We were unable to spend much time due to a delay in travel but everyone was very kind and helpful.
We loved being able to see the Eiffle Tower from our balcony. Highly recommend!
If you are ever thinking of staying here for the views NOT worth it!!! I had the worst experience here! My room was filthy with MOLD!! Super small room. I had to leave home earlier from getting sick due to the rooms condition! I booked the room for 8 days!! & only stayed 3 they won’t refund me the days I didn’t stay! Worst worst hotel ever!!! Do Not Stay here!!
The location had some positives and negatives. Very close to Eiffel Tower but not easy access to quick drinks or food. Public transportation is very close
The whole stay was pleasant. The room was quiet even with a youth center field right in front of my window. The tower Eiffel view room is only partial because the location of the hotel is sideways to the tower, you have to get outside your room and look left or right to have the view. I didn’t feel comfortable with the area surrounding the hotel. Very unsafe lots of pickpockets and the little restaurants outside are very abusive towards tourism. The hotel room was clean but definitely you get what you pay for and the location is way too far from any other attractions except the Eiffel Tower. So I didn’t find it convenient. We did enjoy the restaurant downstairs, food was good and nice ambience.
Checkin was not a good experience as we were told we missed the check in time window so our fully paid 3 nights reservation was cancelled without any notice. We opted an additional night as we were early morning checking in but guess we missed the requirement lol. They gave a temp room yet charged full as if it was premium room we opted although that temp room was used for just an hour. All in all a horrible experience for couple visiting Paris for anniversary after a 10hr flight.
the wifi was not working in the hotel room, but the staff blamed my phone. terrible service
The property is gorgeous! Our room was exquisite! The staff are super friendly, professional, courteous, kind and personable. Everything was top tier! Highly recommend!!
Not an efficient check in-waited excessively. When we finally got our room keys and went to the assigned, it was occupied by another guest. More back and forth-not smooth at all. Room was dirty-in poor repair. Walls and base boards dirty in need of cleaning and fresh paint. Bathroom paper holder not secured to the wall will so much dust. I paid for two nights at check in both the rooms had to be booked independently because the original room wasn’t available for a second night. Asked for payment again when picking up the new room keys. Second night was a nicer room, however, almost €200.00 less. The tower made the trip but not the property. Very disappointed when my stay for two night was €1500.00
Nice property, close to Eiffel Tower. Staff was nice and room was decent size, not spotless but clean. Bathroom nice size too. Bed was comfy. At check-in with manager was told breakfast included, next day at breakfast-not included. Manager protested he never had that happen in 3 years but, made it right in the end. Taxis readily available. Not impressed at food options close by.
Great customer service
Great location
Great experience for my first time visiting Paris! From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming friendly and multilingual ! Charlotte helped me with my check in process and she was lovely. Accessing things you might need to your room is fast and convenient via message. You’re able to leave your luggage before and after check-in. Room was for 3 people and it was decent size. Buffet breakfast was very good. Two train stops less than 5 minute walk away. Since it’s by the Eiffel Tower restaurants nearby. Walking to the Eiffel Tower less than 5 minutes just steps away.
Amazing location! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great property! Amazing Restaurant, Frame, and nightlife! Right on the Eiffel Tower!
Such a beautiful hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted and helped with a smile. Check in was quick and fun. And the location is amazing!!!!! Also breakfast in the morning is so good with fresh squeezed OJ and so many food choices. And if you call a u we expect them to be sitting right outside never had an issue with waiting for a ride more than two min. Will definitely stay again!
The location of the hotel is beautiful, however the rooms are of terrible quality. Definitely not a four star hotel. Smelled of mildew as soon as you get into the rooms and with visible mold in the bathrooms. The carpets are old and with a lot of stains, did not want to walk around without slippers on. Overall needs a restoration, poor quality rooms.
Amazing place to stay in Paris
Very nice hotel with good restaurant and breakfast options, clean room and nice service
The hotel is worth it because of the view. The rooms...not so much. The bed was rock-hard and the amenities were sorely lacking. We didn't have any food from the restaurant or room service because the menu was very limited and not very attractive. Definitely a one-time only stay.
Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location
This was our second stay at the Pullman Tour Eiffel, and while the location and views remain outstanding, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The beds were comfortable, but the carpets could use a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was our room placement. We were in a room with two adjoining rooms on either side, and multiple times, the guests in both rooms repeatedly attempted to open the connecting doors to our room. This was especially unsettling when it happened at 2 AM, disturbing our sleep and making us feel unsafe. Despite calling out for them to stop, the disturbances continued over two nights, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the walls were not soundproof, and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. Another major drawback was the smoking on the balconies. Guests in nearby rooms were smoking frequently, making it unpleasant to use our own balcony. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury experience, this stay did not meet expectations. We reported our concerns to the front desk at checkout but expressed hesitation about doing so earlier, as it would have been obvious where the complaints originated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling uneasy and unlikely to return.
