a door key every day because the old one wouldn't work. One day we had to get three of them. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast was just right.
Smelled clean when I walked in when I checked in even though it was an older building. Also, I forgot my phone after I left and the staff called my wife's phone within an hour of us leaving so it wasn't too inconvenient to go back and get it. Great staff.
Only good things I can say abou the place are that the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ice machine worked. Checked in: The guy was on the phone the whole time yakking away and paying no attention to me. He just put things in front of me to read and sign and then handed me keys. He didn't greet me, tell me how to get to my room or anything about breakfast the next morning. When i got to the room the toilet seat looked dirty. It was not, but it was just worn, but I had to check it out before using it. The television remote was not working and when I called down to the desk to report it, he said he'd be right up. I left an hour and half later not having seen him (or been able to watch TV). Came back later and the TV was on and volume was way up, but the remote still didn't work. The cooler in the room was noisy. I don't think there was an elevator to the second floor so we trudged up the stairs. Back door to the hotel was not secured so anyone could just walk into the place. Breakfast the next morning was poor. White bread you could toast, surgery cereal and unripe bananas. Will not stay here again.
The room was clean, we didnt spend much time at the hotel. The front desk lady fould me something to unlock my car with.(Locked my keys in my car :). The only negative was the very low water pressure. Over all we enjoyed the stay.
Very nice
Great for one night layover, clean and comfortable. Eating places within walking distances
This place smelled dirty. Asked to get our money back no way
Stinky
We travelled to Delta with a softball team. The whole team stayed at this hotel. The consensus was that most of the rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke regardless of if they were labeled non-smoking. The smell was compounded by the air freshener that was supposed to mask the odor. I would not recommend this hotel.

Vastly disappointed.
We had two rooms, one that was the full four days and one that we had for other colleagues who joined us for two days of that trip. Their room started leaking in the middle of the night and they had to switch rooms. When I asked for a deduction, I got a $20 refund. The "manager" was very short with me about even giving me that. Seriously?! The breakfast was subpar to say the least. Even the bananas were turning brown. The woman who worked at night and the daytime man (not the manager) were very friendly and helpful. They were, honestly, the only good thing about the visit.
