Great place, good service, good food. Slow check-out.

I like the figurines at the lobby, really interesting and I know it symbolizes something, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff are really good especially Carry at the front desk, very helpful and accommodating. Its worth staying at the hotel, very relaxing trip.

Staff was very helpfull, picked us up at midnight from the airport. Checked us in quick and was very helpfull in accomodating us.

Everything was meeting my expectation. But need to speak a bit of Chinese to communicate.

The hotel was near the airport but there was nothing around it. The staff were not really friendly.

A good hotel in Qingdao

Staff is considerate to inform me that I can still go for an earlier breakfast although the official timing starts at 6.30am as I had an early flight to catch.

Except being close to the airport, location is not convenient in terms of walking to nearby restaurants, etc. No business office at the hotel. Took 30 minutes to get 6 pages printed through front desk. Other than that, clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff though English is a problem with most! Recommend for short stays.

Good hotel , close to airport and shuttle service from 6 am The room didnt have any chanel in english or option to buy movies, need to offer some alternative. Dinner buffet was a good and cheap option, good breakfast and good room service. Concierge not much willing to help recommending anything because dont know much english but ok. Main issue for me, TV service, need to include something in english or the option of buying movies as other hotels.

Good but not for non smokers

it was a nice hotel in appearance. however, although a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke definitely got in. not against people smoking but if you cannot avoid it, it does bring the experience down.

Nicest hotel in the Area

Great hotel and room. Super helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with directions and translating. Great dinner buffet. Next to a mall. I would stay there again.

Rooms are too hot.

Stayed twice over a week and both times the rooms are 26C and humid. Too warm to sleep comfortably and the AC did nothing. Its close to the airport which is convenient but if you have an alternative stay somewhere else.

Amazing Hotel with friendly staff

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. I was in Qingdao for business so I was mostly out of the hotel, but the hotel was very comfortable and I staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Sorry but this is no Pullman

I'm an Accor Member and use Novotel and Pullman around the world. Sorry but this is no Pullman. It's just a good Chines style hotel but great for the airpot.

My favorite place to stay in China!

After a late flight, it was such a delight to arrive at the Pullman Hotel. The staff was so kind and got us promptly checked in. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, there were the right amount of pillows on the bed and hot water flowed quickly and copiously in the shower. The breakfast buffet has dishes for every taste.

Travel in peace to airport

After hearing about the massive traffic jams, this hotel just 5 mins from the airport was great. Though you have to add 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs of travel time for any scenic spots, the hotel staff was able to arrange a driver and car at your request. The hotel staff mainly in their 20's were helpful, friendly and very service oriented. You may need to brush up your Chinese or get a translator as their knowledge of English is limited. Airport transfer from hotel is complimentary.

2 day business stay in Qindao

It's a new hotel and very smart with large comfortable bedrooms that have excellent facilities and the wi-fi is free throughtout. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even volunteered a 2 o'clock late check-out without me asking as they knew I was taking the free shuttle to the airport at 2:30. The only downside was that the free shuttle only goes to the airport - you have to get to the hotel by taxi (10RMB which is ~ £1.20). If you don't speak Mandarin, don't forget to take the hotel name written in Chinese for the taxi driver and the phone number so they can talk him in!

部屋は綺麗でゆったりしていて、コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。 1階レストランの多国籍系料理の味は日本的で食べ易いです。 館内全体的に基本的には中国語か、英語しか通じませんが、片言の英語でも何とかなりました。 青島空港へ無料送迎を利用可能です。迎えは予約時に到着時間と名前を連絡しておけば、運転手さんが名前のボードを持って到着出口に迎えに来てくれました。 ホテルからは毎時1台のバスが出ているようです。 今回は3部屋利用しましたが、部屋によってベースの室温が様々で、私の利用した部屋は暖房設定温度を下げても暑過ぎるため、窓を開けて眠った状況です。

シャアー浴室が臭いので、長く浴びれない。

空港は近いかわりに、周りには特に何も無い。コンビニくらいしかなく、少し寂しいと感じました。でも1階のレストランは綺麗でした。

只有暖空調，房間西曬，熱到無法睡

深夜着にも関わらず無料で空港まで迎えにきていただきました。 部屋もきれいです。無料シャトルバスはホテルへ直接メールすれば 回答いただけました。

매 출장때마다 이용하는 호텔입니다. 매번 디포짓이 달라지는 것은 조금 불편하지만 그 외에는 괜찮습니다.

タイプの違う枕が用意されていて気が利いている。 スパ施設があると良い。 疲れてマッサージを受けたいと思ったが、無いとあっさり言われた。2年前に宿泊した時にはマッサージ呼んでくれたんだが。

不堪回首

五星级的外壳快捷酒店的核心。令人吃惊的是大堂还有人公然抽烟，房间还要搬着行李步行到达，无力吐槽…

空港利用には便利

空港から近くシャトルバスも出ているので空港利用には良い。 部屋も綺麗で快適だが、シャトルバスは気を付けないと案内をしてくれないので 乗り遅れそうだったのが少し不親切。　他はまったく問題なし。

また利用したいです。

宿泊者の変更もすぐに対応して頂きました。

밤 1시에 도착했는데도 호텔에서 마중을 나와서 너무 좋았어요 주변이 좀 허접하긴 하지만 공항과 가까워서 좋습니다

床跟其他 Accor 酒店一樣舒適

Check-in 的時候，明明我和同房朋友兩個人一起站在前枱, 但他們只登記了我一個人的資料，早餐也只是給一份，我問為什麼只有一份早餐，他們沒問什麼就馬上多給了一份..... 直到登記完了，我朋友問是否不需登記他的資料，那個前枱工作人員才知道是兩個人入住...... 服務不是很留心。 衛生間淋浴花灑的水忽冷忽熱，rain shower 水力也不夠猛, 淋浴間的門好像快要掉下來了。 退房的時候我和另一個客人站在前枱好幾分鐘，那個工作人員一直在忙他自己的事，也沒說不好意思，也沒叫我們等等之類, 仿佛我們是透明的..... 健身房裡黑黑的，一點燈光也沒有，而且還有一股潮濕的味道，好像好久沒人用過，馬上打消了健身的念頭。 自助早餐還是不錯的, 選擇多。禮賓部的工作人員比較熱情，會問你需要什麼幫忙。每個小時會有專車送去青島機場也是十分方便。總括來說，唯一讓我感覺自己是住在 Accor Group 的酒店就是那張床還能保持一股的舒適.