Hotel was ok. I let the front desk know we had no body wash, it took 2 days to get more. There is a great bakery walking distance also good food around too.
Staff was excellent. The location is around everything
Very convenient location. Very hot in the room, even with an open window on the 8th floor.
The room was dirty and the bathroom smelled like sewage. Good location near the Eiffel but I would not return.
The very best. Checked in early and was complimented to 2 free drinks at the bar! Staff was super efficient and friendly and the rooms and bed were awesome. Highly recommend staying here again.
Great view
Location is close to Eiffel Tower which is great but you want to enjoy other Parisian touristy things you have to go for quite a walk , the property is great for stay with a view of Eiffel tower
The attention from all the staff.
The view was breathtaking, the lobby was beautifully decorated, and even the key card was cute. My family and I had a wonderful time. Perfect hotel for us!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - each & every staff extremely helpful.
I loved it here at the pullman. Nice local shops near the Eiffel tower and amazing balcony views
Great 10/10!!!!
unfortunately my time at the pullman wasn't pleasant. The staff were incredibly rude. The two nights I stayed, room service never came to clean the room even after asking at least 4 times. I attempted to eat at the restaurant twice and both times my husband and i sat at our table for 15 minutes and was never greeted by the waiter with water or menus so both times we left. overall besides the view, I would not recommend this hotel.
Will stay again
This hotel was so accommodating for my first time in Paris. I will definitely be back.
A fantastic stay and location.
Trying to find areas to eat was very difficult. Each time we tried to use the bar you needed to use the app to order and it never worked. The staff said it works for everyone else. And never let us order with them. So we left the bar and food area.
I truly enjoy this location. I have stayed here more than once. Truly recommend it.
Awesome view of the Tower but not a lot else going on in the surrounding area. Room was quite small. If you want to be around the Eiffel tower its a great choice but other than that, i think i would stay in the Louvre area or latin quarter where there is a lot more going on.
Hotel is nice with a good view of the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel's most notable feature is its prime location. However, it is evident that the establishment is in urgent need of a complete room renovation. Upon our arrival at 8:30pm, we were informed that our room was not yet prepared, and the room that we had reserved was not available they had been offered us a different room and we were instructed to switch rooms the next day. Despite expressing my willingness to make do with the situation due to traveling with young children, the front desk insisted that we had to relocate. Consequently, we interrupted our activities to return to the hotel and pack our belongings, only to be informed upon arrival that there was no need to move after all. This unnecessary inconvenience left a negative impression of the hotel.
Staff and location were excellent!
Amazing
Paying for the view was so worth it for first time trip to Paris, but would definitely stay here again for the location.
Its a good hotel in a good location, the check in took unbelievably long though
10/10!!! Iconic morning views of Eifel tower
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful check in and check out was easy process, it was closer to the Eiffel Tower than I thought, the cleanliest was so good the bed was so comfortable I haven’t slept so well in ages overall was a lovely stay I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend to others.
Great location, close to many attractions.
Very beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff whom are very friendly.
loved it!
The area was perfect. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing.
Awesome view, friendly staff and great location!
Great location, you can almost touch the Eiffel Tower ;)
Will ALWAYS come here when I come back to Paris! The best hotel and very top notch with a reasonable price AND breakfast was AMAZING!!!
Receiving staff member was top notch
Great view!
It’s good
Great location and amazing staff!
The hotel is situated right at the heart of the iconic Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants nearby and close proximity to train station. Excellent staff!
perfect
The Pullman has phenomenal views of the Eiffel Tower and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to myself and my wife who did not speak French very well. Cons: - The room had some visible damage to the walls near the carpet. Not consequential but was very visible. - No division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom (No shower curtain or glass wall or elevated bump to keep the water centralized in within the shower area. This meant that water could potentially get everywhere. - Not the fault of the hotel however GPS directions kept wanting to take me down the wrong way on a one-way street leading to the lobby. - Parking is not included and is off another road. Although it is underground and links directly to the hotel, it is not an included charge. Pros: - if you get a room that has a view of the Eiffel Tower, you will not be disappointed. The view and light show at night is amazing. - Within walking distance of local transit and the tower as well as several other areas for tourists - The food from room service was exceptionally good. We ordered a pastry plate and the fruit plate was full of very fresh items and had zero issues. (Note: Apple juice is not the same as apple juice in North America) Other Notes: - Room service can get quite busy and they may take longer than anticipated so be prepared. - The attached restaurant to the hotel is great however it is pricy. There are some great options around the hotel that are budget friendly. -
In my opinion, this hotel is unprofessional and dishonest. I prepaid for the room through Expedia. However, at the time of checkout I noticed an unauthorized charge of $860 for the room stay. When I informed the hotel about it I was assured that the charges would be removed. To date the charges have not been removed and despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel I have not received a response. Now I am forced to file a formal dispute with my credit card company to have these unauthorized charges removed.Beware of staying at this hotel. Terrible experience.
Uniquely placed and walkable
The main advantage of this hotel is its unbeatable proximity to the Eiffel Tower; it's the closest accommodation you can find. The higher prices are directly proportional to this prime location. If you want a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, be prepared to pay a premium. Although the hotel is not new, it is well-maintained, and the rooms are very clean. The pillows and mattress are excellent, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep. The Front Desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The restaurant staff were more reserved, but they were not impolite.
Overpriced Front desk staff was rude They thing I liked was the view I had of the Eiffel tower
The service was not great.
Great experience
I will definitely book there again.
Overall good aside from the music noise that came through the floor from below or from rooftop. Couldnt tell. But required earplugs.
…
It’s was so beautiful
I don't like the service at all. The staff at Pullman is not helpful at all. For example, we have to wait for a long time for someone to attend to us and ask us what to order for our meals.
Bad odor from the toilet. No hot water at night until 9am. No complementary drinking water was available throughout my stay
We loved this hotel especially the view. The room was a bit snug and the washroom shower would always have water coming out on the floor. We had to layer towels next to the door. But overall a great hotel, with a great bar at the lobby with good music.
Such a really cool hotel , but if your staying here for the balcony view , you have to get a room that is on the Eiffel Tower side , if you get a “garden “ view , it’s nothing more than some bushes and a little grass . There was no way of seeing the Eiffel Tower from the hotel other than the rooms that faced it. The “rooftop “ is closed for construction and you can’t go there .
We loved it, very clean hotel
Very good breakfast, polite breakfast staff. Always taxis available outside the hotel. Insufficient cleanliness in room.
Great Hotel
We had a great time staying at this hotel. Very nice and great location. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Would love to stay here again.
Paris pullman hotel 5*
Amazing place to stay, very close to eiffel tower and awesome views from the room. Would definitely come back.
Spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was nice. Eiffel tower across the street. We used the Hop On Hop Off boat which was very convenient for getting around Paris. Short walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
you’re paying for the view, not worth it
You are paying for the view of the Eiffel at this hotel. The room is dated, our coffee machine was broken. It’s further from everything. If you want the photos from your balcony, stay here one night and be more central for the rest of your trip.
Super friendly staff and the view from the hotel room was breathtaking
Incredible View is its Saving Grace
The hotel has amazing location with a view of the Eiffel Tower which is within walkable distance. A big one is that their rooftop venue which they include in their hotel pics and is a major feature of why we booked was not open. There was nothing to detail this would not be open when booking. You pay a 5 star price for the view yet the service fails, little things like not being able to check in until 4pm and being told they will ring you when it’s ready and then not being rang when you are remaining in the area for this reason. Everything needs to be considered in the context of a 5 star and we are talking a Mandarin or Annatara hotel which their price bracket places them roughly alongside. Things like limited toiletries or the handwashing dispenser being stuck and. It working. Small things but for premium price you expect premium service. Overall it was ok but if it was not for the amazing room view I would be disappointed. Take away that amazing room view and I would not book into this hotel.
False advertising. Mentions they have air conditioning. The room had dirty carpet and a very nasty smelt. Upon arriving no air conditioning, when bringing it up to staff we were told to leave our balcony door open. We felt unsafe & not looked after as so many robberies take place in Paris. Our room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in
The location is good. The staff is understanding to allow us to check in early instead of 4pm as my flight reached Paris at 8am. Thank you for your kindness.
Staffs are nice, breakfast was good. Eiffel tower view was wonderful. However, there is a playground in front of hotel balcony and there were so many people running while playing music until 11pm. That disturbed our sleep.
Worth it for the view but that’s it.
Proximity and views of the Eiffel Tower
I love the location this hotel has!
Great
Close to Eiffel Tower
Its a beautiful property with modern amenities in the room. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from the room
The staff went above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. The breakfast was delicious and many choices. The hotel was in a prime location right near the Eiffel Tower. A very good choice if staying in Paris.
Beautiful view, great and friendly staff. Perfect walking location to the Eiffel Tower.
